It has a good location—close to the highway. The room I was assigned had a strange smell; I think the air conditioning needs maintenance.

I booked walked into the office , it looked clean and also smelled good, got my key as I’m parking it was people standing and sitting outside in chairs playing music loud smoking , as we entered our room it wasn’t as what I expected stains on the carpet Knats flying around then as we laid on the bed bugs started bitting us we wasn’t in the room 16 minutes and left I wouldn’t recommend that room for a vacation stay that hotel is we’re people are living

No security at all. Like an open space anyone can come upstairs without any screening. The board was broken under sink that injured my spouse.

Our AC at home went out and we needed a last minute place for the night. The staff was very helpful and got us checked in quickly, the room was fairly clean, the only thing I could say was the walls were a bit dirty and the locks on the door were a little questionable. Other than that we got exactly what we needed!

Hole patches in hotel rooms, I say rooms because I had to be moved to another room because their internet was not working while in the first original room I was in. The only breakfast options were waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit along with coffee and juice. And I still have not received my deposit back and it’s been a whole full week

I will never go back to Quality Inn again because the door is falling apart, doesn't open at times and it is Separating, feel unsafe, and my wife was very afraid to sleep at night.

The breakfast menu was limited to waffles that you can make yourself, coffee, juice and yogurt. The room was clean but you have to request daily cleaning, otherwise they clean every 3 days (that's what I understood). I was aware but did not use the laundry facilities. Staff was always friendly and welcoming.

Disgustingly dirty. It was a one night work stay and I was almost considering going somewhere else. The shower/tub was dirty even the water felt dirty and to make it worse the tub was clogged so the water was just there. I do not recommend at all. Never again.

The Heater on the Second Room and the Breakfast, that’s it really. Minus 1 Star (First Room Heater didn’t work on a 30 degree day, and after arguing with the maintenance guy that was expecting me to deal with it I was eventually given another room) Minus 2 Stars (Wifi was not working on the second room (153) and even my own internet access was blocked for some reason by that room, I had to step out of the room on a 30 degree weather in order to access internet. Internet was accessible on the first room (157) but not the second room (153) Minus 3 Stars (The next morning I saw a total of 5 Cockroaches walking around the room) Minus 4 Stars (Things Stop Working and they don’t do anything about it. The Phones they have in the rooms don’t work at all, you have to walk all the way to the Front Desk for any issues. I’m just glad that there are plenty of Hotels around so I don’t have to settle for this nonsense.

It was close to the AT&T stadium It had a wet humid urine like smell!!! The door didn’t fully close there was a crack where bugs would crawl in we found several bug near the bed. The shower was rusting and dirty. The sink would clog!!! The floors and carpets looked dirty. The furniture was super used!!! The bed sheets were stained. The ac was either too cold or too hot!!! The walls were thin we could hear the people next door. A lot of homeless people. The staff in the front gave me a hard time when I was checking in even though I provided my name, my id, and booking/confirmation #! There is an extra $50 deposit per room!!! As if the place was not smelly and ran down! The breakfast was cereal and waffles that’s it. Will not stay again.

My son was unable to get juice because it was already unlocked and I couldn’t even make a cup of tea. I spoke to the staff member and said I’d been told it would be open until 9:30 and she said “No, it’s closed now.” And this was still a bit before 9:00. I asked if I could just make a cup of tea and she handed me a teabag, but she’d already taken the milk away. I wasn’t impressed with the staff at all. The bedspread also looked very dirty. I would look elsewhere if traveling to the area again. (We were there for the Cotton Bowl). Others told me Motel 6 was a better option for an economical choice when all you’re looking for is a clean, comfortable place to stay a night or two.

I thought that because I was in a nice mall I was going to be fine but it was horrible to stay there there was no soap nor was it clean everything was old and badly arranged the floors

I want to also mention that I saw the exterminator there a day later. Which shows they were handling the situation hopefully. The breakfast was fine mainly cereal, waffle, fruits, and yogurts. Kids throwing things into the pool, running around and yelling at night, parking lot was dirty from so many cigarettes. A couple of the staff were rude and ignored you when you asked for something. But Mrs.Nicky was very nice and considerate, hands down one of the best people working there.

Everything was really dirty, I don't want to exaggerate but the carpet floor very dirty, the beds both dirty, even the door knob and the shower, I got really disappointed with Quality Inn, I am going to think twice about taking it again!

The rooms need to be updated and more secure deadbolts and locks on the adjoining rooms. And maybe more lighting in the parking lot. The lobby, parking lot, and room were clean just outdated. The continental breakfast was nice.

There were 3 people at front desk but none thought to monitor the breakfast area. We didn’t eat there after the first morning.

The air smells moldy and it's persistent and strong. The toilet won't flush properly. The sink is slow drain. The bathroom interior is old and worn out. There is no chair for the table. The small couch has one broken leg. Bed and linen are ok.

The bathroom was very dirty and the door did not want to work the first day. Then the last night our doors battery died and had to go to the office to reprogram the keys and it still didn’t work. Someone had to come up and use a physical key to get us back in the room. The staff was hit and miss on friendliness. The free breakfast isn’t worth it. You get what you pay for.

I asked for an extra top sheet because I was sleeping on the floor while my roommate and my cousin took the beds. I was told they were out but I don't believe that was true. This forced me to go purchase some bedding covers from Walgreens

It was terrible. There were crackheads sitting in the parking lot that I had to drive around. There were bugs on the pillows and we had to body slam our door to get it open. We didn’t stay, we went to get a refund but they wouldn’t give us one. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Like mildew. We saw multiple people taking part in illicit drug use as well as one individual who seemed to be just sleeping in his car outside of our room. Took my 2 pre-teen girls to the pool and 6 grown men came out of their room to hang out and watch us making me feel so uncomfortable that we only swam for 10 minutes, as soon as we went back to our room they went back inside as well. The reason we picked that hotel was because it was close to a beautiful outdoor mall as well as a ton of restaurants. As we checked out the lady behind the counter said we would have been able to move rooms, however we didn’t think it was going to get any better. Definitely will not be staying at this hotel or recommending anyone else too.

I’m sorry, this was not a good stay. Firstly, I was bit by a spider on 2 separate places on my arm. I did tell the front desk lady, who pretty much could do nothing but switch to another room, my family was exhausted from the day’s activities so we didn’t switch. Secondly, while looking for an AirPod on the bed (which we still couldn’t find), we moved the bed and there was dead crickets behind the mattress.

This hotel is worth maybe half what we paid. The condition of the room is really unacceptable—stains around the peeking sink, terrible mattress, sheets are rough/pilled and full of holes. Not up to the standards of other Quality Inn properties we have stayed in to say the least.

I didn't feel safe .. we arrived at 12am and it was a guy beside our room, he was like talking by phone but i didn't sleep good because i was just thinking in my car, we sleep 6 hrs and woke up to continue driving and that guy still there, he was pretending he was talking by phone, but all the night he was talking by phone??

Worst hotel I ever stayed at.

The motel was sufficient with no frills. The A/C worked well, the bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. The whole room was very clean and was great for a good night's sleep. It was rught next to great shopping and restaurants. If you're passing through and need a clean place to stay, this is it!

Crappy ck in service plus they charged an additional $50 fee instrad of just having a card on file for incidentals. Manager says it will be 5-7 days until returned. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 but we had to leave by 630 for Saturday's event. The pictures on site do not match the reality. Photoshop has done wonders with it. It was more run down. Not a quiet envirnment, but residents arguing outside our door around 2 a.m. and again around 4 a.m. People smoking right outside our door and the designated smoke areas were not 25 ft away from entrances like the posted sign.

The front desk ladies were amazing, but that is all. The rooms are outdated. They are clean though, but very outdated. I didn’t even sleep. We were in between two rooms where they were getting high and it reeked of marijuana, and it was seeping through my air conditioner that it woke me up from my sleep. They were loud they were just literally running back-and-forth standing in front of my window screaming till about 4 AM.

Like that my room was close to the office.

The only accessible room available was heavily smoked in. The staff moved me fast enough to a room with less smoke, which I appreciated. However, it too, had the smell of smoke.

This motel has dead bugs on the carpet by the TV self..Drug dealers walking around the property...There was a man that came and stood right in front of the room door and that was very uncomfortable and made us feel unsafe and they refused to let us cancel our reservation so we wind up checking out a day early and just coming back home.

This was a stay close to work night. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom could use a update. No bad smells no mildew. If you stay during the weekend remember Arlington party just as fun as Dallas. The front desk girl needs to be a little friendlier. I would stay again

Unfortunately placed in a dirty room. Not sure how the rest of the property is but I give a 1star for cleanliness. Over whelming smell of urine when first walked into room. EVERYONE smokes marijuana outside at night. Unable to get away from urine smell inside room or smell of smoke outside room. Last minute booking and I regret it.

No lights on in the room , both beds are not comfortable,smelled like smoke in a smoke free room. Bathroom was terrible, rust on the outside and inside the shower/ tub. (See photos) TV remote was broken, back kept falling off. Not recommending this hotel. Breakfast was fair, waffles, yogurt, fruits, cereal, coffee, apple juice and orange juice.. did run out of waffle mix. Had to wait for another batch to be made. I paid $253 for 2 nights, and it was nothings like the photos they have on their website.

If you just need a bed and watch tv this is perfect. No bad smell, room is good and area can be busy. I had no issues and everything was fine.

Room was decent-- until i seen 2 roaches....i came in town for a funeral and needed something quick and close..... next time I'll pick someplace else. I took a picture but the hotels.com app isn't working/allowing me to upload it

When i got in the room, i noticed the door would not close unless you slammed it. The soap was used and the toilet was broken and leaking water on the floor. Nasty!!

Our stay was fine. The employees were super nice. Bed was a little uncomfortable (springs). Very basics were taken care of though.

We had several people knock on our door in the late evening and early night. We ended up leaving the hotel and stayed somewhere else, as it did not feel safe.

It was clean enough we slept for one night we didn’t feel unsafe the room had a weird smell to it but honestly we just needed a place to rest our head for the night & this was a good place it was close to everything

Had a group of bikers right outside our door that were being loud and disorderly. The group didn't leave until 1am. I called the office several times and asked if they would get them to keep it down, but nothing was ever done. Very frustrating
