Everything was wonderful I will be staying again when I’m in the area

My first room was extremely muggy and humid. They moved my room. That one had a high pitched electronic tone throughout the whole room. They moved me again. The next room had ants. The last room was ok but nothing is new and pretty. The fixtures are old, not everything works, its overall gross.

Had a great experience.(Mr Rain was fantastic). Great help not just with myself with everybody that came through that door , sat in the lobby about 45 minutes and he was helpful with everybody.

Everything was excellent accept when we went to check in we waited almost 30 minutes for any staff to arrive to the front desk.

N/A Terrible customer service. Some “Night Auditor” called us and told us they cancelled our room and didn’t have any rooms available. That’s fine, but after that proceeded to be very rude and rush us off the phone telling us “Bye we have no more rooms!” Very very rude. Puts a very bad taste in our mouth about the property if people like the “night auditor” works there.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington. My first day there, my blood sugar dropped and I went to the front desk and Sherrie was the clerk and I told that I was a diabetic and I needed something to eat. She helped me to get something and when she saw me later she asked how I was doing.

The room was clean and staff were amazing. Breakfast was also great. The lighting in the first area wasnt great and the bathroom was small to try and move in.

We chose this hotel because we were going to the Rangers game the location was well within walking distance of the baseball game and the rates were what I consider very reasonable for the location; however, once we arrived the young lady at the front desk informed us that there was a trolly stop right out front that provided service to and from the game and the hotel provided free passes, very nice surprise. The hotel is also right next to Six Flags and AT&T Stadium is also easily accessible, plus the hotel has free parking!. The staff was great, the rooms were new and clean, everything worked and the complimentary breakfast was very good. We will be staying here in the future.

I was there for only one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bathroom was really small and dated, but clean. Would stay again.

Everything was very good to great. Only recommendation is the staff be up to speed on availability of the trolley transportation. The check-in staff didn't know and as guest we didn't know to ask. We just stumbled on the availability ourselves.

Pool closed? Room had multiple items ripped out of the wall (shower hook, deadbolt), I asked for a luggage cart and was told no and had to carry around a 50# cooler. A large group screamed all weekend all hours of the night from the time I checked in until check 2 days later. Not a Doubletree environment at all and more a Super 8 or Red Roof.

They had a morning meeting in the breakfast area which was kind of loud and annoying, but what I thought I was was very rude it was that one gentleman who works there just took a chair from my breakfast table without asking anything and just sat down as if nothing happened.

Cons:bathroom was very small and tub didn’t drain well, sink faucet was loose, mini fridge made high pitched terrible sound, one of the chargers didn’t work, TV quality was terrible with several broken channels and no kids programming, just sports and news and couple history or discovery channels. Picture quality was awful. Not why we came but really needs to be updated. Pool area was nice but too cold to use, understandably in March.

Great location and the breakfast is great. Only thing I would say is our bathroom was a little small for a room that had the space to fit six people.

This hotel has the best staff. Sherry serviced our group throughout the weekend and she was very accommodating & friendly. The breakfeast provides ample options. I also liked the fact they had bowls and plates that could be used for the room. The stay was pleasant with the suite style room including space for snacks and a sink to wash dishes in! I will definitely go back.

Then, there was a certain housekeeper that when up on our floor, she would skip cleaning our room or if she did “clean it,”she would not make the beds. Lastly, it would be nice if there was coin washing/dryer machines. Other than that, our stay was amazing, staff is very courteous and professional, I would book again!

Upon arriving swimming pool was closed and remained closed the entire trip. In our room we had dirty glasses and ice bucket with lipstick marks and finger prints that hadnt been clean and left over water in ice bucket, refrigerator stunk. Went down to bar VERY limited options and fruit flies flying around. The ONLY good thing about the trip was the front desk associates, very apologetic for our issues tried to fix them had house keeping come back to room next day and everything was left still dirty. I was gaurenteed a free night to use in the future on my rewards account and never received. Overall good location, and friendly staff.....but cant help if anything goes wrong because the "owner" wont fix things or buy supplies because he doesnt want to pay for it. (Saying the pool had been broken for months)

Trolley system to the Rangers game was very easy to understand and made going to and from the game a lot more fun. Driver was friendly and gave history. Staff was quick to switch our room when there was a small maintenance issue. Breakfast was good. Parking and location were fantastic. I would recommend this motel.

After the game. At arrival the staff was behind rooms being ready so we used the pool for an hour which was fine. Room was huge and had a fridge. Nice place. Great breakfast.

The hotel was continently located to Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life, and AT&T. Not far from places to eat and shop.

We were staying overnight for a Rangers Game. It was okay, compared to other hotels around Arlington. Breakfast was good, though.

A charter bus had just dropped off their passengers and i thought OMG...but in no time we were at the service desk and checked in within no time we had our room and relaxes a bit till the trolley came picked us up for the Rangers game....breakfast was amazing

I was in Dallas for a conference and I liked that the hotel was right by the highway. The hotel staff were excellent, the housing keeping staffed check daily to see if I needed anything, the property itself was clean. The only thing I didn’t like on my floor (5th) the air conditioner unit was leaking and I walked right in a soaked carpet. The staff must have noticed it the next day and cut the unit off, but then I had to deal with the worst smell of wet carpet and mold. The other thing is that the hotel bathroom is way too small, you literally have to wiggle your way around.

This is a great hotel with a convenient location. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. One stay for only one night but we will definitely consider it for our next visit

I stayed in room 605 the AC unit did not keep the room cool. I would have liked a microwave in the room. Being that it was queen suit.

Staff was very perfessional and friendly. Great location to go to Six Flags and Ranger games. Also has a trolley to go to thoses places if you dont want find parking.

Great stay, everything was clean, in good repair, and staff was friendly. Upon checking out i noticed that i had left my wallet in the room when trying to pay at Whataburger. Called hotel and dpoke to front desk, when i got back they had my wallet fully intact including cash. Very trustworthy, would definitely stay here again.

The reviews already posted are somewhat true. We arrived on Friday afternoon for a 3 night stay and when we woke up Saturday there was no hot water in the hotel anywhere. The front desk said we would have hot water in 15 minutes and we did. The hotel could use some upgrades but it was extremely clean and the staff was so nice and friendly. If you do stay here take your own pillows and blankets because as the other reviews stated the pillows are flat and should have been replaced a long time ago. TO THE MANAGEMENT: You continue to disregard your bad reviews and that's why you are only a 3 star hotel. Your future guest maybe the ones that don't book with you because you never apologize or change anything to make the reviews any better. The pictures included are from our 6th floor window overlooking Six Flags. The location of Hyatt Place is amazing, but it is ONLY A 3 STAR HOTEL BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT.

The room we were in was average, at best. The sliding doors in the shower were barely rusted. The shower water took over 20 minutes to warm up and the air conditioner was extremely noisy.

The only thing I was disappointed about was the pool was broken that was one reason that we picked that hotel was to go swimming and stuff also the grandkids were very disappointed other than that everything was good when we said is there any kind of a discount we can get since the pool is not working they said no sorry for the inconvenience that was it

The pool was shut down for maintenance for our last 2 days, that was disappointing. the trolley wasn't running. and when i used the fitness room the fan was going and it was still 93 degrees! never did cool off. So all in all the room itself was nice arrangement, but could be cleaner and property maintained better.

I was really disappointed that the pool was closed as laying out at the pool was part of my stay plans. Also the trolly to the shopping area wasn’t running to & from this hotel. The breakfast ran out of oatmeal which was the only think I was going to eat.

I stayed for for 4 days and our room wasnt serviced for 3 days, called in the front desk 3 time each of those days informing them that my room bedsheets and towels needed to be replaced. Everytime they told me that they will send someone but no one showed up. Overall the hotel was ok and location was good.

Property stated they had shuttle to globe life field weeks before stay. Checked in and i was told that the shuttle was "under maintenance " its a city shuttle that services hotels in area, so the hotel lies about it. Shuttle says they don't service Hyatt anymore. Pool was also under maintenance and those 2 reasons were main reasons to book and no heads up given until check in. Property couldn't do a refund and general manager was no where to be found and front desk just laughs when asked for refund. If you are wanting shuttle to events, do not stay here. The few minutes sitting on bed to call expedia for refund and other hotels to get another room, realized the bed was very hard and not comfortable either. Homewood suites across the parking lot does have shuttle and pool and super nice staff that actually helps people. Just terrible service that they didnt try and resolve at all.

What I liked most about Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington was its proximity to Six Flags, especially for the great price we paid! The hotel was also very clean, and the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious as well. The only two minor issues we had were that the pool was closed during our visit, and there was also a small roof leak above the air conditioning unit during a thunderstorm. Regardless, I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would consider staying here again the next time I visit Six Flags Over Texas.

Hotel was great. The breakfast area was very nice and clean and the food was very good. The restaurant and bar were great. For the first time in my life I used a hotel Gym and it was very nice and not crowded. I was disappointed that the pool was down until Jun 20th for some unknow reason. Its summer in Texas that should be a priority in my opinion. Also it would be nice if there was a laundry room, but the staff did inform they have a service available. Overall the place was very nice, clean and quite and the price was more than fair. I only live an hour away from here but we stayed for a multi day trip to Six Flags in lieu of driving back and forth through Dallas traffic and Arlington is a convenient clean town with lots of dining options. I would stay again for sure.

Excellent guest service! Trolley stop added perk. Close to Six Flags and Ballpark. Clean room and nice breakfast. Would stay here again when visiting the area.

The room smelled disgusting, the refrigerator did not work, and the air-conditioning was so loud and sounded like a plane taking off. Also, the AC would go on and off every 2 to 5 seconds. We would never stay here again.

Rooms were large and had a sofa which is nice for watching TV. Good proximity to ballpark which is why we were visiting. Included breakfast was OK. We requested a roll-in shower for my disabled husband and I even called to confirm this 1 month prior. When we got to the room, it had a tub. Took close to 1 hour to get us into a proper room, which had a strange smell. It looked clean but what was that smell? Shower equipped with seat and handrails but soap/shampoo dispensers out of reach when sitting. No counter around sink (pedestal) so no where to put toiletries in bathroom. It was overall comfortable and easy to access/good onsite parking but had some issues. Staff was nice.

The pool was closed disappointed early season but should have been opened by this time in my opinion.

The room was great set up however it appears they forgot to complete their bathroom clean up. Also I'm traveling with a group of kids and for whatever reason the pool is not open at this hotel until the middle of June! Wish I had known that before I booked. Who knew you needed to ask if a pool was open in the summertime

The staff is great, especially checking in late at night way pass check-in. The rooms were clean and air conditioned very well.

This facility advertised an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, there is not.

We reserved three nights at hyatt place in the Dallas area. The room was generally clean, but the refrigerator had a bad odor in it. Also, the cleaning staff did not clean our room the first day we stayed there we had to askk them to clean it. I went to the front desk and they said you had to ask to have your room clean otherwise they didn't clean the rooms. Lastly the pool water was green and we were unable to use the pool during our stay, and there was no mention the pool was unavailBle.

It was a great stay! Me and my dad had a very nice stay it was very clean and quiet! Staff was great! And breakfast was top notch they actually cook it up here!
