I was blown away by how clean our room was, literally not even a SPECK of dust anywhere to be found. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay and the breakfast was great as well! We will definitely be returning to this property.

We stayed to go to Six Flags and wanted to use the inside swimming pool But the pool was not available because of a water main break. The first room that the man in the front desk have us a room (422) the tiles were all cracked in the bathroom, the sleeper sofa had a lot of stains on the mattress, and the Air-conditioner did not cool, it stayed 78 degrees. We complained and we were given room 105 which was a little better, the room did cool. It was a very inconvenient stay.

I found dirty socks left by the previous occupant. The pool was closed and the fire alarm kept going off. I am a Hilton honors member but I think I'll try other chains. Staff was pleasant

We went downstairs an hour before closing and there was a big line at the waffle section. The family before us finished the waffle batter, and you all decide not to refill it and closed the breakfast area before the ending time. We were not allow to get anything. Yes we don't stay there for your breakfast but it would be nice to enjoy it when we stay there. By the way your closed early all three days that we were there.

The room was very clean. Appears to be an older hotel as there were areas of new and old paint mixed together and the living room furniture was outdated. Neither phone in the room was connected. Pool was nice but just a few people made it loud and cramped. Breakfast was very good. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall good stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was decently clean, but the up keep of the building was pretty bad. The floor in our bathroom was cracked and uneven. Bowing and dropping in some places indicating the subfloor clearly has significant damage. The dishwasher in the kitchen was damaged and clearly not maintained.

The hotel staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was great for the local events and attractions. Our room was comfortable but not sparkling clean. The AC unit literally sounded like being in the back of an AC130 taking off (literally sounded like an AC130). Bring something to cover up the night light in the bedroom sink area; painter tape will do the trick.

Parking fee, room was dirty and requested non smoking woke up stuffy and with a headache because it stunk like cigarettes. Shower sprayed water all over outside the restroom and tile was broken in the restroom.

Rooms were not ready and when they were they were dirty. Kitchen is not stocked with basic items needed to cook. Beds are horrible. Clerks at front desk were attentive to our concerns but couldn’t do much. Manager never responded. Breakfast was okay. Pool was cold and overly chlorinated. Very disappointed especially since it does carry the Hilton brand.

The staff was great very accommodating and everything was clean. Only negative was the room had old appliances particularly the refrigerator that was very loud through the night sleeping on sofa. The second night in a different room something kept beeping like a door was open or an error message but never found where it was coming from. I like this hotel chain and have stayed in these hotels multiple times. I would seek them out again

Yes, it’s in the fine print, but you’ll be hit with a $15/night parking fee which is asinine to me, you pay for a room it seems like you’d be able to park on the property where you paid to sleep. Says “free bus parking” why can’t cars park for free? Also waited a good 10 minutes upon arrival for someone to acknowledge that I was there ( there was a line of us at that point) finally someone came walking around the corner who looked surprised that someone was actually there. Charged me $50 for incidentals (no big deal there), but never bothered to mention that the same card would be hit for $30 for parking, found that out with an email receipt later in the week. Pool room looked very grungy, overall cleanliness was not what you would expect for the price of the room… I can say, breakfast was on point! That made it a little better.

Me and my family stayed there for staycation, and it was great. At first when checking in there were multiple bookings in my name and my card was charged for "no show" that I had already canceled. But Victor the supervisor was able to help me out and process my refund. My girls slept on the sofa bed, and it was very clean and they mention that it was very comfortable. I would stay again for our next family staycation. Oh and another thing, the breakfast was good and was a hearty meal. I didn't like the pool area being so small but really can't change that.

However, the room was comfortable and cooled off enough for us to sleep comfortably. The towels weren't as clean as I'd like....I pulled one down and some hard black stuff fell out of it. It looked like tiny pieces of plastic. The shower/tub was small as well. AND we were put in what I assume was a handicap accessible room. The bed was almost on the floor! And the clothing rod was at my waist level (I'm 5'3" as well). The shower/tub has a seat you could lower and the shower head was removeable so you could lower it to wash. However, there wasn't near enough room for a wheelchair to roll from the kitchen to the bedroom doorway. Again, the "coffee table" would need to be removed completely from the room. The pool smelled heavily of chlorine! But it was clean! And the front desk saw us go into the pool area and immediately brought us extra towels, which was very nice of them.

Location ! This hotel is close to Ranger stadium . Room was tiny . Bed was crazy low ( no box springs ) I had mistakenly booked a mobility access room . I understand the bars in the bathtub / shower …. But the bed was ridiculous . They also charge $15 a night for parking . We will not stay here again .

I truly cant say anything I liked about this property. We paid a good amount of money for a King Suite, so of course we hoped to be at least comfortable. We arrived, checked in, and got into the very questionable elevator. Got upstairs and walked into our room and felt like I was in a time capsule from the 80’s. The furniture is outdated, the chairs had rips in them, and the suite was super small. Dry old crumbs on the carpet, and the door would not latch for me to lock the bolt. We got warm but to our surprise - the thermostat either didn’t work or the hvac system needs replacing. I had the temp set at 76 but it would not rise above 70. So apart from being worried about the door not locking, we were cold. Along with a young child. Thankfully we brought extra blankets! Also, check out isn’t until 12pm, housekeeping banged on our door and walked in without warning at 11am. Which was easy to do since the door couldn’t lock. To top it off, there was a baby cockroach in the restroom. We couldn’t get a refund or switch rooms because we didn’t make the booking in person. It’s safe to say me and my family will not be back here!

Good location to AT&T stadium. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is over at 9. Traveling with kids (we have 4) it’s seems a bit early to be done with breakfast, but I’m not too sure how that compares to other hotels, maybe they’re all the same. In our room (2 queen room) the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The tub/shower area wasn’t dirty, but maybe just old and repainted many times, so it looked dirty? The bed had a pretty bad indention in it that was uncomfortable. For the price we paid and only being there just to sleep one night (checked in around midnight and out the next morning), it wasn’t bad.

The location was good for what we needed. The breakfast was the best part of the staying experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool was going to be closed for the duration of our stay, and this had been the only reason we had booked this particular hotel. Had we known the indoor pool would be unavailable. We would have chosen to stay at a different establishment for a better price point. Upon entering the room, there were carpet tack strips exposed where our children’s feet were susceptible to injury from the sharp points of the exposed tacks, and in the bedroom of the suite, the bed frame protruded beyond the side of the mattress, and was covered by the bed skirt, so hitting your shin on the bed frame was a constant hazard. Overall, this was a disappointing stay, and we are highly unlikely to ever seek out a Hilton hotel in the future because of the poor condition of this establishment.

The mold smell , hotel is VERY OLD , I DID NOT get my requested months ago Accessibility Room, only ONE ice machine that was broken, NO HOT COFFEE or Fresh after hours, carpet is dirty, no DIET SODA , and Breakfast was bland and cold and the one person crew kitchen staff VERY RUDE ! Curtains in room old !

Had some painting and construction but didnt bother us, quiet hours were observed during construction. Pillows could use more fluff. Smart tvs in room were nice. Overall a fine experience and would stay again.

When we arrived Friday the room we were assigned the A/C was not cooling properly. The front desk assistant was very kind and went above and beyond to get us into a different room and into a Room that was very comfortable and cool. The breakfast there were one of the best complementary breakfast (Fri/Sat) I have eaten at a hotel.

The bedroom phone had some kind of hard dried food or biomatter on the microphone and hangup holder....looked very gross....I reportrd it but never got fixed. The over phone never worked at all. The wakeup calls never came thru. The shower took 4 to 5 mins for luke warm water never got hot. I called about the water and the front desk questioned my ability to use the water control...I hung up...very disrespectful. The cleaning staff did not change my sheets and did not clean my room on the cleaning day.....I had to request fresh sheets and towels....pickedup my self.

We really liked the full kitchen with the bed & bath separate. Was not expecting that. The bathroom needed a bit more cleaning but overall we were very happy. The area was good. Approximately 30-40min walk to the AT&T Stadium.

Beds are not comfortable. The bathroom needs updating. There was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Sofa bed was not comfortable and even opened, the mattress cover was dirty.

The curtains had holes, chairs were worn, paint was peeling, door was beat up, the shower curtain was ripped, etc. After returning from the concert late in the evening, a large roach was crawling across the floor of the bedroom. We killed it but literally slept with the lights on in an effort to deter any other roaches from coming out! The so-called air conditioner sounded like a freight train. It rattled and shrieked all night long. We woke up as early as possible and got out of there! We did eat some of the complimentary breakfast before leaving, and it was decent. No complaints. The lobby area of the hotel is fine - clean and decently presented, but it as a far cry from what you are met with in the rooms. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here!

We rolled in on a weekday without a reservation and the price at the desk was high but the clerk said it would be cheaper online. So I went to Expedia and it was cheaper. Booked and then the hotel wanted my credit card for incidentals. Then she wanted it a 2nd time and I allowed her to run my card again since I was tired and just wanted to get to the room. The elevator ride up was filthy. Then we step out of the elevator and the carpet looked as if it hadn't be cleaned in years. The room was better. It was adequate and comfortable. I checked my credit card balance after we checked out and they charged me for some unknown reason. First time I've ever been secretly charged for something in all my hotel stays. For the price I'm sure other travelers can do much better.

We booked this hotel because of the room layout/type. To our surprise when we arrived our room floors were nasty. There was bugs/debris on the floors all over. We reported it to the front desk and they made sure it was appropriately cleaned the next day. There was also used soap still in the shower. The staff was super friendly and respectful which was a blessing considering everything else.

This is not a typical Hilton brand hotel, carpets are stained and they stink. There are roaches running around , in a three day stay even though we asked for a light cleaning in the room nobody came . Even though they have a kitchen there are no silverware or pans to cook so defeating the purpose of having a kitchen.Definitely I will not be back.

This property had a very nice and clean lobby, a pretty good hot breakfast in the mornings, and the suite I was in was comfortable and nice. The rooms themselves were a little old, but it still worked for our needs! The hall carpets seemed like they could've been a bit cleaner, but overall I would recommend the property if you're not looking to break the bank and need a good suite to stay in, especially for any sporting events in the area as it is conveniently located for a quick drive. We were also very happy that it was pet friendly!

Our room was old, furniture falling apart, hinges falling off the door between the sitting area and bedroom, curtains very worn with multiple holes, knats flying around, and on top of this, they charge $15.00 for parking. Breakfast was decent with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs a major face-lift.

The service was great, I didn’t really have any problems except that my water was cut off without notice but m, I had to call the front desk to find out why, never found out but it was turned back on within minutes and also my ceiling fan was not working, called to see why not was told that maintenance would come fix it. They never did but overall everything was fine.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and my children had a blast! The only complaint would be when we weren’t warned that they would be cutting off the water for a few hours while they worked on the plumbing, but other than that I would definitely book there again!

Property needs some updating, when maid service comes after two days, they take all the towels, when you go to take a shower they leave you with hand towels and 1 bathing towel for 2 people. I called front desk and they said they would let housekeeping know beefore they left. 1 hour later and still no towels, had to go to front desk and they had to pull them out of dryer and give them to me as the front desk said they were washing all the towels, you would think a hotel would have more than 1 set for the whole property. When we went to dinner later there were more guests going to front desk to get towels and sheets, it is crazy they do not have more than 1 set for each room.

I liked the location proximity to nearby attractions and AT&T stadium. The free breakfasts were good. Was not happy with the service. We reported mouse droppings in our bathroom upon arrival that was never addressed after multiple requests. We also reported our toilet was constantly running which wasn't addressed. We also had an issue with our toilet clogging and it took multiple requests and several hours for the staff to find a plunger. Cleanliness and service was very poor

The doors didn’t lock, the carpet needed cleaning no heat in the room and no thermostat. Toilet wouldn’t flush, could not get a iron to iron clothes.rooms had a funky smell. It was awful. I am reconsidering my membership with Hilton Honors.. then when we asked for a late check out because we had a late flight.. it was denied.. I have never been denied this request.. awful experience. The stay was over all pleasant but the hotek coukd use some up dates ex: higher tolier new carpet in the hallways and suites new cabinets check smoke detectors it beeped all nite. Front desk was working along aith a very long line it was 2 high profile games this weekend should have been more help when u know there will be big events weekend. For the hotel being a hilton suites it does not stand up to the hilton standards.

Our stay here was great! We were happy with both our room and location. The amenities were very accommodating and staff were very friendly. It was really nice to have the complimentary breakfast which included a good variety each day the hotel also offers a trolly if you’re travelling to cowboy games or Texas rangers games overall, it was a really good stay, and I look forward to visiting again.

This Homewood suites was not up to Hilton standards. It was Dirty, dilapidated, broken elevator, and a mostly non-accommodating staff. The room booked for 4 only had two pillows! And the staff had a hard time finding 2 more pillows. Normally in a Homewood we would have 4 per bed upon arrival. There was no water available in the pantry and the staff gave a hard time about selling water beyond the two they gave at check in.

First we received a call asking if we’d mind going to a different hotel and they cover the cost. We chose the area because we would be visiting the ballpark down the road. Seemed odd to want to shoo us off because of walk in customers trying to come in. Then we check in and are told elevators are slow which they were very slow ,we used the stairs the whole stay and we were on the 4th floor. In the room remotes were filthy black nasty stuff built on to each one had to sanitize and clean them thoroughly. While showering realized there was hair all over the wall. Shower curtains looked like they were hanging on for dear life and didn’t close,floor was wet from fall out water. Tiles in bathroom were broken and floor felt shifty. Place is outdated for the price we paid. I think half of what I paid is still too much for the condition.what makes up for it is the space. We travel a lot and we have stayed at really nice hotels for less. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again. This was one of the times I didn’t read the reviews and should have.

Arrived at 3 to check in but was told “no rooms are available”, the entire building is hot including rooms, pool isn’t available, room for 4 only had 2 towels, missed the trolley twice because front desk “didn’t know” where the correct pickup was. WiFi didn’t work because the front desk said she didn’t fully check us in? Elevator button was nonexistent. I’ve never left a review ever on any stays but I was very disappointed this weekend.

Arrive to motel and there is only one stairwell that isn’t blocked due to construction, which is a major fire hazard. Only one “working” elevator but we never actually saw it work. Hallways are not air conditioned, which itself isn’t a deal breaker, but telling of the rest of the place. Get to room and air conditioner doesn’t work, there are no TVs, the furniture looks like it has been moved around, the bed looks to have been slept in and there is mold on the bathroom walls. Attempted to call front desk and the room phones don’t work. We walked back up front and they were unable to find a different room. They said they would refund us but given that we booked through Expedia and the terms for the room say no cancelations or refunds I doubt we’ll get our $231.93 back. We drove up the street and stayed at the Sheraton for the same price and it’s a nice hotel. Do not stay or book at Homewood in Arlington. On the plus side the staff were friendly. Please do not contact me about this review. I will not change it.
