Pool was indoor but nice. The hot tub was not working.

It was a great stay. The trolley to the game was so helpful and helped make a relaxing visit for us.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect, with plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining options just minutes away. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this property. A++!

Surprised after all the Holiday Inn Express we have stayed across the US , they have had complimentary breakfast and no charge for parking ? This one surprised me , and the staff wasn't very pleasant or welcoming and didn't help much . Choose another hotel in the are , there are many others by the stadiums , I chose this one because of past experiences that were positive and great .

Electronically powered front doors were in stuck open position entire stay which made lobby areas very hot and humid. June in Texas! Not all elevators work- some have duct tape over buttons. Paying extra to park my car did not make my stay any more enjoyable.

We had a jacuzzi tub in our room the rooms felt so clean and smelled great when we walked in the bed was comfortable and parking was easy! The staff was so helpful! Over all great experience and we will stay here again!

Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful

The hotel itself is kind of worn out and a bit shabby. Towel racks fall off the wall just by looking at them. Carpet is frayed. No bar soap. No Kleenex. Evidence of fixtures that used to be on the walls but no longer (e.g., orphaned brackets, picture hangers with no pictures, etc.). There's a bit of a gloomy vibe to the property. The on-property restaurant was very depressing, and the food there persuaded me to eat at the IHOP across the parking lot, which was actually bright and cheery. The fitness center was sad. Two treadmills out of order, exercise/yoga ball was flat, and a few of the free weights were missing. And the hot tub was out of commission. That said, it's probably hard to keep a hotel next to Six Flags in tip-top shape all the time, obviously people don't come here to use the gym, and none of these complaints would keep me from coming back again. Nothing made me recoil with horror, the price was right, and the airport shuttle was much appreciated. I would stay here again, just not with high expectations other than a good night's sleep.

Our stay was Awesome! Room and hotel where exceptionally clean , rooms are very quite. Front desk clerk was very helpful and courteous Meranda was awesome. Wish I knew about this location months ago , this is our go to hotel for future trips. Also plentiful of restaurants and attractions within walking distance or short Uber ride!!!

Stayed 2 nights for ballgames. Miranda at check in was great. She was very nice and helpful. She made you feel right at home. Breakfast was good as well. Walking distance to the entertainment district.

Our stay was good.the room just needs a few adjustments like having a restaurant/room service menu in the room somewhere. 2 towels isn’t enough and the blackout drapes had lots of holes and looked shabby. Little things can add up and bring down the experience.

The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area.

From the moment we walked in the front doors it was a great experience! We were greeted by a very polite young man. He helped me change my reservation to the correct date. The lobby, elevator and room were very clean. And we had a wonderful experience with this Holiday Inn!

She shower head did not have strong water pressure. I adjusted the shower head and it did not get any better. The water dripped after the shower was turned off.

When they were leaving my Husband stopped to ask for a printed copy of the receipt. He was told by the same Lady that they do not print receipts. Now we have charges on my credit card that I cannot prove are not ours. I have NEVER been told that I could not receive a printed receipt. It doesn’t matter How I made the reservations! We have used this hotel in the past. We will Not in the future! BTW. The bathtub in their room was Very Slippery! Said it almost felt like it had oil on it. Be careful!

However there were tiles in our bathroom that were loose and grout was sharp. We did not report it until Saturday afternoon because we did not want to move and i don't believe there were other rooms avaliable The pool area did not seem to be cleaned for several days. The deck had water standing and dirty. No pool towels and trash sitting. Loved the area.

I saw quite a few restaurants close by, easy in and out of parking lot to go which ever direction you needed. Staff wss friendly and acommodating if you needed anything. Close to ATT stadium, Ranger ballpark and Six Flags plus more. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was large and comfortable. I wish that we had had a table and two chairs to sit at so that we could eat in our room. All we had was a desk, a chair and an ottoman, but that’s OK.

Asked to have ceiling fan with thick layers of dust cleaned 3 separate times and was never cleaned. AC in room was leaking water onto the floor soaking the floor by the ac at night, pool was over chlorinated making it impossible to to tolerate swimming.

The elevator was terrible it sounded like it was going to fall apart at any moment once during our stay it wasn't available we had to take the stairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Location is great for Globe Life and AT&T. The only compliant I have is the shuttle service to DFW only runs in the morning and afternoon.

I had to call a couple of times to get the shuttle squared away, but Miranda at the front desk was helpful. Room was decent, bed was comfortable, but upkeep could be a little better. Desk chair was literally peeling apart. Overall, goid stay for one quick night.

The "free airport shuttle" was not easy to utilize at all. I ended up just getting a shuttle. The hotel is close to the Rangers Ballpark and the Cowboys stadium. A little too far to walk but easy Uber ride. It's fairly close to several places to eat (easy to walk). Staff was friendly and place was clean. I would stay there again.

The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so when needing ice I had to go down to the desk and ask for some. The bathrooms are dated, and the showers are poor. The towels are low grade. The restaurant had broken fryer both days, so a very limited menu. The airport courtesy bus was late picking me up at the airport, and it was 15 minutes late going to the airport. Overall, pretty average, but the staff were nice.

Convienient, clean and great staff. Stayed here for a cowboy game at the AT&T stadium. We were able to walk to the stadium, Texas live and back and to the medal of honor museum, just a mile walk each way.

Hallway stunk when we got off the elevator for our room floor. Room smelled terrible. We had to change rooms. Room furniture and vestibule looks old it needs to be renovated . No one could sight us up for shuttle till game day. By the time we tried it would have gotten us to the game late. Although staff was very nice an accommodating.

Breakfast is only for 2 people when you pay expedias additional fee of $38 dollars. As a traveling family of 4. It was a shock at 9am halfway through our meal. Front desk Hotel staff was not very helpful either. No one was offering solutions. Only kept repeating the same thing. If I had known before I would have not paid their breakfast “option”. I would have just taken my family to ihop across the parking lot. For the meal options they offer it’s not worth those prices.

The check in was so accommodating and friendly. The front desk staff were incredible throughout the stay. The gentlemen at the restaurant/bar not so much though. Spent a lot of time on his phone texting :)

The young man behind the counter was very friendly. I admired his coolness when he couldn’t find a reservation for another family that had booked at another location. A little short of handicap parking but the parking area was well lit at night. We’re not drinkers so we didn’t visit the Bar.

The ice machine was out on our floor so we had to go to the front desk for ice which a bit of an inconvenience.

Wonderful stay

That being the case, this Holiday Inn does not include breakfast, and still charges you an incidental deposit per room at check in. Rooms are not bad. Not new looking, not worn out. Beds are pretty comfortable. Guess that’s the important stuff. Might stay here again if I was in the area. However, there are some newer properties for not a lot more money.

The staff was absolutely amazing! Especially Miranda, who checked us in. The hotel was clean. I will definitely stay there again. Very nice facility.

The property staff was wonderful. The rooms were very outdated and unfortunately there were very small ants in the room. I will probably not recomend this hotel because the rooms are so outdated.

Great location for the Texas Rangers and Cowboys stadium

Property was very convenient for football game, front desk staff (Donovan) was excellent, prompt and extremely friendly service. Room was very large, with a mini-fridge and small microwave. Bathroom showed some average wear and tear but had a nice large vanity. The provided toiletries were all Dove brand and were very nice. The AC kept the room nice and cool! Bed was comfortable and the bedding was very soft with two pillows with varying firmness- I am very picky and this passed my test! There is a bar/grille on site and we didn’t eat there but it looked nice, we may have tried it if we had more time. Overall a great stay!

Exactly what I was looking for and expecting.

Everything was grate

The room was a little dirty when we got in it, the outside trash was over flowing for 2 days, and the tile around the tub was not well maintained. The bartender was fantastic, I just wish there were more food options on site for dietary restrictions. Otherwise it was great.

Overall good

Stayed 1 night for a concert. The toilet didn’t flush properly, the a/c seemed to run louder than normal, there were cracks in the wall, the shower water pressure wasn’t great and the drain plug in the tub didn’t work so the water pooled up. Glad we only had to spend 1 night. Most likely won’t stay there again.

The room was no cool enough. The Lobby area was very warm. So was the dining area. Shuttle schedule was not timely at all.

Shuttle service to ballpark is very convenient.

Quick check-in. Clean, comfortable. Only negative was they charge $20 pp for commute to/from A T & T Stadium but Rangers Stadium was free.

The hotel was close to the stadium where we were heading which was convenient. You don’t even get a bottle of water in the room but you can buy one for $3! The rooms had roaches and the tub did not work. Rooms are not properly cleaned because someone left their glasses. Would not return.

Dirty, bathroom had hair everywhere, tiles broken/loose, faucet in shower is broken, toliet handle is broken, and again dirty. Very poor experience. Won’t be staying again. Only positive was, Check in was easy and smooth.

I have stayed here a few times, the staff is outstanding, friendly, really nice people that take an interest in helping you enjoy your stay. They provide a service for transportation to events that is very convenient. Rooms are clean and I have not experienced any disappointments. Actually like the location and staff!

Even though we booked for one night we awoke to no power, used phone flashlights battery to dress, exited thru the stairs, received a grab n go breakfast and checked out earlier than plan. There was no offer to compensate us and I felt they could have at least communicated this outage before our six hour drive to give us an opportunity to book with someone else.

My husband and I came for the weekend. We came to also go to a Texas Rangers game. The hotel was nice. One of the elevators towards the back wall was very sketchy it shook a lot and made a lot of noise. We went back to our room to relax and found out the cable was out and we ended up having to watch tv on our phones. We were not notified when we checked in and it wasn't until checkout that we saw a sign posted on the middle check-in desk. The sign should've been posted on all three check-in desks. The vending machines on the 3rd floor were not working so we had to spend more money at the hotel shop.

When I first arrived to my room it did smell a bit immediately the staff fixed it and we were good to go for the entire stay very accommodating!

Had issues with the shower pressure, hot water was moderately warm at best and tub needs snaking.

I don’t like the smell of whatever are use for cleaning too strong. Make me headaches.

We came for a weekend getaway with our daughter and grandson. The indoor pool was a big hit. The gym was great. Our room was clean and comfortable. Ataff is very friendly and helpful!

The hotel was easy to locate and was overall clean.

There is an ongoing problem with getting the tv signal reestablished in a bunch of rooms. The desk manager set my wife and I up in a conference room to watch the NBA playoffs on its big screen. Kudos go to him! The main living resting area was real nice except for the crooked picture on the wall. The bathroom needs serious repairs on the floor tiles, wall patches, and the tub caulking. It gets our worse bathroom rating on our trip.

Cable and TV service out. WiFi Out. Stopped up bathroom sink. Bathroom light switch sparks, dead shorts and go out while in the shower or on the toilet. I’m very disappointed with Expedia.

The hotel room wasn’t very clean, the towels were thin and we were only provided with 3 towels, the blackout shade in the window had small holes throughout. The AC was very loud at night.

This is probably the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. The service, the pool, the jacuzzi were all excellent. The best part of the hotel was that we came in town for the three Dodger games @ Rangers and were able to take the van from the hotel to and from the games. Wonderful service. Will stay again if we come to see the Dodgers again.

I visit the Holiday Inn in Arlington NE every time I travel to the area for work. The staff are always very friendly and professional and go the extra mile! I feel safe when I'm there and looking forward to my next visit!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were decent. The elevators didn't work part of the time and the stairs were on the other side of from our room. Not a bad place to stay just ran down.
