The front desk greeting was the best part of our stay. The hotel exterior is clean and well lit. The inside was struggling. The floor we stayed on smelled musty and the a/c seemed to be struggling and Texas hasn’t even begun summer. Our room was clean, but absolutely in need of an update. We choose a King size suite with desk and chair, the picture we used to pick the room was not the same. The “chairs” were 2 cubes. The bathroom floor had tiles that were loose, the shower seemed to have a space between the fiberglass and the floorboard. The bed was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were barely usable because they were flimsy and THIN! Very disappointing, stay and not where we choose to stay again. They do offer breakfast, it was nice and clean, but we were so exhausted from lack of sleep so we just grabbed a slice of toast before we left.

Location Water was just warm enough to shower after running it for ages. Road was noisy and had a dog barking at 4am!

The breakfast was good and convenient. Location was great! Handicap room was large. Staff was very nice and accomodating. The handicap room lacked handicap bars around the toilet and only had one bar in the shower.

The location and the AC works really well.. AND the water in the bathroom actually got hot!!! And that was a plus We stayed on the third floor and the room above our room maybe had kids cause we heard them runnin across the floor. That was the only thing I didn’t like

Clean room. Allowed you to hang out in lobby. Wish breakfast was earlier on the weekends.

Location was excellent. Restaurants, foodstores, Walmart, Homedepot, entertainment venues, sporting venues, are all within relatively short distance from the property. Hotel is cozy and staff are friendly.

Breakfast was the only good part of my stay. The comfort of the bed was terrible. My back is still hurting. The bed squeaks if you move. The headband was not attached to the 2nd one. I almost fell in the shower because the bathtub was unsteady and noisy. The air wasn’t working properly. The room was outdated and smelly.

The AC unit was coming apart a bit by the window but it the being was controlled by a wall control so it was fine. Breakfast exceeded my expectations and there were so many options. Waffles, pancakes, eggs (boiled and scrambled) bacon, oatmeal, yogurt, breads, and juices.

First room given had a leak in the restroom coming from ceiling. Next day, electricity went out leaving our devices not charged.

The ladies that worked at the front desk were both very friendly and accommodating. I had to swith rooms because there was something wrong with the TV in my room. No problem at all. Breakfast options were good. The area was clean. Parking was safe and available. There were lots of food places near by.

Hotel room was horrible. Lighting was poor, low ceilings, room was hot and toilet was not working. They did offer to fix the problem but why not offer a new room? We’ve traveled all morning and were tired. I was still charged a night instead of two!!! Like really, I’ll never go there again!!

We travel a lot and stay at many different hotels. This was by far one of the better breakfast options. Bed was a little hard for my liking but my hisband enjoyed it.

It was ok. Paid a lot to have to move to different Rooms cause the AC didn’t work in the middle of the night. Had to use a Coffee Stick to keep the Drain to the Shower up.

We did not have hot running water today. We had to fly home after 102° weather, smelly and stinky and sweaty. The toilet didn’t always flush. Sometimes it took 2 to 3 times just to get pee to go down. And we were on the first floor.It was noisy people running around and slamming doors and having fights in the hallway. I had a little staycation with my husband. Everything was fine until our restroom flooding at 3am. I was too tired to go tell the front desk. I went down at around 7:30am. They told me maintenance did not work on Saturdays so I would have to move to another room. I decided to just go home early but the room change consideration was thoughtful.

The facility was clean and quiet! The attendant on duty, Erica, was customer friendly and pleasant. She took my pictures and helped me get lint off my dress...she was such a sweetheart! I've had reservations here prior so there was no hesitation to return...and I will visit again!

We stayed 1 night for a Cowboys Game. Arrived to the Hotel @ 2, the lady at the desk was so nice and friendly, checked us in early, and upgraded our room to a Suite!! I was nervous about parking in the back with all the parking spots close to the building taken by all the plethora of spectrum vans,My car was safe lol and the extra lightening on the trees help.Overall it was a good stay,front desk was very pleasant and polite. We will return again. Thank You

We were in town for the Dallas game. We loved the location. Our room was clean. Staff was friendly.

I did not receive the reservation that i paid for. I was told that there was nothing left for me and nothing they could do. Is a reservation not a reservation?

My digital key did not work on the outside door in the back. And the plumbing could use a little upgrade. But other than that a great stay

Hampton Inn management needs to address the cleanliness of the bathroom. Our room had a shower with a glass door, which I like. But, the glass door had mold accumulated on the bottom which broke off as taking a shower. This is a health risk

They need to get regular size pillows for their beds. Those little things are worthless. Good thing I bring my own. Also, very noisy. Kids were running up and down the halls late night.

The room's could use a little update. My bathroom door would not stay open I had to use the trash can to prop open the door. The toilet didn't flush very well.

Although it was a quick trip and I did get to enjoy any amenities, I appreciated a clean room, a comfortable mattress, and some peace and quiet.

However the room was very clean and bed comfortable. The AC unit, while nice and cold, does run pretty loudly. The area was easy to get around in and seemed safe.

Had a wonderful stay here, staff was very friendly. Very convenient having everything so close to hotel. The only negative thing to say was the room temperature wasn't as comfortable as we wanted but other than that great stay.

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn South when visiting family. This time was extremely pleasant in every way. Our bed was comfortable, room was quiet, and enjoyed the breakfast offered in the hotel. We will be back.
