    Check in was super easy, and the girl working was so kind and helpful! We came for a Rangers game and the location was great. Made it a very fast drive to park at Globe Life. Kids were able to enjoy the pool. Room was clean and loved the flavored water downstairs. Breakfast provided makes our mornings easier. Plenty parking in the back area and it was well lit. The ice machine on our floor was out of order, but wasn’t a big issue at all. We just went down to the 4th floor to get it. Will 100% stay here again when we come next year for another game!

    The hotel was clean and breakfast was good. We were unable to check out the pool. The room was clean but the quality of the beds left me achy and sore each morning. The AC unit never kept our room cold. Luckily we brought a fan which helped or we would have smothered. We thought about asking for another room but figured it was a governor on the unit that kept it from going below 70. We had to ask about the trolly passes after our friends in another hotel told us about them after we used Uber the night before to get to Globe Life Field. Also, we were charged $20 extra per night for incidentials for the room. This was a refundable charge but were never made aware of it until after we paid. Overall it wasn't bad but would have rather paid the money to stay at Holiday Inn down the road.

    Clean room, close to the ballpark with a nice view. Staff was very friendly. Bathroom had hot water and a nice shower. Coffee and fridge in the room. TV was broken and even after they came to fix it, it wasnt fixed. Water temp was hard to regulate in the bathroom.

    Property and room weren’t terrible. Front desk staff were awful. Got to the hotel at check in time to be told my room wasn’t ready… what’s the point of a check in time if my room won’t be ready. Manager asked me a) What my disability was and b) asked for proof of a disability. Both of which are violations of privacy and just followed up by saying “we’ve been trained for this…” Apparently that training didn’t stick.

    The front desk lady Sam was extremely rude and lied to us the entire stay. She refused to help us when our bedding had blood on it, lied about placing dirty towels outside of the room for replacement, and lied about staff finding my daughters jewelry that was left upon checkout which we did get back. She was very unprofessional and rude.

    The lobby area was hot and the front desk young lady wasn’t friendly and very sick. She told me I owed $40 for what I’m assuming was the deposit I was tired from our drive so I didn’t question it nor did she try to explain what it was for. Not to mention she was having a sneeze attack when I checked in. She didn’t explain where anything was like the amenities or the elevators. The pool was way too cold and they had the door propped open, it was also very dirty. The room was very clean though and spacious and it was a very good area and convenient.

    I booked through a third party service, the wording stating that the king room slept 3 people was VERY deceptive. If a king room only sleeps 2 adults and a child, say that. Don’t just say it sleeps 3 people.

    When I arrived and checked in the front desk receptionist was rude. I had asked her about points, because I had received an email message regarding points. She then told me that didn't apply to me because I had booked through a third party. I then proceeded to apologize to her because I didn't know that. She said nothing afterwards. She didn't even give information on hours for breakfast, nor check out times. She was pretty rude.

    One issue was no one had told us that housekeeping only came every other day. The TV never worked from Day 1. Message was given to Darius and he said maintenance would look at it. Never happened. Also, when I did complain about no housekeeping we had no towels. I was told that they were full and that towels cannot be promised. When I questioned this comment, I was told they could come up with 2. I said then please have them dropped off to us. I was told NO you can come get them.

    Hilton will never see a dime of my money again, and the manager at this particular property is vile. First time in a hotel someone has ever been rude to me. Usually no matter how bad something else might be, at least the staff is normally welcoming and warm. This lady is mean and sarcastic for no reason. Absolutely shameful. I recommend the holiday inn. They have a big wonderful breakfast and anytime I have stayed there the beds have always been comfortable. I want to again emphasize that the entire reason for my visit was to sleep on a hilton inn bed because I was going to buy one from the guest purchase program. Of course I'm not going to now. If I paid another hundred or a hundred and fifty trying to give one a good trial, there is no telling what sort of bed would actually be in the room. Please excuse any typos. I'm using talk to text.

    We came up for a concert at AT&T stadium, and the location of this hotel was awesome. Super close and lots of dining nearby. The staff was great and the room was clean. My only complaint is that there’s no ventilation in the bathroom. Overall a great place to stay if in the entertainment district.

    Always a great stay, they never disappoint. This hotel is great location for the Cowboys and the Rangers stadium and Six Flags. The Uber or Lyft can get you to the drop off for cheap. I will definitely stay here again. Also offers a morning breakfast.

    The staff was nice, our first room did not have a working AC unit so they checked us into a new room. The door had to be slammed shut for the door to lock. We told the front desk and they said they would tell maintenance and nothing happened. If staying at this location I would make sure that the door is locking properly.

    I've usually had a great experience at Hampton.. not this time. The food and beverage availability was non existant, there was a warm fridge with drinks with a cold empty was next to it for some reason, and a place for snacks that was unstocked also. Woke up to no warm water. During breakfast the breaker for the toaster, microwave and waffle maker blew and nobody comforted the guests and the only answer we got was that maintenance didn't work on Sundays. Prob won't stay there again.

    We didn’t get the type of room we booked and the one we got wasn’t in the greatest shape (walls badly needed painting and damage to the tub, not a biggie) but I didn’t mind as long as we got a room after a really late check in. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was a decent hotel for the short time we were there.

    We found dried blood stains on the sheets in the bed our kids slept on when we were leaving. We had pulled the blanket down to make sure the kids didn’t lose a sock or anything in the bed and found dried blood on the bottom half of the sheets.

There were no pillows for person on couch, but when the desk was called, we had to go down and get them. ( after walking all day at six flags, this was very inconvenient). The room was said to be handicapped accessible but that, evidently, is just having a wall bar in the shower. The toilet was so low, we had to help my husband to get up off of it.

    Absolutely not! Arrived and nobody was at desk, heard the little beep thing notifying the person in the room that a customer was there. Nothing for like 3 minutes, knocked on the wall, about a min later a young lady opened and looked at me with a mad as heck face and told me “you have to wait a min” she was on a call, on her personal cell. The actual checkin was quick and easy, once she came to desk to help. Got a room on third floor, as soon as the elevator doors open my two kids(10,7), my wife and I were met with an incredibly strong smell of weed(Mary Jane). Even after we got into our room it was there, not nearly as bad as hall, but it definitely gave the kids and me headaches and felt weird. This was a nice hotel the last time I stayed here(March 2024). Don’t know what happened but I am going to find a new place to stay on my next trip in February. Ouch Hampton inn failed us

    I have always loved staying at Hampton Inns. However, this one in Dallas near Six Flags I do not recommend at all. The room and dining area were very clean. However, the staff at the front desk was not helpful at all. I am a Hilton Honors member. All of the Hampton Inn hotels I have stayed at always have a water dispenser, coffee, and fresh fruit available when I check in. When I asked for water, I was charged $2 per bottle. In the room there was no guide for the TV channels and the guide scrolling on a certain channel did not match the actual channel. There was no "do not disturb" sign. When my husband asked the front desk for one, they told him to go find someone in housekeeping. When he did, they took a sign from another room. My husband and I attended a Dallas Cowboys NFL game and had no idea about making reservations for the trolley to take us to the stadium and back. We learned about it from another couple staying in the hotel. They gave us a number to call to make the reservations. When we did and spoke with customer service for the trolley, she told us that the front desk should have given this information to us. Overall, it was clean, but the people at the front desk need some serious training in customer service and manners.

    We were told that the property was under construction, but it would not affect our stay. However, it did not mention that under construction also meant they had locked up the pool area and we deliberately chose this property because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in and went to swim an hour later and realized that the pool area was closed we reached out to the property through Expedia via email the way that we were told and never received anything back. I am not sure if this is a failure of the property or of Expedia, but either way I paid way too much to stay in a hotel that offered no amenities.

    Booked the weekend for a Rangers game. The first night we had no issues but come 8 am the construction in the room above us began. I was forewarned that renovations were going to be happening but that it shouldn’t affect my stay but the noise was ridiculous and lasted all day. We asked to move rooms and staff was very nice and accommodating but they said the room we were moving to the previous tenants complained about a smell. There definitely was a smell of something like like wet carpet or mold but we moved anyway. The property is old but the box springs had stains and so did the tub. The towels had ripping holes and the carpets were gross. I’ve never written a bad review but this hotel had a 8.2 rating and I expected cleaner rooms.

    I have stayed in multiple hotels around Globe Life park and for the price, this hotel isn’t worth the money. The place was outdated, dandy, had a musty, old smell throughout the lobby and room. Room was clean, but old furnishings, stained carpet, peeling, old cracked grout in showers. I wore flip flops in the shower and on the carpet. Checkin was quick, let us checkin early and friendly.

    This property is in desperate need of updating. The faucet in the bathroom wasnt attached to the counter top. The water in the shower got luke warm at best. The ac unit was Loud! Blood or something red stained on the box spring on the outside where we could visible see it. Ripped up sheets,old ac unit,there was tape on the closet..TAPE!! Stains all over the walls. I think they painted over wallpaper. It was stuffy and just down out raggedy hotel. We didn't stay we left cause I expected better which Ive seen better from this brand hotel. Like I said RUUUNNN. It won't allow me to upload the pictures I took. They look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the hotel they display online. I got roomfished.

    I was immediately greeted as I entered the hotel. Everyone was very friendly. The lobby and the breakfast area was very clean. The breakfast was well stocked.

    Building is not well maintained or hasn’t been updated. Only 1 side of elevator working. Old AC’s in room. Would not stay there again especially for the price of the room.
