Anywhere I go I try to always stay at Fairfield from the staff to the rooms to breakfast everything is great

It was clean, breakfast was good The room was smaller than the pictures showed and the AC did not cool the room, even if we turned it down and put it on high.

AC sounded like a washing machine so the traffic noise and the “washing machine” dueled all night. Didn’t like bathroom layout. Staff nice. Had a van that took us to the Rangers game and that was fabulous. Not sure if will use again but it wasn’t bad.

The breakfast was very good. Multiple hot and cold items. I had a small maintenence issue in the room and it was handled very quickly. Only issue was that the carpet had a strong unusual smell from the cleaner that they used.

Nice hotel with easy access to the sports facilities in the area. Plus, Six Flags is right around the corner, a waterpark and tons of restaurants. Some within walking distance some a short drive.

Staff let me check in earlier which was great. I only stayed for one night for a baseball game. I had a good experience but then again I wasn’t there that long. They also made it a point to put me in a room on the other side of the interstate and close to the elevator which was also a plus.

Parking was easy. The room was so clean and very nice.

I ask for an upstairs quiet room because I am a light sleeper. The girl at the front desk put me in 341 which turned out to be right next to a busy freeway interchange and a six flags amusement park. It was so loud all night I hardly slept. Not sure if she thought it was a joke or just didn’t know the lay out of the hotel. Either way it was unacceptable and I was very annoyed.

Well, what I didn't like was the person who helped us in front of the desk, all angry with their assistant, and they also gave me a room that was meant for handicapped people, and I didn't like the shower because of that, but everything else is fine.

Book room on October 2nd for a king bed and arrived February 20th and was told that they had no king beds left. Then out of no where they had one available. Then tried to charge me $670 for 2 nights when it was previously $348. Also the bed felt like a rock and had silverfish. Will not be back to this hotel.

The room must have been remodeled recently because everything was really really nice. My wife loved the bedding (the mattress was soft foam) and everything worked perfectly. The staff were all cordial and helpful. Just a nice three days.

Aside from being a great hotel, I was impressed with the Trolly shuttle service they provided free of charge. The pool and gym areas looked awesome. I definitely recommend this place for leisure and fun with all the sport venues next door.

Location and price We ate fairly early but the eggs and biscuits and gravy were cold.

It had a cozy feel and everything was spotless. Nothing, it was great!

Room was clean, but barren, no art or anything on the walls. Staff was great and we enjoyed breakfast. However, the scent throughout the hotel was overpowering. In the hallway, you could see the aroma mist hovering underneath the hall light fixtures. As someone with asthma, I had to ask For for the aroma dispensers to be turned off.

The breakfast was delicious went both days we were there and it had such a variety of things. The staff would smile everytime they would see us even the kitchen staff. The only thing I can think of is the sound the elevator made but I don't think that can be helped.

I thought we were booking a suite with a separate room and I guess it was separate, but it didn't have a divider or door, so it was basically a side room that was open to the rest of the sleeping space. It also had these weird cutouts, so it was just weird. The breakfast was alright, it was very basic. Hotel was pretty standard for a quick night stay. Nothing fancy. Room was accommodating, it had a microwave and fridge.

Negatives - Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable Matttress very thin. (FYI - It's also only a twin size.) As a family of 5, my oldest always uses the sofa bed in hotel rooms and he said it was the worst he's slept in. Other - Bathroom counter space around sink is very small. Breakfast was just ok - not as much variety as most places we stay.

Really liked the layout of the room we got which was the 2 queen/ pullout sofa suite. Hotel looked pretty clean other than our room had several big hairballs around edges of baseboards and carpet. I loved the mattresses had encasements and protectors on them, would stay again just because of that since we are terrified of staying somewhere with bedbugs and taking them home.Everyone was very friendly which is very hard to find these days. Breakfast was not good at all, not because of the ladies that make it they were very nice and did all they could,just the choices were poor and food tasted bad. Evening snacks were a nice addition even though we didn't partake it was nice to have something if we were a little hungry at that time. Over all had a nice stay.

The price was right and it was convenient for what I was in Texas for.

Location was great, within walking distance of a few great attractions. Area was generally quiet. Upon checking in, the customer services was not as great - the lady checking us in was pretty rude. The breakfast staff was amazing, as they offered several options and were helpful. We did stay 2 nights, so they did not do any housekeeping, we did have some trash we had to dispose of ourselves, but that was minor - I think you had to request for housekeeping for your stay of 48hrs or more.

Unfortunately there was noise above us like we were in an apartment. There was no meat for breakfast

The hotel was very outdated and minimal customer service. The room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos presented. There were screws sticking out of the vents, rips in the sheets and shower curtains, and the tub wouldn’t drain. Considering it cost us almost $500 for two nights to stay here it was horrendous. We were very unhappy overall with the quality and cleanliness. There was makeup on one of the pillows too. The breakfast was little to be desired, and there was nobody in the breakfast room if you needed assistance. Upon checking in the woman there vented stating things were beyond disorganized. The cleaning cart also sat outside of our room the entire time we were there and never moved. It is safe to say that we will not be staying at this hotel again and will for sure not be recommending it to anybody either.

Didn’t like that there was construction, the smell was as nasty and why did housekeeping knock my door super early if they were not planning to clean my room??? Like seriously! So not nice!!!!

Despite the water break, I am grateful they did not cancel our stay. We weren't there through out the day but we were able to be comfortable and enjoy our stay. I'd recommend this place if you're going to a cowboys game, to six flags or the water park. (When it's open) Fast food and restaurants aren't too far but just know after a cowboys game everywhere within a 3 mile radius will be BUSY!

Exactly what you’d expect for this type of hotel. Air conditioning worked well, shower temperature was good. Smelly carpets and uncomfortable bed.

Check in was quick and they were super kind . Room was clean and it’s been a great experience .

What I don’t like. Lack of shuttle. The food could be better and more variety

The beds where super comfy!! Liked the access to the trolley system..

We had a very easy and peaceful stay

No one at counter when I went to checkout. Couldn’t wait as I was running late for my flight
