This is nothing about this property you would like I did not feel comfortable for one .They had cameras in the room and they also had someone outside the room in the parking lot watching 24/8 which is weird.The bed sheets were not washed , the whole place had was a broke house ready to fall apart!!!

Facilities inside the room were clean and comfortable. Location is very poor. Taxi service to airport very unreliable as compared to my past experience at other locations in Canada. I have to wait for almost two hours for taxi service back to airport. In normal circumstances a passenger can miss a flight in such a situation. Items in the breakfast were very limited. Food items mainly Carbohydrates (Sugar, Flour, sweet Juice), No protein item at all. Not even a single, very simple eggs based item in the breakfast package. Have not seen this kind of poor breakfast in any other Days Inn Location. Needs to improve a lot.

Breakfast is a bag breakfast like a bag lunch to go rooms are full of pest keep the lights on from the bed through the shower they are coming strong was moved and that room had puppy food just sitting on the floor as of someone being storing there cat or puppy there and was moved for the night never again

Room was dingy. Front desk demanded $50 in cash deposit (wouldn’t take debit or credit card for incidentals), then balked at returning deposit at check out. Literally had cleaning staff go to room to confirm nothing was taken or broken. Breakfast is in a dirty area that felt like a storage locker, and it was only available from 7-9 every day including Sunday. Tried to get a cup of coffee at 9:15 from lobby carafe and when I asked the desk clerk if could make more she told me “thats all for todsy” Worst customer setup ever

I would not recommend this location to anyone! I found 2 roaches in my room and I observed a seemingly shady person repeatedly knocking on the door next to my room. He moved away as I made it clear I was watching him. He went around to the side of the building. When I told the staff and showed the pictures of the roaches I was offered another room, however I did feel this would resolve the situation of roaches at this location. I found another location to complete my stay in Arlington.

Tiolet seat was falling a part. Shower head was loose. Shower was not clean.

Overall i felt likeningor what i oaidbfor withbit being a cheap hotel room. Major downfall even without having my dogs with me, theres no grass around the entire property. It honestly made me feel like i was in prison and jjst brought dosn the quality of the exterior of the building. Was very quiet also even with it being in a high traffic area.

This is a very old property that is not ADA compliant. One of the staircases leading to the second floor is barricaded because the concrete steps are cracked and broken. Several steps on another staircase were crumbling. Roaches appeared in the room within two days of the stay. The TV in the room stopped working after 2 days. The door knob for the bathroom door was missing its screws to hold it in place. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. This was the worst motel I had ever stayed in and I would warn anyone who wanted to stay in Arlington not to go there.

a budget hotel in a dreary location by the freeway, but clean, friendly and surprisingly quiet. Very nice people. And the bag breakfast had fresh fruit. Nice!

Great water pressure, fridge and microwave worked well, free coffee down stairs, easy to access after parking, located in a strategic area on the highway, friendly staff, grab and go breakfast.tv, internet, and ac works well during stay.cleaning staff adhered to the door notice. Plenty of trash bins. Complymentary bath and coffee options with cups. Comfortable bed. There are hangers, ironing items, and bath towels available. Your deposits will be returned to you. Building have a simple layout with a pool, atm, gift area, and parking spaces. Only the outlet by the sink works. There are German roaches behind the TV and fridge desk, my rooms coffee machine was filthy even without using any coffee packets, the water ran yellow after rinsing it out. A lack of options regarding dietary concerns for food. Extending your stay is pricey had to pay $65 ish with another $50 deposit for one more night.

The room was FILTHY! Food one the floor in several locations, almost like it was never cleaned after the last check-out. The couch had food stuck to the cushion, the pull-out bed sheets were disgusting, one of the beds sheets were filthy, the shower was dirty, overall terrible job of room upkeep & cleanliness. The staff was very nonchalant and bare minimum when it came to asking questions and checking in. Didn't feel like it was in the best of areas. People outside all hours of the night in the parking lot & at the liquor store that they share a parking lot with. If there were any positives it was that it was cheap & relatively close (1.1 miles) to Six Flags.

The staff was very nice, they let us check in early which was amazing. However, the floor of the room was very dirty. I don’t think they even cleaned it at all. In the bathroom there was still a soap from the previous person who stayed there and it looked like things from the last person weren’t removed. There were some adult items left in one of the cabinets.

I have a broken foot no rooms were available on the bottom so ok I still took the room and the room was so far away from the stair case so my foot is extra swollen today and hurting and the employees were not very helpful.

The room smelled like cleaning supplies, so I assume they were cleaned but there was a layer of dust over everything and I saw some small black bugs in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not come to our room at all for the entire 2 nights and 2 days that we spent there. We ran out of towels and had to go down to the front desk to get our own and had to sleep in the same sheets. Breakfast was advertised but their dining room was closed and when we showed up we were given a paper bag with prepackaged muffins and a Capri Sun. The rooms were very small. You could get from the door to the opposite wall in 10 steps or less. The positives are that the front desk staff was professional and the location was only a short drive from our concert venue with a trolley pick-up area in the parking lot. It's directly off the expressway so it's a little loud but you could get anywhere you need to easily. I would not stay here again.

As soon I we checked in we drove around to the room and literally crackheads sitting around the building and one man obviously breaking into a room. Went back and cancelled and got our money back. Horrible experience.

You get what you pay for. I wanted somewhere a little on my budget and I got what I paid for. It’s not what you expect at other places but it’s a good place to get some rest. No one bothered us and our vehicle was safe. It was four minutes driving distance from Globe life park.

Second floor walkway was uneven, broken and in poor condition. The beds were dirty and prob the sheets were unchanged. Bed was lumpy and it sloped down on one side. We found 3 roaches in the room. Bed sheets and pillows smelled. We stayed one out of the three nights only because it was late. I immediately booked a rooms at another hotel for the next 2 days. I knew I was not getting my money back so I said nothing and left the next day. I will never stay at a Days Inn based on this experience.

Honestly this place was pretty decent. We were a 6 minute drive to glove life field and less than 10-15 away from food or a grocery store. It’s basically surrounded by industrial area so it was quiet except for people coming and going but they also weren’t too bad. Not a bad place for the price.

Front desk was great. We were there to see stray kids and after a disater with the b&b we were so happy to a place to sleep.

We were given a "smoke-free" room, but as soon a we opened the door to the room it had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. We went back to the office to ask for another room due to my allergies. The attendant kindly completed our request. In the second room was not as bad, but still smelled like cigarettes. When we returned to the room after the event we attended, the air freshener must have warn off and a heavy smell of cigarette smoke was present. Over all, the room and property was in need of repairs and maintenance. We made this trip on a budget, but we have stayed at other hotels at this price point that were much better maintained and truly smoke free.

This hotel offers great value for the price. However, there is an opportunity for improvement in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the rooms and the surrounding area. My room had some issues with cleanliness on the floor, likely from previous guests. Addressing these details could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

I liked the ability to add a day by 11am cuz i did not want to drive to another hotel. but i slept on trash bags cuz there were bugs. I will add photos later because i have not yet taken any

Dirty door not safe

I do not recommend staying here at all! First off, the pool wasn’t open for use! Even though it’s advertised as an amenity. Upon opening the door to the room, the smell of rotten food and mold overwhelms you. It’s awful! The floors are dirty and gross. I kept my shoes on the entire time. I found bodies of roaches in the room. It was absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe the price they charge for this garbage.

Rooms were very small and there was a musty odor that took some getting used to.

The couch bowed in the middle and was seriously stained. The beds we’re comfortable, but the pillows were squishy

After I reserved and paid online. When I got there they made me pay a deposit of $50 dollar that I didn't know about. And the breakfast was in a paper lunch bag. ( Muffins, small orange, granola bar and a kids lunch juice.) Very unhappy

Well, for one, when they are talking about breakfast, there is no reason there is a sack on the table with a store bought blueberry muffin granola bar, you know, orange and a Sun kiss for both days. That's what they had There is no real breakfast. And they don't mention it, . someone left streaks, all in the room, I want to say, that's from the effort to clean them. So yeah, so that was not a real issue. For me, for the wrong to say you have breakfast and all you gave me was a kid sack, son kiss

Staff was extremely rude, asked for a non smoking room and still smelled like cigarettes. checked in and checked out within the same hour

Noisy neighbor's upstairs all night

the a/c was not working and it was very hot.

The suite was not as pictured It was smaller that expected. We were traveling with a special needs adult , there we wanted a suite for privacy for my husband and I and our adult nephew. The sofa bed was in non usable condition and stained and torn. We asked for another suite but non available. We were given a room with two beds. I’m am thankful for that . We were very crowded and uncomfortable due for the lack of privacy and special needs adult. They accommodated us best they could. But I would like a refund . We’ll see what happens

Lack of attention to detail

This was the worst hotel, you need to take this hotel off the list, it was dirty, bed bugs were biting me and my kids all night, it old, the room smelled like cigarettes, my kids were complaining about that, it looks like a run down motel in the outside, I have never stayed at a hotel like this it was horrible

It was noisy, being very close to freeway that noise is expected

It was disgusting!! Dead roach and hair in one bed and hair in the other bed. Hair all over the bathroom counter and shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Dead roach mashed in the wall that had been there for so long it was dried to the wall. The floor was so dirty that the bottom of my feet were black in less than 5 minutes of my walking in them.

Would recommend

The room had roaches and I checked out a day early. When checking out inform the front desk about roaches all she said was ok.
