We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less!

"Cooked to order breakfast" was akin to a McMuffin. The "store" is more like a snack bar. My room faced the interstate; noisy trucks rolling by all night. Housekeeping did not attend to my room for three days out of my seven-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom were clean except for the old, dirty rug by the beds. Pool area was clean. Hallways are painted black; my granddaughter said it looked like a haunted house. I would say Aloft is most suited for individuals who just need a cheap place to stay without the frills. I would not stay there again.

There's a $50 refundable incidentals fee but I did use some of it at the incidentals bar. I bought cereal & milk, a soda, a youghart parfait and a Reeses. They keep out free iced lemonade (or water) all night. There's a pool table off the lobby and a little bar called WXYZ Bar. The Arlington Trolley will take you round-trip to the Globe Life Field for $12 but be sure to take it there or you won't know where it will pick you up. People complained on here about the "freakishly dark hallways" but I liked it, and also about the noise from other rooms but nothing bothered me.If anything, I probably made more noise watching Netflix at 4am. It's 1 mile away from the Globe Life Field so Ubering was a breeze. Aloft is always hip and it was a good $200-$400 less than other hotels. They also let you check out at noon instead of 11am so that's nice to have a little extra time. One thing missing from my room was hand soap at the sink and I did need that. I had a great stay! I would book here again.

Overall the room and hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean, spacious room. Was very disappointed to find out when we arrived that the bar was closed and we would not be able to order food because apparently they only had 1 bartender who left for the day. This was the main reason we chose this place so it was a huge inconvenience to us and alot of other guests who were complaining as well. Not sure how on a busy concert night they only had 1 bartender for the entire day. Not sure if we would be back.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Drinks at the bar were great! Our room was very clean - that is HUGE to me. Bed was comfortable - soft mattress. Location was easy to access and convenient to Dallas and Ft Worth. Recommend the free trolley to Rangers games. Great experience! Will stay at Aloft again.

Room was smaller than normal hotel rooms, toilet flushed very loudly and no ice machine on 1st floor. Other than those few small issues the motel is close to lots of activities, clean, super friendly staff and very chic decor. Would definitely stay again!

Rugs and carpets appeared dirty, otherwise okay. A/C was nice and cold. Nice selection of television channels.

Location is close to entertainment. The family atmosphere of the hotel is great; pool table, card games, and various other games around on tables for all to enjoy! The free morning coffee was a bonus as well! Serving a breakfast would be wonderful!

Room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to the interstate. The air conditioner worked fantastic. Room didn't have a trash can and the handheld shower was a bit worse for wear.

Staff was very friendly, bar open till midnight.

Great location to multiple venues, easy on and off access for travel. Hallways are very dim due to, in our opinion very strange lighting.

Overall great stay, bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

The property is centrally located which is nice close to six flags and stadiums. Walls are very thin. We stayed on the second floor, and someone was literally bouncing up and down running the whole night in the room above us, which was very hard to be able to get comfortable and sleep. They also say that they have breakfast while the only thing is that they give you a voucher card and you can use that to buy things from their little market so it’s not a true breakfast like pancakes and eggs and bacon. It’s just muffins, yogurt and drinks.

Rooms were super clean and spacious, beds really comfortable! No matter which shift or day, all the front desk staff were so kind and welcoming. They answered all our questions and made some local recommendations we were asking about. Great stay! Looking forward to the next!

It was very clean and comfortable. However, the minimalist design was not easy for my husband and I. There wasn’t much room on the countertop in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower area and that made it tricky to bring my clothes and towel in that area. They also didn’t have anywhere to hang my towel. However overall it was a very nice room with just little a little tweaks that would make it easier.

The front desk staff was nice. The rooms were nice & cozy. But I didn’t too much care for the shower’s water pressure or that I had to flush the toilet twice for everything to clear. Again, I guess it was the water pressure. However, it was in a great location. Everywhere I needed to go was 6-13 minutes away. Will stay here again.

Room and bed were comfortable. Mo shower gel in the shower. Went to the front desk and requested more, was told they would bring some up, but they never did. Room was not made up after the first night. Navigation app had great difficulty getting me to the hotel. Too many roads.

I liked how close it was to the venue The key cards didn’t work, I had to constantly get an escort to my room, even after midnight. Housekeeping came knocking at 8 am. I didn’t ask for my room to be cleaned early. The housekeeper was loud in the hallway singing. It was just a very uncomfortable, unprofessional, stay and I wasn’t able to relax. I had to reclean my shower because there was hair in it.

It was mostly clean. Hallways looked like they could use a cleaning & the walls in the rooms need a good cleaning. Not a fan of the bathroom, door was loud when it shut, toilet was obnoxious when you flush it for noise & not very private for noise when going to the bathroom with the open area in the top of walls. Other than that the room was nice.

We stayed here for the proximity of the AT&T Stadium. The rooms were nice (small) and the staff very friendly but for the money we spent for two rooms for two nights it definitely wasn't worth it.

No food option at the hotel. They have a full bar and a fun lobby area with pool table, card games, puzzles, jenga. Creates a fun area for people to mingle. It is right next to the highway so it can get loud when cars are driving by. Very close to six flags, rangers, cowboys. Shuttle takes you to games.

We were greeted by super friendly staff that made check in a breeze. We went upstairs and found our room to be clean and in order. We came back down stairs for a drink in the bar. The bartender was super friendly and made some of the best drinks. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

We stayed at a different Aloft about 10 years ago for our first vacation together as a young couple in college. 10 years down the road I still enjoy staying at this chain- they are always clean and fresh. I really loved our time here! The front staff were all personable and friendly and resolved a key issue quickly and happily! We’ll definitely be back next time we stay in the entertainment district— every time.

Stay was not to bad but there are lots of kids making lots of noise through the night hotel is close to were Texas Rangers play I guess they were there for the game. Rooms were nice and clean probably would stay again if it’s not baseball season.

The staff was professional and the room was just what we asked for during our vacation. I loved how convenient the location was and how it was close to restaurants and attractions. Definitely will be staying here again when we visit the surrounding area.

Came in for my son’s flag football tournament for the weekend and it was the perfect location from the stadium. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bar is definitely a plus. Great amenities as well. Walking distance from a few dining places and convenience stores. Would definitely stay agin when in town.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The room was nice. The air conditioning was really really top-notch. It cooled the room down in this Texas heat! The only thing I wish was better would be the breakfast and choice of foods for lunch and dinner. Although they do offer to go foods, would be nice to have more of a selection for breakfast and dinner.

The front desk lady gave me the biggest attitude of all time when I told her I only had Apple Pay for the deposit. They only accept physical cards which is not the standard anymore, but it's ok. I managed to find my one card I had in my car and she didn't even want to take my card. She did it reluctantly. Terrible

Location was nice, with in walking distance to food. Hallways are extremely dark and dirty. Needs to be vacuumed more often. The hallways had a stale odor to them. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. More storage or clothes hanging options would be nice. Over all decent place.

I usually love staying at Aloft however this was my first time staying at this one in Arlington. They work well with service animals however, the fixtures were loose for hanging towels and toilet paper. I saw hair around the shower. Plus the cleaning lady came in at 8:30. Why would you do that when checkouts at noon?

We stayed at this hotel for a competition and it was clean as expected no issues and my daughter left her wallet after check out we called the and the front staff had found it for us.

This is an ok hotel to stay at if you don’t plan on being there for a long time. The weather was bad so we were left there most of the day. The hotel doesn’t have room service. You can purchase chips crackers etc but if you have to order pizza they don’t even have plates you can use. Coffee machine was also broke. If I just had no better options I’d stay here again but would try not to if I could avoid it.

I enjoyed staying here. Staff was nice and that lemon water they have in the lobby is so refreshing. It was a few areas in the actual room that could’ve been a little more cleaner but it wasn’t unbearable

I love that y’all treat my pets like guests and that you don’t change more. The rooms are nice and clean. I wasn’t given a designated pet room that was damaged by previous pet owners. I will stay here ever time I’m in the area.

The property was nicely decorated, cleaned very well. The front desk people are so nice and helpful. There were a couple of bugs. Exterminating more often will take care of those couple bugs. The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The location is amazing and the view is too. There was no issue with having my dog. They love having dogs. I’ll stay again.

Loved staying here for a conference right around the corner from the stadium. The hotel workers were extremely friendly and helpful, made everyone feel very welcomed. If you come would suggest going over to the BFF Asian grill just steps from the hotel- great staff, tasty food. The icing on the cake with the bartender at the hotel, Reshu- he is the talk of town and everyone loves him and glad I got to find out why. Officially my home away from home anytime I’m in the Arlington/Dallas area.
