Please change hot water for oatmeal. I advised front desk but day 2 and 3 advice not taken. Current way is burn hazard. I know from experience. Please listen. Bed so comfortable we want one. Contacted matress company but only sells to hotels.

The staff were amazing! Check in was a breeze. The breakfast attended worked hard to keep the wid variety of everything stocked. We received a phone call maybe 15 minutes after we left that we had forgotten a phone. It saved our vacation! The little things add up to make the best stays....the newer coffee machines were a nice plus as well.

Everyone was great during our stay. We have been to High Point before for the furniture show. We loved the water and snacks on the front table , we could grab at any time. The staff was so friendly. We loved being on the shuttle stop and just walking out and getting on the bus for market.

Very welcoming at check in and check out, staff super friendly. Cleanest lobby and dining area I’ve seen before with fresh and plentiful options at breakfast. Room was very clean and nice.

It was an ok stay. The staff was nice at check-in. The room seemed clean and lights and TV worked well, but when I walked into the bathroom in my sneakers the floor was very sticky, the feeling of walking on dried up sugary soda or something. When we turned the lights off to sleep, the AC unit had a fast blue blinking light but with our eyes closed it wasnt a problem. Im not sure the bed sheets were clean. We slept fully clothed just in case. To me, the bed was not comfortable but my kids said they thought the beds were fine. Breakfast was good for a continental. Not sure I'd stay there again.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We really appreciated Margie and Karen dealing with our separate bookings for the same room type on a third party and keeping us in the same room! They were so helpful, I joined the rewards program, and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in High Point!

Had to come into town for a funeral and this hotel location by the interstate worked well. Was quiet for being by the interstate. Plenty of food, gas and stores around the area. You have to turn into the Hampton Inn and go through their parking lot to enter the Holiday Inn parking lot.

It was very clean and Jennifer at front desk was very exceptional. It was not the room I booked, but it was ok. I booked a two queen suite. I got a standard room.

Upon check I was advised that my room was closed for maintenance. I was traveling with 3 small children, my wife and my Daughter. They advised they could give me 2 queens rooms, but could not guarantee that they would be side by side or in the same floor. The reservation was made over a week ago. Someone. Old have called and told me.

Audio for the streaming service kept going out, and Fox News Channel was not even a channel option. Also, the light in the entryway would flick off and on several times before finally staying on, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not functional. You should be glad I didn't rate it lower.

Overall we had a great experience. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable king bed, clean crib, and we loved having 2 TVs in the room. Only complaint was the pull out bed had no cushioning, it felt like you were laying directly on the springs & it was uncomfortable for my 5 year old.

Overall nice place. The guy that checked us I. Was super friendly however at 8 am ish cleaning tried to walk into our room after a knock not allowing enough time for us to answer. It was a little frustrating to be waken that early and then trying to enter. Aside from that, nice place

We had to get some new linens because ours was stained and the room was musty but as soon as we made the staff aware they handled it expeditiously. I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service we experienced. Everyone from the front desk staff to the cooks to the janitor to the room attendants were super friendly and accommodating. I would return for that alone!

We only stayed for a short while but bed was so comfortable as were pillows and blankets. They offered brand name soaps and hair products. This was a first for me. If I'm down this way again, i will definitely stay here.

Other than the room staying humid/moist, it was a grway room and hotel. Breakfast was great. Coffee, meats and eggs, pastries, etc...lots of great options. The comfort of the beds is nice, with the extra pillows also. Pool was clean and inviting. Another outdoor sitting area was very relaxing. The staff was all super friendly and helpful for any questions or concerns.

We were staying here after we picked up some ancestry items from my cousin. His mother passed away last year. She wanted me to have the items.

Size of the room is spacious, bathroom is nice, like the two tvs. But we got put in a room that over looks the check in area, facing the back of the Hampton inn. Not until the following day did we find out that our room was missing the second shade to cover our window. Instead of getting a restful night’s sleep, we had light with the intensity of the sun shining into our room all night. Front desk didn’t care one bit and blew us off. Other than that our experience was ok.

Our room was really nice and clean, however we found the ice bucket cover under the bed with a piece of Dorito in it. And my best friend room just 2 doors down the have 2 bottles of coke in their trash can. Nothing really bad but housekeeping needs to be more aware of the rooms.

It was very close to the university we were touring. Easy to get too. Great parking and lots of surrounding restaurants.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and breakfast was super yummy. Our room was a king suit and was ok. The room was clean but the bed was super hard. Ceiling fan and light in the bathroom didn’t work. Shower curtain liner doesn’t completely cover and we always ended up with water on the floor. One reason we pick this hotel was because of the location and pool. We were in the pool every day and didn’t see it clean once (not vacuumed at all, fingers crossed they were checking the pH levels) had to skim it myself several times and ended up with a double ear infection by the time we left.

I visited my brother and his wife, and opted for Holiday Inn rather than imposing at their home. I had not travelled for nearly twenty years, and was apprehensive about the 600 mile drive at my age. All went well, however, and having a restful room waiting for my son and me was essential. I anticipate more trips in the future after this positive experience.

For us parking was important but so is being able to do laundry. The hotel amenities listed laundry and they do not have a guest laundry room. Also, the rooms do not have microwaves. Microwaves were not listed but it would have been nice. The breakfast is fantastic. All the staff was friendly and helpful. While the room could use some TLC it was clean a comfortable.

We had a comfortable stay overnight. No significant complaints.

The room need remodeling. Mold in bathroom, exposed caulking around tub spout, just old and worn out. Not able to regulate temperature or fan as indicated by wall control, front desk said flow of air in room was universal throughout hotel.

This was a last minute reservation due to issues from another chain. Staff was amazing, the breakfast was terrific, room was wonderful. 5 stars all around.

Had to make a last minute change to this hotel because a competitor hotel would not allow my wifes service dog. Thank you so much to the staff for knowing the regulations. And the hotel and amenities here are just amazing. Thank you for turning a bad start to my wifes birthday trip to a wonderful experience. Mark and Mary.

Beds were super comfy, great selection of pillows, staff was lovely.

Need to update to have usb plugs in the room. Had to go by cubes to plug in my chargers for all my electronics. No built in usb ports in entire room.

Check in was a breeze and took no time at all. The room was very clean and breakfast was amazing.
