The room and hotel were clean. The staff went over and beyond in helping as we and others were checking in. I was very pleased as the dog accepting hotel was very accommodating and friendly. I was very impressed with the included breakfast choices.

This place is just ok. The sounds between the rooms is terrible. I could hear every conversation in the room next door so my sleep was quite poor. Also no closets, no amenities, no safe in the room (red flag). The sheets are also not soft and a bit scratchy. Due to the poor noise management, I won't stay here again.

I had changed my date of check in with Expedia weeks before arrival and had a confirmation of it, but unfortunately they somehow didn’t change it with the hotel and my room was canceled, but thankfully the hotel called me as I was traveling there and held the room for me, they were amazing.

The breakfast area was on the smaller side but the breakfast was really good. A lot of variety to choose from and everything was hot and very good. Nothing that I didn’t like about breakfast.

The room was very spacious as far as hotel rooms go the bathroom was a very good size. The shower had very good water pressure and was very hot. The staff was excellent. The building was relatively clean, except my room mattress smell the body odor so bad I had to sleep in the chair for 2 Nights Pl., but there was nowhere else to go. Sorry I had to tough it out. Location was good

My room floor was dirty had hair in the bathroom floor I don’t work there so I shouldn’t have had to clean it up but I was not using a bathroom with hair on the floor of course they couldn’t do anything housekeeping was gone by the time I got there

The receptionist was not friendly and complained that the cleaning staff were not her responsibility for not having our room ready at the specified time. Also, she promised cookies twice, but never got around to putting them up. Maybe she was having a bad day.

Third time using this facility and I fell in love. Staff is amazing. Rooms are always clean and the breakfast is always great as well.

Front desk reception was incredibly friendly and happy. I usually move right past front desk through the remote key checkin and I was on my way when they were so friendly offering water and cookies. Cookies that were really good. They had well stocked fruit and coffee. Thank you so much. Ugh the beds feel like full size, just seem a bit small when we are expecting queen.

The room reeked of cigarettes and some other musky smells. Didn’t give us enough pillows and bedding was not comfortable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working so it would get hard to breathe while taking a shower. We stayed for 2 nights and we couldn’t sleep at all the 2nd night because my daughter has asthma and she couldn’t breathe so we ended up checking out sooner than we wanted to. Overall a very bad experience for a pretty costly hotel. One thing is for sure that we will never book at Hampton Inn anymore.

Stayed one night and we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and the how friendly the staff was. It was quiet for getting some sleep and Breakfast was good

We stayed on the 23/24 & it was even more than I expected. Our room we had reserved wasn't available because the people in that room extended their stay but with no hesitation they upgraded us to 2 separate (joining rooms) 1 room had 2 queen beds & the other room had a king. I had reservations for one room with two queen beds. Also check out time is 12 about 11:45 I came back from eating breakfast & asked for a late checkout time & they moved it until 1 with no questions asked. We'll definitely be back

Love the place, reason for only 3 stars on the comfort section, THE MATTRESS. I find all hotels have the same issue. the feet of the beds are higher elevated then the head, is there a reason for this? Over all we would definitely stay again as i just slept with my head at the foot end of the bed. Thank you for having the sweetest employees. Both evening and morning receptionist were very professional and as sweet and helpful as can be.

my key at the front desk, and as I was going to pick it up, another guest told me my key was waiting for me up front. Definitely recommend.

Carpet in 4th floor hallway was wrinkled and ugly as well. Older people could easily slip on the excess folds in the carpet. Staff was nice!

The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. My room was cleaned every day without me asking as some Hotels require. The stay was awesome and made me believe that customer service still exist and the little things like getting my room cleaned were the rule vs. the exception.

I have never stayed at a hotel that made you feel so welcomed. They had snacks and water out for everyone. Breakfast in the morning. It was wonderful!

LOVE HAMPTON and this hotel was one of the best! At check in had the best desk clerk ever, she explained everything, I even commented to my companions she was the most informatie check in clerk I had ever met!! Room was amazing - my mother has limited mobility and the walk in shower was PERFECT. Cookies were great, free water is so much appreciated!! Another great Hampton experience!
