    No complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Outside of the hotel needs some care - outside of the hotel is rough looking. Grass needed to be cut around the parking lot. One of the light poles has fallen over and has been lying across parking spaces for some time as weeds have started growing up around it. Several of the light poles look like they could fall over at any time, damaging cars or injuring someone. Elevators had a weird chemical smell.

    Do not waste your money. They dont even have cable TV. I stayed during the spurs and knicks and could not watch it because they did not have cable tv. Stay at the hotel 6 next door. Elevators were hot and stunk

    This was the worst stay I’ve ever had to endure, we checked in 4hrs after check in time and were told 3/5 rooms were ready. Only 2/5 rooms were ready and they said another hour for the other rooms. On top of not being ready we had to downsize from two beds to a king bed which was another inconvenience which was brushed off with everything else. We had a big party which is why we booked 5 rooms! We got zero notification on this issue. We almost checked in exactly @3 but chose to go to the beach instead. The pool area didn’t have pool towels. The smelled of mildew. The front desk person wasn’t very empathetic on the frustration I was feeling and offered a “we are short staffed” as the reasoning why our rooms weren’t ready. Never getting contacted by phone or email in regards to this delay is very unprofessional and inconsiderate at every level. Having children and elderly having to wait for a room added to the stress and frustration. The inconvenience and inconsideration was at a high. There were others coming in and checking in with zero issues. As we waited for our rooms. We were not able to enjoy the pool since we had to rush and shower after we finally all got our rooms and make dinner and by the time we returned the pool was closed. Very inconsiderate

    Restroom was having many issues, wash basin was clogged, the rest room doors were not closing, shower water pressure was very low, all together we had a bad experience. When informed to the reception, she said no rooms available and can't do anything, also asked for any repair from the maintenance team she said they are not available and they will not be here two days. And when informed about the inconvenience she said she will refund the booking amount.But after checking out she said I didn't say like that. Full of lies and inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying there.

    May 22, 2026 Mary and GM manager Sandra kindly allowed my elderly father (recovering from knee surgery), my 11-year-old nephew who's on a spectrum, check into our room early to rest. Same day but at night @ 11:30 p.m. while asleep, we were terrified by your employee, Rebecca, and a group of 3 men/1 woman attempting to force entry into our room using a metal rod. Rebecca failed to announce herself as hotel staff/ ignored my father's shouts that the room was occupied. I opened the door, new family explains they have this room. I am thankful I didn't bring my gun with me because this family would have been traumatized. I called the front office from the landline Rebecca displayed a severe attitude, as if blaming me for the system error, and ignored my distress over my crying nephew. She put the phone down and never returned to the receiver. She called 911, claiming we were in the room illegally. Downstairs, she continued to argue in front of local law enforcement, who ultimately had to remind her how terrifying it is to be startled awake by someone trying to break in.Having worked in the hotel industry previously I couldn't help but feel that her lack of training compromised everyone's safety. I understand system glitches happen. However, Rebecca’s lack of safety protocols and empathy created a dangerous situation. She stated that the room showed unoccupied/dirty. Why would you send an entire family to a dirty room? Why not escort the new family downstairs for their safety?

    The hotel was under construction. Only one elevator worked and the pool was closed. My trash was not taken out the entire time I was there. The workers were kind but there was nothing they could do about the construction listed above. Not worth the money I paid with what I paid for my stay.

    I hate to always point out the worse, but other than these problems, it was a great experience. The toilet in Room 426 did not operate correctly, and there seemed to be some mold in the shower. The elevator smelled of recent solvent fumes, and the floor was sticky for all three days of our stay. Breakfast was adequate but cold. Ice machines were only available on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The staff was great.

    In the first room, we found trash around the beds upon arrival not just small snack wrappers, but items such as a can and a vape device. It was clear the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. In addition, the sheets, bed covers, and pillowcases had an unpleasant odor, as if they had not been properly washed. We had to request fresh sheets, pillowcases, and blankets in order to feel comfortable sleeping in the room. The second room also had multiple problems. There were used towels still hanging over the shower curtain, which again raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. The television was not working at all, and the shower would not drain properly. While showering, we had to stand in several inches of water because it would not drain, which was both uncomfortable and unsanitary. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, especially while on a family vacation. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of both rooms and hope this matter will be addressed so future guests do not experience the same issues.

    the breakfast was really good. we were there for 7 days. their was variety. the hotel cleaning crew was somewhat disappointing. we were there for 7 days. We did not want the sheets changed every day, but they only brought new towels and emptied our trash one time. the rest of the time we had to get towels and trash bags from front desk.

    I have to say that the ladies working the front desk were so nice to us. However we had a problem getting our room cleaned. The ladies at the desk kept writing that we needed it cleaned in their little book and everyday it was checked off as done, but nothing was cleaned. Every night after we came back from the beach, I had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels and tell them again that our room wasn’t clean. When we first arrived, I reported that our room smelled like cigarettes smoke and our shower and vanity were not clean. The mirror and shower door were smeared and streaked! Every morning the breakfast was really subpar! The bacon was floating in grease, cold and undercooked, the eggs were runny and undercooked. There was no bread for toast, no fresh fruit. We ended up eating out every morning! We asked for another blanket but never got one. We finally went to Walmart and bought one! We will never stay ina Fairfield again!

    This is in a great location. Close to everything you need. Gas station, Walmart, food options, even Starbucks. Although there is a good local craft Coffeeshop across the street called “Addiction” that I recommend. Check-in was fast and smooth. The facility and room was clean. However, the room had a bad mold stench. I know it’s close by the water and I should expect that. But it was overpowering. My clothes that were left in the room came home with the smell. This is my only improvement recommended for the facility is to keep maybe damp rid and/or clean with a scent in the room. Breakfast was pretty decent and hot! Biscuits and gravy were a nice touch. Check out was quick, even though it took a minute for the front desk to look up from her phone to assist.

There were people there who were also canceling because they got their room and it was dirty. And there was a guy who waited 3 hours for his room to be ready. The girl at the front desk couldn't care less and didn't even apologize to us initaly, she just told us to sit and wait until the cleaning crew was done cleaning. Unbelievably unprofessional and I will never have this hotel on my list of options.

Front desk said it would be maybe a hour to get cleaned due to staff shortages. Why did we receive keys to 317 if it was not ready. This caused us to cancel and check in to a different hotel as we were ready to turn in. We would like a FULL refund. Thank you.

    The location is good. It was fairly clean. The staff had family staying at the hotel and one of them was a young boy who couldn’t have been over 12 drinking a hard lemonade he was cussing he came with no shirt on and went in the kitchen and was talking to his family member who was working at the time. The other adult family members came in his underwear. The staff told us that they were out of everything for breakfast. My husband and I stay there at least twice a month and were very disappointed. My special needs son was saying why are they acting like that. And didn’t want to eat because the behavior of the boy. It was very disturbing.

    Staff was friendly, breakfast was good The pool was not well maintained and you could not see the second step it was so cloudy. The back door was left proped open so the fruit had flies in it on the bfast line. And on our last day the elevators went out and we had to pack out using the stairs from the 3rd floor.

    The breakfast was good. The front staff was nice. There was a bug in the sheets on one of the beds and tags from clothing someone bought who had stayed there before on the floor on the underneath/side of the bed. Room was not cleaned very well. Locks to enter area to go swimming were not working had to use door stopper to hold it open so you wouldn't get locked out. Construction also going on in the lot next to the hotel it was very noisy and dusty.

    Location and price. As a fairly new hotel it appears that they are still working through some kinks. One elevator working, had to change rooms because phone and tv were out of service, had to replace shower head in the next room, and found trash under the bed.

    Check in was quick and easy. Staff is very helpfull. I had reserved 2 room and was able to be next to each other. The only thing that needs attention would be the pool. Water was green and i would not go in it. That was a minus for me. Other then that. Nice location.

    Needs an upgrade. I’ve stayed here in the past, and it’s gone a little downhill. one elevator doesn’t work, the other is sketchy. The lobby is still good but the room needs a refresh. The staff was great. Breakfast was good.

    Breakfast did not make sense. They had bacon and egg and that’s was it for that, cereal and the milk jug they had out was empty, the next day had gravy and sausage and egg no biscuits, was pretty weird. The room you can tell it was not cleaned the curtains were stained with who knows what the light switch was dirty the restroom was needing some cleaning. I won’t stay here ever again.

    Helped to get another room when we checked in late one of the rooms was filled with cigarette smoke and someone had just used the room to urinate left the toilet seat wet Tanner kindly and swiftly changed us out and was very apologetic about the situation. Also i was coming i. Late with bags of food and he was so kind to rush to my aid and open the door for me. Thank you Tanner for going above and beyond for the Freeman Family All the rooms had a very strong odor of mold carpet in rooms was sticky and had lots of goop . Found mild on lamps. We had a short stay but three outta 6 of us got sick or rash . Also the pool was green when we showed up so we couldnt swim on our summer getaway.

    When we checked in the first night. The room smelled damp and the carpet was wet. The also made a loud noise. I went to the front desk and I was told that they couldn’t get us another room because they were no rooms available. I reported the situation again the next day a we were given another room without a problem.

    Staff was extremely friendly, kind and most helpful. The lobby looked welcoming and spacious. The room was ok with the exception of a few things. The bed was comfortable, but the carpet was noticeably stained, the couch had stains, the shower had black stains and harsh calcium built up on the shower head. It was the culmination of a lot of little things that made the room somewhat uncomfortable. Had these been taken care of, it would be more pleasant staying overnight. The hairdryer was pealing and when in use, blew white dust from the peeling paint everywhere. To be honest I didnt mind the stay because my kids didnt notice and had a good time so I could forgive these imperfections. Breakfast was delicious and with a generous variety. The pool was dirty and my kids were looking forward to swimming so we didnt get to enjoy that amenity.

Overall the hotel was in a good location to where we wanted to go, the movie theater was right down the street and theres a Walmart plus some fast food places around the area for all our needs.     I requested clean towels daily. Bed made and trash taken out. We were working 12-14 hour days cleaning a rent house out. Every day we had to call for clean towels, trash taken out, bed made or at least straightened up. After the 3rd of having to request these services manager was polite but it was evident she was highly annoyed. We all have our own jobs to do. Ours was just as important as the staff's jobs. Breakfast area, very clean- however they wiped the counters with dirty towels and didnt dry the surfaces of the counters. Very repulsive! MOST IMPORTANT-WE REQUESTED AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT ADDED TO OUR STAY TO FINISH OUR WORK, EVENING EMPLOYEE (EXTENDED OUR STAY). BUT HE BOOKED ME FOR THURSDAY NIGHT INSTEAD OF FRIDAY NIGHT. WHICH AT THAT TIME WAS AVAILABE. INSTEAD HE BOOKED ME ANOTHER ROOM FOR THURSDAY NIGHT. WE WERE STAYING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING. DOUBLE BOOKING. AT THE TIME FRIDAY NIGHT WAS AVAILABE. NOT VERY HAPPY WITH YOU. Everything I stated above.

    Dirty, literally every where we walked. No air in hallways or elevator. AC in small suite sounded like a train. No AC felt like I could barely breathe in a closed area. Wanted to hurry up and leave. Paid too much money for two suites! Both were small. Dirty mold showers. Smelled like smokers in suites.

    Do not book here. Booked the room through Hotels.com and paid in full. The hotel charged us in full also. When asked about the charge at the hotel they wouldn’t reverse or hold the charge. They could see that it was charged incorrectly but wouldn’t address the problem. Have tried getting ahold of someone for 4 days. Hotels.com can’t get anyone to answer the call and credit card company is now trying to dispute through writing. The front desk acknowledged the problem and supposedly escalated to the GM but she said she hasn’t been able to talk to GM and the GM doesn’t answer calls. Terrible customer service!!

    This looked a little rough on the outside, but very nice on the inside. Only problem is soap residue on the lobby floor caused my wife to loose her balance and luckily I caught her before she went down. We’re seeing this at more and more commercial establishments. Clean is great, but that soap must be totally rinsed away.

    Unfortunately this was a poor stay. I have never had any issues with Fairfield Inn & Suites but this location was a first. The hotel and room itself was clean and comfortable but the customer service or rather lack of was extremely disappointing. Our room was not ready for check in at 3pm. We were not given a room until 6pm. We were told they were short staffed. And I would normally understand but when I see the cleaning staff conversating in the hallway and walking around eating pizza. Then it becomes lack of urgency to accommodate the customer. And I find that as the worst hospitatlity.

    The staff was ao helpful and sweet. The place was spotless. Only complaint is we stayed at the front of the hotel and although we loved being able to look down on our car the lights shining on the building kept our room lit up even with blackout curtains. Would definitely stay again.

    The room was decent and the staff were really friendly. They had a continental breakfast but we didn't partake as we were leaving early. There was road construction around the area so finding the drive in was a little difficult when we first arrived but after that it was all good.

    The breakfast buffet was very good, I enjoyed the eggs and sausage and bacon. The cleaning staff never cleaned my room or made my bed.I couldn't get the Wi-Fi to work and told the front desk on 2 occasions. I was told they'd discuss it with the manager, but I never heard from the manager and the Wi-Fi never worked. I only stayed 2 days, but I think it would have been nice to hear from them.

    Our stay was very nice. The only sticking point was that the hotel room had a musty almost mildew smell in the room. I think maybe it was coming from a/c unit. Other than that we had a great stay.

    Overall the time were clean, comfortable & welcoming. The tub drained very slowly after showering. The shower rod was rusting & needs replacement. The breakfast was decent. Having a more comfortable chair in room besides desk chair is needed. Liked location too. Would recommend.

    Lady at front counter was very rude and disrespectful and kept asking questions that she had no business asking and think my girlfriend of 5 years was a prostitute and kept asking if this was business or pleasure and i told her business because its non of her business then lied and said my card wouldn’t go through then i asked her to try one more time then all of a sudden it worked.My girlfriend checked out this morning with a new lady and she said was very nice and sweet.

    Aransas Pass is a quiet little town not too far from North Beach and Rockport Beach. Just far enough away to be away from downtown area congestion, but still only 20-25 to downton CC for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Came for 4 nights to watch the CC Hooks games. Place is clean, staff is nice and friendly. Handled an urgent Amazon delivery for me and contacted me about the delivery. Nothing but good things to say about the stay. Will come back!

    The AC was broken throughout the hotel, except for the rooms, so the hallways, lobby and elevators felt like a sauna. My nonsmoking room smelled like cigarettes. Bed was decent, but pillows were terrible. Pool stays open until 11pm, which is fine, however it was extremely loud and could be heard on the 4th floor. Housekeeping did nothing to my room each day, but leave clean towels and empty the trash....thats it. The telephone is my room was broken...couldnt even get a dial tone...which is extremely unsafe. Rooms were outdated and coule use remodeling. Smoke detector flashed brightly every 7 seconds....all night loud. Legit looked like lightening. Very unpleased and if I hadnt have lost my entire money, I wouldve checked out and stayed elsewhere.

    Our room was clean but as with everything else in aransas pass, port aransas and Rockport managers failed to staff accordingly. I had to wait an additional hour and a half so they could get my room ready after they said it would be ready in 30 minutes.

    Amazing place… we got there super late but they checked us in over the phone. Clean wonderful room amazing bed I slept like a baby. Shower and restroom was clean and polished only thing I’d improve is the horrible water pressure on the shower but other then that a perfect stay.

    This has got to be the better place anywhere near Aransas Pass. It's new, clean, great friendly and service oriented personnel, great suite type rooms, and full breakfast. Excellent!

    Dirty pool. Dirty lobby. Mediocre breakfast. Dishonest staff. Double charged. Unprofessional. On top of that the check in / check out process was a disaster. Lady at front desk had no idea what she was doing and double charged and then lied about the situation. She then lied to her manager and said we were profain to her which was a lie. I traveled with my teenage daughter. I was very composed despite their conplete lack of brain cells.

    I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, location and staff. The staff was cordial and answered any inquiries promptly. My room looked like the pictures online so no unexpected twist, huge bathroom and decor was charming. The location was convenient to Port port Aransas. The best way to get there is by ferry. Lastly, you did not have to travel far to get to places to eat, grocery & retail stores. The drive was about 5 to 10 minutes to these places. I highly recommend you check it out this hotel.

    Hotel staff was nice. Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable with a lot of pillows. Didn't try the pool since it was too cold outside, but it looked good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Short drive to the beach.

    Not accessible from both directions on road. Property outside looked like a cheap motel with weeds everywhere and and not maintained whatsoever. Elevator smell was overwhelming with some chemical cleaners. Rooms were clean though.
