Room was clean, staff was polite and courteous, did not use kitchen at all( so can’t write about it) Parking was convenient and eV charging was very helpful. All in all we loved our stay. I wish bathroom was not just a small box, that’s why I am giving 4 stars

Our first time staying there. The location was great for what we needed. HEB and Popeyes in walking distance. Justin was great in letting us know where to eat and how to catch the ferry. We will be booking there again shortly. Thank you.

First time in this area and I would definitely stay at this place again. From what I can tell, it’s one of the newer hotels with a nice small gym, great little pool area with two gas grills that were in great shape. The staff was super friendly and it was conveniently located to the dock where we met our fishing guide the next day. There is also a H-E-B grocery store close by.

Parking was easy, I had a big trailer and their parking lot had trailer parking. I will definitely visit again.

The room had such nice amenities, including a full kitchen. The room was so spacious my little ones playpen fit without any issues. The ferry was right around the corner which made it perfect.

I loved everything about this Hotel

Went fishing for 2 days out of Aransas Pass. Hotel was a 2 minute drive from the boat. Will stay here again when Im back to fish.

When I reserved it said the room will accommodate 3 people but I was given a room for only two. I had to purchase another room paying double because of the holiday weekend

We had a very comfortable stay at candlewood! Beds were great and came with a kitchenette that had everything you could need! Great location and a quick ferry ride to Port A! Will be staying here again!

From the moment we walked in we were on cloud 9! The staff was amazing. The young man that talked to us for a bit on so much knowledge of the area. Recommended mickeys for dinner. *chefs kiss*. The room was amazing! Wished we were staying more than just one night. We will definitely be back again!

And I guess I will mention that the shower does not have a waterproof curtain. Just the cloth curtain. Leaving the floor wet after a shower. Overall a nice property.

We would definitely stay here again! Lovely place, excellent service from staff, very comfortable and clean. Good coffee and fruit 24/7. Quiet and conveniently located to get to the ferry. If you’re looking for a clean quiet comfortable place away from it all, this is the place.

No breakfast available but thats ok because we went out for breakfast. But the worst part was that we had a roach in our room that was crawling on my boyfriend arm and when we tried to kill it it went into AC unit. Was not comfortable sleeping.

Our stay was great except for one thing.. our room smelled AWFUL. There where the usual hotel smells throughout the facility but our room smelled like boiled shrimp rotted into the carpet. Literally. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, great room amenties like the fully furnished kitchenette and AC worked great. We expended an entore bottle of febreze over the 3 days and it was tolerable. Replace that carpet though.

I like the hotel, it was nice, clean room, was very spacious. Location was great being close to the Ferry access was nice. We did question our stay when we were greated by the front desk at check-in she wasn’t very welcoming but when we checked out the front desk staff was so nice and helpful with information we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I was kind of surprised there was no breakfast, but just a coffee machine. Hopefully they will have more amenities soon. Also hoping they were not damaged by Hurricane Beryl!

After seeing a certain staff member several times for 5 days, on the fifth day she asked me what room I was in, like I didn't belong there!

Went to the store to buy air freshener but that only helped for a few minutes. Several other friends stayed here this weekend, 2 out of 5 of our rooms smelt bad. Will not be back to this hotel.

Room was very well lit.Bathroom was quite nice with pump bottles of soap and shampoo products readily accessible . Mirror lights up which is helpful for some.Nice water pressure . Our rooms included the kitchenette area which was cool. Cups, dishes , cookware , and appliances are included - everything one would need to prepare meals during extended stays. The reclining chair was nice . The bed is the highlight though. I can’t stress that enough. we were very pleased with our stay here. we would definitely stay here again as it is a clean and well serviced property with easy access to port a and rockport beaches.

I liked being able to hangout in the lobby with my family. We played games and ate dinner together and met a few new people that were staying there. The rooms are very spacious, clean and loved having a kitchen in our room.

Probably one of the better hotels in area. Clean room, comfortable beds, and nice pool area for Aransas pass. Barbecue pits available by pool. HEB next door.

The outdoor kitchen areas by the pool made for an enjoyable evening get together with friends and co workers.

This was one of the most comfortable extended stays I have ever done... Kitchen amenities were so helpful, Beds were super comfortable after driving 2 days and staying for 4 days so awesome❣️

We really loved our stay here. They allowed us to check in early when we got rained out which was really nice of them. Our room was clean and smelled really good. Highly reccommend.

All the security doors were in good condition and the property was well kept.

Check-in was really easy and the front desk employee at the time was super friendly! My only complaint was there was one particular employee on our last day that made a not so friendly or pleasant experience. We asked for replacement towels and had to go to the front to deliver our used ones to get new ones. It was unusual not to have them bring them to us.

The room was really run down. The couch was dirty and had three inch rips in it. Did not want to sit on it. The carpet was dirty and old. I felt like it was false advertising.
