Rooms aren’t bad you get what you pay for. But I’ve stayed here multiple times and every room I’ve gotten has reeked like cigarettes.

Very good and clean place to stay over for a night. Didn’t have any smell, everything seemed new, the stuff was helpful. They even have complimentary breakfast. I very liked it for the price

Loved how clean room was & spacious especially the bathroom. Great for people with disability needs. Only thing I did not like about room; there were no closet space or an Iron & Ironing Board. I was attending a wedding & needed to press our clothes. So we went to the wedding with slightly crushed clothing.

Only problem was you could hear the traffic from room.

People hangout side, drinking and playing loud music at 130 am.

Ac blows snowballs but the floors were dirty, the bottoms of our feet turned black. The hotel was otherwise clean and there was excellent water pressure in the shower.

People hanging out on the stairs and some guy woke me up in the middle of the night, I guess he was driniking a beer outside and either security or the cops were on him. .AC worked. Perhaps my mistake was thinking Days Inn was a better brand. I was a tad nervous staying there with my 14 year old kid and I made sure we left nothing in the car. The place was $30 less expensive than the Marriot Courtyard. nearby.

Everything was great. Floors needed a little more elbow grease. A/C great. Refrigerator works and Cold!. Staff is very friendly, parking abundant. Just a little near the highway. A bit noisy.

The room appeared clean at first. We stayed 2 nights. Really bare bones motel. No coffee pot in the rooms. Breakfast is cereal and toast. The vinyl floor was sticky. The bed was ok and the bedding was clean. The road noise was loud and the air conditioner made noise. Our room was next to the stairs, people were sitting on the stairs smoking and the smoke was going into our room via air conditioning. The morning we were leaving we noticed tiny bugs on the counter top. I would not stay there again. They also charged for the room 4 times but the charges dropped off later.

The towels and rags were stained and not clean.

Downfalls- floors were so dirty, they looked clean but our feet were really dirty after 5 minutes of walking on it. The hotel is off a main road where a lot of people drive. It was very loud in the room with all the traffic. Big semi’s and motorcycles with loud music went by at all hours. Breakfast is included but it’s only bread, bagels, some fruit, and cereal. 😭 finally tried to use the microwave and it’s not in English. Not sure what language but I had a hard time using it.

It says breakfast, but what it really was was just toast and no butter and cereal with no milk. A basket of apples. There was not even a mini fridge of yogurt. The coffee was horrible.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews but my budget don’t allow for a different hotel. It was completely renovated. I did a mattress check and it looked like a new mattress. Paint in the wall nice and it was clean. They came daily to change towels and small wipe through. So nothing like the bad reviews. I stayed in room 220 however all the other rooms that I saw walking past looked newly renovated as well. I didn’t use the little breakfast area so can’t comment on that. Quite at night but in the morning some street noise from cars. Would stay here again.

Upon check in I told clerk that I did not need to stay two nights. He said he could not do anything because i booked with Hotel.com. He said to contact them. Hotel.com attempted to contact Days Inn and they would not reply. Did not stay second day and was charged for nothing.

Staff didnt know how to check in, and charged me a second time for the room. When I brought it up they were extremely argumentative and wouldn't let me talk. Never had this issue and I use booking.com very often. Had to dispute with the bank and got my money back.

Very clean, daily cleaning service. Free parking. Breakfast was a bit meager, just coffee, toast, cereal and little else. The location is a bit far from Orlando, but it's fine.

I checked in late in the evening but my reservation was on file and I was in the room within 15 minutes. I was given a room on the second floor in the corner, which was perfect. Most of the rooms faced the parking lot, but my room was kind of tucked away in the corner of the building. No one had to walk past my room and I was far enough away from the parking lot to not have to hear cars starting or car alarms. The whole property was very quiet. Other than traffic noise from a very busy highway, there really wasn't any other noise. No noise from neighboring televisions, loud music or loud talking/yelling. Very quiet. The room was spotless, the linens smelled clean, the bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion were available in small bottles. Adaptor plugs for devices, big television with numerous channels, cubbies and hooks for clothing. Free wifi that was strong. Basically everything one would need. Free coffee was available in the office. The hotel building looked like it had been built in the 1970s, same style from that era, but the interiors have all been redone to modern colors and style. I wish there had been an elevator for luggage. Although it is only one flight of stairs, I would have liked to have used an elevator to bring luggage to the room. The free coffee in the office was really good, lots of creamers and sugars to choose from, but I would have liked a coffee pot in the room. Neither of these issues are a deal breaker though. I thought it was odd there wasn't a closet, but there were numerous shelves, nooks and hooks for clothing, so it wasn't a neccesity. I think a clothing rod could be installed near the sink as there is a whole corner that was a blank space. Probably a closet had been there and was removed. But other that 2 hooks, there was no where else to hang clothing and no hangers at all. So if you have a tuxedo or dress to hang up, you may be out of luck. Really not an issue for me at all. There wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room. Possibly you could request one, but I didn't need either.

Nice staff. Simple room had everything we needed but a coffee maker. Comfortable bed and excellent black out curtains for good sleep. Good shower with very hot water. Good value for small price .

This motel is in great shape and was recently renovated. Clean rooms. Easy parking. The only negative is that your right off a main highway and heard traffic often. Definitely worth the price!

Second floor room 219 that has had a refresh. Clean and included a small fridge and microwave. Good value. Several food options on the main road and very near to Apopka city hall, police, fire etc. A Bank of America is very nearby if you need an ATM.

The girl at the front desk was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. She was intimidating. I would not have felt comfortable asking her for anything. We were there on 08/20 - I've been tempted to contact coorprote, that's how awful she was.

The location was the reason we booked. While we were close to Kelly Springs, I’m not sure it was worth the DRAMA, this stay provided. We booked nearly a month in advance. Checking in on a Sunday leaving on Tuesday. We have stayed at a many Days Inn that are consistent with the brand. Not this one. The rooms were very clean, but we felt very unsafe in this location. Even the staff had to call for police.

The motel was clean and ok for a one night stay. The amount I was charged by Expedient was $110 but the receipt I received from Days Inn said $84. The lobby was not opened during the stated breakfast hours. There was sign stating that employee would be back in 5 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes and the employee was not back.

For a motel on a busy street it was fairly quiet. The room was surprisingly clean for a motel

Bathrooms had mold in walls and ceiling. Floors were sticky. Property is rundown. Beds were comfy. If you’re are looking for a place to just lay down sleep and then go, maybe this could work. I wouldn’t recommend for family with kids.

“Breakfast” was a joke. Should not advertise as included. Unsanitary, TV doesn't work, black mold, big holes in the bathroom walls (don't know if there's a hidden camera so we stuffed the hole with toilet paper. I booked two rooms with king size bed and only gotten one room with a king, both rooms smells like cigarettes.

Not the fanciest Hotel but was not the worse I have been to. I will be back when I am in the area.

The hole in the shower ceiling, the duct tape to hold the console together, unidentified substance smeared on the wall, no phone service between front desk and rooms in case of emergencies, vagrants asking you for cigarettes, feeling gross and wondering why all the cars in the parking lot are trashed was kinda sketchy

Property did not include a traditional Continental breakfast, the only option was white bread and peanut butter with watered down orange juice, or oatmeal packets. The bright exterior lights flood the room at night past the curtains. The entry door also barely closes/latches. We requested and early checkout and were denied by Expedia.

Everything was great with exception that the hotel floors needed to be moped. Service great. Comgort great.

I had sent a message to Hotels.com and the hotel to cancel all my reservations for staff, I didn't get an answer I then had the staff go to the office and check out to get a refund on wen 9/11/24, have not seen refund. then I rebooked thru hotels.com to another hotel.

Room was affordable. Initially room smelled like smoke. Bed was clean but I wish there was another blanket, as it was cold with the AC. No cream for the coffee in the room. Good TV. Noisy outside with hotel being close to the road. Some of the patrons were also noisy but I was able to sleep quietly. The shower water was warm and amenities were provided.

The staff was super nice but they could only do as much as available to them. Not enough towels when we checked in so had to wait for a shower. The bathtub was backed up so we bathed in ankle deep water disgusting. We saw prostitutes in the parking lot at night just very bad and the free breakfast coffee juice and toast not even a banana or apple.

Convenient location for Spring Rock

For the price it was decent, but what baffled me was the fact that the housekeeper went into my room and didn’t clean anything but removed certain items didn’t replace the trash bag in the trash can after removing it and didn’t replaced the bath mat after removing it, and I noticed on my second day that there was small ants crawling on the sink.

We came in to a dirty floor , sticky countertop, the AC wouldn't get cold. In the middle of the night. The vent fell out of the ceiling at 3 am causing my whole family to then be awake for the rest of the time. Pool was full of leaves and dirt . We cleaned it out. Other people that got into the pool were in their underwear. It wouldn't have been that bad but the woman's everything was showing and see through. All and I'll it was an awful stay. Ps we had two rooms that were to next to each other for actually medical reasons and I called a week ahead to make sure and they said no problem. But when we got there nothing could be done . I was actually pissed at that ! Do Better

The hotel stunk. Felt like a pedo hotel, lots of weed smells. The housekeeping staff and front dest staff was the only positive thing about this place.

The room was dirty I asked the maid to please do the floors and she didn’t I had to take a towel and cleane them the towel was so black.

Staff was pleasant and helpful but this place needs a major overhaul. Stained sheet (paint? nail polish?). Toilet paper holder as falling off the wall. Outdoor light was right outside the window and the curtain was too short to block it.

Enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize that thin cover would keep us warm. We kept looking for blankets but they surprisingly kept us warm! Would stay there again! The water in the shower was hot which was nice!! That’s hard to find a lot these days!

The room itself looked great. However, there was a hole in the wall/disconnected sprinkler? Unclean tub and ants. The breakfast provided was lacking (cereal options solid but no muffins, only white bread, small bagels wrapped in plastic). Took 10 mins for someone to be available to open breakfast on first morning. Not many guests so it was surprising/unfortunate.

Employees very nice, Rooms floors not as clean as they should have been.

They advertise breakfast included which was another bonus that made us choose this hotel. Not expecting anything fancy by any means, maybe some gas station equivalent breakfast sandwiches. A bagel maybe. How disappointed we were when all they had was a couple small canisters of cereal. Staff also does nothing about the nonstop hooting and hollering by guests until 3 am. Quite unfortunate to stay in a hotel with an already cranky 8 month old, who now is woken up several times a night by the people yelling.

My room smell like cigarettes, there was a bright light shining in the window all night, and it's very loud!

I wish i had taken pictures. The bottom of my feet were black from walking around inside our room. My boyfriend said,"Did you go outside without your shoes? Your feet are filthy." I washed them off and wore something on my feet at all times after that. The rest of the room was clean enough. I would have prefered a blanket or duvet to the ultralight coverlet.There was good water pressure in the shower. The toilet did not flush that well and sometimes neededto be flushed multiple times. We liked that there was coffee available in the lobby when it was open. The breakfast was minimal, existing only of ceral and bread for toast plus juice and coffee.

Staff made accommodation for our early checkin. Unfortunately on the second night we were provided only bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels

Basic motel next to a busy road. I stayed for one night, anymore than that I would have changed hotels. Very nice receptionist.

The room and bathroom were very very dirty and uncomfortable, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great motel, perfect for us. Nice "continental" breakfast but why oh why are all the plates, bowls and cutlery all disposable plastic, which is then individually wrapped in more plastic?

Although the exterior looks somewhat antiquated, the interior has been recently remodeled. Very clean. Pleasant colors, bare floors, mini fridge & microwave in the rooms. The bed was quite comfortable - the pillows took a bit of fluffing. My only complaint was that the sink and bathtub did not drain well & I was there for 4 nights and did not receive clean towels or room cleaning during my stay (but my brother, who stayed in a neighboring room, did). This motel is on a. main thoroughfare so there is the expected traffic noise. Despite being a motel (with outside entrances) we felt safe. We opted not to take advantage of the continental breakfast the motel offers so I can not comment on that but the breakfast area looked neat and clean w/ a few tables & chairs.

not worth the price, terrible breakfast.

Very noisy.It is located right on 441 and not set back,so you'll hear traffic. People hanging outside their rooms made me feel unsafe.

Perfect and my stay its been wonderful

I arrived after having made reservations the young lady at the front desk informed me upon arrival that my reserved from had been given up and that there was no longer any rooms available. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst experience ever
