The Property was in good condition and the room was clean. I wasn't impressed when I was told about a $15 pet fee because they "Don't support Emotional Support Animals" However pretty much everything else was okay

I liked my company for the stay The morning staff were very rude and pushy to get us out even tho we had been staying there and continued to rent rooms and still need a few more nights but highly considering somewhere else

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. I had family nearby so I wasn’t at the property all day, was only there to sleep. The room was pretty clean, sheets were clean. You could hear noise from outside or in the hallway. Overall a great stay for a trip, bit high of price though.

I liked that Best Value provided excellent basic service like comfortable bed, cold refrigerator, and good a/c at an affordable price. Friendly staff.

The rooms are massive. There was a roach on my bed in the first room so who know how many roaches are in the building. They did give me another room but still.

Two nights I was awakened by loud guests fighting and staff had to be called. There was a questionable camper and car parked in their back lot.

It was just for 1 night but the stay was fine. The only complaint would be the pillows. My fault I didn't bring mine down. Overall it's definitely not a bad place to stay for the price. We were able to sleep other than pillows. Place was quite & easy access to freeway. We were on the bottom floor so we didn't have to worry about upstairs.But apparently, they don't have an elevator and it stares.If you have a problem with that, I would definitely book a floor room. But really it was worth the money & would stay there again

Terrible service, their television and cable didn't work and they said the pool opened at 9 am and didn't open till after 930. Tried talking to front desk about issues but the front desk worker was in the bathroom over 45 min and there was a line of 5 people with complaints in front of me. All in all a bad time

I have traveled the country extensively over the years and stayed at many properties and I am overall very easy to please but this place was in the top five worst I've ever been to. Pool was full of leaves, hot tub was down the first two days. They have a beautiful stand of trees next to the pool but unfortunately that brings the birds so the chairs were all full of bird crap. The ashtrays hadn't been dumped in days from their smoking areas. I wasn't expecting a continental breakfast, but you could do a little better than coffee with powdered creamer. TV stopped working, that took the maintenance guy an hour to fix. Pillows were so thin. You could easily fold them in half. Bed was comfortable. No dresser or countertop to put anything on. Just a very small cheap desk and a 32-in TV. Very little water flow in the shower. One bright spot, the staff I dealt with were all wonderful but other than that, this property is sad

Also, when I called the front desk to ask for a couple more pillows, I no more than hung up when she was knocking on our door with the pillows - talk about quick room service!! There was no continental breakfast which would’ve made our stay even more comfortable.

Absolutely horrible visit do not recommend!! I have many pictures of dead bugs in the room, black, what looks to be mold on the bathroom floor around the bathtub, the AC unit was broken and laying in the middle of the floor, and they assigned me a room that was already occupied by another guest, and I walked in on them. Absolutely horrible visit and I will never stay here again!!

There was plenty of parking and the hotel was clean and had plenty of room. My girlfriend who stayed with me is very picky about hotels and she was even impressed at how clean and nice the rooms were. We'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had to choose between a loud air conditioner to stay cool or constant highway noise, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was in very poor condition and not clean, and the pool had a noticeable layer of scum on the surface. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

The place was conveniently located and not crowded. The bathroom toilet in our room #131 was clogged when we checked in and the bathroom had roaches running around in the shower area as well as the sink area. The bed sheets on one of the queen beds had makeup smeared on them as if they had not been changed. Overall was not a clean place to stay with family.

Easy check in, loved the room with 2 doors, parking easy, bed comfortable. We had a great time even with the short time we had there.

Our room was located right next to the smokers bench outside. All night long people came out to smoke and had loud conversations and kept waking us up. Would have been nice to be warned about the location before we chose our room. Tell us when we booked that the room would be noisy all night. We would have chosen a different room.

THEY HAD BED BUGS. I woke up to bugs crawling in bed and no care from staff. My 2 year old daughter got bug bites. The pull out bed had holes and bug shells all over.

The website did not depic the property at all.The room reeked of mildew. The bathroom wall had blood on it. There was no tea with the coffee offered. We had to clean the pool ourselves before using it. The Jacuzzi was brown in color so we did not use it. While we were in the pool area many drug deals went down it appeared.

Location The room was supposedly nonsmoking, but smelled horrible! (Very strong stale smoke smell). I would have asked to change rooms, but they were full (no vacancy sign out on desk), and who knows if the other rooms would have been better

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. The overall appearance looks poor quality and outdated. There was furniture stacked up at the landing of a stairway, and laundry bags left at the landing of the main stairway. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice place, there was construction in the next room, a bit noisy. We were there 4 days , provided clean towels every other day which is ok.Never changed bed linen which im not a custom to.It worked out good for us because it was centrally located around our family there.

Improvement: The bathroom smells like sewage the whole time I was there. I had to keep the door closed and the fan constantly running. The shower head didn't work. The Internet was awful. Upon going to the front desk to inform them of the situation I found no one there. I returned to the room to gather my things and tried calling the front desk again. Opted to pay at property when I booked. Was told at check in that their system was being updated and I had to pay cash only. $4 in ATM fees from them and $3 from my bank. They could have called prior to me showing up and I would have stopped at my bank ATM. Also, walks are super thin, the beds were hard and the pillow like rocks.

There were several people walking around the property who looked like full-time residents of the hotel, one barefoot, one sitting in the stairwell charging his phone in an outlet, another wrapped in a towel in the hallways. The lobby staircase and upstairs hallways are carpeted but with encrusted layers of dirt. The room looked clean but smelled of cigarette smoke. There were lots of people standing and smoking around the entrance. The entrance had cigarette butts scattered everywhere and no place to dispose of them. Room look clean at first glance but is covered in roaches. Once crawled on me in bed we packed up and left. Person at desk not surprised and didnt offer any compensation since weonly on room 3 hrs before leaving to kust frove back to San Diego. Worst trip. Paid for a hotel covered in roaches and got no restbefore trip back home.

The staff was OK but the room I saw a cockroach, and the bedding was a little dirty. When walking in room smelled like cigarettes when it was non smoking. I did not feel comfortable sleeping there at all I will never stay here again. No offense I should have realized with the price per evening

Whenever we come out to visit my mom we always book our room here. It's just a few streets away from my mom's house. Beside it being a convenient location the stay here is always good. It's quiet, the staff are courteous, and they keep the rooms clean.

I had great difficulty checking in. There is something wrong with their credit card reader. It would not process my card, yet I have had no problems using the card at any other motels or businesses. This is not the first time that I've faced difficulty at this motel, with their card reader not reading my card. I strongly suggest that they have the card reader examined or replaced. I'm tired of having check in troubles at this motel.

I've enjoyed my stay there every time

The front desk was amazing. But the room condition is a whole other thing. I contacted expedia because i booked through them, they call the hotel and the hotel said because I did not report it to them there was nothing they could do. However in my defense I was in and out of the hotel for my daughters volleyball tournament from Saturday-Monday.

The guy at the check in was super nice, very friendly, and was great to talk to. Gebriel was his name. I was seen by him several times in passing, we talked each time and he was very nice. I hope he is paid well. he deserves it!!

Had a good time during Memorial Day weekend. Spent most my time at Canyon Lake with the jet skis. The hotel is conveniently placed and had plenty of parking for a truck and trailer. The staff was great and very helpful. The location of the hotel made it easy to drive on the 60 to find a restaurant each evening.

PRICE FOR ONE DAY CHARGED AS IF THEY WERE A 'CONTENDAH'; INSTEAD NO AMENETIES [MORNING COFFEE], NO RADIO OR CLOCK, AND DIFFICULT-TO-NAVIGATE TV. ONLY THING THEY HAD GOING WAS CLOSE TO MY ITINERARY.

The hotel is very nice and very clean. The staff was for the most part friendly. Loved having the Waffle House next door.

No USB ports. No directions on Keurig use in common area. No elevator to second floor limits use of motel's luggage cart. Dirty outdoor windows. No hooks, etc., on which to hang damp towels. No way to limit shower water pressure.

Nothing bad to say. OK. Cheap place to stay before a flight out.

We are very glad to see that they have cleaned up the place. It no longer smells like everyone is smoking those blue pills!!!! We will be back. Thank you.

This place i would refer to others

One sign says pool hours are 9am to 9:30 pm. And the other one says 8:00 am to 10pm. The jacuzzi was nice and hot, but the last day of our stay it was not warm even..

Staff was friendly and knowledgable

It would have been very helpful to have directions printed out for how to use the TV.

Easy access, clean. Desk host dressed improperly. Crop top with belly exposed. No hair dryer and no in room coffee pots. Besides that, great!

Tried to break in my suitcase after i said i did not want housekeeper in my room. There was something jammed in the lock

The room was ok, mini fridge worked and the sheets were clean. There was a lot of hair in the sink and bathroom not cleaned properly. The eyehole on the door was scratched up so I could not see clearly out, which felt really sketchy. But nothing awful happened.

Very basic hotel. No kleenex or coffee pot in the room. Only two thin pillows for each bed. Expensive for what it was. Will not stay there again.

Very good staff. Busy place with people checking out at 4:00 am. Overall good value

The room I rented was about $375 for a two night stay in room 202. It was absolutely disgusting, there was a condom stain on the nightstand and the tables were dirty.

Worst stay EVER!!! Cockroaches everywhere have pictures and video. Manager was no help offered $25 back which we never received. Horrible service and most of all stay!!

Needed a place close to Renaissance Festival. This is always my go to for this. Clean and quiet.

My wife left her I-pad in the room. We discovered it was missing that day and drove back to the hotel and they said it was not there. We also called 3 times and they said it was not there. My wife was using it in the room the morning we left and we are confident that is where it was left. There is no other place it could be.

I was highly disappointed in both this motel and in myself for not taking more time to see other options. Their rates are incredibly high for a motel. The rooms are bland and sparse. There is no continental breakfast just some really bad coffee. The pool was full of leaves and not usable although the weather wouldn't allow it anyway. I was charged $250 for one night. When I asked them why their rates were so high it's because they said it was a weekend. Be advised though, their weekend rates run Thursday through Sunday. It's a scam. I would never recommend anybody stay at this motel. Spend a little bit more time doing some research and find something nicer. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is that the room was clean.

Easy check in.

Walls a little thin. Can hear mumbling next door. They were not noisy late at night though.

We would never stay there again…. And $192.50 a night? Shame on Expedia for charging us so much!

Breakfast wasn't very good

Stay was great. Room rates are way too high. Especially for a Motel! I wanted to stay another night, but the rate jumped from $90.00 to $140.00. Who can afford that? It's ridiculous!

The room I have has a great view of the mountains. It would be nice to have that mentioned as an amenity. I dunno why towels are so .. used. Towels at Walmart are extra fluffy and only a couple dollars so towels really should be upgraded every couple months the pillows as well. The TV is terrible. Old, cable box stacked behind the tv and The remote control didn’t fully work and there is tape on the back of the remote instead of a battery door. Remotes are easily replaced by directv. My husband particularly enjoyed all the snack machines which also should be mentioned as an amenity because I’ve rarely seen an ice cream machine. Also, a partnership with the waffle house next door would benefit both businesses. The AC is too loud to hear the TV and that makes it awkward with adjoining rooms where you can hear everything next door. This is a great motel it should be more cared for for the price you’re charging. An easy upgrade would be adding some colored lights. Most people don’t like real bright white lights and color lights would make the social medias pop.

First room we got paint wa speeding there was no heating lamp. Mold in bathroom, lots of just old stuff. Over perfumed to the max. I can’t imagine if someone actually had asthma and walked into the room that was so fragrant. The front desk was very nice and let us stay in another room, but in the “new room” the paint wasn’t peeling, but you couldn’t open door fully because toilet was mounted too far out. Floor still looked like it needed new well floor, and overall everything was tired and dated. But clean. Interesting color scheme with orange wall and red curtain. And no price was not less that $100 bucks a night.

Hot tub felt good, front desk was very friendly. Pillows were terrible and the entire room wasn't very clean but it was doable.

Crack heads every where! Cigarette burns on all the furniture and dogs barking in the room next door. Couldn’t get any sleep.

It was a great location. The front desk wasnt super friendly. But got the job done. It was in decent condition. Hvac unit was crazy loud and would wake you every time it turned back on.

Pool was freezing, couldn't use it. Loud near interstate. 3 chairs by pool. Room was clean but needs some updates and maybe a dresser.

No elevator. Pool not heated. Bugs in the bathroom. The front desk said they know about the bugs.

The room was very clean, the bed was very firm and the pillows were terrible. Overall it was good.

Great location

It was horrible so we left and checked out immediately. Front desk said they would refund us for the remaining nights of our stay.

My flight was delayed due to weather. I called the hotel and informed them that I would be late checking in. The staff assured me I could check in whenever I arrived. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk clerk informed me that she had canceled my reservation. I told her I had called and informed the staff that I would be late. She said her manager told her to cancel the reservation anyway. I had to rebook a room and was charged an early check in fee.

It was exactly as expected. We were put in a handicap room which was nice because it was really roomy. They let us do a late check out to give us time to clean up after the event we did while there.

Hotel was right off the freeway and easy to get to. It is a much older motel bathrooms need a make over and need pest control as I killed a roach and some ants in the restroom.

We paid in advance for a 3 night stay in the best suite available at the property. We arrived early evening to check in and was told our suite was given to another customer (even though we had already fully paid in advance for our stay). The charge remains on our card today, as well as the awful experience we had. We have travelled to 30+ countries and this awful experience ranks #1 in our travels. Poorly managed and extremely bad customer service. Do not consider this as an option.

Only one kurig coffee machine for the entire hotel. The ac sounded like a freight train, and there were bugs on the bathroom floor.

Overall a great experience, not in the best area but not too bad, only complaint is how early the hot tub closed. Chose this hotel specifically for the hot tub and couldn’t even use it.

Needed a place that was pitbull friendly. I've stayed here a few times with my dogs and they don't discriminate on the bread.

In overall it’s okey but there was no water for about 4 hours , the stuff is nice and for one night stay was unconvinced with no water

The property was on a dirt lot with druggies sitting by the door and some were even hiding in the bushes idk what's going on there but maybe some sort of security might help

profanity written on the bed, hair and dirt on the bed sheets, shower was filthy. I have pictures of all if it. had to leave the property and they would not refund any money. That is an indicator of a trashy hotel. if they were charging $50 a night, i might say you pay for what you get, but they're charging hotel rates over $125.
