Clean, comfortable bed with wonderful sheets. I would have given a five star but it has places that look worn and dated. Water also needs to be treated for taste.

The hotel was okay. We specifically booked this hotel because of it having a bar but when we got there we were told the bar was closed. The pool was green, not able to swim. We also woke up the next morning to ants being all over the A/C unit and the hallway on the 3rd floor smelled of urine.

NO ESPN!!! The newer tv's...like in the room we stayed in..did not have ESPN or other channels to watch the NCAA final four basketball games!! And Marriot/Bonvoy is a sponsor!! Fortunately we were able to watch the games in the bar in the lobby. Ice machine on the floor was out-of-order TV in the room was hanging wonky..broken spot light on one side of the bed.

Who in the world and why would you design the bathroom with a barn door with a glass panel?Why? At night if you're using the bathroom, the l8ght being on floods the entire room waking up the others. If you anyways install such door at least use a better quality track so, again won't wake up others from the noise it makes

We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. After about 45 minutes he finally shows up at which time we told him that we had figured it out by using the wall mount controller and not the unit controller. Breakfast was typical but when we got down there they and a few potatoes and eggs, the entire line needed to be replenished but to my knowledge it was not. Very disappointing…..

We were on a girls trip headed to Angel Fire and stopped half way in Amarillo. We didn’t check in until after midnight. The guy at the front desk was very welcoming and very helpful. (christopher blake noel) The room was clean and the perfect size for what we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Will stay here again and would recommend it.

It would have been better if there is no problem with cold/hot water system in room. However they fixed it pretty quickly. I am giving one less star so this can be included in their routine checks before allocating rooms. Overall great stay.

We specifically called the hotel to make sure the lounge would be open. We wanted to have a couple drinks after driving all day. We got there and it was not open went to our room and the restroom trashcan was still full of trash. Got up the next morning to take a shower and we had no hot water

This is now my favorite hotel! Such well appointed rooms the design is fabulous. So comfortable and peaceful. Love the large closet in the room. Felt more like a small studio apartment than a hotel room. Staff was absolutely fabulous. The lobby well stocked with water and other needs you might come across. This is my new go to hotel in Amarillo. Also located right behind two steakhouses that are in close walking distance.

The room phone didn’t work, I reserved a king bed and got 2 queens in a handicapped room. The toilet leaked. The shower had someone else’s hair in it… the parking lot had huge pot holes in it. Won’t stay here again.

Room was clean, well appointed, and beds/pillows were comfortable. The room was very warm when we arrived - it’s August and the A/C was set to way too high at 79. The bathroom sink in room 322 would fill with water anytime it was used so there was obviously a clog. There were not enough outlets in the room for 4 people who needed to charge phones, ear buds, watches, iPads, and laptops. It would be great if USB-C ports could be installed for those whose devices don’t use USB. Also, breakfast was atrocious- scrambled eggs were flavorless, pork sausage was unappetizing, rubbery and did not look like actual meat. Frosted Flakes tasted bland, and boxed milk was watery.

We stayed at many different brands of hotels across 3 weeks. By far the best one. Even the manager helped us greatly. The morning food service staff was Great. This was a very enjoyable experience.

2. Staff was amazing and accommodating. 3. There were 3 tv’s behind the bar. All of them were on news channels that had the same propaganda. It would have been great if the hotel showed differing views for all Americans. The volume was low, so we were able to focus on the breakfast.

Great location in Amarillo if you need a quick one night stay. Nothing. It was outstanding.

I loved how clean everything was! And it’s just super nice in general! The staff was so helpful in getting everything we needed for our babys first time in a hotel. They were all so friendly!

I was told the System was broken and may be fixed around 9AM. No help for me because I need to leave earlier than that. I was told I had to do the leg work to be refunded since i booked through Expedia and the manager will not be back until Monday. Horrible experience. I will never stay here again.

Getting in and out was good. The room was dirty. Someone or some people left “happy playtime stains” all over the couch that looked very disgusting. Didn’t want to place anything on it. There were red stains under the coffee table. There were poop or pee stains on the wall next to the toilet paper. No soap for washing hands. The worst part was the feeling of something biting me almost immediately after sitting on the bed. I wanted to take pictures but husband wouldn’t let me. Couldn’t sleep and felt disgusting this morning.

We stay at this hotel when visiting my daughter. It’s modern lobby and rooms make the stay amazing. The service desk employees are helpful and accommodating to my needs during my stay. The location is convenient with multiple restaurants in walking distance.

I have previously stayed at Hyatt Place in various states. This particular location was my least favorite. Upon arriving to our one-bedroom suite after a long day of travel, we discovered there were no essentials in the room. There were no towels in the bathroom nor bedding provided for the Pull out couch bed. With it being late fall, temperature drops to low 40's sometimes 30's. We waited an hour to be informed there was no comforters that could be located by staff. The thermostat connected to the central heating system is sensored. If movement is not detected, there is no heat. Which causes the room to be very cold when sleeping. The breakfast selections were awful and very minimal. Overall, my family and I will not stay at this location again

This hotel rivals higher end hotels. The service is amazing. The rooms are open and modern. Plenty of space for a large family. My family will be staying here in the future.

We loved that the Check in process was quick especially since having two little ones, our room was super clean and cozy, the breakfast had great options and the staff was quick to help and answer any questions we had.

The staff, room, furnishings, style, and food were excellent. The bed was not comfortable and my husband and I both woke up early at 4:30 with back pain. We just spent the night at a Holiday In Express in Denver. It is not as nice, fewer amenities, basic cheap furniture, but the bed was good and no backache. Your hotel is truly excellent but just needs a better mattress. Thank you!!

What I didn’t like was that there was a dirty cotton swab on this table where the luggages go on top. Also, the couch was dirty as well as the cushions had stains on it. This hotel room in which we stayed in was supposed to be really clean. In which it was not so. Also I found a hair on the sink as well.

This is our second time around staying here in the span of 3 years. Absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms. Everybody is super friendly but Eric was the best! Family of 5 (with 2 under 2). Highly recommend! Will continue to come back.

We stopped just to sleep while on a roadtrip. The bed was super comfortable, the room was posh, and the whole place was quiet all night. Highly recommend!

Checkin was great. Room was nice. Breakfast there were no clean tables. I cleaned our tables so my children wouldn’t have to eat on a dirty table. Breakfast was mediocre. The lady that was limping at breakfast was nice however I watched her empty the garbage can wearing the same gloves she served food with. After she was done emptying the trash she then walked over to the front desk and brought back a box of fruit and began setting the apples and bananas out for people to eat. She never changed her gloves. She continued serving and touching the plasticware with the same gloves that she used to empty the garbage. We were in rm 222 & the room needs dusting, ceiling & the bathroom mirror and baseboards. My main problem was with the housekeeping. She watched my family take our things but we were not checked out yet nor did we tell her we were checking out. She saw me and my son come back to the room. My husband went back to the room to retrieve my phone and the cleaning lady had my phone and said she found them in the sheets. I then went back to the room to use the bathroom and she was in our room at 10:17 am. I told her we were not checked but she lied and said my husband told her we were checked out, prior to him coming back up she was already in our room so again she lied. If checkout is at noon why is your housekeeper in my room. She was Caucasian and maybe with blonde or light colored hair. I wouldn’t recommend this place unsanitary conditions & untrustworthy housekeeping.

The hotel was nice but the others guests made the night miserable! My wife and I only got a few minutes sleep as there were younger kids running up and down the hallway all night banging on people's doors.

Everything about this hotel is 10/10. Staff upon check-in were cheerful and friendly. Room was spacious and super clean. Extra linens. Quiet halls and no noise from neighbors. Dark room. Fitness center was nice and all machines and weights in working condition. Breakfast was outstanding and breakfast staff were accommodating and friendly. We will look for Springhill Suites from now on!

4 stars for cleanliness because room wasn’t cleaned one of the three nights I stayed. Desk staff did everything they could to make it right and even offered to make the bed! I really anppre that! Otherwise all good.

There was a problem with our room but the guest representative immediately righted the situation. We were very pleased.

Please fix the restroom doors. We found it extremely uncomfortable to use restroom because of sliding unlocked doors .

Great welcoming service at arrival and throughout! Super clean. Would def stay here again. Instead of not providing bar hand soap though, Marriott wants you to use the soap from the shower. They have show shine packet and women’s makeup remover packet. I’d rather have bar hand soap. The front desk kindly gave me some.

Really bad breakfast. All frozen stuff and not enough for the guests. In this day and time cannot serve your guests crap like this especially if you are traveling with kids.

Great place. Rooms are “roomy”. They thought of everything. Couch, desk, coffee bar, closet, large bathroom, tv swivels, frig, micro, Very clean and beds are super comfy. Our new go-to when we are in Amarillo

This hotel has nice amenities, a lovely lobby with its own bar, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. A couple of decent restaurants are within walking distance. Checks all the boxes.

The hotel was very clean and had trailer parking. The only thing that was subpar was the breakfast as it did not taste that great.

It seems new and clean. The room was spacious. The location near the Tesla Superchargers was very important to us. It made charging very convenient.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are larger and lovely!

Good value and great location in Amarillo. Facility is clean with friendly staff and a lot of dining options very close to the facility.
