The room was hard to get to and not clean.

Husband said he’s found us a new motel to stay in in Amarillo Texas. The beds were soft, clean rooms and staff was really nice and friendly

We checked in after a very long drive, arriving at 3:09am. There were drunken idiots that we started hearing by 4am. The cardboard cases that had held the beer was at the top of the dumpster. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel is extremely run down and dilapidated. Had to push/pull door very hard to close/open. The rooms feel dirty, including the carpet (it felt sticky on bare feet). Parking is a nightmare. It definitely does not live up to Quality Inn standards and was the worst of the four Quality Inns we stayed in during this road trip.

If you read the other reviews, you'll get an idea of how bad this place is kept. ZERO stars, would not recommend. I picked this hotel because I was tired of being charged $75 to $100 extra for our small, well trained, dog. What a mistake! This hotel should be shut down in order to renovate. Stay cats (urine smell), broken windows (possibly from bullet), broken doors, holes in walls, bad smells, dirty bathroom. Could not wait to check out!. God Bless America 🇺🇸

Bath tub was filthy.Looked like thetub hadn't been used for some time. Plumbing and lighting fixures were not in good working order. Just a rather run down look. Pool wasn't operational. A/C was fine and breakfast was adequate.

Very old and the room smelled horribly of weed. The carpet was wet in multiple spots. Didn’t seem very safe when the door was locked .

This hotel is very old. But is extremely dirty in the inside and out. The dead bolt didn’t work on the door. The toilet ran all night and light outside shined directly in the window. Privacy curtains tried but they were old and didn’t prevent the light from coming in

I would not recommend staying here. Our room was extremely stinky from chemical smells, very outdated and generally just gross. . The carpet felt wet and sticky, and there were stuff that was splattered on the refrigerator and on the wall I’m not sure what that was. Spend the money and go somewhere else.

Very shady, especially if you get a room on the backside of the building. We checked in at night and our room was on the backside of the building which is where we also parked..it’s literally a dark alleyway..most of the lights not working. So very sketchy. Stairway to our room reeked of human urine. Top of the stairway had an open room with piles of furniture and cats roaming in and out, smelled like cat urine of course. Neighbors were up banging on and slamming doors into all hours of the night. You can hear anytime someone turns on the shower or flushes the toilet. Room was gross, smelled weird, air felt moist, fridge was ripped out, graffiti on the walls. There wasn’t even an extra lock on our door for security. Staff was friendly, none of this is their fault but I would never ever stay here again. I felt so unsafe and could not wait to leave. I maybe slept one hour. Not even worth $60!!!!!!!

The location was convenient for a stop during a long road trip, and the check-in process was easy. After driving nearly 20 hours with my husband and baby, we stopped because it was not safe to continue driving while exhausted. Unfortunately, the room was not clean. We found multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues throughout the room, including dirty surfaces and conditions that made us uncomfortable staying there with an infant. By the time we arrived, my baby had already fallen asleep and we were extremely tired, so changing hotels late at night was not a realistic option. The room did not meet basic cleanliness expectations, especially for families traveling with young children.

Bathroom mirror and sink were dirty, toiletries were used (half empty), hand towels were stained(or dirty). Pillow cases were very wrinkled (apparently not changed) and pillows were thrown haphazardly on the bed. The bed was made, but the state of the pillows made me wonder if the sheets had been changed. Not likely I'll be staying here again.

Although the staff was friendly and tried to be very helpful, the property was old and overall dirty. The bathroom didn't look cleaned, and there were water spots on the mirror. Also I had to ask for toilet paper since our bathroom only had 1/4 left on the roll and we had no refills. Also there was no remote for the TV. Although they brought us a remote, along with more toilet paper, the remote didn't work and the staff did not know how to fix it. The breakfast was fair, but free, so that was fine. The air conditioning also smelled musty.

The AC didn’t work. All lights were on and TV on when I walked In. The bed looked like someone had been laying on it. The TV remote was on the bed like someone was laying there watching TV and left right before I came In.

Its not matching any INN hotel standards. Its just simple motel with only out side entry rooms . All common amenities were out of order like ice dispensing machine, restroom at reservation area.

Good location and cheap price, but I do not recommend staying in the hotel! Horrible, dirty room infested with cockroaches. We discovered the bugs about 3 hours after checking in, asked for a new room (not available), the receptionist seemed very unbothered by the situation, he said we could cancel the booking and get a refund - it’s been over 3 weeks now and we have been calling the motel and booking again and again and still no refund! The rooms very dirty, stained, broken with some suspiciously looking people hanging around, garbage in the hallways, clearly nobody gives a damn. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The breakfast was horrible. The only thing I was able to get was toast with jelly. There wasn't even hot water for my tea. They had no ice machine. My room had a hole cut out in the corner of the counter. And extremely poor outside lighting getting to the room, and I had to park in a spot where I had about six inches available on my passenger side of my truck

Room was clean but carpets were wet, walls seem to be paper thin as we could hear the ladies next doors conversation clearly, the property was being renovated and the workers started working at 6 or 7 am which was a drag because we got in late and were tired. We could hear all their conversation and idk if they were using a jack hammer or what machinery but it was loud and right outside our door. Toilet also ran all night long so we had to keep the bathroom door closed to not hear it so much. The night man was very nice though, so our check in was good.

The presentation of the rooms did not match the photos. Found holes in the wall, broken bathroom door, the shower water only had two temperatures...Hot or Cold.. Carpet had stains and looked and felt unclean. The room had an unpleasant odour which needed to be aired out on arrival with leaving the window open and air-conditioned running.

Definitely this hotel needs to do a lot improvements or close the hotel completely and get off from business. I run away from this place and I did have to spend extra money to stay in another hotel for that night.

Maintenance crew started power washing right outside our door and woke us up, then they messed up the water so the water to the whole building had to be shut off so we couldn’t shower or flush toilets; room smelled like a previously smoking room/locker room and carpets were stained. Beds and linens seemed fresh. Other furniture was questionable in cleanliness.

Had to ring for service at the desk. Got to the room and the door look like someone had tried to ram the door open(huge dent in it). The room was awful, floors dirty, bathroom badly caulked. The ice machine was out of order. Not to mention, there were people “living” there, beat up vehicles, grills outside. We complained and got our money back and found another place. No more Quality Inn. If I could give this negative stars I would definitely.

As advertised I was kinda excited for the price of $90 something for the night and boy it pays to get the cancellation insurance for $3 bucks because had I gotten it we would have gotten a refund and ran out the door!!!! Blankets were dirty & the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in well I’d say at least a year! Never again!

Terrible Property . Nothing in room worked. (TV, Phone,Clock, Ect.) Furniture is old and tattered or stained. Ice machine didn't work. I would rate this property a Minus 20, if I could. Grounds had all kind of shady people walking around, Bullet hole in window, fridge had big hole in it, ....Just horrible. Don't see how Expedia would lower their standards and allow this property on their website.

The breakfast menu was fresh, but no lids for coffee to go. Parking was acceptable for the age of the property.

The clerk at check-in was very helpful and got us into the room because the locking mechanism did not light up very well. The shower was hot, and the linen was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was terrible, and even the juice was watered down.

I came from out of town and booked 2 rooms and stated a very late check in. My son checked in. When I arrived I was told that I did not have a reservation that I arrived too late and the rooms were all taken and they could not accommodate me. I asked for a refund. They told me that I booked through a third-party and I paid them so it wasn’t their problem That day I immediately checked my son out of that room and found a new hotel I will never never stay here again

Staff were amazing, however bath walls and towels either had not been cleaned or they do not have anything to wash them with exept water.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The space was nice and big, very clean, and had no unpleasant odors at all which made a huge difference. Everything felt comfortable and well kept. The owner also provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and spacious. I got the king bed, it had a couch and desk in the room. The room was clean but it the property did need minor repairs. Overall the stay was good and would stay here again.

The room did not look like the pictures at all. There was a couch with stains on it in the room, the previous tenant was smoking weed in there and had a trash bag over the smoke detector and the room smelled. There was also no parking near my room because people were double parked and house keeping had overflowing garbage in a spot. This motel was awful and if it wasn't so late and I didn't already pay for the room, I would have left. Never again.

The property does not feel that it is in a safe area, there are loose locks, damaged doors and windows, the stairs are not even. The property needs a lot of maintenance and cleanliness attention. It was an affordable stay, but next time I’ll spend more to be able to feel safe and stay in a clean room. The first room I was given hadn’t even been cleaned.

We checked in about 330 am. The staff there are super nice. The beds are super comfortable.

Maintenance is nonexistent. Countertop in room was missing a 2 foot section. Fan in the heater rumbled, like it was caked in dust/dirt. It’s time for a major renovation of the outside and walkways. Breakfast eggs were not real. No meat choices. Desk clerk had to bring another room key, as ours had not been made since the previous tenants. Service was friendly.

Room was not cleaned from last person who stayed. No clean towels, no clean linens. Garbage cans full. Old pizza in box on counter. Phone didn’t work so couldn’t call down to the desk. Paint peeling off the walls. Something squirted across the floor that I really hope what I think it was. Curtains falling off the wall. Shower curtain rod being held up with black electrical tape. I got in late so had no other options for staying anywhere. I got blankets from my car and slept on top of those hoping not to get bedbugs or worse. I could not wait to leave the next morning. I wish I could have a refund for the room and the fee I paid for the dogs. I would never recommend that hotel ever.

Walking to my room, the hallways smelled strongly of urine and several windows were smashed in. I did not feel safe staying here but was tired enough that I eventually fell asleep. The staff I interacted with were perfectly friendly. But that was about the only positive experience I had.

Got there at 1am, in the middle of a hail storm. A/C was stuck on cold air so we turned it off... it was probably 40° in the room. Tv didnt work. Tub was stained looked dirty, furniture looked like it came from a different hotel like cabinet with a sink hole but no sink. We slept there exhausted because we were driving cross country and it was late and i needed to rest, bathroom door didnt close, we didnt use shower because yuck... my daughter was starving in the am so i took her to breakfast, the waffle mix was watered down and made a hollow waffle, still seemed edible so we tried it... with syrup it was salty. Eggs were gross. We ended up just eating toast. Overall it was pretty awful but gave us somewhere to sleep. Wouldnt recommend though.

The waffle iron or the non stick spray are not effective. It is impossible to remove a waffle intact. If fact it hs to be torn in pieces to get it off the grid.

Comfortable bed. Dog friendly. Hot breakfast. The park nearby is overrun with homeless people and stray dogs so it’s kinda unsafe. The breakfast was eggs and waffles but I wish they had ketchup or hot sauce but it was just ok.

The room has not been getting cleaned well at all. The mirror still had spittle from previous guests brushing their teeth and the shower/tub was filthy. Dirt and grime was collected around the corners and the tub had a residue ring all around the base. We went to find water at a vending machine and there was none. The door had also obviously been knocked through because it was dented from the big lock and could now easily bust through it. For the price, I did not expect much… but cleaning the mirror and a quick wipe of the tub would at least give the appearance of a maintained room. The second star is for the positive: There did not appear to be any bedbugs, the bed was comfortable, and the front desk was nice and professional.

We stayed here for one night and it was good for a night’s rest. The room was clean and met our needs for a short stay. Overall, a decent and comfortable place to stop for the night.

Bedsheets had stains. Had to sleep over the sheets just in case...A motel left in another era. At breakfast, no hot water for on the road tea. I would not stay there again. There are other options.

The room appears to be nice but was full of bed bugs. I ran out of there as soon as I saw them. Now they are refusing to give me a full refund. Absolutely disgusting do not book here.

Room had roaches, we turned on the heater and it smelled like it had not been turned on and we woke up sick. It was priced very well, but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was very clean and the staff was awesome. But the heater didn't work very well and the room was a ice berg inside it I had to get my sleeping bag to keep warm and the people in the next room was loud so sleeping wasn't good

The room was overall—gross. There was hair in the bathtub—the tub just looked totally filthy. There was a giant stain on the carpet. One of the towels had handprints on it. The bathroom door was hard to close because it was sagging. You had to force it closed and it would scrape along the floor making a loud scratching sound. It just looked like this hotel room needed an overhaul.

The bathroom door was broken so it wouldn’t shut and the front door was a little messed up so it took some finessing to get the deadbolt to lock.

Staff was great only the breakfast was not what i expected.

Very old and dated room. The bed was surprisingly ok. Bedspread was dingy. Toilet ran all night. Tub stained. Not as clean as I would have liked.Smelled funky. Door was very difficult to open. But it did lock fine. Curtain was coming down as well as the hanging rack screw was pulled out of the wall.

Room is ok if you’re just needing somewhere to crash and don’t care too much. Breakfast buffet is nothing like advertised. But luckily there’s an IHOP close by that you can walk to and get you something to eat.

10/10, we were blown away by this hotel! The front desk staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast options were abundant. The only thing that could be improved was the coffee.

Shoe string hanging on the curtains where rod should be. Soda spilled in freezer, coffee left in coffee pot, room smelled bad, three roaches found, lamp shade was disgusting, trim on furniture and bed broken, shower curtain rod was zipped tied up, toilet was broken and wobbled, door to bathroom broken, just overall poor condition. We were tired and didn’t feel like changing hotels, so we made the best of it.

Lobby smelled like sewage. Room was scuffed, marred on every wall. Bathroom was unusable. Front door was discolored. Carpet was damp. Place should be closed down. The only saving grace was the dirt cheap room rate, which I chose bc I only needed it for a few hours of sleep on road trip to CA.

The room was filthy. Couch stain spots all over. The room smelled like mole. Didn’t take any pictures but if I ever encounter this again I will take pictures. Also we went to breakfast area at 7 and everything was gone. Nothing left.

The room was somewhat clean beds were comfortable but the toilet leaked every time you flushed it all over the bathroom floor the tub was clogged so by the time you finish taking a shower the tub was half full of water and drained onto the bathroom floor went to the manager the next morning who said I wish you'd let me know I don't know what good it would have done him to do it anything about it since he was about 80 will never stay here again even though it had great reviews

This hotel was excellent; the bathroom door didn’t open from the inside effectively trapping you inside and the privacy lock on the door looked like it had been kicked in so it was mildly obliterated. Other than that it was great lol. Oh there may have been blood on the walls, smelled like a smoker lived there for three decades, and the blinds were blown open by the a/c (which was excellent btw). Overall great though!

I knew the place was cheap but I didn’t think it would be this bad. My microwave didn’t work (not a big deal). There was a gap underneath my door so all the cool air was constantly being let out. Breakfast was very limited. And to top it all off, I woke up in the middle of the night with an actual bug in my ear. I had to go to urgent care at 1am to have it removed because it was still ALIVE. The staff was nice but overall I hope to never come back.

To say the room was horrible is an understatement! We didn’t even stay maybe 20mins. It smelt awful as soon as you walked in, everything was stained and the bedding was dirty. There was drug deals going on outside. I felt lightheaded and sick the more I stayed in the room so we decided to just leave and loose out on the money, definitely not worth it! Do Not Stay Here!!!!!

I walked into my room and it looked like it had yet to be cleaned- there were dirty linens on the floor and lint everywhere. There was lint on the bed. I do have pictures of everything as well. The bedspread had great big spots on it as well like it hadnt been cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be back. And would like my money back. We asked for a downstairs room for me as I am elderly and I was given an upstairs room and had to climb two flights of stairs.

I got a “non smoking” room but clearly it was smoked in. Saw a roach in the room. The linens were clean and it was nice having a fridge and microwave. The interior needs some updating

The room was very nice. The shower had a draining problem, so that was not very good. The breakfast was just OK. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable and clean.

Rooms next to us were used for storage but the doors were open all night. There were lots of homeless in the area. Felt unsafe, though the night was uneventful.

Checking in was easy and I like the fact that I can walk directly to my door from my car. But walking into my room, it smells immediately like urine. The couch in the room was dirty and had spots all over it. The top blanket on the bed was dirty and had spots all over it and the bathroom had a very distinct smell of urine. I actually was very thankful that I had some cleaning supplies with me because I sprayed the tub down before taking a shower and a distinct dirty film, rinse out of the tub. Luckily, I had my own shower gel because there was none. I had to bring the blanket and pillow from my car and sleep wrapped up in that because I didn’t want to sleep in the bed. I honestly wish I would’ve just slept in my car and saved my money.

The advertised pool was covered and looked under construction, more like deconstructed. The property was unsafe, trash around the building, lawn and landscaping unkept. Had to actually leave the property to get to the back side where my room was. There was a man In the lobby that stood near me and my niece and after hearing my room number and attendant giving me directions to the back of the hotel, this man jumped in a box truck and kept following us around the parking lot and roads around the hotel, even turned around on the highway and parked behind me until I moved. They followed me back to the front office through 2 streets and parking lots filled with homeless and sketchy people. I ran in to the lobby and gave the key card back to the man at the front desk and never even got out of my car and went to my room. I should have known it wasn’t safe when I asked the front desk attendant where ice and vending was and he said to go down to a certain room “10_something” and call the front desk and he would unlock it so that I could come through from the back of the hotel to get to lobby. He said he couldn’t leave it open for guest because of the people that lived there. I assume he meant the sketchy and homeless encampment on and surrounding the property. I just left as I’m pretty sure there were not good intentions with the men in the box truck and as a women traveling with a young girl, I was very careful cautious and careful about my surroundings.

They gave me the key to the wrong room and I walked in on someone.

The breakfast area seemed to be under renovation. They had some new appliances out, but the outlets didn’t work to get them electricity. The staff said they were working on upgrading things. Overall it was a good start for the price.

When I got there the whole place was very run down. No air in lobby. A van parked out front talking about sex in bold letters and my kids were like what’s this. I did not stay there. Terrible.

If we could give Zero stars we would. Upon entering our room we were greeted by dead cockroaches all over the floor. There were still some alive and moving elsewhere. This place is infested. Curious the smoke detector had plastic wrapped around it and taped to protect it and the room smelled like raid or a bug bomb. The front desk did not seem at all surprised when I told them it is uninhabitable and I need a refund. I was told to call and speak with the general manager. This facility knows there is a major health and safety issue and keeps taking customers money anyway. It’s a shame this is even happening. What a disgrace. Do not stay!

Staff was nice but this property's rooms are filthy. It was uncomfortable staying there with my kids because it was so dirty. They say they are renovating but I highly doubt it. First room had gang signs etched in the toilet seat and smelled bad with missing patches of carpet.

Need to replace Carpet OLD. Toilet seat moves when sit on it. Bathroom Fan not working (potential mold). Shower curtain stinks (Wash 1x week). Bed Linens stink. Need to have Gain softner so smell nice. Wash window curtains 1x month. TV Battery Remote needs battery cover.

The room was dirty. Sheets had what looked like fresh blood on them. Bathroom was covered in dirt and dust. Fan was caked with dust. Furniture was broken. You get what you pay for with this one for sure. Luckily I brought my own blankets to put down and slept on top of them. I only needed to take a nap so I wasn’t too mad but definitely would not recommend.

Kids couldn’t take a bath because they said not to plug the bathtub The towels and bedding were clean and white so that was good. Staff at the front desk was nice
