This is a great hotel to stay in. It’s very clean the rooms have a small kitchen with comfortable beds and convenient location to our restaurants. This is our second stay at this hotel and we would stay here again!

My husband and i were passing through Amarillo. We came in super late and the night staff was great checking us in. Everyone was extremely pleasant and breakfast was nice.

The on-site manager, Jessica is very rude and has a power trip over the facilities! She makes assumptions and does not ask questions before she starts bossing people and threatening to escort them off the premises when she doesn’t even know what’s going on. The Front Desk staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. There were a few shortcomings but nothing that we couldn’t get past the on-site manager Jessica made my stay horrible and I will be reaching out to the general manager.

Breakfast simple but good food was fresh, maybe a little more vairety (especially fruit) but. Rooms were cozy and clean, pool and workout room were top notch. Staff was awesome very attentive and helpful qould definelty stay again.

The day of check in the lady at front desk was nice and helpful. The pool was clean. We were put on a hall that had a lot of people staying with dogs and they would bark. The kitchen could not keep up with keeping food supplied, not much variety. The staff in kitchen and front desk very unfriendly.

Very nice place to stay in Amarillo. Pool was incredible, room was massive, and everything was so clean and well-kept. If I had one criticism, it would be that, even though the room was listed as having a kitchenette, we had to ask at the front desk for an induction burner to cook food. Not a huge dealbreaker, but something to keep in mind if you stay.

The property is ok. The shower is not good. Too small and mold in corners . It’s not the cleaning person problem .. it’s a maintenance issue. They need to re caulk it or replace totally.

Room was nice and spacious. LOVE the kitchen and sense of ‘home’. The hot tub is big and clean. Breakfast could be better with a more spacious serving box. Trying to get food out of the “box” was difficult.

Parking and location AC is outdated. Small ammount of paper towels for the kitchen. Elevator too loud. Bathroom ventilation did not work. Bathroom door is a slider and was greasy (why would it be grease, anyone would ask), plus couldn’t close, making normal human activities wierd, see vent being dead. Toilet stopped pumpin water in. I didn’t complain since i was there for maybe 15h

All consistently good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was rather disorganized this time. lots of empty areas of food and long waits to get them refilled.

Clean facilities, very nice rooms. Breakfast was decent. The location seems safe but getting to it from the highway was odd. You go through the parking lot of another hotel. There were a few items it would be nice to have at breakfast like yogurt and oatmeal.

We stayed here for my sister-in-law‘s wedding and they ended up staying here as well on their wedding night. I wanted to decorate the room for their wedding night and the staff was super helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was a bit lacking.

In general, great stay. But as one review I saw online stated, some of the updates are already showing signs of wear. I couldn't get past the rust around the drain in the bathroom sink, easily and inexpensively remedied. Aside from that, everything was good, including access to nearby restaurants.

The bed sheets were not cotton, if you’re a hot sleeper and have to stay here, bring your own sheets. We got a room close to the breakfast area, at 5am the staff started preparing breakfast while chatting loudly. Needless to say, I got just about 3 hours of sleep all night. Will not return.

I especially enjoyed the bedroom. The dividing curtain was a nice touch to give the feeling of privacy, separating the King bed from the sofa bed where my kids slept. The small kitchenette was stocked well and the fridge was a great size!

The suit room is very good , I booked suit with king bed plus sofa pull bed, The sofa pull bed was not good. My room was near reception and we did hear the conversation . This was the first time we had booked a Home2Suites room. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed to accommodate 5 of us. The room had good facilities including dishes, cutlery, fridge, dish washer etc. Room was spacious and all facilities were very good. We as a family were happy about the accommodation. The room was very spacious and all employees were terrific. The pool and workout room were nice. Breakfast was the best. The only issues with the room were the tub barely drained and the air-conditioning did not cool well. Overall though it's a nice hotel with great staff.

The room was probably the best I have ever stayed in Full size refrigerator, microwave, very comfortable bed, very clean. It was like staying in sn apartment ❤️Very close to the hospital. Relaxing place to stay during family crisis.

Check in was easy and the service was friendly. The main reason for a score downgrade was because of a broken bathroom door and door latch. We are a family of five and it’s not great when you can’t close the bathroom door for privacy. Besides having super noisy neighbors above (something the hotel really can’t control) there were no other issues and the room was satisfactory.

Somewhat dated and noisy. Gel soap had been spilled on main floor, through elevator, and on our floor. We told a housekeeper but nothing was done. Tild the main desk and she began to take care of it. Very dangerous situation.

I have to say if you can choose a floor, stay on the top floor. Parents were letting their kids run up and down the hallways and jumping in the rooms. I have adult children now and can’t believe the disrespect .

When they put us in room 303 by the elevator I knew that would be an issue but I didn't know how big of an issue that it would be. They started playing the music loudly by the elevator I would say around 7:30 am but before that happened there was a constant screeching beeping noise that I thought was someones alarm. When I opened my door to see what it was it appeared to be the fire/smoke detector by the elevator. As the noise continued, I went to check it several times I found that it was the tag on the luggage rack continuosly screeching. Now mind you, these are probably normal noises, but not for 7:30 AM when our alarm was set to go off at 8 AM. We were pretty exhausted from listening to the neighbor's TV through the wall all night. But other than that, it was nice, comfortable beds and pillows. Had the front desk lady ask how our stay was, i would have informed her of the issue. However, she did not ask.

Comfortable hotel. Newly renovated. It just sucked having a room right by the elevator.

We had a wonderful visit with our dogs and family. The property was clean and maintained well. The only negative we had was that the channel guide on the TV did not work and their was no channel line up. When we called the front desk to inquire about a channel she told us we'd just have to scroll through. It was frustrating because even the numbers for the channel weren't showing.
