Room was good. If you are a light sleeper I would not stay here. Road noise from I-40 is so loud! Also, the room doors were so loud when closed. $2.99 breakfast buffet was top notch.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and it’s always on point. Comfortable beds, great pillows, great restaurant on site. Every time I come to Amarillo this is where I’m staying!

The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed

LOVE THE RESTAURANT AND THE BREAKFAST BUFFET!!!

My only problem here was that the night that I was there, a group of people was drinking beers outside in the big patio with loud music and I didn’t understand why the staff from the hotel let this group of people to stay there until 1 am making noises, when you pay for a room to rest for the night. I call the front desk to complain about the noises and they didn’t do anything because the noises continue until 1 am.

This hotel is very noisy. AC unit and hwy noise are very apparent. Also, when i stayed there was a loud party that spilled onto the parking lot. Apparently the party was more important to the hotel than those who were trying to sleep. Breakfast was okay for the $3 charge. I would not stay here again.

Staff was super helpful and kind. Room was clean. Bathroom worked but needed some repairs and insulation. I thought the guy next door was in the bathroom with me!

The breakfast was ok, but definitely not what they advertise it as… next time I will try my chances at another hotel and a better breakfast place for sure.

New, clean, good location and amenities! Very friendly staff. Definitely recommend!! Hotel bar is very festive and lounge area like being in a home. Restaurant available with good happy hour, but didn’t try. Huge workout facility. Turf area outside with fire pit and grills and room for kids to play. Rooms/beds comfy with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of options. Also, help yourself to coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24 hrs. ALL for a more reasonable price than the bigger chains. Some traffic noise and smaller bathroom only negative—stay here anyways!

Everything was great-

The Restaurant was closed and that is one of the main reasons we booked it. After being on the road for 9 hours we wanted to eat and go to bed. The room was very disappointing, bathroom was very small, no water in the room. Bar only had house wine and we could only bring plastic cups to.the room

There wasn't any good parking. There were plenty of handicap parking but limited regular parking.

Very clean room. We were pleasantly surprised to have a fridge and microwave in the room. So we took leftovers from our delicious dinner at Los Braceros and ate that for breakfast!

The staff was lovely, the hotel was nice and clean but the food in the restaurant downstairs was disgusting. I ordered the roast beef. It was horrendous. It wasn’t slow roasted, I don’t k own what they did other than it looked like they cooked the “supposed roast beef” in a skillet. The baby carrots were not cooked. They weren’t even warm. The mashed potatoes were cold. I took a photo but there is nowhere to upload it. $35.00 down the drain because it immediately went in the trash.

The bathroom had only toilet paper + tissue. No mirror in the bedroom area. When 2 people are staying a second mirror would be appreciated. Felt more like a hospital room, than a hotel room.

I was very disappointed for the hotel not having a shower chair available for my handicapped wife. My wife is an amputee and the shower was for a roll in and not for her to walk in and sit on a chair to shower. We have stayed in many hotels and this is the only one that could not provide a shower chair. Luckily we were only there for one night and not several nights. The beds were very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. We were planning to stay again in Amarillo on our way back to Houston, definitely will not be staying at this hotel. Also, the AC was set at 60 degrees, never even cooled off our room. Too tired from a 12 hour drive from Houston to complain.

The smoke detector had a very bright flashing light that disrupted my sleep significantly. The bathroom sliding door was so difficult to close that we had to push very hard to get it to close.

How can this possibly be allowed to happen, what is management doing!!! Unforgivable, sorry to say.

Really long line checking in a 7pm and only one person to handle us all. Not Four Points fault so many of us showed up at the same time, but it would have been nice to have a second person to help.

The staff gave us a lovely greeting and explained fully about the hotel. The rooms are beautifully furbished and spacious. Breakfasts throughout USA hotels aren’t great (and we have stayed at over 30 on this trip). This hotel was better than most, but still not top notch. Would be great to have fresh fruit to go with cereals and yoghurt.

My husband and I love to stay her on our way to CO. It’s got easy access to highways and restaurants. It’s very comfortable and clean. The convenience of having a restaurant and bar is great! And their breakfasts buffet offers many tasty choices.

It’s one of our favorite hotels ever stayed in. Very nice all around. Clean. Staff has always been very helpful and personable. It has a restaurant/bar which makes it so nice not having to go out to eat dinner after a long day on the road. Breakfast is an amazing spread of food. We will always book here when passing thru Amarillo Was just surprised to arrive and find the restaurant not open on Sunday. Disappointed but not the hotels fault. I didn’t research the days open/hours

The Four Points in Amarillo was great! Clean, super easy to check in, the gym was great, and breakfast was good. The lobby looked fun and welcoming. This will be our new go-to on drives through Amarillo!

The front desk staff was very friendly, the accomidations were cheaply renovated - the hallways were musky - I would stay somewhere else next time I'm passing through Amarillo.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfy. Good breakfast. Great staff! Being close to the highway, you do get a bit of traffic noise.

The computer system was down. They couldn’t see my reservation after paying online. Then being told I won’t get money back for 7 business days.

Dislikes: Not a three star motel-2* Highest rating I would give it - 6 3 on a scale of five Mediocre Well worn motel even though new. Mechanical, oily smell in public areas. Just seemed dirty in some areas.

Our room was not “soundproof” as they claim but it was quieter than other hotels we stayed at on our trip. Front Desk staff was so nice and friendly. The bed was amazing!

We knew we were going to get there late so we called to let them know. They said we would be fine as long as we got there by 1:30 am (which we barely did). Not sure why your room becomes in jeopardy after 1:30, especially when we called first. Everything else was great, especially the breakfast.

I got into the hotel after an exhausting flight which was diverted twice. The restaurant staff was able to get me a delicious dinner despite it being 10 minutes before the closing time.

There is a restaurant in the hotel, but very few other dining options close by. It has great breakfast options on it’s morning buffet. Though the bathroom is very nice in the room, it’s counter space is extremely limited.

This place is ridiculous. We got charged 340 dollars in late fees for one night. Which is ridiculous being that we had already paid for the night and we were traveling and had trouble along the way. What does it matter as long as we still leave on time? Not only that, when we arrived the lady up front was super rude indicating the us arriving late only made it harder for her. So what she didn’t want was to work? Is this not your job?

Did not realize there was no pool, close to freeway so can be loud. I drove 5 hours and was there 2 hours early and could not do an early check in.

I hated that there was only one elevator working we had to wait up to 20 min to get to our rooms in or out when we first arrive the front desk guy was very rude i would def never stay here again.

Only complaint is an unexplained charge at the end of our stay that the desk clerk could not explain and $100 hold on card fee for incidentals.

Parking was terrible. Hotel was full & there were NO parking places. People were parking in fire lanes!!!

One night travel stop. Room was clean and very comfortable. They gave us ADA room maybe because that is what they had available. The shower drains all over the batbroom floor, the water does not flow into the intended drain. Had to put towels along the shower to avoid hazard. Employees are very nice and welcoming.

Overall a good place to stay! It’s right off I40 though and you can hear the traffic. If you’re ok with that, everything else is nice.

Had a room on the 4th floor at the end of the hallway. Next to the Laundry room. Every time someone has the washer on a spin cycle, My room would shake. Overall stay was good, hotel staff was very friendly. Room was clean. One bad part of the stay was the room being next to the laundry room.
