Was cheap for what I paid but also was very sketchy the room carpet is old better wear slippers don’t take all your stuff in or leave on the floor their are roaches so make sure you shake everything out! Will not stay again! If I did not see roaches I think I’d be ok! Sleeping on the bed made me scare because behind the head board was webs and stuff!

We never got new towels or anything. It wasn't even worth the $140 we spent. Actually, I'm sorry, we spent $160. The front desk guy made me extremely uncomfortable. Was not a fan of his attitude or the way he was looking at me. Took forever to check in. Do yourselves a favor and do not stay here. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Even after showering I still felt disgusting from being in the hotel.

My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why we did not end up staying. Was told by the owner she would be more than willing to refund. Waiting to see if I do.

Pretty sure the hot tub and pool are out of commission or something. Seems like it's not so bad if you are a smoker. I'm not so I had to ask for another room, and it was .... More tolerable so decided to just go to bed.

The property is under construction. The staff where rude and inconsiderate. The restroom exhaust fan didn't work. The rooms were smelly like no one stayed there in years. They had roaches. When I bought it to the staffs attention. He told me" that there was no roaches in there because they cleaned today." Don't recommended to anyone but you know what they say you pay for what you get.

The non-smoking facility is located just off I-40 between Western and Paramount, near restaurants from sit-down dining to fast food, with a convenience store within walking distance. Despite the ongoing renovations, noise has never been bothersome. Parking is ample, rooms are a good size, and beds are plush and comfortable with clean linens. The TV offers basic cable but can easily connect to streaming devices. Bathrooms have a detached sink area, and rooms include basic amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. The long-time staff is small but great, and the front desk is available for most of the 24 hours. There’s currently no breakfast, but rooms have a full-size refrigerator and microwave for your needs, and the ice machine has never been out of order. I especially appreciate the building’s security: the normally keyed entry doors lock at night making them inaccessible, and room entrances are interior rather than exterior. My son and I have stayed here many times over the years—from full capacity to a smaller guest count—and we’ve always enjoyed our time here. It’s not a luxury hotel, but for a quiet extended stay it’s been comfortable and reliable for us. Definitely recommend.

The one room didn’t have a working smoke detector ,it was taken apart and had a peice of paper towel stuck inside it. Bathrooms were filthy as was the room. DO NOT STAY HERE.

She blamed us for our dog barking even though we proved it was coming from another room, barged in our room yelling at us and being completely unprofessional and than kicked us out without refunding any of our $500 we paid to stay there, even though there was no damage to the room. Than the property was unsafe due to them renovating the top floor. I will be reporting this place and i see why they dont do much business

The stay was ok. The bed was clearly needing to be replaced. I could feel the springs. And the bathroom had a very dim light so I had to keep the door open to see. Other than that, I didn't have any issues.

Close to highway for a overnight stay Lots of rat poison on the ground. They charge $10 an animal but didn’t mention anything about the use of open poison tablets. Thankfully I think I found them all before my girlfriend’s cat did. Check behind the tvs, especially for the little kiddos too. They seem to find everything and this could be a horrendous disaster if a child found one.

The bathroom was DISGUSTING! The room was filthy. There was trash behind the night stand. Room was just nasty overall. I didn't stay long. Only passing through. The room has roaches. It smelt like sewer in the halls. The room smelt like a room that used to be smoked in. There was sheet rocks work and patches everywhere. Bathroom had dirty towels in the floor when we got there. It's under construction but I feel like issues were beyond that.

When I got there, the desk refused to honor my reservation after a big flight with him and having to call thepolice book .com and the police was able to negotiate a refund for what I had paid and said they would put me up in another room elsewhere just to find a room and send them the receipt for a new room. The tap dripped all night, and when I went to check out in the morning, the woman in the office made me wait 3 minutes while she attended to her phone. Come on, do better than this As above

The Owner is Amazing. We checked in at 11pm and we had the pleasure of visiting with Him. The hotel is under construction and Im sure when He is finished it will be grand. I hope that my posting doesn't keep you from staying there as it was great for the price we paid. Do not expect breakfast before their finished with construction. There was a pool but already empty which is probably normal in September.

There was toilet paper already in the toilet as though someone forgot to flush and there was a giant cutout in the ceiling that was poorly repaired. The light barely worked and the fixture was covered in dead bugs (on the inside). This is not a professional hotel operation. People were nice enough.

I guess booking another room was worth spending money instead of possibly having your car broken into and having thousands of dollars in expenditures. I do not recommend this place at all and they need to make sure those positive reviews are taken down because they’re absolutely fake.

Did not have the correct room I paid for I paid for a king size bed and he put me in a double room and the person working was rude and threw my drivers license back at me and told me to go somewhere else.

The window would not close and seal and it was 40 degrees and cold all night. The faucet on shower was broken so you couldn’t shower and the worker would not swap me rooms said they would make a decision after the maintenance man could see if he could fix it or not. Front desk worker was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely don’t recommend this motel.

Staff did all they could do however the listing that we paid for they do not actually have and is in need of repairs we booked a room with king size bed and pull out couch with a soaking tub they do not actually have that and they had to get us a microwave fro. The only reason I was able to give it any stars is because the front desk female employee made it a smidge better. I’m surprised anyone stays here! I got a call stating they overbooked and couldn’t room us. Obviously I was upset but she said she could get us a room. I should have listened to what god was telling me because I should have just booked another room. The room was a nightmare, the building was in shambles and I’m surprised I didn’t get sick by using the microwave to heat up my dinner. There was evidence of roach larva in the bathroom. Holes in the ceiling , door couldn’t latch and the microwave looked like someone cooked metal in it. They have a big sign that says no refunds for any reason and now I know why. Luckily after showing the front desk attendant the photos I took she agreed to refund me for the night I chose not to stay. We had booked for two nights, and it quickly became evident it would not be that long of a stay. We had our alarm set to wake up early, never unpacked our bags and checked out at daylight. They just got bought out and you can tell they are in the middle of a remodel, I’m hoping in 3-4 months once the remodel is complete we might be able to give them a second chance just because the front desk lady was able to accomadate us to the best of her abilities. I can only imagine the complaints she gets about this hotel, and the job she has to do. Hopefully they come back from this.

About to drain was broken and overall I just felt very grungy in there there were smudges and food and finger marks on all the lamps. Tub too gross to shower in. Just need someone to sleep I guess it worked for that

Unique in an awful way is that they close the office at 10pm and do not put that as a notice when booking.

Tv didn’t work they had roach powder all over floor in room bath tub was peeling away I looked at ther room and walked back out and they said no refunds and all rooms were like this

I guess you can’t expect much for $40. Had to call someone to the lobby to unlock the padlock so we could check in. Towels not washed covered in makeup off the towel rack. Urine on the toilet ring and woke up to a dead roach on the bathroom vanity. Will never stay there again.

The rooms are very old. Floor boards are all deteriorating Rust on metal surfaces. Parking lot nasty. It seemed like we were in the slums. I didn’t want my feet to touch the floor. We just slept for 7 hours and got straight out of there

No ice bucket in the room, no trash containers in the room, a section of ceiling dropping loose, and two spots on walls with exposed drywall. The first room had no operational TV but we were moved to another room after about 45 minutes of attempts to repair.

So very disappointed. The pictures of this place are deceptively taken. I feel as if I was deceived. Expedia needs to boycott this property. As we arrived there were 2 police vehicles questioning a young woman. Found out it had nothing to do with hotel. Then a HUGE feral cat ran by our car. Then in lobby it was HOT. No air conditioning in Amarillo in August. In the upper 90s outside. I was not given an opportunity to look at room before checking in even though it was on the paperwork. All of the security doors from outside were broken. The hallway carpet was disgusting and very dirty. No air conditioning in the hallways. Smelled of smoke everywhere. The room was to have a king size bed and a sofa. No sofa just an old ratty chair. My son had to sleep on the floor. The whole room was very dirty. The air conditioning unit was full of dust and mold. The fitted sheet in bed was put on inside out. The bathtub was stained and not clean. The towels were stained. I didn’t let anyone take a shower bc of state of bathroom. If we had not traveled 14 hours and exhausted we would have gone somewhere else. We slept 5 hours and immediately left. I have stayed in places all over the world (including Hellville Madagascar) and this was/is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed.

Check in process took very long time, cockroaches run everywhere even they were almost on my bed, both hallways and lobby are very dirty and messy, inside the room is not pleasant as well, very hard to believe it’s a hotel, it says 3-star hotel on the Google! Wow, no way, this place cannot even qualify 1-star

Our main complaints incude: broken exterior door (door won't close), cockroaches, bugs throughout fridge, vomit on lamp base next to bed, missing carpet sections, missing paint sections, mold. Additionally the check in process took 1 hour, 4 cops came during the less then 2 hour timeline we were on premises, there wasn't a TV in our room, the pool and rec room were closed for the summer.

Check in took 35 minutes when there was only one group in front of me. Walls in the room had been patched but not painted. No toilet paper roll holders in the bathroom. Bed only had bottom fitted sheet and a blanket.

Waited 20 minutes to be checked in. Hair in the bed, hair in the sink & tub. Shower did not drain. Carpet was matted down and sticky.

We booked 2 rooms but were unable to stay in either. Checking in took at least 20 minutes. One room hadn't been cleaned, the plumbing in the tub was broken and the carpet was filthy. The second room had 2 broken beds and was dingy and dirty. There was a putrid smell in that part of the hotel that was unbearable. Cigerette smoke combined with what biomedical waste probably smells like and strong cooking odors is the best way to describe the smell in the halls. There were spots on the tile floor in public areas that looked like drops of blood. They did not have any other rooms to put us in but honestly the smell and the people loitering around lobby and halls were enough to make us walk out knowing we would lose the money I paid for the rooms. My sister vomited in the parking lot as soon as we walked out. This property should not be on Expedia's site. The desk clerk said I could call Expedia and complain and they could contact the hotel to verify my complaint and I could possibly get my money back. Hold times are too long at Expedia to get an resolution so far. If you book this property be prepared for a traumatic experience.

Got into the lobby to check in and there was a family waiting to get a room without cockroaches. The rest of the holet was filthy. Don't stay here if you can help it.

This place was awful. Holes in doors and ceiling. Bugs, hair in sink, toilet not flushed and black specks of gos knows what in the bed. TV screen damaged. The whole place smelled like weed. Steps up to our room were all damaged. We won’t be staying here again.

The receptionist was exstreamly rude. She made me wait 10 mins before she waited on me. She acted like she had no clue what she was doing. I went to the room and it was so dirty. There eas crumbs all over the bathroom counter. The fridge did not work, there was something spilt all over the inside. The floor had not been vacuumed in days. I went and asked for a refund and the front counter person said they could not refund the room. I left anyway it was awful.

Arrived at location was unable to check in do to no vacancies even though i had reservations and already paid had to find other accommodations.

I rented this property for my sister as soon as she walked in,the white woman told her, get hell out we are sold out my sister insisted ee paid for but again get out before we call police so she rented holiday inn next door very nice people

It took the Desk about 30 mins to check me in. The hallways, room carpet were old. New owners and they bought a dirty old place,

No elevator, stairs were in bad shape, hallways smelled musty, all of the sheets and pillows on the beds had stains on them and were put on inside out.

Just nasty and dirty and shower didn’t work.

The night staff was apparently incapable of checking us in even though we paid through expedia and had receipts to prove it. She was so rude and seemed not to care at all that we arrived at 2:15 AM and did not get to open the door to our *pre-paid* room until 3:20 AM. She tried to send us away to her sister location so she didn't have to figure out how to check us in and even told us that she had ROACHES in some of her rooms to send us away so she didn't have to do her job. If there had been any other hotel available we would have gone elsewhere, but unfortunately we were stuck. It is a shame that the night shift woman was so terrible because the morning shift woman so friendly and wonderful.

I had an 11 night stay here. I BEGGED the front desk to have housekeeping clean my room 6 days in a row and they finally did the night before I checked out. Completely incompetent staff. WORST hotel in Amarillo.

This place looks nothing like it did in the pictures. They give you a chance to check out the room before hand and thank goodness too because it was horrible. I refused to sleep my kids n I here there was dead bugs on the walls. I was so ready to leave that place.

We drove all day and when we got to the motel we weren't able to check-in. There were no employees there. We had to leave to stay somewhere else.

The property was comfortable, though a bit noisy at times. There were a bunch of construction men staying there and when they weren't working they were in the parking lot outside my room drinking and playing music quite loud. The beds were nice and the room came with a mid size refrigerator and a microwave.
