Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. I didn't like that our rooms weren't cleaned during our stay.

Overall for the price it wasn't bad it definitely shows wear the ceiling was peeling off due to a previous leaks. The morning continental breakfast was not good. One cereal to choose from and a waffle maker. No fruits or juices. There was a few small dried muffins and some bread to toast. In all I would think about going somewhere else. But who knows..... the location and price was right. It's right off the i40. Also next to a cracker barrel.

AC worked great, room was clean and comfortable, not as nice as pictured on Expedia. No protein for the breakfast, coffee, cereal, toast, 2 muffins, nice waffle maker though.

Perfect for overnight stay to rest for our trip. I’ve machines were broke and bathrooms were clean but needed an update. A/C worked great but was not on when we got to the room.

For the price, our overnight stay on the road was adequate. The property is old, the sheets were clean, bathroom clean and breakfast minimal. There was no protein offered for breakfast.

Could offer more Hot breakfast.. it was good for the price. Perfect for one night stay..

The showere door didn't close all the way. The was mold around the shower door. The wallpaper is coming off in several places. There is loose drywall in the hallways. Carpet throught hasnt been cleaned in a very long time and should be replaced.

The rooms were filthy, and obviously not cleaned well, if at all. I had to borrow a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the floors myself (crumbs, Cheerios, toenail clippings, hair, etc...). The walls were in disrepair and stains on the carpet. The bathroom counter looked like it was going to fall off the wall. My toiletry bag slid off it was so slanted. The ceiling was crumbling in spots. Outside the door, the wallpaper was coming off the wall from water damage, and the ceiling also had obvious signs of water damage. There was no continental breakfast, just two choices of cereal, a few pieces of bread, and a pancake maker. Pictures did no match the actual interior. Would not recommend.

The double bed room was 2 full size, not queen. Room and bath had age to them. Breakfast was waffles, toast, cereal, and coffee. No juice or other hot food choices.

Toilet handle needs repaired was affraid it was going to break. Need phone charging ports in the rooms also. It was a great stay for what I paid and the location was where I needed to be. Very clean and staff was awesome all the time. Breakfast smelt good left before it was done.

My room (217) was a bit musty, but tolerable. It would have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast.. no juice, yougurt, or fruit. They had waffles, toast, cereal, muffins, and coffee.

Great room, clean with all the amenities. Property is a bit dated but overall fantastic choice for a budget hotel. I could see the Wi-Fi on my phone, but did not show up on my laptop. Desk chair was broken and the telephone didn't work. Good option for an overnight stay.

The lady ad check in was nice. The beds were ok. As for the room NOT good. The AC was below par. It barley cooled. Curtains were short so light still came through. The room needs MAJOR TLC. Horrible paint and patch up job. Furniture with paint finish chipping off. TV was cracked. I'm afraid to know what was on the wall. It had a reddish tint to it. The tank of the toilet was cracked. The window screen was ripped inly attached on the top and hald of one side.

My stay was short. I was only there to get a few hours sleep. There were many channels on the TV to choose from. The room was excellent! Very cozy! The amenities met all my expectations. The staff was great! Meitta was very friendly at check in and very quick as well!

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the room condition was not the best. The light switch was very loose and did not seem to have a great connection, the first time we turned the light on it flickered and went out. The shower door did not close all the way and the glass was coming off of the door frame. There were also some pretzel crumbs on the floor next to the bed when we got there.

They had breakfast and we arrived on 9 o'clock but the breakfast was not good. no egg or sausage. no cheese or Juice . Hot water and coffee was cold! Also service room was coming inside without knocking the door!!! We will not back in there. Services were not qualified.

I wish there was more protein and fiber options for breakfast such as oatmeal, peanut butter, yogurt, and eggs. There were waffles, two kinds of cereal, bread for toast, and chocolate and powdered sugar donuts.

Extremely friendly staff and clean, even though it was rundown. The chair arms in our room were broken and when I mentioned it to the front desk, she said she would check on it. While we were gone(with a do not disturb sign on the door) someone came into our room. We could tell because of the lights. Kind of weird! I’m pretty sure, she was checking on the chair. We only booked this place because it has a jacuzzi and we were going to be coming in after a long drive. Found out when we arrived that the pool and jacuzzi were out of service. Also our non smoking room smelled of stale cigarettes.

The room is small but exactly what I need. Clean, quiet, comfortable and more than I need - WiFi, tv, fridge, microwave and all SPOTLESS. I’m not throwing a dance party. I’m on the road right after the included breakfast.

The rooms in this motel are entered via an inside corridor instead of from the outside, which makes entering and exiting rooms be safer. The ladies behind the front desk were nice.

The place had nothing that was avrtised. They said they had a pool. On pool. Hot breakfast. On hot breakfast. Everything was just a lie.

My shower head was broken, the WiFi gave me issues & the continental breakfast was very weak. Staff was very friendly and attentive and the room was inexpensive.

None of the negative affected our good night’s sleep. Which is all we needed.

Our stay was great, we got in really late traveling back home. The front desk gentlemen was really nice and helpful getting checked in. He made sure to let us know if we seeded anything dont hesitate to ask.

Bathroom hardware hanging loose off wall. Gouged wall just inside door. Damage to almost every wooden piece of cabinets. No smoke detector. Live mouse running across tv credenza/cabinet. Too much space under door allowing hallway noise in. Dirty and un-vacuumed carpet in common area/hallway.

Cheap but definitely worth it. Stayed here numerous times on our way to Colorado and never had any issues. Will be back next year I'm sure.

The room was very clean and tidy. I especially liked the layout. A little confusion at check in but it got resolved. I was hoping for the breakfast to be a little more substantive but it was adequate.

Rooms were quiet and comfy. Shower was big enough for 2 people and water was hot. Great channel selection for the tv. There is a Cracker Barrel next door. The hotel does over a continental breakfast of Waffles, toast, mini muffins, cereal and coffee. Just a few blocks down is The Big Texan.

Check in was easy and fuss free. Hotel is on frontage road off I40. Room is comfortable and clean. Had a tiny fridge, microwave amd coffee maker in the room. Simple continental breakfast was available.

The only complaint I have was the occasional loud car in the surface streets. The breakfast was nice and clean. (The Raisin Bran wouldn’t dispense, but I didn’t care so I didn’t ask for help.

Overall, the property was good. Some other patron filled an entire half of the parking with a truck, towing an excavator, and parking across seven or eight spaces. Made otherwise plentiful parking scarce and less safe.

I travel around a lot on a motorcycle and look for the cheaper options that don’t look like they’re going to be unsafe and won’t have cockroaches and bed bugs. All I really need is a bed for a few hours. For the price range this hotel is in, it is excellent! It’s clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well and had the option to keep the fan on continuous even when the compressor is off. When the AC kicks on and off all night, it keeps me up. Breakfast is spars. A few muffins, bread for toast, some oatmeal, cereal, or the ever-present waffle maker. And lots of coffee! That’s it. If you’re expecting made to order omelets, spend more money somewhere else. Look, at this price range, the fact that you can get something to tide you over till lunch is amazing. If you don’t like this hotel, then you are too spoiled and need to be looking at much higher price ranges. For the price, this was the best place I’ve stayed in a long, long time. It had everything I needed and I will be back.
