TV didn't work

Everything was great but the breakfast wasn't that good.

The hotel was no frills (which we wanted), the breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were the stupid tiny hotel pillows that everyone seems to use now. Staff was friendly both late night and early morning. Could hears some road noise, it nothing atypical. A/C was loud in a good way, nice source of white noise.

The hotel itself was mediocre, breakfast was only ok. But the staff were SO helpful that I’d go back just because of that! My daughter can’t do dairy and I messaged in advance, they were so helpful in getting me info so I could figure out what she could eat. We also asked for extra towels and they had them up to our room within minutes! Amazing folks, we were so grateful!

Room was quiet considering location. Location was not great. Not a hotel. All room doors are outside(ie, motel). No elevator. Parking lot was cramped and somewhat sketchy. Neighborhood was not great. Beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. Would not stay here again or recommend.

Fridge didnt work. Shower was wonky. Pool doesnt open til noon and closes at 9. Breakfast was aweful Not many choices. Staff was rude. We checked out early and they refused a refund for the night we were not gonna stay. Hotels.com made it more than right for us so we went some place else.

No A/C. The staff did what they could to help. They were nice, but the hotel was just bad.

We didn’t get there or leave there in time to check out anything else in Amarillo, but we think highly of the Days Inn!

Water coming up between flooring in bathroom, on an upper floor unit. Couldn't figure out why my socks kept getting damp. Oops. Also when they installed the TP holder they used too long of screws and they were sticking out the wall on other side.

It was clean and tidy and the breakfast was good They messed up our rooms, when we arrived they had resold our booked and paid for DDA room which we needed for my fathers disability, they did manage to find us another room, but it took a long while for them to sort it out

Shower barely had pressure to come out the shower head. Tub spout almost fell off. Bed felt like 2 sheets plywood. Would not recommend for a restful night.

The room was clean. The staff was incredible. The location is good. It’s by the medical center. A Waffle House and golden corral is a few blocks away.The breakfast was good but nothing to write home about, but free coffee is always good. 👍

When we were checking in, there was a sign at the front desk that they were away for a moment but to ring the bell and/or call a number. We rang the bell after a few minutes of waiting. I saw a clock on the wall behind the desk and when nobody showed up after 5 minutes I called the number. The phone at the desk ring. After a few rings it went to voicemail. So we waited some more. I think we waited about 8-10 minutes before someone arrived to check us in. He didn’t seem happy to be working, but we got checked in.

Staff was friendly. It needs to be listed as a MOTEL not a hotel. Big difference. Very dated, the remodel was very poorly done. No ice bucket in room, no ironing board. The free breakfast was very lacking. We stayed there due to the fact that it was close to the medical facility. I would not recommend.

Had a few nights stay as my dad was in BSA. STAFF WERE AMAZING and accommodating

This hotel is poorly built; the walls are so thin, and we were unlucky enough to get a room next to someone who had mucus and kept trying to clear his throat all night. I couldn’t get a good sleep at all! Book somewhere else for a better night's rest.

Only drawbacks were the property is sandwiched between two sketchy extended stay motels but the property has cameras everywhere so I felt safe. Lighting is harsh white lamps in the rooms but there is a huge window with convenient privacy shades to let in natural light. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Couldn't breathe in the room from over powering cleaner scent. Beds are rocks. The ac is loud to start. There's stains on the sheets and bed and pillows. There's possibly poop or something that looks like it on the floor by the mirror and in the bathroom. Tons of rust in the bathroom. I can go on.

Nothing. 1. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable 2. There was not water provided in the room. No product was priced in the vending machine and later when it charged to my credit card, I found each bottle was $3.5 which highly expensive. 3. There was hardly any options in the breakfast.

Breakfast was good, meat yay, no fruit boo. Location was close to my travel food pitstop, Subway. Broken toilet seat.

Check-in was good. The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The room smelled musty. There wasn't a small sofa or a chair to sit on to watch TV and it had a terrible remodel job done. The painter couldn't keep the wall color off the trim and the new laminate floor covering the bathroom and sink area wasn't installed correctly. (I would say the old tile floor wasn't removed in the shower area because the new flooring has cracked at the threshold.) Apparently, the property owner hired the cheapest contractor to remodel this location. Also, I killed what I call a water bug crawling across the bathroom floor.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and carpets were clean, staff was friendly. Size of mini fridge was excellent! all the food from our cooler fit. The place to hang coats was fantastic and there were plenty of outlets for all of our devices (traveling with 3 teens!) Our sheets had stains on them (black spots? but they smelled clean and we were exhausted) Our mini fridges was wobbly and didn't have a freezer compartment for our ice packs, which was a little bit of a bummer) the lighting was odd, but hey, we slept well :)

I want to give a special shout out to Sunny Patel who was at the front desk when we arrived. Not only was he very pleasant, he also came outside when I was unhooking my trailer and offered to help, then went and got 2 bricks to chock the tires to keep the trailer from rolling. This is exceptional customer service and he should be recognized for this.

Cosmetically the property appears nice. Staff was friendly. The drug addicts yelling at all hours of the night. Walking out of the room to needles on the ground.

This hotel had drug deals, fights all night over drug deals, drugs on the ground (we could not walk the dogs for fear of poisoning)...It was absolutely beyond unacceptable and very dangerous.

The door lock didn’t work but the flip latch worked. Hopefully they fixed the door lock because if my very tall husband hadn't been with me i would have NOT STAYED IN THAT ROOM!!!!!

This hotel is a little older but the room was kept well and the lobby was bright. The staff was great. There was an issue with the WiFi but they walked me through a workaround in a pleasant way. It's close to several dining options and easy to get in and out of.

Terribly thin walls, a crying baby and inconsiderate guests banging on the floor above and shouting plus swearing at a crying child in another room. If I managed three hours sleep that night I’d be amazed. Days Inn are usually good but this one was an awful experience.

My grandbaby was admitted at BSA, Days Inn was a perfect option. The situation was very stressful, it was nice to be able to relax in a clean, quiet and comfortable environment after leaving the hospital. Thank you for such an inviting and peaceful place.

It was not advertised that they have NO ELEVATORS. We also did not know the rooms opened to the outside (motel not hotel). We are both handicapped, and the room was prepaid. If it hasn't been 2am when we arrived, we would have gone elsewhere. Also, large gap under door allowed the freezing air into our room all night.

Quiet hotel with comfortable and clean accommodations. The front desk employee helped me to find the nearest stores that had what I needed. Service like that just doesn't happen much anymore and I was very impressed.

I liked that the room was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable. I would like better pillows and the exterior needs some curb appeal. Staff was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This room was great clean sanitary. Overall so very comfortable. It was quiet. I recommend this hotal over red roof inn anyday. We had a terrible night for the red roof inn, then got days inn and it was like getting a breathe of fresh air. What a life safer

Check in was easy. Room was clean and cold. Noise was pretty minimal considering the busy road and other guests. Breakfast was petty good as well.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and cold. Noise was pretty minimal considering the busy road and other guests. Breakfast was petty good as well.

Front desk staff was very friendly, room was clean and very big. There is a Waffle House, Taco Bell and Dutch bros coffee right there, which was very convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

This Days Inn was a fine, up-to-date, remodeled motel. Breakfast was fine. The beds were comfortable, and the surrounding amenities were easy to get to.

Breakfast was awful. They didn't change the bag in the pancake maker so you couldnt have pancakes.They were out of coffee. Feel like they could have kept up better on it. Our bedroom had nats.fling around.

Probably the friendliest front desk staff I've ever encountered at evening check-in and at breakfast. The room was average but the bathroom was definitely not clean enough for me. It had a ton of long dark hair all over the floor. I don't think it was vacuumed/mopped but overall a decent stay.

We were traveling down Route 66 on our way to Tulsa and stayed here for the night. The staff were amazing and helpful. Right next to both a Waffle House and Taco Bell for the late night cravings.

Appreciate the well lite parking lot, size of room and how it's furnished. And all the electric plugs are greatness. Be aware.. Tub is very slippery. Took several hours for the air conditioner to cool the room. Soon to check out the breakfast options. Picture will be posted. Looked like a nice heated pool

Nice indoor pool, older style hotel but in great shape easy access to freeway. Good free breakfast with cheese omlets and sausage.Freindly staff.

Had problems getting the room key to open the electronic lock. Had to try several times before it would open.

The only issue was 1 of the washcloths was noticeably stained

Everything was suitable. Very nice to have an Air Conditioning System that effectively could be controlled to stay cool.

The weather was horrible and all surrounding hotels that we normally stay in were sold out so we opted to try this place after reading some of the previous reviews. This is an older motel that seems to have been renovated at some point recently; however, there is still a STRONG smell of cigarette smoke that saturates the carpet/bedding/towels, very thin walls so you hear everything outside and in the adjacent rooms, and poor construction (the toilet paper dispenser was falling out of the wall, the carpet was dingy, etc). This is in the medical district on a high traffic street with a large transient population.

Decent value. Ok breakfast.,

Pool was cold

Which was making my bed vibrate from the base. That’s not really the owners fault as I didn’t get up to call the front desk. It’s a very busy, very full hotel. For the price, the cleanliness, and the hot breakfast I would probably go back again.

Hotel Lobby area is very nice. Our room was okay. We arrived really late and were only staying one night. Our faucet was loose and the door frame to the bathroom was coming off. Wasn’t bad for one night but would have wanted those things fixed if staying multiple nights.

The walls are paper thin

It was advertised with connecting rooms. I booked 2 rooms with the understanding of this. When i went to check in i waa given side by side. This hotel does not have connecting rooms at all. The one reason i booked here.

Stayed here twice in January, rooms clean and neatly made up, functioning and reasonably quiet HVAC. Staff is extremely helpful, even when the hotel is full. Convenient down-and-out rooms, easy access parking. Recommend.
