This property is clean, but dies need a few updates. Mark, at the check in counter, was really nice and helpful. The lithchen staff also very nice. Breakfast was good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The Staff were extremely kind and personable and answered all of my questions with a pleasant disposition. My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay as well. They especially enjoyed the amenities and the beauty of the property. I noticed there was only one parking spot for handicapped parking. I am a Disabled Veteran as well as the two guests who accompanied me. I was able to park in the handicapped spot as I was the only one who drove and my family appreciated not having to walk far as they were recovering from surgery.

The AC kicked on repeatedly all night and is loud. The texture and color of walls was not inviting and was to be honest somewhat depressing.

The breakfast was comprehensive. It included items not found in every hotel dining room. The facilities were very good. I used the pool for an extended time on one day and had it all to myself. My wife and I shared the fitness room with a couple other very congenial people. The staff was EXCELLENT!! We had very good service from our maid who made sure we had everything we needed and kept our room clean. The woman Sandee at the desk went far beyond the usual service in getting an expensive book back to me that I had left behind in the nightstand drawer. First, she verified that the book had been turned in by that wonderful maid, and then she did a yeoman's work to arrange for shipping the item back to me. I cannot praise the staff enough. A longer stay?

A lady at the front desk, never acknowledge me,chewing food, I asked her a question, she said yea I'll let them know. another staff member asked us to "keep it down" while we were getting coffee, we could barely hear one another. I didn't appreciate that

They eventually gave me a couple more towels and one bed blanket set. Oddly enough when I booked I said no housekeeping services, next thing I know the were in the room took all the towels and left three yet again. I again went down and had to get more towels. There was obviously a cat that had been in the room prior. My kid is highly allergic so that was fun. Even though they have a strict no animal policy. Service animals only. We found a few cat claws imbedded in the carpet alone with some pebble food under the couch when that was pulled out. Breakfast was ok. The dining room seating is very crowded. Should probably rethink that whole chaotic area for better flow. The food was what you would expect with free breakfast. Waffles, eggs, a meat patty and oatmeal. The fruit wasn’t the freshest so that was disappointing. We stayed in the 2 double suite and besides the front room the area around the beds was very limited. ZERO dresser or drawer space. Not likely to book again.

The staff was nice. The mirror in my room was dirty. The vents weren’t cleaned. I saw a dead roach at the bar. I’m a professional cleaner it’s certain thing customers look at first.

Breakfast was fantastic - great selection! Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, kept the area very clean and stocked throughout the morning - accomodated extra requests. Wonderful start to the day!!! Although the room seemed very clean, it would be great to have the carpets removed and just a clean floor - there was a little bit of a musty smell in the room, and I think it was because of the carpet - but very clean overall!

Staff very kind both when we checked in and late in the evening. Mark was very accommodating. We liked the extra sink and the beds were very comfortable. Family did not like breakfast choices, expected scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. Only other thing did not like was the short toilet, tough to get up off from it, especially for older people.

The room was okay, not in the best condition compared to other SpringHills. Our toilet didn’t work on the first night, however the maintenance people fixed it quick. The most of the staff was nice.

Breakfast had good options. The front desk gentleman was very sweet. We were there for a softball tournament and we were celebrating my birthday, and he brought out plates, cups and utensils for all of us despite the kitchen being closed. Such a sweet gesture.

This hotel is very old and pretty worn down though. I am not sure why it has such high reviews. Our room smelled so musty and the a/c did not work. They were very helpful and gave us another which smelled better and the a/c worked. The rooms were fine and beds were comfortable. I am sure it is nice enough and passes the standard but we had stayed at a new hotel near the airport and so it was a big contrast. The hallways are so dark!! and the elevator was a bit eery and creepy. Loved the staff but wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel is old nothing updated. Carpet in room and hallways are dirty and smells awful. I had to leave the hotel.

I asked for a crib and the person at lobby went above and beyond to get one to my room as soon as possible, given that the person in charge of doing that was gone for the day.

I reserved 2 king suites with a pull out bed in each room only to find one room with a queen bed & no pull out bed. When I confronted the front desk about it, they told me it was a king with a pull out bed but it clearly wasn’t because the other room was a king.

Excellent front desk staff. Super clean room and bathroom. Separate work desk, sitting area with TV and a handy kitchenette with sink. The furnishings were in excellent condition and the room was very comfortable!

The guy that checked mw in was super nice and accomodated my request to be near the elevator. Breakfast did have choices and the quiche was very tasty. The toliets sit low and updating the AC units would be a nice upgrade. Only atayed one night and it was comfortable enough.

Just an fyi.. the pullout sofa did not open all the way because there was no room to take it out all the way since the bed was there. it overlapped to the bed a few inches which was not safe . I think the location of the sofa needs to be changed. The breakfast was good and like i said the receptionist at checkin was very helpful and kind.

Clean, beautiful rooms, fresh towels and fresh bedding ! Rooms are comfortable, beds are perfect, the hotel smells AMAZING ON ALL FLOORS - the staff is impeccable !! Breakfast was fresh and very efficient (no crazy lines with kids running around) and they even have a small kiosk filled with snacks and ice cream treats you can pay for at your convenience. Check in/out was easy!! Make sure you see Glory or Mike , they’re the nicest & always so accommodating !!!

Immaculate property! Clean, great room, nice comfy bed - stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed separated by a partial room divider. High tech flat screens in both areas. Bathroom spacious and well lit. Room rug seems newer. Good a/c. Quiet. Hospitable staff and service. Enjoyed a good breakfast with many options.

Mark at the desk was awesome. He was friendly, welcoming and professional. Housekeeper had a language issue; she did not do the sofa bed intentionally after I requested it, after three nights on a row; the only low point of our stay. Breakfast was adequate. Might be back in the near future.

As you entered the hotel, you can smell the aroma of cleaning products which is great. Not to much space in the bedroom or bathroom area. The bed pillows need to be replace, firmness has been worn out. Room was very clean. Breakfast, the oatmeal and sausages was the only good thing from the breakfast hot bar. Waffle was not appealing, taste like an ingredient was missing. I wish the Breakfast was similar to Springhill in Winter Park Florida. All staff members were friendly also helpful from checking in process to checking out.

This was my third time at the property so I’ve become acquainted with some of the staff. They treated me like a king. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond for any request I had. If I could rate them 10 stars I would.

This has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed in the US and I’m a US citizen. Usually I bring in my container of disinfecting wipes to clean the floor and shower walls. This place was spotless and I’m including in the corners and the base of the floors. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I stay at this location every time I am in Orlando. Rooms are great and very clean, staff is amazing, close to the highway, right by a mall and great restaurants. Love this location.

Weekend stay. The room is spacious and comfortable. The grounds were clean, the room was clean. Breakfast was good and the coffee is great. I would stay here again. We came to visit Harry Leu gardens so it wasn’t far from that for us.

The guy who check us in was amazing, so friendy and quick. Definitely will come back.

Rooms seemed cramped. Hard to see tv from the bed. One tv for sitting area and bedroom and couldn’t turn it directions. Hair dryer was broke and had to go downstairs to get a new one.

The lighting in the room was not great. Mark did a great job checking us in and taking care of our senior needs. The rest of the front desk staff were very good. The breakfast workers were also very good. There was a good breakfast selection.

The service was excellent and very friendly. The room set up was fantastic; split layout and separated sink/vanity from the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely, and spacious with great water pressure. Breakfast was awesome. It was a lovely stay.

Room had a mild smell of mold and felt stuffy. Also sheets were dirty in one of the bed. Brought it to the attention of the night time manager. After a long day and flight, it is unfortunate that what it is advertised it’s not what you actually paying for. Very disappointed with my night stay!!

Smells clean. Looks clean. Comfortable beds. Low price. Right off I 4 - close to Leu Garden area where we went to for an event. Indoor Pool and Hot tub to play or relax. Breakfast had a bit of something for everyone.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and excellent staff.
