This was like a trick reservation. Upon arrival Motel 6 signage was still present. Guests had some clothes hanging to dry on rails, a lot of shirtless men walked around smoking, and there were cats inside room windows, plus the property was not clean looking. Further, the rooms had that icky feel. Since it was prepaid/nonrefundable I was stuck there for one night. The water in the lobby area was directly from the tap and warm. As a native Floridian, I remember that taste from my front yard garden hose. Scantily clad women walk around quite a bit. Just think twice until they clean it up and make their true transition from Motel 6 to the Palm Inn...oooweee!

Upon arriving to the property it felt like I was a character in GTA. There was a lot of people that were consuming drugs on the property despite the no smoking signs. Additionally, I will add that I chose a nonsmoking room and it reeked of weed. My family and I did a deep cleanse of the room ourselves because it really did feel unsanitary. I will say the cleaning staff was kind. When we asked for new sheets because the ones we had when we arrived were dirty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, marker and other writing on the wall. I also killed one roach. The fridge and microwave were clean at least. The pool was clean. There is no breakfast since five months ago according to the front desk receptionist despite their website saying otherwise. Overall after cleaning the room ourselves I didnt feel like it was higher than a 2 star frankly. I give a two star soley because it was affordable and if you’re just looking for somewhere to just sleep than it’s okay for that besides it’s also pet friendly which I appreciated a lot. Im not sure I’d stay here again but it was budget friendly compared to to other places, therefore , you pay for what you’re getting. I genuinely believe this place has a lot of potential if the rules were actually upheld. Parking was also good there was enough space and the ac was super cold just super dirty, we also cleaned that.

There's alot of noise from people thru out the night and I didn't feel safe the 1st hour we were there we seen 5 roachesand everything appeared to be clean but our feet kept getting very very very very dirty I'm mopped at least five times and got very very black Water result and our feet are still getting black from the floor up on further inspection under the bed neither one of the beds have been cleaned underneath in a while they're very dirty underneath when I exchange the towels with the maid cart they had four rolls of toilet paper they had about 7 Cups stacked up they had a broom that had a few spray bottles and they had towels and wash clothes they had no mop on the cart and they didn't have enough toilet paper or cups too give more than four rooms and we were like one of the first two rooms they started with

Since changing to motel 6, it has gone down hill bad. Last night I was awaken at 2 am by water coming down from the room above me. Never had this issue at other motel 6. I slept in my car instead

The hotel is in poor condition, arrived with my family and were scared to stay there just with the condition of the hotel and the people on the parking lot and hotel corridors. Very sketchy and didn’t look safe. We ended up not staying, afraid someone was going to break into our room and vehicle.

do not let the photos fool you. this is a motel 6. people were being loud all night. i could smell weed and there were people walking outside my door. there was also a dog barking and the parking is not well lit. i am not someone who gets scared very easily but i was freaked out. i ended up pushing the dresser in front of the door and locking all of the locks and still barely slept because of all of the noise. ALSO to top it off the AC was set to 80° when i arrived.

No iron in the room. Just a mini fridge and a microwave. The towels look dirty, even when asked to replace them, they had dirty spots. The furniture is not clean, spots on the fabric chair. It is a motel, with entrance to the room from the parking lot. The price of the room per night is high for this type of amenity.

I booked on line ,pictures were real nice and the payment was required in order to make a reservation,and it was non- refundable That’s the only reason why I stayed The beds are soft,there were bugs crawling in the room and the cleanliness was not up to par. Horrible to say the least!!!!

The website pictures of the hotel have a false image. Our room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets. A leaking sink. Too much activity going on the property. The pool was dirty. I was disappointed. The office staff was nice. But never again.

I didn’t stay. Canceled my reservation after I saw 2 rooms. One was wreaking of smoke and the other had roaches at the seam of the door by the lock I didn’t even bother to open it. Terrible experience!! Shut it down

Only if I can give a negative number... Highly disappointed solo traveler. Only good about hotel was AC worked properly. The only thing that looks like the pictures from the website is the lobby. Random homeless people walking around at all times of night. Kids outside running the halls and walkways screaming after midnight. Disgusting common areas where people dumped trash cig butts and let their dog poop where ever. Don't NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE TRAVELING SOLO OR WITH CHILDREN, PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Poor management due to had to calling multiple times for clean sheets and more wash/dry towels. Did not receive them until next day. I was not going to eat the breakfast there cuz I did not trust the management if they could clean anything properly.

EVERYTHING is FILTHY dog poop everywhere,drug addicts walking all around by your car . FALSE presentations ..That is a MOTEL it’s a big sign in that says motel when you walk in the lobby the room was DIRTY the ac didn’t work,the tv didn’t work the room smelled like mole it was babies hanging outside no shirt saggy pampers !the mirrors in the room was foggy and dirty ,I seen roaches the furniture was old and chipped up , they door had repair patches like it was a hole there. I seen HAIR all on the wall that didn’t belong to ME . The tub had a dirt ring the size of Texas !!!! I asked for a refund and they told me Expedia will give a full refund then when Expedia called them they didn’t pick up then when Expedia did get in contact they said they don’t want to refund me .i ended up paying extra just to go to a better much CLEANER hotel ! I felt if I stayed bed bugs was gonna get me ! This is NOT for families or kids this is for people who really HOMELESS!! I asked for a wheelchair room they put me on the second floor NO elevator. It was like the hotel from hell !!! Mind you it just look like run down apartment buildings

There were two men seem to be drunk or high carrying guns People were loud infront of my room Zero security or safety Window not locked properly and people can jump in my room very easy The room wasn’t clean , terrible smell , black mold Photos on expedia are just lies and bed sheets had cigarette ashes on it For a king size bed there were 2 pillows only The electric outlet in the room weren’t working I couldn’t charge my phone This was more like a shelter for gangs / homeless people I requested already a full refund I entered the room for 5 min and left

The room was not so bad we couldn’t stay. For example we have stayed in worse places. King bed was clean and made. 2 miniature flat pillows. Guess it depends on your standards, lol. I think people rent by the week/month there. Lots of people hanging outside of there rooms smoking various substances. Noise at all hours of the night. Light shining in from around the door. The AC worked. There were some ants but there are lots in Florida. The pool looked nice.

This place loos nothing like the pictures you see. The room i had had holes in the walls, The toilet set was broken, the shower water handle was missing, the room was filrhy, the bed had a sheet and thats it, there is no continental breakfast, the main door into the hotel doesnt open, the chair in the room look like it came from the dump it was filthy and i would not sit in it if you paid me, towels are hard to come by and they dont look clean. One of the towels in the room had dried blood on it. They coffee in the lobby if they have any looks like and tasted like mud. They rent room by the month and everyone smokes pot. They had a fight on the property. The mirrors looked like they hadnt been cleaned in weeks. My wife and i did not feel safe and left the hotel and the front desk refused to refund us for the days we paid for that we didnt stay. Its a crap hotel and its a shame Expedia even had this property listed on their site. I would not recommend anyone stay here but good luck if you do. Its an Motel6 with a new name but still a dump.

The photos of the property online looked nice. The reality was not. The place was run down and dirty. There were people sitting outside their doors doing drugs of several varieties... They also say they have an elevator, but we never found it. The fire department was there picking up an OD at the time.

I didn’t stay long, left within 20 minutes of being there, the property is dilapidated, all the room smell of smoke, the linen and furniture in the room were definitely not cleaned; stains on everything. A lot of people wondering the property. I cancelled, didn’t get a refund and I had to book somewhere else. Do not book this motel!!!

This is not an inn by any means,, this is a motel. The pictures are very misleading and don’t show an accurate representation of what the room is like. The only thing in the room that looked like it was cleaned was the bed. When I walked into the bathroom,, the tub was very dirty and there were roaches. Please don’t stay unless you’re REALLY DESPERATE.

The room we were given, had trash all over it like someone had just partied their bed was disgusting sheets were never changed. We ended up leaving because it was so disgusting.

It was horrible. It was dirty, stains on furniture, tub was gross and the staff was never at the front desk and it was more like the bates motel. I did see a roach on the wall one night. It was actually a Motel 6 and they just put a banner on the sign covering it that said palm tree inn. Terrible false advertisement. People were loud at night. I noticed alot of people had pets in the rooms and I think some were residents. Definitely would not br staying there again!!

This is a MOTEL 6!!! Total false advertising- they literally taped a Palm Tree sign over the classic blue Motel 6 sign and there were other signs all over for Motel 6. I asked the front desk and she said they were "both." We walked in and my child asked why it smelled so badly (SO MUCH WEED!!!) There was a guy outside that wore a shirt that said "local dealer" and clearly watched a drug deal. We left immediately and complained of false advertising!! Don't go there!

This was the worst experience on a vacation i have ever had. Nothing but a bunch of drug addicts all over property the smell of drugs in the air was crazy. Property does not look like the pictures provided. We had no tv until the end of our second night as it was broken. Had to call three times just to get someone to finally swap it out. I am very unsatisfied. Paying almost $200 for this type of service is unacceptable and I need my money back. Tried to talk to a manager and was told he was out until Monday of coarse and we left on Sunday. DO NOT WASTEVYOUR MONEY.

The entire time people where fighting, yelling, ans slamming doors, woke my children several times. The pictures are not even close to what it looks like there is not a lobby with chairs , or breakfast. The room decently cleaned but the bathroom was disgusting. All in all the people was the worst constant fighting , sirens and police.

Sorry. The room was lacking hot water in room. Was just uncomfortable, not the cleanest. Some staff was not attentative to your concerns.. And Im not the kind that complains about petty things. The outside was unkept

I think people live there. Large groups of people (several different groups) loud all night!! I have photos of room. Bathroom GFCI outlet was connected to the mirror, outlets we fake! Bathroom fan had no cover, and very loud. No toilet paper holder, wouldn't be problem except, the flush is buttons on the tank cover.

I double checked the location on my reservation and saw I was in the right place so I walked to the lobby and over heard the assailant tell the officer he didn't mean to beat his very pregnant live-in girlfriend. So there was domestic violence occurring. The occupants of the hotel were actual residents. This was alarming enough so I decided to call a family friend and stay with them. My daughter and I were extremely uncomfortable in that environment. The people were definitely unsavory. I was assigned room 156 but never swiped the card to the door. We were horrified. It was like a scene from the show First 48.

The pictures you guys have up on your website were not correct, you made it look presentable and nice. Half of it was under construction and even rooms were boarded up.. it looked like a run down motel. I didn’t even stay we had to book a different place due to how gross this place was.

The room looked and felt neglected! The room carried a stale smell. There was a bug crawling in the bathroom. The shower curtain was mildew. The refrigerator was No clean. The room was booked for 01/10/26 - 01/12/26. I checked in 2am on 1/11/26 and checked on 3:30pm on the 11th. I felt catfished. The picture of the room looked nothing close to the actual room. I booked another hotel to complete my trip.

Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to.. two queen size beds. Appropriate lighting.. plenty of countertop space or refrigerator that keeps things cold at the freezer works.. The tub is deep enough to take a bath..🛁 you get towels. Add tissue. THE POOL IS OPEN. located close to uptown mall. And the grounds are constantly being cleaned.

The staff is fantastic, fun looked happy. Good sense of humor. The room was spotless and beds comfy. However, no coffee maker or blanket. The remote didn’t work, but you could still watch the TV with a buttons on. I use the bathtub in the water was perfectly hot. I would stay here again.

We only stay there for 5 minutes it was terrible it was like a geto a lot of people with drugs effects where live there remove this hotel on your site don't send nobody to book there.

The room was clean glad to see no insects and the pool was cleaned as well, though when I arrived there was no toilet paper but if you asked or requested it from housekeeping they did right away very pleased and the community there was okay it was just me and my boyfriend, only complaint is that alot of noise from firefighters and cops sometimes but that’s not exactly the hotels fault, however lovely stay and affordable for a long period of time!

I am writing to file a formal complaint and request a full refund for the stay corresponding to the booking referenced above, made for the night of wed, nov 26 - mon dec 01 | 2025 The conditions of the accommodation were not only far below the advertised images of order and cleanliness, but they were also unacceptable and unsafe from a basic hygiene standpoint. Below are the specific issues found in the assigned room: Persistent Odor: The room had a strong, combined odor of dampness (mildew) and stale air/oldness. Critical Hygiene Issue: Upon turning down the bed linens for use, we found clear evidence of dirt inside one of the beds. Due to these unsanitary conditions and a well-founded fear of acquiring health problems (such as fungus or infections), we made the decision not to use the room or stay overnight at the hotel. We consider that the essential service (a clean and safe room for resting) was not provided due to a severe breach of minimum habitability and hygiene standards. Consequently, we feel defrauded, having paid for a service we could not use for reasons of safety and hygiene.

Roaches,rude management, had people stomping over my head . No remote for t.v . Bathrooms wastub was dirty mirrors was smeared with filth . Roaches in microwave and refrigerator. Most nasty place I ever stood at for 4days.

Everything about that hotel is terribly bad. The staff had me waiting at the front deak for more than 30 minutes. Then once i got to my room it had and awful smell and on top of the the walls had holes in it as well as the ceilings was stained with meldew. Had reserved the room for 4 days but ened up checking out on the ne morning.

The room we were finally moved to had one, but it was still broken. The shower head didn’t work properly so we had to actually take it off in order to be able to take a shower. We would have went somewhere else had we been able to.

Room hasn't ready until after 5pm. At that point, the room was quickly being cleaned as my family was trying to get in. The area, parking lot, and maintenance of the facility was poor. Definitely drug use happening at all hours of the night. One bed did not have a gop blamket. No shampoo or conditioner was in the bathroom.

Me and my wife had the worst experience ever. While we were laying down getting intimate a housekeeping worker knocks on our door and storms into our room seeing us completely naked. The front door did not have any lock to prevent anyone from coming in. We ended up giving back the key and left the hotel. We never stayed the night as we paid for.

I went in, turned around and right back out. Even my 8 year old son was like "mom, can we just sleep in the car, this is horrible." The beds were VERY comfortable with nice fat pillows and the AC and heat was perfect. But the remotes were not working. But we were able to work the TV.

This place was awful. Roaches crawling around day and night. We stayed out of room as much as possible..... Roaches inside refrigerator. Curtains are see thru...had to use blanket to put on top of curtain in order to keep outside from looking inside. Bathtub filthy. Toilet rusty in bottom....Room smelled of mold. Walls and doors inside filthy....Pillows smelled moldy. Mattresses straight metal springs. No phone in room. Lighting not well in main room. Bathroom has a living room lamp inside in corner.....Outside of hotel room...filthy...paint peeling from walls... trashy. This place is Totally disgusting.

Food service is external, local shops nearby. Beds comfortable but didnt really use as we left early. Pool is large and was nice to enjoy. It is not really located in Altamonte proper, but on edge. It has lots of transients, short term stayers. Drug dealing going on constantly. Might be a good place to bring a girl for action or just go there and meet one. Can't say it's a place to bring children if you know what i mean.

I’d remove the star if I could. This place was a nightmare! I booked because it was near my destination, but I couldn’t sleep due to the filth and bad smell. The towels were dirty, and I found waste, socks, and rotten food under the beds. I felt disgusted and couldn’t stay. It was a filthy pigsty, not a small hotel. It was the worst place I’ve ever been. I literally wasted my money! It was disrespectful from Expedia for promoting and selling something like that!

Never to go back there, as soon as we arrived we checked in around 5 pm and left for early dinner appointment with the family. Never seen the room, after our dinner we came to go to our room. We were all surprised the room was never been cleaned. Pillows were on the chairs doesn’t have pillowcases, beds not made. The room smells really bad. The bathroom was dirty too. Right after, we went to the front desk and told what we’ve seen. The guy at the front desk was very nice and polite. He apologize to us. He didn’t know it wasn’t clean but he said it was reported as it was clean. He showed as another room on the 2nd floor, it was cleaned and the ac was on so the smell was a tiny bit better but i was still not convince. It says smoke free but 3 people was smoking next to the room. After that we just decided to cancel our reservation even though we didn’t stay, we were charged for 1 night. And we left to look for another hotel.

The property was old and dilapidated, and nothing like what the photos suggested. As I walked the breezeway to my room, the air smelled strongly of cannabis. The room itself was clean except for the wad of dried toilet paper stuck to the smoke detector and a dead palmetto bug inside the refrigerator. There was a standing lamp and a rusty table lamp, neither of which worked, so the only light I had was the bright overhead light from the bathroom. I did not call the front desk about these things. I presume they would have been helpful if I had, because they were very nice at check in, but I was tired and just wanted to rest before another long day ahead of me. At breakfast the hot foods (eggs, sausage) were cold, the biscuit seemed stale, the coffee tasted like brown water, and there was an empty #10 can of gravy right on top in the open trash bin. The staff were friendly and kind, and assured me that it was safe, when I was compelled to ask, but I wasn't too convinced and didn't feel comfortable enough to walk across the street to the convenience store. I would not stay here again, but at least the bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very bad as usual. I only choose this place because there is no security deposit, like most other places charge $100. This time i stayed on the 1st floor for the first time ( usually i stay on the 2nd floor). Also,This is the first time that there were roaches in my room. Also, don't plan on watching TV., they have no cable channels. Also, this place is filled with hood rats and questionable characters. I smelled Marijuana everytime i walked out of my room.

I like the lobby nice appearance. The rooms we had was not cleaned nor was the beddings changed. Requested a smake free room got switched and the room still had smoke smell in it. I had to cancel due to the bad condition of the room and they charged me a cancelation fee.

The place looks like a motel 6. The room did not smell clean, but like humidity and cigars. The bed skirts were dirty, corners and spaces behind the lamp was really dirty. It has thin walls. We could hear when people walked outside and could see their shadows walking by. My dog barked several times at night because of it. Cops showed up the next morning due to an incident. Overall, not a clean look.

For the price this was a pretty good hotel. Very noisy when I checked in at night with people loitering around outside the rooms talking loud, smoking, revving engines and honking. But eventually people left or went in their rooms and it was quieter. There were some hairs on the counter by the sink, but I wiped everything down with sanitizer. Beds were pretty comfortable and clean. Did not smell like smoke in the room. Nice little fridge and microwave. Two trashcans. Continental breakfast was sparse with only make your own waffles which stuck to the waffle iron and had to be scraped off, a little container of cheerios, bread, milk, juice, and coffee. No spoons or forks. No bowl for cereal. More coffee in the lounge available after breakfast hours. Ice machine in hall nearby.

There was barely if ANY breakfast. My bathroom light didn't work and NEVER got fixed. The people that frequent this place is very suspect. NOT a family environment and not a good place to stay!

Overall I saw some bad reviews for this hotel and I think they're all just wrong place wrong time because the hotel was perfect and fine and I give it three and a half Stars overall

Several roaches over the two days there. they said they were going to send someone to spray and they just came and looked for visible out in the open roaches and left. Do yourself a favor and never rent here. there was dirt and mold coming from behind the dresser, not sure what else lived back there. Seems the owner and employees in the office don't care that it has turned into a crappy project.

The cops were in and out of the property all weekend. There were three at one time , yesterday morning. This place has gone downhill.

Life always throws curve balls, and my stay wasn't perfect. Breakfast options were slim, and there was a towel shortage. BUT THE STAFF MADE IT WORTH IT. Naresh was efficient and handled our check in smoothly even with the noisy construction outside. The gentleman with the braids was a sweetheart and was so patient when we ask about the area. And the maintenance guy came to our rescue when we blew a fuse, and was very polite and respectful when we had him fix the shower curtain rod. And THEN THE WONDERFUL Mahi at the front desk was so attentive to the guests and their needs. Plus she was so patient with my mother who is very old and asks the same things over and over. And when there was a towel shortage I saw her on every floor getting a count and working to resolve it ...even handling the grumpy guests with grace. I would have lost my cool but she stayed polite and calm and guess what ....they were completely content with waiting after dealing with her. Also, anytime you pass her on the property she is always warm and approachable. The world is an intolerable place....but certain people make it tolerable. This place was clean and the prices were very fair but it wasn't a luxury stay and there were some issues. But the staff, especially Mahi, was such a joy to be around. I will absolutely return and recommend this place.

Definitely not in the same condition as the seemingly 10 year old pictures shown on here. Rooms and overall hotel is falling apart, seemed more like a cheap shady "long term stay" than a motel for out of towners. "Breakfast" was cereal and bread both days. I'd avoid at all costs even with it being cheap.

The next day (June 14), we were moved to room #132. This room smelled strongly of mold, and the ceiling had extensive water stains covering nearly 30% of the surface. The air conditioner showed signs of condensation damage that had been poorly painted over. I have a mold allergy and could not stay in the room—it made it hard to breathe. While waiting outside, a man approached my 14-year-old son and me twice, asking if we smoke and offering to sell us marijuana. This was disturbing, completely inappropriate, and unsafe. We were then moved to room #327 on the third floor. Although this room initially smelled better, I later realized that it had been sprayed heavily with Febreze to mask the odor of what was likely another smoking room. Once the spray wore off, the room smelled strongly of stale smoke, again making it difficult to stay. On the morning of June 15, while checking out, my husband encountered a woman smoking marijuana on the stairwell while a small child screamed nearby. This was the final red flag confirming that this hotel is not a safe or family-appropriate!

The shower head was a little bit small but the shower itself was good. Overall, I would definitely go back.

This hotel is in no condition to be operating and in business. The photos are deceiving. On top of that, they make the charge non-refundable so it’s hard to get out of. They were cool processing mine regardless but it was just a bad experience.

It was not the worst but it definitely wasn't the best place I've stayed. With some work, this place could be amazing. My bestfriend and I both booked a room for the weekend for a festival we were all going to. Their door to their room looked like it had been kicked in and barely was able to close completely. Our bathroom door was completely off the top hinge, I alerted the staff and let them know it was not a problem for us currently but they should fix it whenever we leave for the next guest because it IS a hazard.

Sketchiest, most unsettling “motel” I’ve ever stayed at. I would have kept driving past it, on sight alone, if not for the no refund policy. No washcloth, gaps in the door, the spiders I killed, no phone in room to call desk, room that needed to be fully remodeled. No closet for hanging clothes, outdated thrift store furniture. Vending machines dispensing completely melted candy bars. Ice machine on second floor not working. No ice machine on 3rd. Elevator felt like death trap. People smoking right outside doors. Heard a gunshot or very loud bang that resembled gun shot one night. People loitering about outside in parking lot. Very sketchy.

For the price it wasnt awful. Room had good air conditioning came with a microwave tv and hair dryer. Tv remote didint work however. Sheets had blood on them the towel provided at first was just a small hand towel. Shower had passable water pressure and came with shampoo and conditioner. Included breakfast which when I went down to see was out of stock completely and waffle maker was broken. Lobby is nice room nice for the price you get what you get.

The property was falling apart and had feces on the wall and dirty linen on the bed. It was just nasty. I could not stay in something like that. I am requesting a refund. I literally had to find another place to stay.

Their breakfast was nice; however things did not stay fully stocked (cups, plates, silverware). The pool area is nice and relaxing, but the overall cleanliness of the inn was lacking. We requested to have our room cleaned and restocked several times during our 5 day stay and they never came. The staff was very friendly, just never followed through.

I had a great stay! The room that I had the first time had a bath tub problem it wouldn’t drain and the head of the shower head wasn’t on correctly so it would make a mess in the bathroom I told the front desk and they switched my room both rooms I had were clean. I love that they provide breakfast for their customers. I can see that they are renovating the place as well. Great to see that they care and want to provide a great place for people to vacation. My visit was a vacation visit and I had a great place to stay .

After a ton of research with various hotels and checking reviews, we decided to take a shot with this one. I was very pleased with our overall stay. Room was clean, no bugs, only a few small ants at the sink but that’s it. Check in was super easy and the front desk was really nice. They even have complimentary breakfast, they had a few nice options to choose from - waffle maker, biscuits, eggs, cereals, muffins, bagel/toast, juices and coffee. AC worked great! Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the large crack underneath the door, we had a surprise visit from a lizard hiding in our clothes. 😅regardless, we plan to start making this a usual place for our family vacation.

They do not provide towels in the rooms. They didn’t disclose the $20/day fee until the second day I was checked in for a two week stay. The housekeepers do not speak English so when you ask for something they just look and shake their heads. No linens or towels were provided upon request.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I found the tub and pillowcases to be dirty, and even the bathroom curtains were not clean. To make matters worse, I noticed roaches coming into the room. I barely got any sleep due to the uncomfortable conditions, and when I did manage to fall asleep, I was quickly disturbed by loud music throughout the night. I ended up checking out early and canceling the remainder of my stay. I would not recommend this place to others. Molds everywhere.

Enough to sleep at night, outdated building, not to clean outside your room, but enough to have a good sleep, clean sheets, a good amount of towels, ice machine working good, a little noisy ac, but you got what your paid

Our beds were supposed to be queen sized, but they were double beds. There was no phone to reach the front office. There was old urine on the toilet seat when we first got to the room. The area was also very sketchy. It was overall a horrible experience.

I think this property is paying people for their reviews because their property doesn’t look nothing like their pictures. The condition of the building is definitely rundown. They only have 10 channels on the TV. Gaps in between the doors. Beds are hard as a brick. No breakfast was served, an elevator look like trash. If you are looking for a budget then here’s your spot. If you have certain standards, I would suggest a whole different hotel or motel.

I will not stay anywhere else in this area except the fancy ones for over 200 a night. It's a little bit of a bummer that they bumped up their rouces because they aren't listed on all the travel apps yet so I was able to use my coupons.But they will give you a better deal if you stay for a week.

The reviews LIED !! I thought based off reviews I seen, this place was gonna be good enough to stay for 75$ .. it was NOT . I stayed for less than 8 hours & I wouldn’t spend another 8 seconds there. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned , pube hairs in bathtub , the sitting chair looked like it had been sitting outside for a month it was so dirty , the sheets are definitely very very old & stained . I slept in a blanket I brought & threw it away . I get the whole “get what you pay for” but this should be considered a motel for half the price if they don’t change something

Awesome place to stay. The only things are the smart TV is too small. And the bathtub drain is clogged, bec the water builds up when you're taking a shower and it takes a long time to drain. Other than that, service was awesome.

They acted like they were full as far as they said there were no rooms available, except 3rd floor, but parking lot was empty. Maybe 15 cars, with over 300 rooms. Made me feel a little unsafe. Room was clean. Walls were banged up a bit. bed was comfortable and had zippered matress cover. Towels were soft and thick. No glasses to drink water available.

The good; close to stores, freeway and restaurants. Friendly staff. Big pool. Fairly clean. The bad: bed was very worn out, can feel and hear springs when laying down, very uncomfortable. Door on room had a big gap at the bottom, had to cover it when in the room so no bugs could come in. Bad odor came out when using the shower. Homeless people in the property smoking weed. Could hear the noise from the freeway nearby at night. Breakfast consists on carbs only, no eggs or yogurt. No telephone in the room, if you need anything you have to go to the lobby. No iron at all. I had to buy one.

The staff is amazing, friendly and kind. The hotel is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and no insect problems

Room is okay ,very spacious clean no pests Didn't like the television options seems basic no good channels practically no entertainment ,,BREAKFAST OPTIONS NO GOOD EXPECTED BETTER OPTIONS SO WE DID NOT EAT WE WENT ELSE WHERE FOR BREAKFAST .

I called Expedia to complain because there were bedbugs and I wanted a full refund and I’m yet to hear back from Expedia.

There was no phone, tv remote, hangers, iron or ironing board. Had yo sleep with lights on due to bugs. I only stayed due to extreme tiredness and early flight. Barely slept due to conditions but when we did wake up ants all over bathroom vanity. Kids in neighboring room very loud even after I spoke with woth parent ever so politely I am never staying here again and dont recommend it.

Dingy

The staff were very friendly and courteous. When we arrived, the exterior of the lobby was being pressured cleaned, so we felt good about the care the building was receiving. The room we had was under a stairwell and near the elevator: lots of people smoked in the stairwells and the elevator's door alarm was continuous, but once we closed the door we couldn't smell or hear anything from outside. At night, when we had the AC running at full, the smell of stale weed came from the AC itself, but not during the day, which was very confusing. The accessibile bathroom was clean. The TV had 32 channels, some of which had too much visual static to be clear. The hotel offers free wifi, but we didn't choose to use it. Overall, it was acceptable for the price we paid and we will return there for future stays, but maybe ask for a different room to escape the weed smell.

Someone opened our door right before checkout, and the room could have been cleaner.

I didn’t like the fact that the whole top floor on one side was completely empty and there was bed bugs found out that the name had changed and everyone was told to leave without notice and I was switched to another room and it had bed bugs as well

It was convenient, staff was polite and property was clean it was an excellent choice for me and my family.

Looked remodeled

First room didnt have electricity. Room they moved me to had bed bugs and roaches. Owner just purchased it and was nice about the refund.
