The property is what you would expect from the Hilton brand. It is clean, well maintained and as described on the website. However, one thing that I feel should definitely be highlighted - is the staff. They truly go above and beyond for their guests. Everyone was super friendly and more accommodating than most. I am so glad we stayed here and will be coming back again. My extended family and I all had separate reservations and rooms, yet each person mentioned how incredible the staff was. They made it a memorable experience for everyone.

This was one of my top stays ever! I've always been a Hilton girl and this trip proved exactly why. I had hotel staff checking in with me daily to ensure a comfortable stay. There was an issue with the AC one night; maintenance came right away and I was assigned a new room immediately to accommodate. Thank you Hilton for always being my number one choice!

Every time I go visit family, we stay at the Hilton. Excellent hotel and service at affordable prices. Just remember if you stay when there is a youth championship of any kind, you will have noise, Romulus and a lot of people around.

The air conditioning was out in two of the three rooms they moved us around to. The problem is the maintenance staff. They are not AC repair experts. Our family was visiting in our room. They are trained AC person. The hotel staff measured the temp coming from the vent which was on 10 degrees less than what was set. Our family said the norm is 20 degrees at vent. The maintenance seemed to think 10 was ok. When we complained again the front desk staff were kind and found us another room. The maintenance staff told the front desk that the new room was working, but it was not. We tried to be understanding so we waited a few hours to see if it would get better. It didn’t. When we complained again, the front desk say “we already upgraded your room” so I went down stairs to explain it’s not about upgrade but we need AC. She said pack up I will get you to another room. Then when I returned to the room maintenance was there “fixing” it. We waited and the maintenance told us the front desk has to move us as there was a problem. So we waited. No one came with keys so we called again. The front desk lady acted as if she had not told us to pack earlier. She blamed the maintenance saying they were supposed to find us a room not her. She then came up to the room herself without keys. I guess to confirm we were not lying about the AC. Then she leaves and comes back with new keys to third room. Hotel needs to invest in AC repairs as multiple floors are hot in halls and rooms.

Air conditioning ran non stop but couldn't properly cool the room. Safe didnt work. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. Internet and television didn't work for over 5 hours on Friday. Bar staff was completely overwhelmed on Sat night and we're unable to give good service

The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them.

Also, AC could not keep up. Bathroom door had a huge gap, so no privacy whatsoever. You could hear and see everything , if you know what I mean. Ice machine on our floor was not working. Tv remote took over 15 seconds to register what buttons you were hitting. Outlets didn’t all work, USB’s didn’t work at all. Hotel could use an upgrade.

On the final day of our stay the room was not serviced despite the room being vacant from 10am until 7:30pm. We called the front desk and it took about 10 minutes of letting the phone ring before it was answered. We were told there were other customers which was why it took so long to answer the phone. That was an outright lie as we had just come from the lobby not two minutes earlier and there were no customers in the lobby or at the front desk. The night manager, with whom we spoke, was rude and attempted to blame the room not being serviced on the fact that we had the privacy sign on our door until we departed that morning at 10am!! It seems reasonable that one would have the privacy sign on the door while the room is occupied yet customer service had the entire day from 10am to service the room which was not done!! I’m very disappointed with the service at this Hilton and the demeanor of the personnel and will certainly keep this in mind when seeking hotels in the future!!

The dehumidifier in the bathroom did not have a switch to turn on and off… imagine this blowing while you’re attempting to sleep. I visited the front desk multiple times to request that someone come in and shut it off to no avail. Outside of that the room was nice

This is an older hotel. Outdated. Small tubs, fabric shower curtains that wet the whole floor, barn door on BR, no privacy. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Went 3 days w/o. Absolutely FULL of multiple youth sports groups—loud in hallways and foyer, difficulty finding breakfast table. Hard to find a parking space.

I needed this after a long week. The pool is big enough for a few laps. The hot tub jets helped relax me, and the amount of chemicals made me feel okay about sharing the space with others. The sauna was awesome, not busy, relaxing. The shower in the room is very okay. The bathroom has no q-tips, or extra toothbrushes, the hair dryer did not work. It’s better not to look too closely at the trim or wonder why the carpet is somewhat damp. Yet The towels smelled good, the bed was comfortable, the pillows awesome, the sheets clean and to be honest I don’t care. I needed this. Also no vegan options on dining menu, but Whole Foods is three minutes away. I loved this experience. It’s got character and it was fun.

I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando.

If there were a way to order room service through the app to your room, I would have ordered a few times over my stay. I couldn’t figure out how to view the room service menu or how to order, but I loved my stay either way.

We moved to three different rooms. The first two had leaks at the windows that splash water all over the place. The third and final room was their "reject" room where the furniture had scratches and the shower/tub drain cover was broken. The high positives are the front desk people were very friendly and helpful and the head maintenance was quick and professional.

Decent price point if you are staying in that area. If you need to Uber anywhere beware of how much that will add to your costs and consider how far you are from destination.

Clean room and wonderful staff interaction experience. Overall pleasant stay, except for the evening. After returning from a dance competition in the late evening, there must have been an event happening at the hotel because there were dozens of drunk and very loud people in the entry area of the hotel. As we walked in, there were even a couple loud and obnoxious people on top of their vehicles in front of the hotel that made us uncomfortable walking past with our 10 year olds. Upon entering the main lobby, is was not much better. There were two police cars in fron, I assume to calm the storm, but no one was being talked to or asked to leave or go to their rooms. I know these situations can be tricky for staff, but because it was not being dealt with, the first experience of many of your travelers arriving at that time was not great.

This hotel needs a massive renovation! It's old and run down, probably was new about 35-40 years ago. You can move the shower head arm around in the wall, and the tubs are cracked. It took 20 minutes to get luke warm water. On the upside, the staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great! The bar needs to open new bottles of wine every 5 days or so.

So it's kind of funny but the first thing I'm always going to say about this place is smells so yummy. But it was very clean and everybody was very nice. Also the good thing was it wasn't loud

The room was clean. The staff at check in were very friendly and most helpful. I was able to log into the WiFi but there was no internet connection 🤔. Didn’t bother to say anything; used the data on my phone as we were there for just one night. Getting room service on the phone was difficult and we eventually got help from the front desk. The staff who brought our food was nice and polite though. Shout out to our server at breakfast, Nivenka, she was absolutely great!

Requested room wasn't cleaned, when the front desk attendant could care less. Then the AC went out. We were required to change room at 1 a.m. Only to be woken up this morning by a faulty fire alarm.

First room had a shower with a dirty tub. The maintenance staff are butchers, and who in the heck anuthorizes the installs of a sliding barn door over a washroom opening with a 1” gap between the door and the wall? Waste bins are ridiculously narrow. They put us next two loudmouths the first night and then young loudmouths the second night. Changed rooms. No clock. After the 1st 5 min. of seeing it in person, I never would’ve stayed there. Area is sketchy.

Front desk lady was very rude, was treated like a 3rd class citizen, she didn't waiting believe that my ID matched my credit card. Second the hotel is very loud and seems very ghetto , the rooms are old and feels dirty, the water smells horrible

The coffee shop offers a variety of specialty drinks and amazing coffee, along with snacks and small fare… making it easy to grab something on the go. And again, we were greeted with a smile and comfortable conversation to start our morning. Definitely plan to return!

The hotel has a good location just off I4 and about a half an hour from the Universal theme parks. It has not been updated in quite a while. I arrived at night and there was a large wedding going on so the lobby showed heavy use. As in the cleaning crew wasn’t keeping up with the crumbs. I got a low nightly rate so the hotel was a good value but the condition was not what I normally expect for a Hilton in terms of interior appearance. The room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed in the Altamonte Springs location on the second floor. The air conditioning in the room did not work consistently. Hotel did not address/ fix the issue so that was disappointing. Everything else for the Hotel was fine.

Arrived two hours before check in time, was told the room was not ready and they would call me when ready. Check in time is 4:00, at 3:45 we still did not receive a call. Went back to hotel, now 4:00 and was still told room wasn’t ready. I asked what now since 4 is check in time, suddenly they had a room ready. Room was clean, but very dimly lit. Bathroom barn style door is terrible and too heavy to open and close. Only having a few hours to get ready for the show we decided to order room service. No menu in room, had to look online to find it. Called room service, it goes to voice mail. Tried again, voicemail. So I called the desk, thinking someone may have programmed the room service button wrong, they transferred me, voicemail again. Tried a few minutes later and actually got an answer, only to get disconnected, called back and was placed on hold, by putting the phone down on the desk, for five minutes I could here employees talking and never picking the phone back up, I hung up and called again, voicemail. At this point I’m done, started looking for food elsewhere, knowing we didn’t have time. My wife called room service one last time and got the order placed, 2 club sandwiches with roasted potatoes and a soda, they said it will be about 20 minutes, an hour and ten minutes later the food is finally delivered, no utensils or condiments, potatoes were colder than room temperature. $51 for this food. Kids were running the halls and jamming the elevators. Will not be back!

Hoyer lifts do jot fit under the platform beds make it to almost impossible to get one in bed and the sink is in the way of the toilet. The room door is not a 4 pound pull, slams shut because there is not have an auto opener. Too much furniture making it difficult to use a wheelchair. There was not enough staff in the bar to take orders for food and it took 45 minutes to order and an hour to get a club sandwich causing us to almost miss the show we came to see at the hotel. If you are disabled stay clear of this Hilton!

I was very disappointed. Check in was at 4pm and when I arrived almost 5pm room was not ready. They had no time frame . Very rude and bothered when I kept approaching what time room will be ready so I can have an idea and plan my day. 3 hrs later room was ready. Also when I was getting ready for bed. I noticed sheets and comforter was dirty. I called front desk all they said they can do is bring me new sheets. Very disgusting to have to sleep in used , dirty stained comforter. I will never book a Hilton again. Outdated also.

Had a pleasant stay in the presidential suite. Large accommodations worked perfect for what I needed. Rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and the bar was great. Would definitely recommend!

Hot tub was not working. The front desk clerk put in a maintenance request but they never showed. It never got fixed while we were there. But other than that, staff was very nice and rooms were very spacious and clean. Not a bad location away from the Disney traffic.

My stay was comfortable. Room lighting could be just a little bit brighter. Room was dark.

The room was wonderful, even though on highway it’s very quiet and comfortable.

The staff, at first everything was going great we came and left. But my daughter left her air pod max in the room it was her christmas gift, its a traceable device and I attempted to get it back i called them my wife did and we both told them its traceable and it says its their,, after someone their said they will call my wife back right before all of a sudden the air pod max were reset at the hotel, then the manager called and said they couldn't find it unbelievable no honor. And yes I just checked it again and its back on and guess what someone is using it at the hotel!

We like a hot shower and a cool room. This hotel didn't have either. They got it backwards with a cold shower and a warm room.

I asked for a later checkout because I didn’t get to the room until late and I hadn’t had much sleep but I was told that they had reached the maximum late check out for the day and I had to check out and I was so exhausted that I almost had a really bad accident from falling asleep at the wheel

Stayed for business, the room was clean but in desperate need of updating. Definitely not up to the standards I expect from Hilton.

This was a last-minute weekend stay to visit relatives and do some sightseeing in the area. Everything was perfect. Clean, well appointed room, friendly staff, nice common areas. Nothing is very close to walk to, but we had a car (ample free parking was appreciated!) and found the location very convenient for getting around.

This used to be my go to hotel. It’s close to where I need to be, close to food, shopping and just off the highway. But lately, the service has declined and the cleanliness has dropped. I have found hair in the shower. Shower heads coming off the wall. Sinks that don’t drain and loud AC

A nice property maintained well. Breakfast was fantastic especially for those needing gluten free options and some veggies. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Our room wasn’t serviced as expected and staff didn’t seem particularly concerned when we complained.

The AC went out in our town house upstairs, then we had to sleep on the pullout couch and it was absolutely uncomfortable and then the downstairs AC started to not work and it wouldn’t get below 73

Also, the hot tub timer did not work to turn on the hot tub and the bathroom is poorly lit by only a mirror light. The make-up mirror was rusted and the light didn't work there, either.

In Florida? In the summer months? We have stayed in this location before and has always been excellent, so it might be a one time issue.

We visited our son and it was very close to his apartment. We will stay here again.

Please people don’t stay here. I had to change rooms 3 times due to mold, mildew, and a water leak. This property is falling apart but instead of fixing it properly they are just patching it up. The Hilton brand has depreciated extremely! I will never ever stay here again or recommend this hotel to any friends or family!

The property was amazing. The lobby is absolutely beautiful. The staff day and night staff was very polite. There was security on the grounds at all times. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is also close to all of the stores so shopping for whatever you need is easily accessible. You won't be disappointed. I give my experience a 10/10 absolutely recommend.

I stood here for one night and was not able to sleep at all! There was a noise from the air conditioner which kept me up all night. A manager was suppose to contact me in the morning but I never received a call or text. I would definitely not return to this Hilton hotel.

The property was nice but my only issue was the AC in the room. It was extremely hot and made sleeping sweaty and uncomfortable. The ac was on but the way the vent pointed (couldn’t adjust them) was way from the bed and it was so hot

From a pretty entrance and atmosphere to the front desk check-in and friendly staff all around Showering - the water was not hot how I like it, however, warm enough to shower and the refrigerator was not working well.

Hilton is not the same as I remembered years ago. The air-condition was very loud coming on and turning off…..too loud.The toilet would start running loudly on its own periodically. And last, but certainly not least, breakfast was ALWAYS included, not this time. Less expensive hotels offer breakfast, even if it’s just a conten

Pool area is hidden in the back next to highway. Alot of traffic noice. Need extra barrier to reduce truck & car noice. There was a group of people about 12- 15, at that pool. 4 left by going into hotel & the rest left by going out unlocked gate to parking lot. Security risk.

Quick overnight stay. The room was plenty spacious and the bed was comfortable. Friendly front desk staff and great location.

It was during a Pride event which made us a little uncomfortable since it was kinda all in our face. Very uncomfortable the way people were dressed.

Staff was great and super accommodating. Gym was in great conditions A/C was a bit loud at times

I normally stay at this Hilton and like it. This time was not good. AC was broken, not cooling properly and clicking on/off rapidly and loudly. In the morning, the shower would not turn on. Valve was broken, just spinning. Staff not helpful.

Anything you needed was within the hotel! It was beautiful and clean. It was also out of the way of the main drag, without being too far away from the stores and restaurants! The staff were all super friendly!
