Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North

I purposely seek out Embassy Suites to stay at because of the spacious rooms and amenities. Also the omelet station! It’s the best way to start the day!

The hotel was very clean and well kept and maintained definitely would recommend anyone to stay here from the staff to elegance the hotel itself.

The lay out of this hotel is interesting and nice except when the noise level is high in the middle common area....this was the case when we stayed on the 6th floor even...alot of youth teams staying there and not all were supervised and by 11pm there was still alot of yelling. That and a loud argument which went on for half hour at 1am in our hall way made for short sleep. Breakfast was excellent and room was clean. AC was super efficient and quiet!

My wife and I stay here anytime we’re in the Orlando area . It’s a great location with many places to eat and shop and the restaurant in the property itself is excellent!! Love this place!!

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located by the Pier, and all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is kept very clean, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the rooms are very comfortable and have remodeled bathrooms. We had a wonderful experience. It's dog friendly and is located across the street from the dog beach, just the cherry on the cake for us.

The breakfast was incredible and the omelette station was outstanding. The rooms are in desperate need of remodeling! The orange couch and the carpet smelled like mildew or mold. We were on the second floor with a view of a building and wind turbines on a roof of the first floor. The lamps either didn't work and or were not compatible with updated phone charging. I selected a room that showed a nice view. Very disappointed in accommodations but enjoyed breakfast. Sad to see neglect in what was a quality brand i could depend on!

A hotel reservation was made online by me, her mother, on 5/31/2026 for my daughter, Desirae' T. Regrettably, when she arrived at the desk of The Embassy Suites hotel on the same day of the booking, she was unable to check in because she did not possess a physical card for incidentals, despite having the necessary booking confirmation. Following this incident, I promptly reached out to Expedia to request a cancellation and refund. After 2 days of waiting without any updates regarding the status, I contacted the GM of the Embassy hotel, who confirmed that the reservation had indeed been canceled & that my refund would be processed through Expedia. Unfortunately, the process has been quite prolonged & I have yet to see any refund reflected in my account. My grievance lies not with the Embassy Suites, but rather with Expedia itself. I am left uncertain if I have been scammed or not. After numerous emails & calls to Expedia in an effort to retrieve my funds, I found it necessary to involve the BBB & VISA to dispute all charges.

Our actual stay at the Embassy Suites in Orlando was great, but the only reason we were able to enjoy it was thanks to the incredible front desk staff,Akira. I booked through a third-party site, and when my sister arrived ahead of me, she was told our reservation had been canceled. I never canceled it. After a chaotic series of phone calls while waiting for my flight there to try and get it fixed, the system was still completely messed up and showing that I hadn't paid. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and I was so upset, but I tried to stay calm. The hotel staff stepped up completely, told me they would fix it on their end, and they did. They turned a travel nightmare into a great family stay. Highly recommend this property for its excellent customer service! Now the breakfast was not what I expected. There was no gravy for the biscuits or potatoes. Not a large variety of food. I wish there were more cut up fruit.There was also some water or substance leaking from the bathroom ceiling.

I did not get to say because I had stomach flu. I tried to cancel my room. I’m not really sure why it did not get canceled and I have filed for a refund through the insurance of Hotels.com with no response so far overall disappointed in both the hotel and Hotels.com.

We spent $--- because our AC went out to sleep somewhere comfortably and we were kept up all night from their music playing outside of the restaurant attached to the hotel

We frequent this location as it is close to our home and love doing, staycations to get away from the norm. The inside pool and jacuzzi are always a treat and the complimentary snacks and drinks at happy hour are very enjoyable. The cook to order breakfast hits the spot as well as the breakfast selections to choose from. Having an adult drink at the in-house restaurant is very pleasant and the staff is always welcoming. We will continue to come here and enjoy everything Embassy has to offer. Clean rooms and great staff make it an easy decision.

The location is right off the highway. It was fair parking. I definitely like the breakfast selection. Staff was really quick about closing the door. I think the lady in charge could’ve just been a little lenient about that but she was a stickler about the time other than that breakfast was delicious.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The rooms were quiet and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The free continental breakfast was amazing, especially the omlete station. The common areas are beautiful. The lake in front of the hotel has a wonderful walkway and park area. I only have one suggestion, upgrade the paper goods ( tissues, toilet paper and napkins). Everything else is high quality.

Everything was great and just as described. Except I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower and the pillows are not made for side sleepers.

The listing states Orlando but it should be more transparent about how far from the Airport and other Orlando attractions they are. This should be listed under Altamonte Springs NOT Orlando. Other than that the property was good.

Breakfast was ok, but I really enjoyed the omelette I got. Parking was a bit tight at first but not bad once I moved after check-in to a different entrance closer to our room. I didn't like how so many walkways were blocked or sectioned off. Also, there was a lot of teens running around, being loud and rowdy, without adult supervision.

Do not book this hotel! Our room, 620, had broken concrete with exposed rebar! The toilet did not work! The TV did not work, maintenance replaced the TV, and also the maintenance employee was unable to make it work. Entire building is in disrepair. The pool was dirty and equipment is rusty. Breakfast is another matter! Suggest anywhere else

Breakfast was good. The line for omelets and bacon was too long to wait for it. The room was outdated, especially the bathroom. It was, however, quiet and parking was good and well lit. The Happy Hour bar was very limited, both in drinks and snacks. The stay was definitely not up to Embassy standard.

Breakfast food quality was poor! Property is old and a bit worn. Rooms are dark, bad lighting and dated design.

Hot tub had too much chlorine and was burning our eyes. Breakfast wasn't great. Food and staff were nice.

I really appreciate the early check in and late checkout which counts for A LOT. However, the front desk rarely answered the phone. No one advised us at check in that housekeeping services needed to be requested every day. They weren’t automatic. Throwback to covid for sure. I upped our stars from 2 in the fall to 3 due to the checkin/out generosity. That did not happen last time. Also, fortunately someone texted me which gave me a line of communication so I didn’t have to 100% rely on someone answering the phone

Great experience and prime location next to some goid eats. With an indooe pool there is always a plan b. Hotel is a bit further away from the parks but generallt less crowded which was a big plus for me!

One thing i would ask is there be an attendant to care for pool in the later hours. No Fresh towels and wet towels need to be picked up.

They was not ready for the people that stayed there. The hotel was full and the staff was overwhelmed.

Cons: Breakfast was chaotic and food was subpar. Pancakes rubbery, omelet station was nice but line was very long, I’d say it’s decent but was advertised online as “rare to find” so I set my expectations high. Honestly though, it was okay but I’ve had better free breakfast. No waffle station. Indoor pool was cool, nice water temp, hot tub actually hot…but the chlorine burned your eyes horribly the moment you walked in, with no good ventilation I was struggling staying in there. A salt water system would be much better for the indoor setting. Beds were average (little firm), I really wish they had at least queen sized beds though! Im small and husband average size and it was hard to sleep with no space on a full sized mattress.

Always enjoy a stay at Embassy, rooms are nice size and clean. I wasn’t to happy with the wedge salad from the stack house, on the lunch menu they don’t say the used steakum like meat, I wouldn’t have added the steak had I known. Breakfast was great.

The atmosphere was fantastic, especially the outdoor spaces. There are so many great areas to relax or gather with friends and family, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was also a great addition and added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. I accidentally left my sneakers in the room after checkout, and when I returned about six hours later, the team was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me and even allowed me to go back and retrieve them. That level of service really made an impression. Overall, this was a pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this location to others!

The first night A/C did not work, room temp was 76 in that room - I was moved to another room where the bathroom ceiling leak over night. It was fixed while I was out. Customer rep in front desks were nice and worked things out. Maintenance tech was effective and responsible. The hotel is aging - that’s undertandable. However they can do better is making sure rooms are ready for stay. The breakfast is the best part. The cooks doing omelets are gracious, friendly, and eggs are well cooked. the ladies in the service around breakfast area are very efficient and friendly.

There were ants all over our bathroom. Found some later on nightstand and then in BED. Moved after two days to different room. This property is old and you can tell they painted over everything thick. The fire alarm went off at 2AM on our last day. Yikes Hilton definitely not worth the price of admission.

I have been to different Hilton hotels and I usually use IHG hotel. This Hilton Hotel is good, different interior, the location is good the park is nice and if you want to avoid the Disney traffic. I think the the highlight is the omelet station. I suggest to improve the gym equipment and the overall lighting

The lobby and dining areas are beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom could benefit from better ventilation, as the room tended to feel stuffy and humid.

I noticed it was quite dark in the hallways leading to the rooms and maybe that’s the way it is. Breakfast was great. Other than that I just need to see my receipt of the stay. My card was charged $75 upon check-in for security deposit but I notice there’s another charge of $70+?? I just wonder. I might despite.

Our check in was wonderful. Im not a hilton member so i signed up for free and we both got snacks and drinks. Also they offer happy hour from 5-7pm 2 drinks and appetizers. Got to our room and it was spotless and very cozy. They also offer toiletries by crabtree & Evelyn and We only stayed for one night and they offer breakfast. A perfect way to start your day. Very pleased and will stay again.

Breakfast was good! They had an omelet line or a full hot breakfast with hashbrowns, eggs, mini pancakes and sausage links. Wish they had almond milk or oat milk though. Bagels were a little stale and OJ was watery but the apple juice and everything else was great. Also wish they had bacon no in the omelet line bc I didn’t have time to wait.

One of the lamps worked but the socket was broken and the bulb was lying sideways. The pillows were horribly uncomfortable, very lumpy. Room temp controls were hard to regulate. The ice machine on that floor was not working the entire week. The line for breakfast was very long and slow, and the selections were not healthy nor were they tasty. Very greasy. I didnt eat breakfast because of that. I bought breakfast sandwiches and had them in my room fridge and microwaves them. They really need to upgrade their toilet paper also. It was so thin it almost was non-existent. It fell apart easily. A However, the desk staff was very nice and responsive and professional. I have no complaints about personnel. The Omaha steak restaurant was terribly expensive and the service and food was sub par.

The ice machine on that floor was not working the entire week. The line for breakfast was very long and slow, and the selections were not healthy nor were they tasty. Very greasy. I didnt eat breakfast because of that. I bought breakfast sandwiches and had them in my room fridge and microwaves them. They really need to upgrade their toilet paper also. It was so thin it almost was non-existent. It fell apart easily. A However, the desk staff was very nice and responsive and professional. I have no complaints about personnel. The Omaha steak restaurant was terribly expensive and the service and food was sub par.

Unfortunately, when we checked into our room it had a very strong fragrance odor, like they were trying to cover up a smell. After a few hours the mold smell was very noticeable. We were out and about most days so we didn’t complain. On the last night I noticed the pull out bed that my kids were sleeping on was covered in mold spores. It’s really unfortunate because we loved the hotel otherwise. The pool was a great, breakfast was top tier, staff was helpful and friendly. Maybe a room without a pull out couch would have been better.

I booked a king suite and was put in a two double bed room after being told they "oversold" king suites. There was hair in the bathtub and a cockroach in the bathroom - absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Front desk girls were nice and tried to be helpful but there's no resolution to this other than a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

Front Desk Attendant was rude, argued that I didn’t have 2 rooms reserved when I did, showed her the booking from hotels.com app she still said I didn’t also over charged for the rooms compared to what it said on my reservation, the manger was not helpful at all just stood there and allowed her to be rude. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience

We booked a non-accessible room (guaranteed) yet that’s not what we got. Is it a good reason that “they ran out”? Why do they book what they don’t have? No space in bathroom for any toiletries so had to use the living room bar area. We were there for a funeral so no time to switch

The bathroom is maybe 6'7" in height max (very claustrophobic for tall people) and the tiny beds with the super thick blanket doens't make for a good nights sleep.

While the hotel was fine, the Omaha Steak restaurant was less than desirable. Ahi tuna was grey and burger had wierd taste. Returned the food and tried to get refund, but since we order room service we had to return via door dash. Stil waiting on this. Do no eat at this restaurant.

Overall nice stay. Wish they would change the food during the mornings. We stayed here a few weeks ago and ate the breakfast and my kiddos and my self didn't feel so good after eating it. When we stayed again this time they served the same exact stuff. We didn't eat it and just went out.

Breakfast was good but same thing everyday. Even the the pancake was the same everyday hard and burnt. The best part of the hotel is the guy who makes the omelets. I've never seen a person enjoy their job so much. Very engaging helpful and just a friendliest man you will ever meet.

The negative: despite the price being described on Hotels.com as "all taxes and fees included", I was charge $3 for a "county tax" by Embassy Suites.

I booked this hotel solely because it advertised an indoor pool, which was a key amenity I was looking for. I even confirmed it was operational before finalizing my reservation. However, upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find out that the pool was not in service for the entirety of my four-day stay. This was never communicated to me before check-in or at any point during my visit, despite me raising the issue with the front desk. I received no explanation, update, or effort at resolution from the management staff. Beyond that major issue, the hotel room itself was not up to standard. The door did not close properly, compromising both safety and comfort. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the drain was clearly not functioning correctly, making it a hassle to use each day. My trip to Florida was heavily impacted by this experience. The main reason I booked this property was for the indoor pool, and not having access to it made the entire stay feel like a waste. It’s frustrating to rely on advertised amenities only to be let down upon arrival. I would not recommend this hotel unless there are major improvements in communication, facility maintenance, and guest service.

Meal at Omaha Steakhouse was expensive and not very good. Better to find a Texas Roadhouse or longhorn for half the price. 3 of the 4 elevators were down at some point during our stay. Extreme lines trying to get to our rooms and long waits trying to get down. Stairs door is locked on the 1st floor so taking stairs up was not an option. Someone finally propped the stairs door open.

I changed rooms 3 times because room1 had 🐜 ants in the bathroom, bed, and counter top.The second room air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I just wanted to rest I was very tired and needed to rest from traveling.

Everything is very easy there. No hassle with coming in or checking out because it can be mostly done on the app. Only thing I didn’t like was that there was a surprise $75 charge at check in when i only saw a $3 one was supposed to occur. So I had to go back out to the car as I didn’t bring the right card in with me for that, and it was a big difference from $3-75. Would have been ok if it was expected prior to arrival and I could’ve taken it or left it. I did really enjoy the breakfast with my fiancé and our son. Last weekend we stayed at the Hilton down the road from this location and none of us liked the food, despite the extra charge we pic to have the voucher. This time there was not an extra charge and was included to enjoy made to order omelettes with various veggies and other add-ons like salsa and the other food was very flavorful and enjoyable. We love the look of the downstairs area In the evening, it’s beautiful and unique. The pool was the main reason we chose this hotel with all the rain, being indoor and all. Unfortunately when we were not able to enjoy it as the chemicals in there began to immediately burn our eyes. Our 4 year old started to cough a lot too from the fumes that you can’t exactly escape while in the pool area. I did let someone know and my fiancé saw that the doors were left open afterwards to help air it out. Our eyes were burning long after we left there as well, and I would say we were there 20 mins tops. Overall, I would come back again!

The communication between the alleged hotel management and parent company is by far the worst I’ve ever seen. This hotel has caused constant problems and went as far as mailing me a “free night stay” certificate for a stay I had with them months ago that also gave me issues. When attempting to redeem the certificate I called a month in advance stating I planned on using it and also pay to add an additional night. The free and paid days were randomly selected by the representatives according to the dates I inquired about. They called the front desk to confirm and I was told everything would be okay and all I had to do was show up and bring the certificate to ensure the free night was covered. When I arrive a month later I am told the certificate cannot be redeemed due to “blackout” days and there was no possible way to move the prepaid day to the blackout day and redeem the certificate on the following. Mind you they knew about A MONTH IN ADVANCE. They had over 30 days figure this out or note that a certificate cannot be redeemed on a “blackout” day. They just inconvenience you and don’t even remotely try to help you. Just give you another number to call just to again tell you they can’t help you. Legit the worst system possible.

Overall we had a nice stay, but there were a few things that I would want to give feedback on. First was no matter how high I turned the thermostat (up to 76) the AC pumped out really cold air in our room constantly. The hide a bed was really uncomfortable, and It always annoys me when properties ask for how many occupants will be in our room but only provide the minimal linens. We had to call and ask for betting for the kids even though we said there were 4 in our room in a king suite. On the other hand, the social hour was nice, and the breakfast was great with a very friendly staff.

Check-in was Friday after my daughter’s graduation ceremony. We did not move our car until check-out Sunday. We enjoyed an awesome breakfast each morning. Great food and friendly service. The gentleman that was making our omelettes, was the best!! He interacted with everyone. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the complementary drinks, snacks, and fellowship with other guests from 5:30-7pm each evening. You must try the “Lisa”Rita. It was a must for us to try after enjoying lunch at the Omaha Steakhouse with our friendly waitress, Lisa. Our other daughter will graduate in a few months. We are already looking to book again!

On top of that, we paid for a balcony room and there was no actual balcony and the sliders don’t actually open! The room was dated, things rusty, and extremely dangerous with the mold in the vents

We had 8 people at table and when seated they change shifted. However the waitresses didn’t communicate the orders. Then changed back to original waitress. They screwed up food orders and my food was salty and had hair in it. The property itself was great very clean and staff were helpful.

Our room was beautiful, clean and cozy! Customer service was amazing! My only issues was a few of our outlets were unusable so two large corners of the room were unable to be lit, or provide adequate usage of charging our mobile devices during the stay. The mattress on the pullout sofa bed was also a bit worn for wear, not the comfiest or the cleanest so we needed to double wrap it with extra sheets before sleeping.

Located next to a boardwalk!!! Absolutely beautiful!! My wife and I enjoyed our daily walks along the water. Will stay here again!

I absolutely love this property. I have now stayed 3 times here and wouldn’t change it for the world. The king size room is amazing. The suites are like an apt which feels like home. When you step into the hotel you feel like you are in a whole different world somewhere in Europe. They have happy hour from 5-7pm which is great bc they give you 2 complimentary drinks per person and the snacks for you to enjoy. The Omaha Steak house is also there for your enjoyment and the prices are very reasonable and the food is great. This past Saturday, I was there with my sister and godson we enjoyed happy hour drinking some Shirley Temples and having nuts and pretzels right in the hotel open area amongst great music. The staff are absolutely a delight to interact and oh they also have complimentary breakfast which is great. Will not be disappointed if you book plus Cranes Roost is beautiful for you to take a stroll and have restaurants and shops to eat walking distance.

Nate was very polite when I arrived on-time but there were "no rooms available" and I had to wait over an hour to check in. When I finally got a phone call telling me to come back to the front desk, I requested a late checkout in exchange. I was RUDELY informed by Kisha that that was not allowed. It ruined an otherwise perfectly normal glitch.

It was a nice property. A place to walk, very nice check in, clean rooms, and a quality free breakfast. The cook was outstanding. Super nice and very polite. Will try to stay there again when I come back.
