Clean room; easy breakfast option. Friendly staff, easy parking. Close to areas that we wanted to be near. Second time we’ve stayed at this location and we will again

The staff, particularly L'Oreal and Takayla were friendly and helpful. The room, however, was disappointing. The shower was stained. The refrigerator could only be turned on for 2 hours, then off for 8. The TV required magical powers to turn on (on/off with one remote, hold power for 10 seconds with the other and then use it for channels...), and the beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited (we've had a lot of hotel breakfasts, this was one of the worst) and the pool was closed. It was disappointing overall.

There is one washing machine, so prepared to send your laundry out if you have to stay longer than expected or if you have emergency laundering to be done, there are several dry cleaners that will pick up your laundry or you can drop them off and you pay by the pound, but definitely don’t plan on using the washing machine in the building. Mine smelled. The gym is convenient. They have treadmills, which is very nice. Don’t drink the coffee after seven. It’ll be cold. They don’t refresh it at night even though it’s some in there and it’s stale. The breakfast is decent. It’s repetitive but for the price it works. The staff that stock the kitchen in the morning are very diligent and do a good job. I was disappointed that I did not get daily service even though I didn’t put my tag on my door I had to go to the front desk and ask for sheets every other day and for clean towels and clean washcloth almost daily also toilet paper. It was frustrating at best Expect service daily and not get it. I didn’t desire for my beds to be made. I simply want someone to knock so that I could get what I needed when I needed it that did not happen. What’s most disappointing? Is that in the past? I’ve always gotten 3 PM check out with my rewards points so a 1 PM has never been denied to me. It was denied at this hotel which was frustrating and upsetting precisely because it has never happened in my 50 years of life and Marriott is the hotel of choice whether it be Fairfield Springhill or the March my

If you have laundry to be cleaned, it’s better to have them sent out. The machine on property smelled and was in effective. There are lots of stains in the carpeting so much my children didn’t take their slippers off during our whole day, which is unusual because they walk barefoot outside, so it says a lot about the cleanliness of the carpeting. It was stains in the carpeting in the hallway upstairs areas like the laundry area a dirty banana peel stayed in front of the door for days. These are things that shouldn’t happen at a Marriott property. I stay at this property while my home was being prepared and did not receive daily room service. My belief is that it was personal and that Miss role chose not to service my room because I kept my tag off my door to be sure that I would get clean linen and clean towels and washcloths daily. Unfortunately, my kids had to go to the front desk to get these items as they were not Made available as has been the case in every other Marriott property I’ve stayed in. I am a rewards member, but chose not to use them simply because the discount and points didn’t add up too much at this location whether or not I use my Bonvoy rewards should not determine whether or not I receive top level service, which I did not.I’ve written a review similar to this, but it didn’t change. I’ve chosen to check out and move to a better property until my home is ready a Hilton. My overall belief and thought of Marriott has changed since this experience.

The room was good. Although they gave me a handicapped accessible room. The breakfast was amazing! Freshly made waffles on the spot with blueberry sauce, almonds & coconut on top. So many selections it was hard to decide. One of the best breakfasts options at a hotel have ever seen. I am a foodie so it is all about the breakfast. You will not be disappointed here. The options ranged from jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt. Just to name a few. Would gladly revisit for breakfast alone. If your a content creator was able to record there inside my room easily,

First room was a little bit bad. AC didn’t work as a heat, it was smell pretty bad. Then they changed our room, so it was good. But, keep in mind this hotel old. If you are concerned about location and payment- good option, if comfortable is a priority- find something else

It’s not quite what it was 3 years ago, but it’s still a great hotel, the rooms are great, wide variety of breakfast options, the area is beautiful, people are friendly, that includes staff and local residents, I’d highly recommend it, especially for solo travellers such as myself

Hotel was very dirty and the rooms have foul smells . I rented 2 rooms and was show another room still a foul smell and the carpet was dirty. The general manger was rude when I complained. This hotel is NOT Marriot standard .

While the hotel was very nice and clean, I was not told their WIFI was out until after I checked in. This is a BIG thing for me! The location is quiet. That was nice. However, the breakfast room decaf coffee was lukewarm at 8:00 am, and one of our key cards did not work. This is a big pain when your hands are full to look for the other card in your pockets.

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in unacceptable condition—the bed sheets were visibly stained yellow, and we had to request a room change. The hotel seems to be in a very safe area, parking is right out front, and the hotel is tucked away too so we felt very comfortable with our choice. Bonus is that we got a suite with a sofa bed (traveling with three large adult children who don't love to share beds) for a very reasonable price. Breakfast was basic but is always nice. Beds were comfortable. Shower is not fancy but water pressure was great. Sink outside the contained shower/toilet area is nice when traveling with multiple people. All in all very happy with this hotel.

The bathroom door is warped and wouldn't close. The entire room smelled quite bad, of mildew trying to be covered up by an air freshner. Staffing seems to be a problem with many hotels now. Often no one was available at the desk and maid service was every other day. We had a maintenance issue and were given equipment to fix it ourselves since no one was available (we were also given the option to switch rooms.) Room was nice, and breakfast was delicious! The staff here are beyond incompetent/weird. The manager Eldred it's so flaming bad that he really needs to be replaced by a competent business person. Seriously folks, what are you thinking? Is this a joke?

Every time I stay here they put me in a handicapped room insisting that's what I reserved, when I didn't. Then they refuse to refund my money or move me to a standard room. I will not stay here again. Had enough of their BS. Manager is to blame

Where do I start?! My reserved and prepaid room was double booked (i entered, only to be screamed at by someone already asleep in it) and it went downhill from there. SO MANY FAILS, I literally left the hotel and went elsewhere. Beyond horrible.

Marriott hotels are the worst for a timely release of the "incidental hold". When I stay at a Hilton property, the hold is released the day I check out . At Marriott it can take weeks. I avoid Marriott properties because of this annoyance.

The halls and room had a smell. There was a stain on the back of the couch in our room. Everything felt really dirty. The caulking around the tub was yellowing. We decided to cut our losses and leave even though the room was non refundable. Instead we went the Springhill Suite across town by Roswell. It’s newer and a lot better.

The best hotel we’ve been in for a while in this class. HUGE room with a kitchenette and desk area, two queen beds, a separate bathroom sink area from toilet and shower! I would definitely stay in a Springhill Suites again!

The Hotel charged me for the room, even though I had already paid in advance through Booking.com. Now I’ll have to fight for a refund and I hate that. When I was checking in, I was told they would only charge a $25 deposit for incidentals but now I see my bill I was charged for the room, tax, and something else

The room was spacious except if you folded the hide a bed out, it blocked walking between the two rooms. The hide a bed mattress was poor. Nice breakfast. Convenient to freeway and lots of shopping and dining near. Toilet seat loose. Staff very courteous.

This is the third time I have stayed at this property and it is absolutely wonderful. The staff are warm and engaging and very, very helpful. When I return to Atlanta, I shall stay there again.

It was near everything we needed to get to. There was not a single safety bar in the bathroom, and the toilet was too low. Also, I honestly felt unsafe when I was in the shower as the floor was actually slippery.

I arrived the next morning after my booking was scheduled to start. I was advised that not only was my room given away the same night, so my room was not available for me to check into, but that I was also billed for the room. Again, the room was given away the same night, so I was unable to check-in the next morning, but I was charged. So they made 2x the rate for one room. I am disputing with my bank as my room was not available, so I did not receive the service that I showed up for. The agent at the desk made zero effort to resolve, and I find it interesting that they were on the phone providing escalation directions to another customer to contact the manager due to dissatisfaction. Unreal!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and any issues I encountered were promptly addressed and resolved the same day. The entire property was impeccably clean, and the staff was attentive and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and comfort.

Extremely quiet and just perfect for a one night stay

It was an excellent stay_cation. Right next door to my hometown. The suite was cozy and nice for our weekend getaway. We had access to The Avalon, the mall and many dinning venues. We will see them again.

The front desk attendant, Talia, provided a seamless check-in experience upon my arrival. She was professional and courteous. Kudos to Talia!

The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower pressure is solid and the water temperature gets good an’ hot. The hot breakfast is an 8 outta 10, clean area but more options would be nice. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. If I were forced to make a complaint, it would be that the television doesn’t have as many channels as some places I’ve stayed. Other than that this hotel has been worth it every time.

Front desk person ( she said she was the front office manager) was not friendly at all even the manager was rude when talking to him. I would never go back to that hotel, they need more training on how to treat their people who spend money and make them feel comfortable. It cost nothing to be nice.

Worst place to stay no hot water and they can’t change my room after two days they fixed the hot water issue and I need to move the knob left completely sand move it to the right slightly to get hot water. It’s weird. Pathetic towels, it stinks!

In good condition clean, comfy beds, would definitely stau again!

Staff is great

The bed was very comfortable and the air kept our room very cool. The shower did not have a mat, so I was concerned about it being slippery, but they did have handles to get in and out of the shower. I wish there was a door between the bathroom sink and the bedroom, as I normally stay up later than my kiddos in getting ready for bed. And there was no vent in the bathroom. Other than those minor things, the hotel and staff were great! It was very clean and the breakfast had a good offering. I would definitely stay there again.

Great bed and pillows! I slept so well. Its pushed back a bit so you have to walk a little farther than normal but we didnt mind. Price was great too!

We had a good stay. The room seemed damp, maybe from carpet cleaning, but otherwise fine. Beds were comfortable and a quiet location.
