The room was fully equipped and very comfortable. We got the first floor, so it had a couple of chairs to sit and chill. Breakfast included, plenty of parking and pets friendly. Pool was available, basketball courts, and even a grill. It felt a little bit crowded, maybe because we were so close to the pool and basketball court that there was so much noise and people yelling. After a two days road trip, we really needed to get some rest, so it's not a good option if you're looking for peace and quiet. Also, I love pets, but our next-door neighbors had two big dogs, and they were barking all night.

First room smelled like marijuana. Front desk worker promptly gave us another room. Second room smelled like pet urine. Furniture has torn and damaged. The entire property smelled like marijuana. We cancelled reservation and located another hotel. Expedia was no help in correcting the issue.

Clean and comfortable I was unaware that there were separate buildings so I was initially placed in a building far from the check-in (where I had to drive around back and walk to get to my building) and for someone staying alone, this was not comfortable for me. I was able to call and get my room switched closer which made me feel more comfortable. The staff was nice about it!

The property was amazing. I love the idea of staying in apartments as opposed to hotel rooms. We had a two bedroom suite very reasonable prize breakfast the next morning to buy one of the best breakfast I have had at a hotel.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen appliances in the apartment were clean, bed linen was also clean, and the bathroom was somewhat acceptable only some visible dirt and dust around the bath and toilet area, otherwise, it was okay. The bedroom furniture and throughout the apartment were run down and some needed replacing. The arm chair was torn at the side, and the sponge from the chair was visibly sticking out. The sofa bed had cracks in the material and it looked worn and outdated. The carpets throughout the apartment looked dirty and stained, the carpets certainly need to be changed.

Rooms are old and have a bad wet smell. Shower water gets cold and takes a hour to warm up for the next person to get in. Natasha is amazing!! They only send house keeping every 7 days so you keep the same sheets and stuff unless you want to change them yourself. Great location far as multiple stores and things. Complementary breakfast was soo awful.

I really enjoyed staying there for the weekend. The room was clean. The staff was nice. I love the area and I will definitely book with them again.

There was a towel from the previous person who stayed in the room laying across the top of the shower curtain, used. The t.v connection wasn't working due to a connection error. The sofa bed also needs to be replaced it was very lumpy and lacking support.

The front desk staff, breakfast, room size and cleanliness were all great. But when a guest tells you something is broken three straight days in a row and it is as simple as taking a TV from a room that won’t be occupied while they are there and setting a working one down (this is not one even mounted on the wall), just take care of it. They did ask if I wanted to move rooms but I had already unpacked for a busy day of meetings and all they needed to do was show up with a tv in that moment and take the broken one out

The property was always clean. Fresh smelling good whenever I walked in or whenever I walk down the hallways. The staff Danielle was very exceptional. When I dropped some items off the luggage card she came from behind the desk to help assist me picking them up. She always greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to find things that would help me after me telling her that I had had surgery on my knee. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. They were all very friendly. I do suggest that she may try to get a bar for seating and having a casual drink, if Wonn doesn’t want to go out and have a drink. But overall, everything was nice. That it did not have a bar area downstairs or anywhere. Or Coke machine, machines or vending machine machines in a lobby area or on the floors.

There was an elderly Black man at the reception who was extremely rude to us. While he was friendly and welcoming to other Black guests, his attitude toward us felt hostile, as if we were unwelcome or even his enemies. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I believe the hotel management should seriously reconsider whether such behavior aligns with the level of hospitality expected at their establishment.

I took a paper cup and got some liquid cream from the large dispensers that are only accessible during breakfast and stored that in my fridge for the next morning.

The property itself was located in a nice area but, upon arriving after a long day of travel and, delayed flights and being tired room was not clean. Staff was not very professional. Would not recommend or, book stay here again.

The only cons were, I’d advised deep washing the carpet & curtains as the suite did have a strong smell of urine & would often linger but we always bring our own home supplies, to where the smell had went away. As well as there were what it looked like blood stains on the curtains to where we used sanitizer & gloves to open & close curtains/shutters. So the cleanliness & up keeping should be updated but other than that I have no other complaints

Hotel was booked and my room smelled like a dog pissed on literally everything. Had to switch rooms at 6 in the morning when the manager came in. The smell was overwhelming and needless to say I didn’t get any sleep. My guest has to leave and go stay with her friend at a different hotel. :(

Tonette at front desk was amazing in helping me through out my stay. Accommodations were great. Loved layout of room and the location of hotel was perfect for my needs. Area was quiet and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Well, we did love staying here. It was only a it was a misunderstanding in the room that we booked we want one with the patio and preferably on the first floor because I had a handicap person with me, but I should’ve communicated that before arriving and confirmed when I was reserving the room however the rooms was still nice and clean, and the staff mostly was great They even let us stay an extra night because of the elevator inconvenience they had to stuck on the third floor during checkout we weren’t ready to leave anyway, so the fact that they were even able to compensate us for that was amazing. Overall, the manager was great and the morning staff was amazing housekeeping was also very sweet when assisting my mother with getting extra towels and a blanket.

We stayed here for a concert in the area. Rates are good, rooms was clean and spacious. the rooms with the kitchens could use an upgrade, but everything else was find. Check in was good. Didn't eat the breakfast the next morning due to they only serve from 7-9am. the only place I have ever stayed that only serves for 2 hours.

I did not like the fact that the tv in the living room did not work and the desk lamp did not work. There was only 1 lamp that worked in the living room. In the bed room there was no fan and only 1 of the 2 lights worked. The WiFi on the tv in the bed room kept going out.

Bathroom sink wasn’t draining/was likely in need of routine maintenance. Smell of weed around pool and BBQ area. We asked politely if they’d allow us an early checkin if room happened to be ready earlier than 4pm. We said we knew it couldn’t be guaranteed -that it was just a polite request. We explained we had a family member with med condition finding it very hot and that person had lots of medicine that was getting overheated in car too. They indicated they’d accommodate if it ended up being ready earlier. When we got there they said they wanted $25 fee. We said we’d come back before 4pm checkin as the room rate was already high. We returned at 3.45 to get our multiple bags out of the car and do checkin paperwork and were left waiting until 4.25 for checkin. Anthony, desk clerk, was pretty unfriendly all the time. The other lady working around the front desk wouldn’t let our son sit on a chair in the lobby while waiting to checkin. Said he needed to buy food from hotel snack shop to sit there. We later noticed other guests fold laundry and hang out at that seating area without complaint. They also wouldn’t allow us to use pool while waiting and didn’t offer to hold bags.

The property is very dated but clean. The cleaning team is amazing. The front office staff well it depends on who you get. Very dry and not necessarily a warm welcome. More of a newyork style interaction, cold, if you have an issue they don't know what to tell you,not very accommodating but outside of that it's a good last minute option.

The breakfast was pretty decent, not as big of a selection of hot foods as I would like (e.g. one day with no bacon & no sausage) but eggs each day, oatmeal, fruit, pancakes, coffee.

Service dog users are not required to disclose their medical information, and asking such a question is inappropriate and potentially discriminatory. I believe staff training on ADA compliance. He was rude and lack common sense.

I liked that there was a kitchenette. The carpets in the lobby smelled bad, and sofa bed was not in good condition.

what i did like was it was like an apartment 2 bedrooms with a kitchen but we never got any service in the room no clean towels I am handicapped they put me in a building far away from the front desk where they serve breakfast on the second floor. an handicapp rooms should have grab bars in the bathroom very disappointed.

Front desk agent lady was nice and the area is great is great, the hotel just needs to be updated, sofa bed is worn out and the queen bed is very small, couldn’t barley fit me and my 5”5 wife. Tvs are flat screen but have no apps on them. But these rooms are spacious. I’d say book if you need the space and they are fairly priced

Everything was nice except the open use condom that I found on the floor on the side of my bed in the 1 bedroom suite. I told the front desk and all I got was I’m so sorry. Breakfast isn’t early enough for working people leaving before 7am. Other than that things was good.

Hotel is dated, elevator in main building is not reliable got stuck one day and shakes plus I was in the room next to it and could hear it creaking. Housekeeping did not clean my room once and I had to ask for clean towels and put my trash outside the door it was similar with most guests it appeared lots of backs outside doors or at the elevator. Front desk staff were nice and accommodating.

We were in for the national championship game and we're recommended Alpharetta as a place to stay. Our hotel was immaculate in the area was so much fun. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's very cozy, convenient, tidy, some small minor defects but I'll definitely stay again. The staff was great, other guest seem to mind their own business. I feel it's a good price for all the amenities and comfort. Thumbs up for sure

Won't stay again. Not horrible but certainly on the dumpy side. The fold out mattress was stained terribly and had springs sticking nearly through the fabric. The gym was adequate but barely. Everything seemed in need of maintenance and repair. HVAC in rooms either burned us up or kept us freezing with no in between. Staff was friendly.

So the ones that stayed on the 2nd and 3rd level you could hear every step bump and jump. Especially if they had children, it sounded like the ceiling was going to fall thru the roof. And it was nothing said or done about it. Other than that everything was nice. The kitchen could have used a better cookware set. There was no oven, only cooktop and microwave.

Good for traveling with other people. Having 2 bedrooms was great. Found live roaches in the shower. Heating/Air was wonky so you either were burning up or super cold. It was fine for a few nights but wouldn’t want to stay longer.

The rooms are spacious and ours was very clean. I had my daughter and her boyfriend stay here for Thanksgiving and Christmas, reserving thru Expedia. I called to extend the first stay, and got Antoinette. She was extremely rude and snapped at me. Unfortunately when my daughter returned for Christmas, Antoinette was working Christmas day. I reserved late checkout the day after Christmas for 2:00 for an additional small fee. Antoinette told them NO, that they would be charged for another entire day. She is SO RUDE, snaps at you and NEVER makes eye contact. This person has NO BUSINESS being in customer service. Finally, when her manager came in the day of check-out and was watching, Antoinette said they could stay until 2:00 because of the problem they had with their toilet the day before. (The lady that snaked the toilet was extremely nice and determined to fix the problem). So this Antoinette aka Dr.Jekyll and Hyde is ONLY nice and ONLY makes eye contact when a manager is watching. Its an absolute shame that these rooms are comfy but the stay was tainted single-handedly by one person. They need to re-evaluate their employees. Matt on the other hand, was very nice. Pleasant place to stay as long as you don't have to deal with extremely rude and unprofessional Antoinette. I've been in customer service for years and I would NEVER have this employee represent my company with her "mad at the world attitude". Otherwise, a good place to stay.

Looked like an apartment complex, very comfortable room, lots of space. Very nice person at the front desk. Not a traditional looking hotel, but I would stay again if I am in the area.

Cockroach on the wall and 2 fleas on me in bed. I wish that i could give a better review because i like the property itself. Its laid out apartment style with 4 units to each building and most have a private patio or balcony. To the staff credit i did get a small refund and some future points towards another stay but the points do me no good because i wont stay in a facility with bugs. I think a full refund was in order however, i was told that they could not do so because they did not see the roach themselves.

Staff was ok, the cleaners were pushy. Mostly clean, except for dust on the vents. Cute place near a number of places to go to

The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly. They guided us and made great accommodations for us and our friends since we were a big party. Great stay we most definitely will be coming back.

The only problem was our next door neighbors. They would blast music and had a young child that would scream bloody murder for a straight hour at a time. It was enough to drive you crazy. We stayed 5 nights. Highly recommend but hope you have good, quiet neighbors.

When I went to the first room given to me, I opened the door and was smacked in the face with the horrible odor of cat pee. It was so overwhelming and disgusting. On top of that, the entry door did not lock, so I immediately went down to have my room changed. The next room given to me was better, still had an odor of cats but not as bad as the first one. The room was not very clean, there was hair on the bathroom floor, a used wash cloth was still hanging on top of the shower curtain rod from the previous guest. I'm glad I was only there for 2 nights - would not recommend

Needed a place for a few days with a kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Worth the drive to out of the city.

Property was better than expected. Checked in with the night manager and she was great. Quiet and clean with different breakfast options ! Pool and fire pit area was my favorite it was so relaxing

By far the best hotel that we have stayed in during our trip.

The air in the room didnt work well. The living area was cool but the bedroom was hot. The bathroom tub had hairs in it and wasnt very clean. The curtains wouldnt close because the remote wouldn't work for them. We asked the front desk about it and he had no clue what we were talking about. The bed was really uncomfortable. The property outside was nice and beautiful though.

So we asked for full refund because we would have to get a last minute hotel that would cost more. After a lot of talking with the assistant manager, we could get a refund, and thats why I'm giving it 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 1. The breakfast was great.

I like the area a lot.

The suite was perfect for our little family of three plus fur baby. They were very accommodating of our pet, plenty of room to walk her, and could leave her in the room undisturbed while we went about town. Within close distance to downtown Atlanta and other shopping/restaurants in the area. The area is very clean and quiet. The gym was superb as well as the continental breakfast. Highly recommend and will look for other ES Sonesta Suites in future travels!

There was a smell in the room, pubic hair on the soap dispenser in the bathroom and the door (how pubic hair ends up on a door blows my mind), and red stains in the carpet. I

Stayed for a week on business never received housekeeping the entire time I was there I requested it and it still didn’t happen when I mentioned it to the front desk the lady tried to blame it on a potential magnet that says do not disturb on the outside of the door, that was never there They all have a little smart Alec tone of voice when they speak to people anytime you come to the front desk to ask for something they look at you as if you’re bothering them like they’re doing community service at the front desk instead of earning a paycheck two days out of my week, they were cleaning the carpets From 6 AM all the way until 5PM and the entire floor was vibrating. The bed was vibrating and shaking the entire time and it happened to happen days when I was trying to get some rest and enjoy myself clean room very beautiful layout, but I probably won’t stay again .

Very nice property. Lots of different food to chose from the surrounding area as well as a walmart and target really close. My only issue was woth a really rude front desk lady. She had an attitude the entire conversation but I didn't let that ruin my stay!

I felt like the staff were super kind and personable. I’d definitely stay here again. Felt safe and comfortable.
