    We had to wait an hour to get into our rooms. We got there at 430. They also allowed the landscapers to begin work at 730 in the am. It would have been nice to sleep in.

    The stay was good. Breakfast didn't include non-pork options. The room was nice, it was a poor design of our bathroom. The bathroom was too small and it was hard getting in and out of the shower.

    Initial impressions the room was nice. Bed was comfy and room was clean, tv was good quality. Couch was a sectional pull out, However, bathrooms: tiny and very tight with how the door opened you had to almost step in the shower to open the door. They had empty built in body wash and shampoo. And there were an army of ants in my room….. breakfast was terrible and didn’t match the quality of Hyatt places I’ve been at.

    Little things…the window shade was wrinkled, damaged and it was hard to close or open. The bathroom door needed replacing it looked as if a dog had chewed the veneer off one corner and they just painted over it. Before bed the TV guide channel was not accessible but it was working by morning. I like more light in a room, like a bathroom when I am shaving. The ambient backlighted mirror did not illuminate as I would have liked. I will say the towels were extraordinary!!! Thick and big enough for a tall person like me.

    I loved that the room had no carpet, and it was very clean. The room was also very spacious. The location was excellent. I wasn't a big fan of the breakfast. While there was a good variety of options compared to some places, I'm Brazilian, so it was quite different from what I'm accustomed to. That said, it may be more appealing to people from other cultural backgrounds.

    The plus side, the choices for breakfast were good. The oatmeal was very good. The staff was very friendly and apologetic but the weren't able to fix the phone and didn't ensure the room got cleaned the 1st day. The pillows were very comfortable and I would have purchased one but they weren't for sales

    Very clean hotel. Quiet. Good breakfast. Server was kind enough to go around to the late diners to see if anyone wanted anything else before she cleaned up. No problems accommodating our dog. We were very pleased to discover a free shuttle to our concert at the AmerisBank venue.

    The hotel will not allow you to use the HDMI ports on the TV, the TV channels were very choppy, the TV would randomly just change to the guide channel. The pool towels are always empty, and then they billed my card that I used for incidentals for the room, even though I had paid with a separate card on Expedia. The air conditioning in tye rooms are very out of date and the elevator sounds like a sinking ship. The internet is slow. The staff are very nice and the breakfast staff are exceptional. I will not be staying at that hotel or any Hyatt place for that matter. Holliday inn isn't fancy by any means but is leaps and bounds better than hyatt place.

    We checked in on the wrong day (my fault). Paid an additional $100 because of the mistake, They gave us a handicap room. As my wife entered the bathroom she nearly fell as the floor was bubbled at the entrance. My wife noticed there was not a hair dryer. We called the front desk and one was delivered. The shower did not have a stop around the edges and water covered the floor. This is why the wood was bubbled at the entry. Water running from the shower and into the room. This is so dangerous. What if my wife had plugged in the hair dryer? The sink in the bedroom was backed up. This was our worst stay of the year and we travel weekly. Bad......

    The hotel charged me for the room again on check-out even though I paid for the room upon booking through Expedia. Check your receipts and bank accounts!! It's been over a week and still fighting with the hotel to get my money back. No response from the hotel at all and apparently the manager there tells their staff they're not taking calls. Stay away if you can!!

    Upon arrival & check-in the staff was friendly and prompt with getting us registered and card keys ready. However, when we got to the room and opened the door we were surprised by other guests personal items laying on the bed. We returned to the front desk and were immediately given a new room. This room did not have a pull out couch as requested at booking. The room was spacious and clean. The window blind was down upon entry to the room and would not raise up. We will stay at a Hyatt again and possibly even this location. Things happen and we understand this. Just a few things that need ironed out.

    I booked our reservations to a third-party booking site. Our check-in time was scheduled for three. We showed up at three and was told that due to a sellout the night before and them being shorthanded that the rooms will not be ready till 4 o’clock. We left went to the mall and came back at 4 o’clock. Apparently everybody else was told the same thing so there was probably 20 people in line to check in they had one person working in the front desk two people standing there and not doing anything. I honestly believe they were just trying to buy more time to get the rooms cleaned by not checking more people in. We did not get checked into our room till almost 5 o’clock. Our room was not clean. Our AC was broke walked back down to tell them that the AC was broke and was told that we would just have to wait. They were busy and yes they were busy and maybe on any other day the hotel would probably been Great but they shouldn’t sell out all the rooms if they don’t have the adequate staff to clean them and have them ready for check ins the next day. I had my room booked almost 4 months in advanced. I can understand that things happen sometimes, but I never received an email stating that our check-in time had changed. Furthermore the staff was completely overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the situation and they were very rude.

    I chose this hotel because it’s close to a concert venue. When I arrived the lobby was overflowing with people trying to check in. There was one desk clerk trying to handle it all and another one in training. They picked a terrible time to do that. I know he was doing his best but he said “it’s always like this on concert days”. The couple in front of me were given room keys and immediately came back to the lobby because there were still guests occupying the room. I was given room keys and the housekeeper literally had just started cleaning. Also, they had just removed the pools cover- it wasn’t open yet and it’s Memorial Day weekend. Come on Hyatt Place, do better.

    Check in was at 4pm. We arrived at 5 pm checked in and went up to our room. Our room was not cleaned. The blanket was on the couch, no sheets on the bed. No trash liners, no towels etc. We had already taken all our things up to the room. We were on our way to a concert, we went to the front desk and told them. They said it would be done, to go to the concert. We came back at midnight and our room was not done. We were exhausted and just wanted to get cleaned up and go to bed. They made us get all our things bring it all downstairs. They changed us to a handicap room, we had to drag all our things back up to a new room. The room was not really set up well for us and we were exhausted to be going through all that. They didn't offer to comp us, to make up for the awful experience.

    Parking was a positive it was free. The facility was old,smelly, sticky. The front desk girl kept giving us different times we could checkin. At one point she said 2 then 3 and finally a nice man said it's technically four even thought the website says three. That same confused girl also kept deactivating my room key. We're checking out and wanted to make sure we got everything out of the room and when we went upstairs to check the room key didn't work. She claimed she thought we were done and that's why she did it. If I personally didn't come up to you and check out then she shouldn't have done that. Also a big issue was we were provided a crib/pack and play for our child, which was filthy, moldy, smelled of too much cologne. And on top of that it was broken and wouldn't stay open. The elevator was dirty and the buttons didn't work. This facility was recently renovated but it's very while how low/degraded it was in so little time.

    Hotel was nice for the most part but when we got there that was worst of it all. We got sent to a room and it was already occupied which then got the gentleman upset and the hotel had to call the cops to get him to settle down. Then we got sent to another room which again was occupied. Finally about an hour later around 130am we finally got a room. We then went to go to breakfast the next morning and the breakfast staff was so rude, barely had a selection of good food, it was horrible. We ended up just leaving. It was one of the worst experiences we had!!

    At 5:30 in the morning on both days the reception person was very loud in conversation with the cooks preparing breakfast. My hotel room was opposite the kitchen and was awakened much earlier than I needed Coffee in the dining area at 6:40 am was cold on both days and I had to ask the cooks to make fresh coffee Receptionist said he made the coffee at 5 am and clearly it did not stay hot

    When we arrived at 4 pm we were told there were no rooms ready and we would have to put our name and phone number on a waiting list and they would call when it’s ready. At 6:30 we went back to the hotel after not receiving a phone call and then we were able to get our room. The paper with the names on it was still laying on the desk with only a few names checked off. The poor lady at the front desk was trying but it was too much for her to handle. We were told that they were severely short staffed on people to clean the rooms. The other thing that happened is the system to program the room keys was not working so they had to go let everyone in there rooms. The people that were on staff were trying but it was too much for them to handle. Not sure if this is a normal occurrence here but until they get the staffing fixed you may want to look at other hotels.

    They have speakers in the ceilings in the hallways. The music is so loud that it kept us from sleeping. I asked the guy at the front desk at 3am if he could turn it down. He stated he didn’t know how to do that.

    When we originally showed up at 5:00 pm the lobby was packed with other people. They looked miserable and like they had been there a while. We kept hearing people asking others “did they even give you a refund” we knew immediately something’s going on. We didn’t have time to wait to check in so we left and went to dinner and our concert. We tried calling to check in before we lost the reservation, that I had already been charged for. We kept getting the run around. Fast forward to close to 11:30 , we show up to check in and there are still issues. The man at the front desk was very short and wouldn’t give any reasons as to why we had no room to stay in. And tells us that we can just walk to Aloft “just out here” pointing outside. And hands me a paper with some of my info. And the paper stated Hyatt would take care of the room charge to a certain amount , since they had already charged my card at the Hyatt. But he left the amount blank. So instead of being charged for just the one room charge, I now have two room charges on my card. And honestly I think both rooms should have been compensated. At the end of the night, we had a place to lay our heads, but it was not a great experience at all.

    Staff is extremely rude, and will not do anything out of their way to help you. The room wasn’t ready until 1 1/2 hours after check in. The front desk was in no hurry to make sure we got the room we reserved. They tried to put us in a double queen instead of a king and told us we could wait if we didn’t want that. No apology, no urgency to get anything done. Just 20 customers in the lobby watching them do nothing. Punk staff with bad attitudes. Do not recommend.

    I was told I was being charged $50 for incidental fees. When I looked at my statement, I was charged an extra $47.46. I called the hotel to find out what the extra was for and they have no clue and I still have yet to receive a call back and I still did not receive my $50 refund.

    The location was ideal, the price was right and the breakfast was decent. The a/c in our room didn't work, the elevator was sketchy and had to be ridden up from our floor before it could be taken down to the 1st floor to leave (the down button didn't work), and there were linens from several other rooms lining the hallway the entire time we were there.

    Hyatt is a name brand hotel, but this location has an issue with customer service. I called and filed a complaint about personal items went missing in our room while we went out to spend time in Atlanta. Hotel supposed give me a call back after the reviewing the case, but they never called and never solved the issue. This was a huge disappointment.

    The property and hotel is the best one in the Alpharetta area. I have stayed at hotels all over Alpharetta and this one has been the best. The manager and staff are kind, helpful and accommodating. This will be my preferred choice of stay going forward

    I stayed here before, and I was always pleased with my room. Not so much, this time around. This is a great location; you have access to shopping and dining, and it's all within walking distance. The staff is always friendly. It's a quiet area. Jason's Deli is a great restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat if you missed the complimentary breakfast. My partner and I wanted to check out the new restaurant Cooper's Hawk, but the wait without a reservation was 40 minutes, so we ended up somewhere else. If you do stay here, make sure to check out Cooper's Hawk! Although we got a high floor as requested at booking, I did not get the view of the main road; instead, I had the view of the Barnes & Noble parking lot. There was no phone, no towels. I was assured at check-in that my room had a walk-in shower, which was important to me; instead, it had a tub. Later, we discovered that the shower head leaked. I did get the towels and an apology from the young lady at the front desk, which I appreciated. She also assured me that not having a phone in the room was unusual. It was late, and it appeared she was the only staff on shift at the time, so there wasn't much she could have done about this matter.

    I don’t think the room can sleep 6 adults; the sofa bed is really only big enough for one average sized person. Bathroom was tiny and not enough trash cans in the room. But breakfast was good, and the staff were all friendly.

    When I checked in, my room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not up to par. The glasses in the room were dirty. I was unable to sleep well all my second night because there was so much noise coming from some type of sports tournament. It was horrible. After checking out, I went outside to have a smoke break and to arrange for my ride, after paying for a less than satisfactory stay, 2 hotel workers approached me and said that the general manager, said I had 10 minutes to leave the property. I was godsmacked, because I did not think that I would be mistreated in that way after just paying almost $300 for my stay. I wanted to know why I was being treated this way, and the front desk clerk said that they had a problem with homelessness, which is not true because, I'm from that area, and there is rarely any visible homelessness. But, I was a quiet, paying guest who was simply waiting on her ride and was targeted and dehumanized by these Hotel staff members. I believe that my race did play a part of it. People of the same race can be biased toward each other. It was so humiliating, and so unexpected to be mistreated like this The quality of the rooms, breakfast, and customer service were all way below average. I hope that if these people continue in the hospitality industry, they will learn to understand what that word means. I hope that they will also understand how to treat others with dignity

    Rooms are really big and spacious. There are no drawers to store the clothes which was inconvenient, only a small closet. Breakfast was amazing with many options, it’s actually cooked in a kitchen not just microwaved garbage. Staff is very courteous and any issue was solved promptly. Overall we were very happy and will definitely be back.

    We were so upset and angry that we skipped breakfast so we cannot review any of that. Our sink also had a leak that we had to deal with. Unfortunately, their lack of removal of these unruly guests make this my first and last visit which is a shame because the hotel itself looked pretty clean and in a convenient area.

    Things were fine. Fred was really great checking us in and giving us the information. We needed one night to stay, however, we stayed when there was a traveling basketball team in town. They weren't rowdy, just noisy in the hallway and up late. Again, not rowdy, just big voices. You could hear everything through the walls, even the bell on the elevator. I'm sure if it was a different night, and further away from the elevator, it would've been a bit higher. Staff was very friendly.

    We booked two rooms for one nights stay. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms didn’t have a working air conditioner. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a fan, but they could not find one. It was less than pleasant in that room. The guy at check in said he would leave a note for the manager that we did request a helpful discount since the air conditioner was out of service. After saying the negative, I will tell you the included breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!! We would definitely stay there again, if needed.

    Breakfasts were minimal and disgusting. Not sure what they were using for eggs but didn’t even taste like eggs. Poorly supplied dining supplies. Would replace glassware, flatware etc 2 or 3 pieces at a time. Had to eat cereal and oatmeal from a paper coffee cup. No toaster to toast bread. It was like they were discouraging food consumption. After 2 mornings, I didn’t even bother with breakfast there. Shower was very barely luke warm until the last morning. Very frustrating experience. I really expected more from Hyatt.

    Our lack of stars came from the front desk person was obviously geeked out on something. Friendly, but would randomly break out in a dance midway through the check-in process. We would have to wait for her to stop flailing about and she would apologize how she's a "90's Baby" and these songs get her to go to the next step in getting checked in. It was comical (and a little awkward) but took WAYYY longer than it should have as we were interrupted by her impromptu dancing every other minute. The other issue was breakfast. There was none. We made it down to breakfast at 9:00am (Breakfast was served until 10:00am on weekends) and there was nothing left. Plates/Bowls were empty and it didn't appear they were restocking. The Free Parking was nice, the location is great. Overall stay was Meh.

    Staff gave good service the room were semi clean ,I found hair ,and after wiping down everything was not as clean but not as bad I did notice two housekeeper in a room meaning room should be cleaner ,the floor I don't think has been swept hair I know wasn't mine and lady bugs the room on the even side of the building need cracks to be resealed I know things not perfect but those small things will make a difference and the stay is not bad at all the staff was nice and fix any complaints I addressed.

    I informed the front desk and was told the general manager would contact me the next day. No one ever did. This was especially disappointing given the severity of the situation. I paid for all five nights, received no refund, and was forced to pay a premium to move to another hotel on short notice. I am still experiencing breathing issues and have since learned there are other complaints about this hotel. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel, especially if traveling with children or anyone with asthma or similar respiratory conditions. I am giving the general manager 48 hours to contact me with reasonable compensation. If not, I will report this issue to the appropriate authorities and consider legal action.

Next after getting checked in the elevator had issues that made me uncomfortable using the elevator but I was on the 4th floor so had no choice. Next there was blonde hair on the face towels that I attempted to use to shower which made me very uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the property. To know the towel was washed and folded and placed in my room but the hair wasn’t noticed is a bit disturbing. Also there is a large gap between the floor and the bottom of the door which made feel unsafe as a woman. I had to stuff some towels under the door to give myself the needed privacy. Also the door had some marks around the lock on the outside of the room like someone had attempted to break into the room for whatever reason. Feather was left on one of the beds as well. Also the celling of the room appeared dirty with mold or something similar.

    Room was fine, no great shakes, but it was clean. The lobby area was kind of unkept outdated. But the main thing was that the hotel does not offer bottled waters unless you remember. This is the strangest thing I’ve never been to a hotel where you don’t get two complementary bottles of water. Anyway.

    The staff was really great and accommodating I especially appreciated the people who drove guests to and from the concert that was extremely helpful and a really welcome surprise because I think most of us didn’t even know that was happening. The rooms were really spacious and for the most part. They were a couple things. I could’ve been cleaner like the plates during breakfast. I understand how many plates that is and how much work that is and potential time restraints. Overall, it was a really great stay.

    Roaches in the rooms! No hot water! Bodily fluids on the couches! No room service for fresh towels or to make the beds. I had to leave the hotel after 2 hours of being in the room. The roaches was it for me. The manager Kiki would not refund me the nights (remind you, I never stayed any of the nights because of the disgust, I was in the room for 2 hours). I told Kiki the manager how the reviews online are exactly what my experience has been and why wouldn’t they do better to clean things up? Her response was magical, she said…”you read those reviews and still chose to stay here? Then that’s on you”. I couldn’t believe that was her response. I had to end up getting another hotel. Spend a little more per night and stay at the new Hilton Alpharetta which is very clean and customer service is top notch! Disappointed in you Hyatt. Even more disappointed with the management and KIki!

    There were some issues during our stay that staff tried to fix but never did. Our door key never worked for abut 24 hours. After we were checked the first night, someone came by about 8:30 and ask who we were saying no one was supposed to be in that room - we gave him our name and he left. We had no cups to go with the coffee in our room. When booked, it said we would have a microwave but we did not. Most of the time no one was at the front desk but would show up if you waited. All in all, nothing that bad but when put together added up to a disorganized hotel stay.

    Front desk Ali was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. However the hotel has incorrectly charged me for the daily amenities. Instead of being a hold(authoriize only) they have procssed as a sale, so now i have paid for it 2x. I reached out to the Manager onnthe 2nd dY amd sdvised they charged me incorrectly and tshe aaid itnwould be reversed inna few days. At the end of my stay i mentioned to her its still not reversed. I got back home and a few days later i called the Manager again (3rd time) and she said it would be reversed. Yeaterday I called her again (4th time) and she said it would be reversed. I have no idea how.lomg is this takingnand i have been back home 2 weeks now. Still no reversal. I will end up advis8mg my credit card company it was an unauthorized charge. Overall service was good except the double charge for each night and i was there 6 days.

    Hotel staff was very nice from check in to check out. Room was very disappointing. Room wasn’t totally clean, the setup of the room was terrible. There were no dressers or drawers to unpack and there was no luggage stand to even put our suitcases on. The toilet was crooked and you could barely get in the bathroom. Shower was not very clean either. The cups for in room coffee weren’t clean either. The second bed was against the air conditioner and you could walk around the bed. The elevator was sketchy, the doors started to open before it stopped at least once and the elevator started to move before the door was shut. The air conditioner didn’t even keep the room cool it was very stuffy. The beds weren’t comfortable either.

    When we brought it up to the clerk, she moved us into a different room. She was very accommodating and made sure we had everything that we need. However, the cleanliness of this room was also subpar. It’s obviously been cleaned, but there is mold and mildew on the shower, the fridge has sticky stuff inside of the bottom of it, and the sink was dirty. It had food in it still.

    The place was very nice and convenient. There were problems with the check in, due to being very understaffed. We, like many others, had arrived for a concert, hoping to check in before heading over to the venue. The hotel informed us that the room would be ready in over an hour. We arrived at 5pm. We were hoping to have a few drinks and enjoy some time before show, but had to sit in lobby of hotel waiting. We ended up not checking in til after show. I do believe it may have been a one time deal and the room was clean and nice once we actually did get in it.

    Our stay at Hyatt Place was a complete miss from the very beginning. We waited 3 hours for a room (after check in time) to still not receive a room before we needed to leave for an event. Myself, husband, and 3 children had to get dressed in the hotel lobby and the lobby bathroom (in which was wet and nasty). We finally received a room around 11:45 pm. Upon entering room (with exhausted kids), we found that the pullout sofa had not been cleaned. Crumbs and a filthy sheet was still on the sofa bed. It was gross! When asking for a new set of bedding, we had to get from the front desk. At this point it is after midnight. Unpack the “bedding package” only to find that it was one blanket and that is it. Not even any sheets. So the suite that we had booked and paid for was not of use for our family of 5. Terrible experience from start to finish. Would not return or book again.

    At the time of booking, I got charged extra for a room with the microwave when I arrived I was about to use the microwave when I realized that the microwave was not working. It was 11 PM at night. I had to call the front desk for them to come and fix the microwave and they proceed to do so at that time of the night and they could not fix it so they had to take a microwave from a different room and bring it to my home that was my first red flag. Secondly The first night I requested for housekeeping the staff proceeded to tell me no problem that I will receive the housekeeping the following day I go out I come back my room is still a mess. Angry I proceed to call the front desk where the staff member apologize for the inconvenience and assure me that he will make sure that I get housekeeping the next day the next day come, My room is still a mess. I did not get housekeeping for my whole stay. That was my second red flags. The third one was the way the gentleman that serve breakfast talk to me and approached me. He was very rude. His tone sounded disrespectful and unpleasant, but pretty good and quiet place overall.

    Not the best stay, this was the 1st time my family & I went to GA & I chose the hotel because it provided free parking & based on the pics it looked decent. The ladies at the front desk were very nice & pleasant. After a couple of hrs of being in our room, we noticed roaches! We informed staff about this & they were able to accommodate us with another room but it was smaller than the room we had prior, not to mention the room wasn’t even cleaned before assigning it to is just for the night. So we had to move to another room, so it was basically alot of moving around & this was only the 1st night! It was so many things that I can complain about but I’d be writing a book if that was the case. The good things were that the hotel was close to soooo many stores & restaurants, free parking, breakfast in the morning that included eggs, cereal, coffee, tea, fruit, bagels,etc. I definitely would not book again, the AC units also got me sick.

    Staff wasn’t very friendly at reception. When we would arrive back from our day, room service cleaning would not add more coffee packs or take dirty coffee cups. I had to wash myself.     Our room was unsatisfactory. The shower was filthy, black mold in the shower grout, the AC was not working all the time. There was scotch tape covering the smoke detector in the room. The elevators were garbage and a possible safety hazard. I stay at many Hyatt Place hotels and this is by far the worst one I've ever stayed at. The hotel owner should be ashamed of this place and put a little bit of his many profits into hiring better people and maintenance. Never staying at this hotel again.

    I called ahead of time to let staff know that I would be arriving late (around 8:00 p.m.). When my family and I checked in and went to our rooms, we found that we did not receive the rooms we booked. We booked 2 rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed for 8 people (4 people per room). Instead, we were given 2 rooms with a standard bed. When we went downstairs to request the room we booked and paid for, we were told that there were no other available rooms. This was infuriating as we would have to put 4 people in one standard bed which would be extremely uncomfortable and against hotel policy as that type of room only allows 2 people at most. When we asked why we were not informed or provided with any sort of compensation (reducing the amount we would pay as the rooms we booked were more expensive than the ones we got that way we might be able to book another room or two to fit us all) we were told that the only options were to keep the room or cancel and get a full refund as the hotel was fully booked. As we were a party of 8 we opted to get a refund and find lodging elsewhere. We were also told that we could contact the manager to give a complaint as she was the one who made the room change, but the number lead back to the front desk, further infuriating us as we were unable to even voice our complaints to the person responsible.

    Worst experience! We have stayed in Hyatt Place before at a different location nearby but when it wasn’t available, did not hesitate to book this location. First thing was that inside definitely not like the picture. The rooms were not ready so we had to wait until 430pm to check in. Once we checked in, one of the room toilet started to leak all over the floor at the base of it. They came up and tried to fix it for the next 2 hours but ended up still leaking so they put my parents in a different room.     Avoid this hotel at all costs , this was the most disturbing stay I’ve ever had , checkin was smooth . Get in the room and it looked half clean the floor was dirty , then as we get settled in there were ants walking around , then the toilet starts leaking , I call the front desk to inform them that there are ants and a leaking toilet on Saturday , I get no response until I finally freak out on Tuesday morning , I had been at northside hospital as my mother was in there for surgery , we traveled from Philadelphia for her surgery , I’ve been out in Atlanta several times , this was not my usual hotel as to they were booked , I tell the front desk about no one responding to me , from check in , finally they say ok I’ll move your room , thinking this would help , I packed our belongs up and moved , I walk in look around and bam there’s ants again , I’m all about pets but this room smelled like a cat sprayed , I bring my mother back from the hospital and then run to the local pharmacy to grab her medication and people walk in the room with a key , not acceptable at all , my mother was sleeping then security comes in to question my mother as to how she got in this room , no one is on the same page here , I rush back to the hotel for them to tell me don’t worry about it … I’m a business own and this whole experience has been the worse I’ve ever have , I checked out and left early wasn’t even asked if there was something that could be done . I’m beyond appalled

    The room was spacious. We enjoyed having a microwave and refrigerator since we had food to heat up after our concert. The shuttle driver that took us to Ameris amphitheater was friendly. On both ways to the concert and pick up we didn’t wait but a minute or two so that was great. I would stay here again if I was going to Ameris amphitheater this is the closest Hyatt Place to the venue. One thing that they could improve on is the speed of the elevators going down seem to take a while.

    When we checked in there were lots of people in the lobby. No rooms were available for check-in at 4:30 p.m. so everyone was gathered in the lobby. When we came back to check in after a show around 11:30 p.m., they had given away our room. We booked a double Queen and pull out sofa for a party of five people but they put us in a room with one queen bed. They initially didn't seem to have any answer for us and provided no alternative. After some time they stated someone had canceled their reservations so there was another room available for us. It was a very difficult experience overall. The rooms were actually very nice though

    Amazing establishment, except for the screaming loud obnoxious party next to us on the fifth floor every single night keeping my kids awake every single night. Like they live in town and only got the hotel room for a gathering, almost ended in violence.

    Free ample parking. An awesome free breakfast. Pool for the family. Really comfortable beds!!! Location is not far outside of Atlanta but it is conveniently near lots of shopping so if we needed any essentials we could get them easily. Plenty of food options available. Shout out to Keke at the front desk for being so friendly!

    We booked and received confirmation from your company but when we arrived for our stay, we were told by hotel staff that our reservation was canceled. It was midnight, our 4 children had been up since 6am walking around the city and were exhausted. When I spoke with an agent I was told to just go and book somewhere else and that I would receive a refund. Feels like if you were unable to fulfill your reservation, it would be YOU that should be frantically calling around to every hotel in a 20 mile radius to make this right. I don’t care how nice and courteous you train your employees to be if they still tell you that they are “sorry” and “hope you find a place” Then! Agent tells me there’s another hotel available and asks if they could book it — no surprise here, I had my husband call and they confirmed they had no availability. Of course they didn’t. By this point it is 1am and we have a 3 hour drive to our destination and 4 children sleeping on lobby chairs. If you can’t guarantee the same day booking, don’t offer it! If there is a time issue, don’t offer to book and then confirm with me multiple times AND charge my card. Useless waste of time and put our family in danger because we stopped for over an hour instead of continuing to drive.

    Great stay! We had to wait a bit for our room to be cleaned but the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating! Our room was neat as a pin! We will definitely stay here again when traveling to the area!

    Room was not cleaned properly. Dogs / pet hairs everywhere. I was there with my son. It was not a good experience with Hyatt this time. We never sit anywhere after our bed in our room.

    The main issue was that we arrived at 3:00 for our check in and we, along with many others, weren’t able to check in because our rooms weren’t ready. We waited until 4:30 until our first room was ready and then 5:00 for our second room. It was annoying bc we had a concert to attend and wanted some rest time after traveling but didn’t get the time in our room for that. The staff was very very nice though. Room was really nice and clean.
