The location was ideal for the purpose of my travel. The young lady at check-in was extremely pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that she checked up on me to make sure I was good to go afterward. The price was a bit steep.

It's been a long time since I've stayed at a hotel this nice. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, even the hallways were quiet. It was rare to even hear anyone passing your room regardless of the time of day/night. Will definitely use this chain again.

Close to the Avalon. Breakfast was very poor. The noise level was unacceptable — we could hear every step and people walking above us, and from 5 a.m. it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep at all. The pool water was freezing cold. The air conditioning was right next to the bed and blowing extremely strongly, and we woke up with sore throats. We had to leave and move to another hotel because it was impossible to stay another night with children in these conditions.

When i visit my sisters in the Atlanta area, I drive the 42 miles to stay at this hotel! My kids and I feel safe, and love the amenities and comfort. The continental breakfast also does not disappoint. Incredible hotel!

Went too a concert after work and needed the hotel so i wouldnt have to drive all tbe way back home. Got to the hotel at 3am to find out that my multi night stay was cancelled since they assumed thst i was a no show. . To rebook costed my over double the rate i was previously charged on expedia. I have done this routine many times at different hotels with no issue. They exploited the situation.

The first night I got in the AC wasn’t working. We were super hot in the room. Try to reach out to the front desk agent. She told us that there was no maintenance person available so we had to sleep in the heat all night super uncomfortable. also they had a Dog a few doors down from us that barked all night long so we were up couldn’t sleep. The next morning went to the front desk and got switched to another floor first I was in for 421 then I got moved to 336

Maid and laundry service was excellent. AC kept room cool but the unit was a bit noisy for sleeping. Staff was extremely helpful.

Solo traveler. Definitely stay at Home suites again. Has a "Apartment home away from home" feel. Suite kitchen (minus stove), work area, living room area. Gym had good equipment. Couple of issues: 1) internet was on the fritz with TV. 2) Upgrade the breakfast with more choices. I don't eat fried foods for breakfast. Waffle maker would be great. Overall, service was professional and hotel area close to mall, restaurants and gas station for midnight snack run!

Home 2 by Hilton Hotel was like a home away from home. The hotel including my room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. In fact, I am going to Vegas later on this month and I have booked Home 2 by Hilton Hotel based on my stay at the one in Georgia. The price was affordable. I must say I am Home 2 by Hilton from now on if one is available.

After unpacking we found out that the tv didn't work . I tried calling the front desk but no answer so I went down stairs to find some help . No one was around for 15 minutes and by that time more people were also waiting . Only help she could offer was to switch our room . So we repacked to get another room . Dogs kept barking .

Room was nice, area was safe, staff were pleasant. The breakfast eggs was the only issue as they only came with bacon the morning we were there. Having non-bacon infused eggs is the standard, from our experience, so while not an issue to some, it was a minor gripe.

We did appreciate the dog friendly aspect of the hotel.

We booked a room with two queen-size beds, but when we arrived, the front desk staff told us the hotel had oversold that room type and it was no longer available. They switched us to a room with one king-size bed instead, which made it difficult for our family to sleep well.

The hotel is clean and fantastic. The hotel is pretty and modern. The kitchenette in the room has all you need. The bed is comfy. I have not stayed at a Home2Suites before, and I really liked it. I will definitely look for this hotel option when booking.

Breakfast was okay. We were told breakfast was from 6:00-10:00, but by 8:30, there was not many item left even coffee pot was empty.

Our only complaint is a big one. All 3 of the EV chargers that we found did not work. The two Tesla chargers had no power at all to them and the Chargepoint charger had power but showed a power fault error light and would not charge the car.

Another 15 minutes waiting, I was told that she was by herself and nothing could be done. I submitted an online request to the hotel. No response. Understanding that I booked through a 3rd party service such as hotels.com, but I wasn’t able to stay at my reservation location due to them overbooking and not informing anyone ahead of time. Although the front desk associate was kind enough to find accommodations, coming in town on a trip shouldn’t begin with no being able to check into a hotel due to wanting to take people’s reservations without securing them a room. And hotels.com charges me $20 for a reservation that I COULDNT keep due to the hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely AMAZING. Many great tasting choices. The shared areas were extremely clean. The rooms had everything you could possibly need to cook for oneself. My only complaint was that as I was working outside in one of the guest areas, a housekeepers decided to sit out there and play a very loud video game on her phone. As a guest, I didn't pay to have that part of the experience.

Breakfast had variety but very low in flavor. Also our room task chair arm rest were all broken but the rat of the room was in good conditions. Pool cleanliness was terrible, it was already green in some surfaces. Also when we were about to jump into the pool a staff member started to do maintenance out of nowhere with no warning, did not speak to us at all. He also did not put up a sign or anything and someone could have jumped into the pool without knowing if they needed to wait for chemicals to settle down.

We were thrilled with this hotel! The room was so spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend it highly!

The room had high ceilings with a lot of space. It came with a medium sized fridge, dishwasher (with soap and a sponge), and plates/cup, and a fittest curtain. The only downsizes of my stay was that at breakfast the fruit wasn’t the freshest but other than that great stay and would recommend!

Property was a great location close to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta. Went to a concert great location for the amphitheater. Rooms were clean as was property. Breakfast was ok but better than most complimentary breakfasts.

This is the best bang for the buck in Alpharetta. Very well kept property in close proximity to Avalon and downtown Alpharetta.

The grounds and hotel were beautiful. The small kitchen and hot plate were appreciated. The pool could have used more tending. There were a lot of debris in the water. We would definitely go back.

We loved our stay, everything is new, in good condition, and clean. The area is really quiet and accessible with lots of parking. We stayed a few days and the breakfast slightly changes which we appreciated and they had a newer water refill station with cold and hot water! Would definitely stay here again.

I like the location of the property and that it’s hidden from ongoing traffic or the main road. Very quiet and that’s good. The property itself needs some maintenance, the pool was very dirty, there was no entrance gate to it and was blocked off with zip ties and a plastic material. The floors of our hotel room felt unsafe to walk on without shoes or socks and the couch/sofa bed had lots of stains which just makes it feel unclean

The queen suites are very nice, clean and spacious. I will always pick Home2Suites over any other hotel chain. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was delicious with a good variety (hot and cold options), and the staff in the dining area kept everything well-stocked and clean. The hotel also had a cozy bar and lounge area, perfect for unwinding in the evening.

The hotel was excellent and in a great area. Very clean and would stay there again. Only 30 minutes to Aquarium. One thing is that the pool gate lock needs to be replaced or fixed !!

My favorite place to stay traveling for business. Clean, quiet, and plenty of space to work, eat, and relax. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is a more updated/modern hotel, even their approach with the breakfast offered, but it was not good. The breakfast eggs, and meat were served in pre packages that were held in a type of warming oven. One day the meat was unrecognizable, nor was I able to tell by taste what it was.

The night we arrived and checked in to our room, my husband had to go back to the lobby and request clean linens. Both the beds in our room had dog/animal hair all over the sheets and pillowcases. Overall the room did not feel clean. They gave us new bedspreads, and we changed them ourselves. The area around the hotel is beautiful and the common areas inside the building were better maintained, but based on the conditions of our room we would probably not be staying here again. I think you can be a “pet friendly hotel”, while also ensuring all your guests are offered cleanliness in their room.

Beds were comfy and room was super clean. Grounds were well kept.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. They let us check in a little early. The food was good. The room was spacious and clean. No complaints. Will likely stay again!

Double Tree to get us a room at the same rate as Home2. If it were not for Gie and her FIVE STAR customer service, going above and beyond, i don't know what we would have done!

Wonderful location! Clean and beautifully landscape. Rooms are large.

I found that my wallet was missing. And I was sure that it was left on the sofa bed. And I remember I did open the sofa bed, so the wallet should felt into the sofa. So I called the hotel front desk to help check for me. It seemed that they did not even bother to check, just tell me that none of the housekeeper reported back any wallet found. I’m thousands of mile away from the States and it is not possible for me to go to the hotel again for further communication. So I just cancelled all the credit cards, ID, driver’s license and cash.

The property is very attractive and inviting. Whoever designed this building did an amazing job.

Clean and convenient for Avalon

Modern clean hotel. Well air-conditioned large rooms. Convenient to downtown Alpharetta and Avalon. Maria at the breakfast room is awesome. She went above and beyond in customer service.

Nice and Quiet

Unfortunately, my stay at this property left much to be desired and I was very disappointed considering I have stayed there in the past and had no issue. The staff was gracious and accommodating but the issue I had was my blanket on the bed reeked of body odor and was very obviously not clean. There was hair in the shower, the tile was filthy. The iron had something melted on it which damaged my shirt and they gave me a new iron but overall - Yikes!

The only issue I had was a barking dog all night long and I had to get up for a conference I was speaking at.

Low-keyed place with a lot of amenities. Next time stock up on extras in lobby before weekends. We were looking for ice cream and it was gone.
