After a bit someone did come from around the hallway where the rooms are and apologized for the wait. There was no sign at the desk saying they'd be back at all. She was very nice but a sign saying she'd stepped away would have been helpful. The hotel was tidy and visibly clean but still smelled musty. The elevator had carpet in it? And it smelled like wet dog. The room was large but laid out oddly. You could not see the hotel door from the bed at all. There were shades but they didn't quite fit and let a lot of light in around them. Also inexplicably there was painter's tape covering the peep hole on the door? The room has also been absolutely dowsed in some sort of air freshener that was overwhelming. There was a chase in the room as well that looked comfy but had a big, nasty looking stain on it. The shower has mold and mildew in the corners and needs attention.

The breakfast was good. Not just cereal and fruit. There was all types of juices, eggs, sausage and a host of other items. This hotel is very clean. They are friendly and informative. My favorite part of the hotel is the indoor pool? There were no dislikes that I could remember.

Body wash is shower was empty. I could have asked staff to refill but was in a hurry to get ready. Luckily I had packed my own. Breakfast could have been a little better.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast was delicious and the air-conditioning worked very well. We also got to enjoy the pool area, which was very nice.

Don’t stay here if you don’t have an ADA animal they don’t accept pets or ESA animals. I drove over 8 hours just to be exhausted, and told you can’t stay here! We won’t accept pets only service animals. My dog isn’t even 8lbs, doesn’t bark, he is a therapeutic dog for a medical condition. The manager didn’t care turned us away an I spent an hour or longer in their parking lot trying to find another place to stay at 11pm at night. I’ll never stay here or even try again!

Check in was excellent. Room was very clean. Bathroom clean and they use high quality soaps and hair products. Room is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Even had alarm clocks! The shower was on point…hot and forceful spray. Bed was super comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. Couldn’t have asked for any more. Indoor pool was clean as was the exercise room. Breakfast was on par with the better hotel breakfasts. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was great, everything was great, but staff during breakfast was RUDE on both days. The first day we went down for breakfast, some lady broke a salt shaker. The staff lady came over, gave our children a dirty look thinking it was them. Second day, she yelled at our loud not to be putting more trash in the trash can since it’s already full, and she pointed to other trash cans and once again looked over at us and gave us a dirty look as she spoke. Mind you we weren’t the only ones there. Other than rude lady, everything was good.

The parking was fine & it had plenty of spaces to choose from. The staff were friendly & respectful. The room was nice & clean. The room wasn't too small or too big. The heater took a while to be turned on. The tv guide didn't have the name of the programs. I would have to check about every hour just to see if my favorite programs were on. It did take a while to turn on the television. You can be able to adjust the tv so you can turn on & off the tv.

I really enjoyed the hotel’s prime location in the heart of the city. Having nice walking trails nearby was a great bonus for exploring the area. The staff were exceptionally respectful and polite, making the stay very pleasant. Additionally, the hotel was quite clean, and the breakfast was excellent. What would make the next stay better is addressing the significant lack of soundproofing between the rooms. The noise from adjacent units was extremely disruptive and prevented us from sleeping during our two-night stay, which made the trip quite difficult. • Room 130: On our first night, we could hear everything from the neighboring unit (128) through the connecting door, including conversations and bathroom noises. • Second Night: From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM, the sound of the shower and intimate activities from the next room were clearly audible. • Room 129: Our friends in the other room experienced constant noise from people walking on the floor above and guests moving through the upstairs hallway, which was very noticeable. Installing better acoustic insulation or ensuring that connecting doors are properly soundproofed would significantly improve the guest experience.

Stayed here for two weeks while in town on business. I had no issues. Breakfast was consistent, and having all day coffee from the Costa machines was nice. Location was good and it was relatively quiet.

Broken TV remote. * No stopper in bathroom sink. * Cheep bathroom paper products. * 6:00 AM Sunday fire alarm. * During three night stay, housekeeping did not enter my room one time. Trash was really piling up. That made for a really bad feel to the entire stay.

We reserved a handicap room. We were checked-in and it turned out the room we were given was not one. We didn’t have time to change even though it turned out there was availability. The reservation system needs to be improved so you get what you reserve at check-in.

The location of the hotel is very good and there need to be some more varieties in breakfast if possible, otherwise, it was okay We were staying in room number 346. The problem with this room is the room heater was not working. We tried a lot, but it was not getting heated up so there is a problem with the door of bathroom and main door for this room. The main door easily will not get locked And bathroom door. Also, sometimes get locked. It will be difficult to open from inside.

The bathrooms were a lot better than expected and the stay was amazing for the price Tv lack of streaming services but nothing was bad.

The two men who worked at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. When I asked to be placed next to my friend they had already done it without me asking. That to me is superb service. The only critique I would have is the hot breakfast. I found it to be very underwhelming and not appetizing whatsoever. I would stick with the cereal.

Really enjoyed our visit! One issue is with the shower! The shower curtain is too short and only goes down into the tub a couple inches so it doesn’t stay in place and water comes out onto the floor!!

Our family did not feel safe while on this property. I had to call security at 1am when a fight broke out in the hallway outside my door. We chose to skip the included breakfast because we did not feel safe taking our kids to sit in the lobby with the rift raft that was crowding the area. The sheets in the bed had stains and hair on them. We will not be staying here again.

Facilities were excellent. Clean, friendly staff. Would be greater if they have more lighting in the parking lot. Little more options for breakfast, we stayed for 5 days and it was the same hot breakfast everyday.

Room was not that clean. There was dirt on the floor when I walked in the room, hair in the shower, and a bottle of caps on the floor by the bed.

Before she call her manager she told me that it was a 50 dollar fee and when she got on the phone it went to a 100 dollar fee . She charged the woman before me 50 dollars and treated her with care. She didn’t want me to get the room due to is told her i was homeless.But that day i had been moving all that day and was exhausted. Because of the way i was getting treated i asked her for a refund and I’ll go somewhere where that’s when her and her manager kept on and told me that i needed to leave and to never come back. Paid 216.00 for a room i never got

I chose this hotel based on my good impression of staying in Holiday Inn Express in 2014 in Sacramento, CA. However, this time, I was disappointed with the service quality. I was given a rook with a king bed, which was very close to the main street. During the night, I experience a lot of noise from the street and from people talking in front of the hotel's main entrance. Apparently, there was a code or regulation prohibiting loud talking in front of the main entrance door after 11 pm. I had one of the worst quality of sleep because of the noise. The lock of the room door was not working correctly, and the reception had no other room with a king bed. Since the lock did not work, I used the deadbolt to ensure no one would get access to my room. Other guests were not considerate when they closed their rooms--they slammed the doors, which caused a lot of noise after 11 pm. This could be due to the doors' poor design or the lack of care on the side of the guests. The quality of breakfast could have been much better. When more than 10 people eat breakfast at one time, there should be at least more than one bottle of milk to serve people. Further, I observed that the hotel was understaffed, as the guy who was taking care of the breakfast was the only one working in that section, hardly accommodating different demands. He needed more help with sorting out matters.

I called the property and they told me I have to pay for three nights and I wasn't even there 48 hours. Two nights I understand but three I DON'T UNDERSTAND.....

It was very clean but need to re-think the smell of cleaning products

Everything was clean and nice. Only problem was when we returned from the concert, all parking spaces were occupied. Had to park at the Waffle House.

Elevator and halls had terrible odor. Rooms were fairly clean except for the hair in my tub and the staff personal who checked me in was very rude. Maybe it was an off night but will not be staying there again.

I paid on Expedia and at check-in was asked for my credit like normal. Only, they charged me a second time leaving my bank account depleted. The manager said that was normal and each credit card chooses the amount for incidentals. Then, at check out, I asked for a receipt and she said no because it was booked through Expedia. They take no accountability. They did not have the cinnamon rolls either. Trash was sprawled across the entry way when we were leaving. The three positives were hot shower, clean beds, and cold air.

Room was large and comfortable, bed was large and we slept well. Staff were not particularly receptive to being told when something was wrong. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Used towels were removed but not replaced. Coffee stuff was not replaced. Overall, the place was OK but service could be improved.

Structure is all broken, bath walls . Shampoo soap etc really bad quality all watery. Try another hotel.

I’ve had a horrible experience

Breakfast was horrible.

The hotel had a musty smell and the rooms weren’t serviced daily. We had to ask for clean towels. There were cracked ceilings in the bathroom and the tub did not drain well. Only 2 towels in the pool area. Front desk staff not very sociable or helpful. Kept getting locked out of room because keys were not working

The young lady at the desk for checkin was Amazing!!! She was doing everything at this hotel!!! Front desk, housekeeping, serving breakfast…just everything!!! You can tell she loves what she does and loves interacting with the people she serves!!! Give that woman a raise!!!

Check in was supposed to be at 2pm. We arrive at 2:20 and the room was not ready yet. Good hot breakfast and the pool was great.

My sheets and bath towels were not clean. The staff was excellent however
