This place is no hilton. It's more like a super8. Not clean, not well equipt, not well maintained. It's bad. Staff is rude and put out by doing their jobs. It's horrible. Stay elsewhere, anywhere else.

The staff at the property were polite & greeted us every time we arrived to the property. Breakfast was not the best I’ve eaten at a Hilton hotel. There were many selections available for full breakfast, Most items were overcooked. The room & linen was clean, the carpets throughout the property were badly stained. Hallway carpet on the 6th floor was lifted and very dirty.

It was clean enough. Definitely needs some renovations to the actual foundation and paint and not just furniture. The staff was so so except the bar and breakfast staff, they were a delight. Would I stay here again? If I needed to, would I recommend this to anyone? Nah. The breakfast situation was a whole ordeal. I paid an extra $2 to receive free breakfast for my entire room but only 2 of is were added. They wanted $13 for breakfast or $9 for continental. That's just too much. Just add it to the fees for a set price. Imo

Immediately walked out of the first room I had been assigned it smelled absolutely horrible like rot or something. The second room I got was decently clean and didn’t smell like the first. The property overall had a mildew smell and the hallway carpets were filthy. The pictures make it look very modern but in reality everything was very dated.

Not a good experience overall. I stayed there for three nights. After the second night, I requested housekeeping for my room early in the morning, but the room still had not been serviced when I returned in the evening. I called the front desk to ask what happened, and they said they would arrange a new room for me, but I never received any follow-up afterward.

In town for a soccer tournament. Decent place to stay. Doesn’t appear to have been updated in many years. No conditioner and not enough towels for the number of guests. I responded to the customer service text asking if we needed anything, but there was no reply. Also can’t say I’ve ever stayed in a hotel with full beds! If we’re in town for this tournament again, we’ll look elsewhere.

I never do reviews, but I’m doing one on this place to help folks out. Look elsewhere!! Place hasn’t been maintained or updated since new. Stains and paint chips all over the walls. Drawers so old they kept opening by themselves. Bed like sleeping on granite. It’s now a 2 star hotel pretending to be more.

It will do for a one night stay the elevator was not working. The fourth floor button was stuck. Had to take the stairs on the third floor or either the fifth floor. The breakfast is not included in the price so please check it. It’s $20 a plate. Other than that it was good for the price in the area.

I advised ive done 3rd party before an was able to get it . I get it, even though I never heard that before but she didnt have to be rude and blow me off. Front desk staff was very helpful. My room overlooking the wooded courtyard was very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having a heated swimming pool and offering delicious coffee and citrus water all the time. The only suggestion I have is to bring in a professional carpet company to fix the carpet in the hallway on the 4th floor. It obviously was installed by someone who really did not know what they were doing and is definitely a tripping hazard.

It’s in need of major TLC, elevator 1 is broken - according to staff. Being on floor 4, waited a while to get our families luggage up (4X). Wouldn’t recommend. Spend extra and go elsewhere

I loved that the restaurant was open when we got there late, as we had not eaten dinner. We were able to order and had a delicious meal prepared. The service was very good and everyone seemed happy to help. The hall area on our floor outside the elevator was dirty. The issues started on the very first day. After checking in around 6 PM, the hotel mistakenly assigned our room to another guest later that same night—while we were still occupying it. This was extremely concerning from both a safety and management standpoint. Throughout the entire stay, there was also no housekeeping service provided at all, which is not what I expect from a hotel of this standard. The most serious issue occurred on the evening of April 26. When we returned to the hotel, our room key no longer worked. With my young, tired kids waiting outside and all our belongings locked inside, we were left stranded. When I went to the front desk, I was told that I had already checked out and they could not let me in. Despite repeatedly explaining that my booking was until April 27, the front desk staff refused to listen. One staff member even mentioned calling the police instead of trying to resolve the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available to speak with at all. Only after I showed my booking confirmation email did they finally verify their mistake, contact someone internally, and restore access to the room. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This experience was extremely stressful, especially with young children involved, and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service

THIS WAS THEEEEEE BEST STAY IVE EVER HAD AT ANY HOTEL, EVER!!! TAMIKA was absolutely incredible. She’s so sweet, soft spoken voice, compassionate, intelligent and beautiful 💙💙. The room was so clean. I didn’t even have to bring in my own cleaning products to clean behind the staff. The sheets were crisp and white. The pillows were so comfortable. I had some of the best sleep ever here. I love that I had a Keurig machine in my room with a good green mountain coffee lol. I will absolutely stay here again and again and again thank you for being so kind to me at this beautiful hotel.

Kenia at the front desk was honestly the highlight. Super kind and professional. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to because of her. I had a last-minute flight issue and she helped me extend a few hours past checkout. She didn’t have to do that, but she did and that meant a lot. Room was good, breakfast is decent (depends on your Hilton status), and there’s a bar if you don’t feel like going out. Prices are a bit high, but that’s expected. Overall, solid stay. Would definitely come back.

I received an email stating that my reservations were canceled. So I called to address the matter; basically they told me that they canceled it without an validate reason. Nothing, bad management

Worse hotel ever! Stayed 2 nights and reported that the sink is clogged the first night. and nothing has been done to repair it or fixed since I checked out. Room key doesn’t work, sucks when your on the 5th floor and have to take the elevator back down when there’s a tour bus full of high school kids in the hallway and elevator. Staff was not friendly at all! I should have read other people reviews!

It did take a day for the staff to get this corrected in the system. Before correction, another person was assigned the room with a key and walked in as me and my daughter were in the room. This person ended up giving me the key. Later that day another person knocked on the door claiming it was his room. After these struggles, the rest of the stay was nice.

Location was excellent. Everyone was courteous and polite. The stay was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional ? Parking was easily accessible to the lobby and amenities. Check oit was a bit chaotic but to be expected valentines day weekend the hotel was totally booked .

I would have gave 5 stars however the room service walked in my room twice while sleeping before my check out time. The lobby and exterior was lovely. The bathroom in our room was decent but could have been a little better for the cost of the room and being a Hilton. No fan so taking a hot shower steams up the bathroom pretty heavily. Could use some updating.

So, this property needs an overhaul. Carpet coming loose, wallpaper hanging, no heat in the hallways, only one elevator working- just lots of little things that need attention. The employees were kind and the pool was heated, but I would not stay at this property again when there are many more options closer to dining/things to do.

The Bartender Larry, provided us with exceptional customer service. The breakfast was exceptional the next morning. The front desk staff the next morning was polite, I didn't have much interaction with them. I had to check-out a day early due to the weather. The night of check-in, the white slender desk representative wasn't that welcoming. There were Lady bugs in the ceiling of our room.

The room was nice but the very first night at check in there was a large Stink Bug on the ceiling. When I called the front desk I was told and I quote "I am sorry I don't know what you want me to do". We did eventually take care of it ourselves but that is definitely not how I expected it to be handled or how I ever expected to be treated by a Hilton.

Also the fact that they had water in room with notes srating only free for diamond memebers and regular guests would be charged 2.00 per bottle was a little offputing . But rooms where clean and neat and well stockex with towela beds were super comfy.

But honestly if they renovated the place it would be 4 stars. The staff was cool, nothing above and beyond. The breakfast is $13, eehhh it was good the first morning but very basic. Should be included Plenty of parking, not from GA but the location seemed pretty decent. I wouldn’t recommend until they renovate

This hotel is quite dated. Carpet in the halls and rooms look like they haven't been updated since the 1980's. Same with the furniture. Staff was ok, and bed was nice. Still, I would likely not stay there again.

The room was old. There was a large water stain on the floor. The door to the bathroom wouldn't shut. The sheets were scratchy and there were hairs on the towels. I was charged a $25 incidental fee not a hold a fee. This didn't seem like a regular Hilton because of the fees, cost for breakfast and poor upkeep.

THE MAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD ME WE WERE ALL SET MIND YOU ITS KNOCKING ON 10PM ONCE WE ARRIVED OUR ROOM WAS SOLD THE REST WERE DIRTY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AS IF THEY DIDNT KNOW THEIR OWN POLICY AFTER MIDNIGHT WITHOUT ANY HELP I WAS STUCK IN A DIFFERENT CITY NO HOTEL OR TRANSPORTATION. I spent a week here while visiting family in the area. Any time we called the front desk they were very responsive, and the pool was very clean and well heated. Towels were kept replenished in the pool area each day.

We were in Alpharetta for 4 days, and this hotel was $25 night cheaper than the Evenly that we usually stay at by Avalon. I figured the $25 difference was because it was further from downtown and Avalon….and the hotel was rated good on Hotels.com plus it is a Hilton brand, so I booked it. How wrong I was!!! This is the oldest dingiest hotel I’ve stayed at in a LONG time…..and I’m not super picky. A nice clean holiday inn express is perfect for me. Everything at this hotel was old, cracked, dilapidated. Lights buzzing like crazy in the hallway. Overflowing trash cans. Elevator looks like it came from a crackhouse downtown Atlanta. The actual elevator is as slow as I’ve ever experienced. We were on the fifth floor and would wait 10 minutes to get down to the lobby. The heat in the lobby didn’t work - it was 50 degrees in the morning. Everything was dated and old. The faucet in the tub so bad that it almost filled up overnight after the room cleaner left the drain plugged. Scratched up, beat up furniture in the room. Oh yeah, they only clean the room every other day. If the dogs in the room next to me, place smell like weed. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Everything from the hard boiled eggs to the fruit tasted old and like I’ve been sitting in a tin for a month. I never leave reviews on hotels.com but I wanted to let everyone know how bad this place is.

The hotel seemed very old and in need of renovation. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable and the bathroom was always humid due to a water leak in the bathtub faucet. I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I thought it would be a nice hotel to stay at due to it being a "Hilton" but I was very disappointed.

The furniture feels outdated, and with only one elevator working, getting around the hotel was inconvenient at times. The bathroom could use a serious upgrade — our sink was clogged, though I will say it was fixed quickly once we reported it. There were also noticeable stains on the walls, which affected the overall feel of the room.

Our room needed upgrade. Bathroom was bad. Very small, grab bar on wrong side, door could not be opened if front door or closet door was opened. You could see where the doors hit each other and peeled the paint. The lobby was very nice and the staff very pleasant.

The Hilton Garden Inn seems to hit the “Sweet Spot” where everything is very clean, very nice, very friendly, and very comfortable. Think “cozy fireplace meets comfy pillows.” The bed is luxurious…probably better linens than you’d have at home. Plush pillows. A club chair in the room that is as nice as you’d have in your home. You won’t actually BE at home but this particular Garden Inn is 10x better than any AirBnB we’ve stayed in, at all but the highest price-points.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel upwards of ten times during the past 8 years. Over the past three years the deterioration of the property has become very noticeable. One elevator appears to be permanently shut down and the other elevator is showing significant wear and tear. For example the tile floor is broken in about three places. The doors scrapes as it closes. Last July there was mold throughout the shower and we switched rooms. This time stay the room was okay. The bedspread showed visible signs of wear and tear and need to be replaced. The doors do not fully close and have to be forced to close. They are not square and are showing the signs of swelling due to moisture. The cooling controls are laborious to use and we set the evening temps at 66 degrees and through out the night the temp went up. Makes it tough to sleep. The breakfast was over cooked and the eggs rubbery. This place us used to be the cream of the crop, but it has fallen from the high standards one sees when visiting other Hilton Garden Inns. The place needs to be refreshed. We do not plan to stay at this location until it has been cleaned up.

The area surrounding the hotel was beautiful. The room and bed were clean & comfortable. However, we consistently hit our knees and shins on the end of the bedframe, as it appears the mattress didn’t quite fit. Also, the toilet was very low, which for a tall person , is pretty uncomfortable. Also, the carpet in the hallway has rips on a couple, which could be a trip hazzard.

accussed of smoking in the room & charged a very heavey fee. wouldn't disscuss any proof they had other than they 'smelt smoke'. Another great stay, as usual. Superior staff, comfort of room and quiet/safe. My only note this time would be the strength and consistency of the wi-fi in the room. I had a very important Zoom online meeting that I conducted from my room, and unfortunately the internet went out twice during this call. I am hoping it won't be detrimental to the business being conducted, but my suggestion is simply to make sure that signal is strong in each room in the hotel. People have important business they may be doing and are counting on it.

I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool but it was closed for resurfacing. I thought breakfast was included but it was not. I may have assumed when I should not have assumed. The carpeting in the 3rd floor hallway needs to be re-stretched or replaced. Many wrinkles that could be a tripping hazard. The outside appearance and landscaping was wonderful.

When I approached the customer service desk the male agent made a sarcastic remark then walked off. There was also a female agent that was there she was the one who checked me in. The hotel itself was very quiet and clean, which will always be my reason for choosing. The hotel is also very much outdated. The furniture in my room had holes and the bedding was worn down. Also the tv didn't work, it kept saying no signal so I just turned it off. Nevertheless I got a good nights sleep. The bed was comfortable and my room was clean and that's exactly what I look for. This hotel has no business being $100 a night, it's not worth that much. The location was good and I felt safe.

I just feel this place is a little out dated. The carpet was old the bed linen looked old and kind of linty. My room could have been fresher it had a poopy smell. Also all night I can hear whenever someone took a shower the pipes whistled that was annoying. Also some other guests were racing up and down the hall. But I had a short stay. Don't think I will stay here again

I was told this property was recently bought so probably things will improve here - it was fine for what it is - an average hotel that I chose only for its convenience to the office I was visiting. The staff was excellent but some things didn’t work - for instance on my floor there was no down button for the elevator so I had to push up and take the ride before I got to the main floor.

From check in to check out, my stay was absolutely wonderful. I was there just for a little "me" time and it was exactly what I needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious and all the employees were so welcoming and friendly!
