Great staff, quiet clean room, tasty breakfast...and 24 hour coffee and tea was a fantastic touch!

Everything was very nice. The beds though are a bit on the firm side so not very comfortable. Most morning when waking our backs where pretty sore.

Location Room had a wet and moist aura to it. Was not like the picture on website. It was old and dated and they don't have housekeeping available after a certain time of day so if you don't leave your room until late no housekeeping for you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I needed to stay for over a week due to a family member's hospitalization and got to know the staff well. I could not have asked for more compassionate people. They truly cared.

This time our issues we had was the air conditioner was very noisey and the TV stations were terrible….otherwise our stay was good.

Absolutely no complaints! Very clean and well appointed; breakfast was great and the common area well kept. Staff was friendly, polite, and attentive. Juan at the front desk was especially cheerful and available to help in any way.

Jessica and Juan were welcoming and very helpful at check-in. They were the only 2 that we dealt with during our stay but they always greeted us when we were in the lobby. Room was clean and well maintained.

We only had one towel in the bathroom.

Room was clean and the breakfast was fresh and delicious! My only complaint about this stay was that the shower door was unhinged when we arrived. The walls are somewhat thin, so keep that in mind. Overall a great place to stay at if youre in need of a room last minute.

Check in was fantastic -- super easy with the digital key and allowing us to pick our room ahead of time. The entry and main common areas were clean and easily accessible. Parking was easy and we liked that it was included. The room was musty and had a lingering smell. While we appreciated that breakfast was included, we weren't thrilled with the choices nor the way it was cooked -- a lot was either under or overdone. Overall a decent stay for our one night -- we were there for a competition.

Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was what you expect at a free hotel breakfast, better than others I’ve had. I did like that they had individually packaged muffins. Staff was super helpful and kind. My room faced the pool and was very bright at night. They were happy to change my room for me. Overall great stay.

I had a room full of ladybugs in my room when I returned last night. Also on Wednesday night the hot water was almost out. Lukewarm at best.

Location was perfect for me and the staff was excellent. Juan greeted me with a friendly face and was very kind and thorough with explaining what was available on the property. I enjoyed my stay very much! Thank you. Small thing- coffee and creamer ran out when I was at the breakfast bar.

The room was very clean, and the the staff was wonderful. However, the room had several live ladybugs in it. I reported it to the front desk. They said they would send someone to take care of that, but no one ever came.

This location was centrally located to various activities. It was clean, the staff was very courteous. They gave us recommendations on restaurant choices, and some shopping options. I can think of nothing that we didn't really like about this location.

Location The room smelled strongly like urine/body odor. There were also lady bugs crawling all over the walls and ceiling in the room. We complained to the front desk staff, but were told there weren’t any other rooms available.

I booked this room for a couple of nights to attend a live music concert at the amphitheatre nearby. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. There were a few dining options within walking distance.

My only minor silly issues were: 1) there was only one small waste basket in the bathroom so it was annoying to interrupt someone in the bath just to throw away some trash and 2) the conditioner in the shower apparently was hand lotion put in the wrong place. But seriously this hotel was lovely and quiet and clean. A+.

Made a reservation through Expedia got there and was told that when using third parties your room pick is not guaranteed did not get the room I reserved

I was very displeased that room I reserved was not given to me. I reserved 2 queens for 3 people. There were none available upon arrival, only a king with pullout sofa. One adult had to sleep on the pullout. The check-in clerk said this was because booking through a third part does not guarantee the room. This us poor customer service when the hotel knows your preference ahead if time, and still doesn't folkiw through honestly. There was no notice ahead of time about the change. It's quite a dishonest practice.

The shower head put out very little water. There was a fire alarm at 10:30 pm which woke us up and continued for a while--we had to go to the lobby to inquire as to whether we needed to leave the room. Then at 6:45 am the power went out, which woke us up again. It did come right back on. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

He was a wealth of information and provided several options of places to go, things to do.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and that entire floor smelled like animal urine. Could have been rat urine. I have no clue but it was very strong and disgusting. Also our room looked out toward the pool and they left very bright lights on all night that made our room impossible to get dark while we tried to sleep. Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at.

I would never use Expedia to book another hotel room again because I PREPAID for a King Suite and ended up with a 2-queen room, so Expedia really let me down on that issue. The Hampton Inn was everything I expected, clean, easy to find, roomy and comfortable.

We have stayed at this property before, but it has been renovated since. We liked everything about the room, bathroom and the breakfast was perfect!

This was the cleanest and nicest Hampton Inn I ever stayed in. 1 thing I would add - I am old and like a clock to look at in the room. I assume you think we all use our phones, but I don't like looking at my phone while sleeping, when I just want to see what time it is. Hampton Inn is a reliable brand, but this property was even better than usual. It was clean and well-kept. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast area, just an overall good experience.

Everything was great except one thing. I could not get the blinds to pull down. I called front desk to ask for assistance and was only told “ you just pull on them” no offer for any other assistance. The lights from the pool and parking lot were bright not to mention the lack of privacy. I placed the ironing board up at the window and added pillows and cushions, wasn’t great but definitely helped. Other than that issue everything was good.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel.

AC wasn't working correctly. They fixed that Tv wasn't working properly. Wasn't addressed No business center 1/2 of toaster wasn't working. 1 toaster overall Spilled food in elevator No towels at pool

This hotel was pretty much a great choice for my family's stay. I loved that the hotel has a fridge and microwave available in the room (most hotels are starting to get rid of these amenities). The room and bathroom was clean and appeared up to date. The frontdesk employees I interactes with during my stay were very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

We were put in a room that had another guest at first. Luckily no one was in there when we just walked in. But their belongings were everywhere. We walked back down and they handled the situation very quickly and politely. Over all a great stay and great customer service.

Special shout out to Lakerry our night shift front desk guy on 2/22/2024. Went above and beyond for my companion Dr. Kaiser with restaurant recommendation and providing plates and cups. In addition sought out assistance to connect to the internet. He was pleasant and caring making my stay a pleasurable experience.

The valet was very busy. I had to drive around the block four times before a spot opened up in the valet line. There was a stain on the bench in my room and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The front desk people and the bartender were great!

The property had been recently remolded and everything looked great! The staff that checked us in were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, stayed nice and cool, and easy to get it really dark for sleep. Bed was comfortable! If all Hampton Inn’s are like this, I’m now a Hampton Inn guy!
