We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund

Room was clean. Property is clean. It smells bad inside. They need more parking to accommodate check-in. King bed too close to air conditioner; room wouldn’t get cool.

If you’re a solo travel staying only the night or two then this is perfect. You’re super close to the Avalon and near food places and the mall. Only ify part was the entrance doors not fully working during the night hours

Not much There was blood on the floor. Always smelled like weed. Very little, almost nothing for breakfast. No ice machine. Elevator sounded like it was ready to break.

Rooms could have been CLEANED BETTER.. you could tell someone had did a rush job on the room.. hairs in the tub, sink, toilet. counter spaces and table had crumbs/debris. THE CARPET NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.. (not just cleaned.. REPLACED)!!!!! The couch in my room had an OBVIOUS burn mark.. melted arm rest. (#301)

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The lobby smells like marijuana. The breakfast is not breakfast but a muffin and tea.

They double-charged me for the reservation & argued with me about it. It took me a week & about an hour on the phone to finally get it resolved. They had my name 2 DIFFERENT ways, neither of which was correct. Terrible customer service. It took an act of Congress to get plates/utensils/pan. They told me that they were being washed & I could get them tomorrow—— I was checking out in the morning & needed for dinner that night??? The only person I think should still work there is Dee. He was personable, actually cared about my situation, brought me the necessities I requested & apologized for the inconvenience. Li or Lia (?) is useless! Service

When we were searching Expedia, this property looked good to us, so we booked for 7 days and paid in advance. We were very surprised to see how the property is in reality. After one night in a horrible first floor room we tried to get a refund, but not possible. The manager kindly gave us a somewhat quieter room on the second floor. Here is a short list of problems we encountered: the refrigerator in our first room sounded like a diesel truck and wasn't cold. The pool was closed the entire week of our stay. The hallway to our room was dirty and not vacuumed once. The floors in our room were dirty. There are zero utensils in the room even though there is a kitchenette. There was no breakfast as advertised, only coffee and hot water with condiments for coffee. We learned that the majority of the facility is rented out as low income housing for families with kids. We then learned that granola bars and oatmeal packets are provided, but the families get an early start and the minimal breakfast provided is gone. On two days there wasn't even coffee at 7:30am. However it just a one night(for me) it was the cheapest rate for the area. I'm familiar with the area so I know this safe but this hotel needs better management. Someone who care about how it looks and the little things. It looks sketchy at best.

Host were pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was nothing to brag about, but the coffee was good. convenient is your grocery stores restaurants actually had a Shell station just walk away as well as a waffle house. I would recommend this. I would stay there again as well.

Do not stay here. Roaches in the rooms and they give you dirty towels and when you ask for new clean ones they tell you to come to the reception desk with the dirty ones to wash them and Give them back to you once they wash them in 2-3 hours due to only having one working washing machine and dryer. The hotel smells bad of smoke and pets.

The location was perfect but the infestation of roaches is just unacceptable for me I dnt have roaches my kids have never seen roaches my daughter cried about these bugs trying to get me daddy The roaches we were transferre from one room infested with roaches to another that had roaches too so I’m thinking call the exterminator because the whole establishment is infested we were forced to sleep with roaches or pay a 100 cancelation fee and go find another room and didn’t have any extra money to just throw away

The room was somewhat clean The pullout couch had a giant stain in the middle of the mattress. I ended up sleeping on it as a couch because of this. No ice machines . Out of coffee in the morning for free breakfast. No one monitoring it. Some "sketchy looking " guys kept propping open the door at night that would normally keep unpaid for " guests " out !

I liked that the hotel was easy to find as it is right off the exit. There are also two gas stations nearby and food places are within a 10 min drive. I didn’t like that I had to wait an hour to be checked into my room due to the hotel being overbooked. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of preparation on the hotel’s end. The front desk staff was very professional and kind though during this frustrating process though it should’ve been avoided or figured out before my arrival. Also, around 6:00AM a dog/puppy in another room nearby began to bark and was still going when I checked out at 11:00. I was not pleased to be woken up early and I find this to be very inconsiderate of the other guests.

The bath in the the room assigned to us was not cleaned up. We reported the issue and sought a new room. This was close to 12 am..it took 25 min to find a replacement room for us.. it was an upgrade to a suite. So I appreciate the sincerity. But it was a painful wait given how tired we were after driving 400 miles.

The smell of curry in the room was overpowering. The room was old and dirty with hair stuck on the bathroom wall, and the toilet that did not flush properly. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had ever. I ended up checking out 2 days early and getting a different hotel at my own cost. Truly disgusting.

The outlets didn't work in our room. There was a dead roach in one of our pillow cases. And the room was not advertised to be as small as it was. When we opened the sofa bed, we had to literally climb over our top get to the other side of the room. The bathroom was EPICALLY small and the curtain wasn't long enough to avoid a small pool of water to build up on the floor.

Overall a fine visit. Been here before. But this time... I had NO shower curtain, dogs barking up and down the hall, the air/heat did not work right, the TV remote was broken, and the refrigerator door was on backwards. You could hardly open it, up against the wall!

I stayed here for two days and while the front desk staff was very pleasant, the rooms were less than desirable. The room I was supposed to stay in wasn’t done being cleaned, so I was put in another room, with the staff telling me I could switch to the original room later. I wondered why. Well the room had a broken tv that looked like someones head had hit it, and it didn’t work. That and it sounded like WWE was going on in the room above me. I requested a room change. I was put in yet another room, and this one was infested with gnats. I was not moving again, so I sucked it up. I did not leave a nasty review because, as I said, the front desk staff was great. But now, I see I was charged an additional $500 without being notified. I called and asked what it was for. Room damage. Are you kidding me?? I am 58 years old and was by myself. I just slept there, as I was at work all day. I’m trying to find out what it was for, and am guessing the already damaged tv. On top of that, the deadbolt on the door wouldn’t slide into the groove. I had to place the kitchen chair under the knob so I could sleep without worrying about someone coming in. I feel like I was robbed. I spent a total of 687.06 for two nights sleep in a nasty bed?? I assure you this is going to be disputed, even if I have to take it to small claims court. I will NOT be paying for a new tv that their less than desirable clientele broke!! Do yourself a favor - do not EVER stay here.

Me, my husband, our 4 year old and two small dogs stayed here for a night. The area surrounding the hotel and the hotel itself was very nice and we felt very comfortable and safe. I saw no bugs, the bedding was clean, & the room didn't smell. The pool was nice and big! The staff was super friendly. Expedia overbooked the location and instead of you guys calling me to tell me of this, you waited until I arrived in person. The guy at check in even said he intentionally waited until I arrived to tell me that I do not have a room. I showed up at 7PM and was in panic to find somewhere to stay. Then the toilet backed up and we wondered when we got there why there was water on the floor In front of the sink and around the toilet, but I assumed maybe my six year old got water on the floor when she washed her hands. Well when we woke up Sunday morning the toilet was completely to the rim including feces. That makes me question the water that we initially saw on the floor around the toilet. Then Disappthere was very coarse long strands of black hair around the shower and shower curtain upon our arrival. I have the longest hair in the family and it is very fine and also colored. Then the hot water was very tricky to come on and you had to keep playing around with it to keep the hot water coming through the shower. There was no sheer curtain behind the blackout curtain so we could never open our windows because we were on the ground floor and anyone walking by would be able to see us, that would not have been so bad if there were adequate lighting inside the rooms. Then the toilet backed up and we wondered when we got there why there was water on the floor In front of the sink and around the toilet, but I assumed maybe my six year old got water on the floor when she washed her hands. Well when we woke up Sunday morning the toilet was completely to the rim including feces. That makes me question the water that we initially saw on the floor around the toilet. Then Disappthere was very coarse long strands of black hair around the shower and shower curtain upon our arrival. I have the longest hair in the family and it is very fine and also colored. Then the hot water was very tricky to come on and you had to keep playing around with it to keep the hot water coming through the shower. There was no sheer curtain behind the blackout curtain so we could never open our windows because we were on the ground floor and anyone walking by would be able to see us, that would not have been so bad if there were adequate lighting inside the rooms. We liked that the room had a lot of electrical outlets. We didn't like the size of the room, no ice, no ice buckets, their complementary breakfast was far from acceptable. All they had were dried muffins and honey buns.. No juices, eggs, bacon, nothing at all.

The area was fine but this hotel must allow both smoking and pets. I should have checked before I booked but I know not to go there again.

Got there and spent 20 minutes trying to get checked in,,,,computers were down and they could not or did not how to get them working,,,,the clerk had the manager on the line on speaker and when she told the we were waiting to check in I heard him say “ well they’re just going to have to wait,,,,that’s when I asked to cancel the reservation and left…. never to stay in an extended stay again poor poor poor

The staff was nice and polite and the spurts ding area is definitely one you can trust but inside the rooms wasn't the cleanest and the hot water wasn't working either. Was really disappointed & quite frankly disgusted.

The front desk lady was very welcoming warm and friendly despite the fact that she was working on Thanksgiving very helpful and I three days off there if I had to go there again I won't mind booking with them again or any extended for that matter

Check in took about a hour, room keys constantly stopped working, the floor was leaking water in the bathroom, there was no pool access, no breakfast, and no kitchen items were available for use to cook.

The floor in the kitchen and bathroom areas in my room was sticky. My shoes stuck to the floor. There was no staff around in the morning. The building just seemed to be abandoned.

Room not clean (window open, wasps in the room, previous guest towel on the back of the door, lots of hair in tub, sink and sink fixtures dirty, trash under the bed, dirty dishtowel in the kitchen drawer), couldn't get sheets for the pullout couch until 11:45pm (even though we stated that we had 3 guests when we booked the room and asked for the sheets as soon as we checked in around 5pm), pool was closed (no reason given by the front desk staff), and NO breakfast provided on the weekends (the website says breakfast provided - does NOT say that it's only provided on the week days), side entrance locked doors always propped open with rocks no matter what time of day we came in.

The bathroom shower was not working and we had to use water bottle to clean up and the floor was all with animal hair. I don’t even think they vacuum the room before we were assigned to the room

Muhammad was Fantastic too. Loaned Us his personal Jumpetr cables when we got stuck for a 3rd night. Room was Clean & Spacious!! My only complaint was that there wasn't ice in the freezer and we needed it right away. The trays should be filled when Housekeeping cleans the room. Greatest Hotel Staff that I've had the pleasure of Meeting in a very long time.

Nice, quiet, close walking distance for food and gas. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact the amenities was closed dued to the covid-19

Too cramped and everything smelled from pillows to towels to the room. I was given in a room that had not been properly inspected and verified by management to be housed for guests. No hotwater, stove not in working order and dishwasher leaked, flooding the kitchen floor plus. Response by staff was appalling and too despicable to be put on this page. You would think you were working for Extended Stay rather than the other way around, specially when charges were collected upfront. No housekeeping was provided.

It was all I needed for my quarantine stay after an international flight.

I was never told the room wasn’t clean at the time of check in, so im staying in a dirty room due to no rooms being clean. Microwave in the room didnt work. It was all bad

It was comfortable rooms could stand to be cleaned and checked a little more thorough under beds. And behind the night stand . Over all the bed was very comfortable and it was a great stay!

Horrible service. They never told me that they “sold out” in reality was that they didn’t have any maid staff to have a room ready. But they did collect my money rather eager. Este of my time. This is my second chance giving them a chance and let me tell you I will never come back nor I will recommend This properties to people, they don’t deserve to be even open.

Large space. Heater made noise. Key card had to be remagnitised a few times till I was told not to keep it close to other electronic devises. They gave me a small heater to use. Pretty good place. Friendly and safe. I actually left my suitcase in the lobby and it stayed there untouched until I realized it and went down to find it standing there. Was I lucky? I was happy!

Snd now it's 1145 at night. The staff eventually got me in, however it wasn't my best time. The room floor is uneven. About half way through the room, it shifts down. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is not contenental, it's grab and go.
