Staff very professional and responsive. They could improve on the general services such as routine housekeeping, which the guests pays a few upon request. Also, linen not replaced daily or cleaned. Guest has to clean, replace, or request new linen to get it. Ok stay, with room for improvements. Thx for your hospitality.

Very little No staff around. Front desk closed down in the evening and even by check out the next morning. No glasses or silverware or plates in the room. Only two towels. I felt like I had been left alone and with no one to help should I have needed it.

The weekend clerk was amazing and very courteous as well as sweet! She made my service dog and I stay wonderful.

My only issue was that the toilet wouldn’t flush. I would hold the flusher down and nothing happened other than hear the water run. After letting the water run, it would finally flush. Also in terms of soap, shampoo/conditioner, there was none provided so you had to ask which is slight convenience because by the time we got back to the room, the front desk was closed.

Bathroom sink didn't drain properly, one light didn't work, stove fan didn't work, had to ask for cooking equipment. This is a 2-star hotel with what seems as many long-term residents.

“Smoke free” Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. However the staff were nice and helpful. Convenient in proximity to dining and downtown. Affordable. I got what I paid for I guess ( $70 per night ).

I reported that the room smelled like cigarettes when I checked in and the desk person said they didn’t have any other rooms available to switch me to. After I checked out, I got a $270 charge on my card for a smoking fee! That’s criminal! I don’t even smoke. Avoid this place at all costs.

Always enjoyed my stay at the Extended Stay over at Rock Mill Road. Staff is friendly. Rooms are reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Glad that they got rid of the $100 deposit. Want to thank Angie at the front desk for accommodating my needs with checking in. She has been a great help.

Angie is RUDE and should not be in hospitality. Hospitality requires a person with people skills she has none! No heat in the room and she followed us around as though we were about to steal something. Just go somewhere else for your own sake!!! The room was full of MOLD

No body at the desk and the metal door rolled down. Hotel clerk ask if i wanted a refund before i ecer went to the room. It was dirty, smelled horrible and was not fit for anyone to sleep in.

The location is very convenient to highway and shopping but there are just too many roaches inside the hotel. Also I didn't feel very safe with it tucked away in the back and the exterior doors are supposed to be activated by a room key to open but the doors are always open (don't need a room key to open) and there being no front desk staff at night.

Basic, no frills hotel. Staff was very friendly, room was nice for an overnight stay or if you’re around on business. Room had refrigerator, 2 burner stovetop and microwave. I would stay again

No where on our reservation did it state we would be charged additional. We proceeded with our reservation and up to our room. We reserved a non smoking room and were given a smoking room that was filthy. Rugs were stained , bathroom had no toilet paper, hair on sheets and tub, burn marks on sheets . Also kitchenette had no utensils, pots etc and was dirty. Only reason we didn’t run out of there was because we had to be gone in the morning by 5:30am. Needless to say, we checked out in the morning

As I called to say, I was running late for my check-in, I was given the OK I had a room. As I entered the hotel, there were no rooms available, and I was not allowed to check in. I was charged on my credit card and not refunded. The gentleman did not have an answer for why I could not have a room even though I had made reservations.

Elevator out of order. I’m on 3rd floor. I’m 71. Had to carry all my luggage upstairs from back. Back door did not work. Some used a rock (already there) to prop it open. Secure huh? Plus a bunch of people just hanging out in the back milling around.

We got DNR'D for something that we had nothing to do with all because the person that worked at multiple building was jealous and mad because he was sexually harrassing me and my friend.

The room was extremely smelly, carpet dirty, there was even a big dead insect in the carpet. We were so tired after checking in at night, that we just sprayed the room and somehow passed the night. The washroom counter, toilet sear was dirty too.. Overall its just the location which is in a mall, is nice, otherwise its too unghygienic and bad

This Extended Stay America property felt safe, it was very peaceful and always quiet. The staff at this location were all very professional and helpful during my stay. Great amenities, and also very clean!

I got in after midnight on a Tuesday, navigated through the people loitering outside in front (apparently many people LIVE at this hotel), fought through the smoke and weed smell to find nobody at the front desk. Finally a woman came out who was very nice and apologetic, but she seemed to be in housekeeping rather than the front desk person. She immediately asked me if "all of them" are still out front (they were). It seemed like she was nervous about whatever was going on out front. I asked to get to my room so I could sleep, and she got me a key that opened a door, but the inside lock was on, which freaked me out. I went back down and she said "Oh somebody's in there" and proceeded to tell me about problems with the system. She found me another room that was different, but I just wanted to get in ASAP and lock the door, so I was fine with it. The woman who helped me was nice doing her best, as was the front desk woman who eventually showed up at my door and offered a discount, so kudos to them. But the hotel itself is populated with full-time residents who you won't want to surround your self with. There's apparently a reputation for incidents here, and the smoke smell is just nasty.

I didn't like that I had to kill several little roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen during my stay. I asked the front desk to assist, but she said she didnt have another room but she will go and spray home defense. I left for about an 1 hr. I seemed as if nothing was done. To make myself comfortable I had to buy a insect spray to use. Also on the each floor there is a Trash room, that was overflowing in the evenings. There is no maintenance in the evenings. My five day stay was eventually ok, but I dont think I would revisit. Also there is a lot of construction when you look out the window.

It's quiet, clean, staff is very nice and professional.

Staff, surrounding area. Locks on doors need to be measured properly, before screwing onto the door. Outside of that, room was clean, linens were cleaned, staff is amazing 😎💯

Clean good customer service

Booked a room with 2 beds MONTHS in advance and was told they didn't have one for me at check-in. The room was dirty, the parking lot was sketchy, we were missing pillows, etc. Dont stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. Honestly, no complaints at all. We'll be staying here for every visit to Alpharetta

Omg! Where do I start. 1st the night manager charged us for the 2 night stay. Then we had him reverse the charges. Then when we got to our room. It looked clean, we opened the cabinets and found hamburger buns, oreo cookies and 4 or 5 instant cups of mac n cheese. Guess the maid forgot to check the cabinets. Jumped in the bed because it was almost midnight when arrived. The pillows and sheets smelled like someone had been sleeping on them for weeks. The next day we had to rush out at 6:30 to get to our install. That afternoon we stopped at cvs and bought a bottle of febreze and sprayed the bedding down. Still exhausted from the late arrival and early rise for work we just took showers and went to bed. No lunch no dinner just sleep. Dont get me wrong the bed itself was very comfy but the smell was awful. Febreze killed the odors and were abke to sleep. The next morning when we were checking out the same manager that charge us for the room no it wasnt for incedentals, we told him the horror story of the smell and the left over food in the cabinet he actually asked us to give them a 10 10 10 review. If 10 was bad he would have won! Never again will i ever stay at any extended stay hotel. EVER!

The manager her self was rude! I told her about the dirty rags in the bathroom she told me that she placed them there her self? She shouldn’t even be a manger if she is placing dirty hand towels in the bathroom the toilet was dirty the whole hotel is just disgusting
