I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in.

My family had to go through three rooms and it was late at night when they arrived. First room had roaches and used soap in the shower. 2nd room the beds weren’t made so it had not been cleaned.

The bed was comfortable, everything felt right for what you’re paying. No complaints on my end. Front desk staff were very kind they even let me stay an extra 1–2 hours after checkout since my flight was leaving later than expected. The area also felt very safe and calm. I had no issue walking around there’s a gas station nearby and even a restaurant next door with really good food. If you’re not trying to spend a lot and just need a place that covers the basics and is relatively well located, this works. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

Was asked for I’d for both me and my friend who had no id .i was going to go ahead and take friend to uncles and stay but they canceled the reservation and said make another which i did and returned only to be told they would not let me with no reason given. I can only assume it was because I’m black and my friend was white. Did everyone in that hotel give an id- I doubt it and plan a legal course to find out. The gym has no communication skills and is not proffessional enough to maintain loyal patrons

It was decent. Clean. I did kill a baby roach in the bathroom lol and the hallway literally smelled like a nursing home. I’m not trying to judge or talk about anyone. I’m just leaving a review on what I experienced. I realize that people do live in Extended stays and maybe there was an elderly person living there, but it absolutely reeked of urine in the hallway.

The room is very clean and the young man at the front desk was very professional and polite.

There was a lot of noise all night long . A homeless person with bags kept running in and out by the room that I was in so I barely got any sleep . Other than that the staff was courteous, and my check-in went smoothly.

Let's just say that this is definitely not the place you want to bring your family. I arrived around 11:00pm, 3 hours past the supposed front desk hours. The instructions on the wall were to dial 500 and wait for assistance to check in. 1 hour later, and no one has yet to show up. Finally, a gentleman showed up and got me checked in. He was polite, yet didn't apologize for the length of time it took to assist me in checking in. I walked through the glass door to the elevator and was greeted with the strong smell of weed, a pet store & a fish market. The hallways were very dimly lit as well. I get to my room and everything just smells like weed. I am already regretting my decision to even check in, but after traveling all day, I was just ready for a shower and sleep. I ran the shower for 5 mins waiting for the water to warm up. It never did. Barely lukewarm. I finally made it to bed and at 3:00am I was awakened to a roach crawling up my arm. I'm not squeamish, so I just flicked it off and used my shoe by the bed. I left a few hours later and accidentally shut the door without my key card. I went downstairs, but there was no one at the front desk to help (at 8:00am). When I reluctantly returned that evening, there was still no one at the front desk. I called the 500 again from the phone on the wall and had to speak with 4 different foreigners to get someone to come get me a new card. This took over an hour, again. I packed my stuff and left. Worst place eve

I checked in and was not informed they had no hot water! I think that would have been a determining factor as to if I kept my reservation or not, but after I had already settled in and was about to shower I noticed the water would not get hot. I ended up going to a truck stop for a shower for $17 and after I get back to my room to go to bed I quickly find out I have slept on pull out couches more comfortable than the bed, it was terrible...

No bulb in bathroom light and no heat in the middle of winter

Receptionist was great. Rooms are older and need to be updated. A must better choice of bedding is needed; the mattress is so thin I can feel the springs in the frame it sits on. Would not recommend staying longer than 1 night

Staff was amazing My room was dirty literally had trash on the floor candy bar wrappers and such such the elevator is disgusting smells horrible. The drawers weren't put in correctly the TV was so damn you couldn't watch it and it was unadjustable and the room had a foul odor to it I couldn't place exactly what it was

Low price, cleanliness, easy and fast check in with a pleasant member of the staff. Full size fridge, convenient even for a short one night visit. Basic equipment covering most necessities. The mattress was semi firm and supportive like it should. Cleanliness was reasonable for a facility accepting pets. The full (double) bed was rather inadequate in size. There was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs, as if someone was jumping on his floor, and the dog barking next room. It was nearly midnight before the noises stopped. If it was not for all the noise, my rating should have been higher. Major omission, not a single armchair to sit and relax, just two small and hard table chairs. We had a power outage, I played a little with the switches and it came back. TV was not playing (maybe we had to pay extra?) Just as an additional piece of information, little luxuries usual in regular (as opposed to extended stay) hotels, like coffee maker or hair dryer, are not to be found here. We didn't miss them nor did we expect to find them, just be prepared if you plan to visit.

Fast and easy convenient check in the front desk staff was very nice the room was comfortable and quiet I had a good stay there every time that I have stayed at this hotel I've had a good experience I will also be staying back there again whenever I'm in town on business for work I highly recommend this property five stars

I only stayed here because I was very sick and didn’t want to transfer it to my sister who I am visiting from out of town. You have to pay for anything over 2 towels, which, by the way-one of my towels had to be used under my door due to the wafting of the Unbelievable amount of marijuana smoke coming in your room 24 hours a day..under the door and in every crevice of this disgusting hotel. My other towel had to be used on the floor because the bathtub leak and went all over the bathroom floor.. people stomping and rearranging furniture above me at all hours of the night and day and random people hanging out outside all hours of the day and night. The entire night people are slamming doors, running up and down the hallways… Beware staying here! Also, the beds are metal springs so every time you move it clunks and pokes your back. The fire alarm will randomly go off all night long- and then a sign will be up telling you that the fire alarm is out of commission.. so needless to say I had five nights of absolute hell on top of being sick and they double charged me on my last two nights. There was also the nice smell of dog piss all over in the hotel and like I said if I hadn’t been extremely sick… I would’ve moved somewhere else, but I was in no condition. I was actually told by the doctor that I needed to get out of that because the smell and black mold and dog piss was interfering with my asthma and the sickness I had. Don’t even get me started with the rude male attendant.

Room was in terrible shape. Water stains and mold in the bathroom and some type of leak had happened under the floor as there was very bouncy floor boards. TV didnt work, AC was very dirty and loud. The bed was beyond horrible. It was a thin (maybe 8 inches or so) lumpy mattress on a spring frame. Normally once I'm asleep I can sleep through almost anything, but that bed had me waking up in agony every 20 to 30 minutes the entire night. In the bathroom on the outside of the bathtub where the strip of plastic molding met the floor, it was separated away from the tub base and it was moldy back there. I wasn't looking for anything, but you couldn't miss it when sitting on the toilet and looking down. The kitchen was nothing but a cooking hottop and a fridge. Absolutely nothing (except empty ice cube trays) were provided. If you wanted dishware, you had to "RENT" it! For an extended stay place, this place gave you nothing; no in-room mini coffee maker, no guest accessible ice machine, NOTHING. When we left, we both thought we'd have been better off sleeping in our car at a highway rest area.

Never would I ever book here again. The room walls were so filthy and dirty. The fridge had burn spots literally all over it and the floors were sticky. Creepy guy just walking around the building all day & night. Early in the morning it sounded like someone was taking a drill and drilling it right into my wall woke me right up out of my sleep. If you are looking for a last minute spot and just need somewhere to sleep for the night, cool but anything longer then a day here I highly don’t recommend.

Walked in to room and found roaches, one was crawling on top of cooktop, saw 2 other ones crawling on bed, and one in bathroom sink. Room smelled like wetclothes had been left in room for a while. Floor was dirty. Went to walk with socks on floor and ended up with black bottoms and had to throw them away.

The staff was excellent. Let me start there. When I got there the room I actually booked wasn’t ready. Antwan put me in another room immediately. When I got in room 112 the TV wasn’t working. So Antwan put me in room 114. I went in my room and turned on the light. There were roaches crawling all over the fridge. I immediately walked out. I told Antwan he apologized and put me in room 124. I went in and inspected. Room seemed better. Went out with friends and got back. Washing up and the drain in the sink would not come up so the water wouldn’t go down. I ddnt even want to complain. My second night there…. I was exhausted. I was getting ready to go to sleep. I look up and there is a big roach on the ceiling….i got up and turned all the lights on. There was some baby roaches on the counter and the fridge. The front desk was closed so I had to deal with it and I ddnt sleep all night. YALL NEED TO GET PEST CONTROL IN HERE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

What shameful experience. It says clearly in the mail check in 3pm -10am. I had to sleep outside me my girlfriend and my dog . Unbelievable this place needs to replace some people ASAP!!!!. After all that didn't even got refunded

I mad the reservation and I get the the hotel and the lady at the front was extremely rude. And then she proceeded to tell me she can only give me on room because a lock didn’t work on a room and the told me so you can either sleep in that room or find something else and walked away from me when I was talking to her

Roaches- on the floor, roaches on my toothbrush. No front desk staff on shift when the roaches were discovered so we just departed for our 2.5 hour drive home (sleepy) around midnight. Do not stay here!!! (I've never left an unfavorable review before)

Horrible. Showed up to checkin and they told us they canceled our reservation the day before. Claimed they called to let me know, but they didn’t leave a message, all we received was a confirmation. Person at desk seemed to enjoy informing us that we had no place to stay after arriving in this city. We were left scrambling to find another place on the spot.

Nothing was unique. the receptionist told me my reservation was cancelled because of plumbing issues not minding I was coming from Texas, yet before me she collected money from a client into the hotel , when I questioned she said three rooms including the one I reserved had the plumbing issues not all room, but could not give me another room; she told me to my face I should go elsewhere, I stood there trying to find available accommodation elsewhere, she ordered me to leave the premises or she would call security. Security? she refused to let me speak with the manager, claiming he would come in on Monday and would not speak with me. she refused to give her name. really? hospitality industry? Never in my whole life have I met such a rude and irresponsible customer service. she had tattoos on her right hand with drawing of love sign and on her left tattoos like a whole sentence, with ruffled t-shirt with writings that had GOAT and she behaved like one.

It was worrisome from the start when we saw 3 police cars with their lights flashing as we drove in. I felt sorry for the poor check in person...had a very difficult time locating and completing the process so it took more than 0 minutes. Then when we went to our room, there was no blanket on the bed. I was told that the washer had broken so there was none available. At that point, I requested a refund which he quickly granted and I was most relieved.

Very very loud at night! Friday must be party night at the extended stay? Bring earplugs!

I had booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking floor. Asked them to move rooms but they said none was available. Went to work smelling like cigarettes.

Microwave and Fridge, you don’t really get anything else, so it becomes inconvenient if you are staying longer than just 2-3 nights. Staff are friendly and helpful.

We full in love with the people there

We are on our 2nd week of staying at this hotel. We've been one of the unfortunate victims of no housing surrounded by the Covid-19 pandemic. We lost our apartment a week before renters protection was put into place. As a result we have had to live in hotels, never intending on getting a pet while living under these circumstances. One of the biggest issues we've faced is finding pet friendly hotels that are affordable and provide that at-home feel as well. We on, occasion, have had no choice but to leave the locations we were fortunate enough to find that accomodated all of our needs due to gaps in income occuring related to the Unemployment Program. During those times we had to sleep in our vehicle. We once even had our vehicle stolen and had to sleep under stairs at a hotel in duluth bad that is enough reason to not take in a pet. It's difficult enough without the additions of having to factor in the pet friendly aspect. Its not been the easiest circumstance by any means and has put major strains on our relationship too without having a pet in the mix. However, about 4 months ago I was meeting with a mechanic and he had puppies on his back porch. One looked so sickly. Having mange and other health issues but that did not stop this baby from coming directly to me instead of fighting for food against siblings. He picked me and I i wasnt given a choice. I say he was a rescue but really he came to save us. Woodspring Suites has felt like home and he's so happy here. Thank you

Room was dirty on check in with other peoples condiments and plastic ware still in drawers. Hair still on the walls of the shower. Pillow case looked to have a blood stain on it. When addressed with the property manager he halfheartedly apologized while pretending to look at the photos I was showing him and blamed it on new housekeeping. Didn't offer to allow us to change rooms or anything and just had a nonchalant, unconcerned attitude. Our stay only got worse from there. All the employees are rude and never enthusiastic about doing their job which they are paid to do (except one girl with colorful hair, she was a doll) its impossible to get them on the phone or to get information, they make you feel unwelcome, uncomfortable and generally judged. Will never stay in any woodsprings property again.

We felt like we were staying in a filthy youth hostel. The floors in our room were so dirty, our shoes stuck to them. The halls and stairwells smelled horribly. No lamps... only overhead lights... no coffee maker... bring your own plates, glasses, forks, cookware, etc. if you want to use the kitchenette. Social distancing impossible in the tiny lobby... most guests and staff were unmasked.

Outside bldg was nice. The room was disgustingly dirty...hair everywhere, dirty spreads and sheets and the toilet didn't even flush.

The fire alarm went off around 4:30 am and caused me to leave earlier than I would have. No coffee available.
