    Great location to Ameris Bank Amphitheater! No complaint's. Easy parking. Easy Check-in. Comfortable bed. Breakfast. TV easy to use. No pool is the only thing we missed, but didn't have time anyway. Would stay again!

    The beds were comfortable and we were glad that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff wasn’t very friendly. As we entered and left we would say hello and goodbye but usually did not get a reply from the staff. we were basically ignored. Our room was supposed to be accessible but there was a tub and the seat that goes inside the tub was sort of a mess like it had been on fire and melted. I am glad that they were bars to hold onto, but a true accessible hotel room would’ve had a walk-in shower not a tub. In our bathroom the paint was peeling off of all of the walls and there was a smell as soon as you got off of the elevator that you could smell throughout the hallway. There always seemed to be sign that there was cleaning going on but you never saw anyone actually cleaning. And it was near the hall door.

    The room was absolutely disgusting. Dirt, scuffs and stains all over the walls, lamp shades, and surfaces. There was jelly or something died and sticky on the coffee table, which had the trim coming off. There was a blood stain on the blanket inside the duvet. The showers felt like I was in a college boys dorm room. The staff was unkempt and unprofessional. I would NEVER stay here again. It was a last minute work trip purchase and I didn’t have the time to switch to a new space. It was cheap, so I guess I got what a paid for.

    Staff was very nice room was clean The bathroom had No shampoo and conditioner No soap and the bathroom light when you turn it on the fan comes on with it and it very very loud noise was only given one face towel and my key card was not working waited 30min before I was able to get into my room after working a 16 hrs shift.

    The hotel has definitely gone down since the last time we stayed at this location. The hotel needs some maintenance done. The ceiling in the lobby area must have some leaking issues because the ceiling tiles are down and I noticed wet towels on the ground close to the area of the breakfast. The breakfast was slim picking. The bread was stale and seemed to be recycled food. During our stay the housekeeping was non-excited. The hotel was just "OKAY" .

    The front desk associate was wonderful! When we got to our room initially, the table was peeling apart with lots of jagged edges not safe for the children and there was mold underneath the mattress, and she immediately got us into another room and walked through with us to make sure all was well before walking away. I really appreciated her! And the price was very reasonable. We have stayed here for many years in the past. The first room we were given had a table that was peeling apart with lots of jagged edges not safe for the children and there was mold underneath the mattress. When we were moved to the next room it was much better, but the mattress still had stains all over it. Also, the next morning when we were at breakfast the cleaning lady was hovering over us trying to clean up (I understand it was time to pickup). But she would come and take things like the serving dishes or condiments when we set them down before we were finished trying to get breakfast finished for our 3 children. She was very rude.

    Bed was comfy and the tv worked. Inexperienced desk worker left alone for night shift and had to call another employee repeatedly for instructions. Major water leak in lobby area left guests walking on soaking wet towels and wet tile-was left like that for the 2 days I was there. No hair dryer in room and no loaners at front desk. The rookie desk woman didn’t know what to do. At 9:30 pm she called our room saying she was going to move us to a different room that had a hair dryer! I told her “That’s not happening. We are in bed. I’ll just deal with a bad hair day.” No paper or pen. Parking area at the end of the hotel was sketchy and had a path that various people were using as a shortcut walking through the parked cars. We had arranged for a late check out with the rookie and a manager when we checked in because I had a very early medical appt and another in the afternoon. We wanted to come back to rest between appts. 10:00am, Do not disturb sign hanging, and the maid knocks and opens the door and walks in. And don’t even get me started on the pathetic offerings for “breakfast.” Terrible.

    The bed was okay The chair in the room should have long been removed, the entire top oh it was peeling and quite unattractive. The coffee table was in bad shape. There was not a phone in the room to get assistance, so must walk out to the front desk. We stayed two nights and there was no breakfast available as they’d advertised, something about the truck not coming in but no credit for what they’d advertised and not provided. We regretted not going with the Spring Hill suites, they were slightly higher, but would’ve been worth it. Never again!

    The entire building smelled like marijuana. My room smelled like someone had smoked nasty cigarillo's the night before plus mold, it made me sick to breathe. The room appeared to be clean but the smells and employees were so sketchy I was terrified to even touch anything. I only stayed because I was here for a concert and had limited time to change hotels. Employees all appeared to be high and very unprofessional. There was a leak in the ceiling in the lobby, the entire floor was soaked and the water leaking was dirty. I don’t even want to know what that was. When I walked to the lobby for breakfast, the floor before the eating area was where the leak was and also the cook was lounging in a chair and jumped up as I walked in like they were alarmed to have a guest. I was too afraid to even try the food. I left as soon as I could the next morning. Walls are thin and you can hear every noise from neighbors and parking lot all night long. Horrible crazy experience. Management needs to rethink their staff. Take this review as your warning if you are considering staying here. Unless your looking for a rough place and enjoy the hotel to smell like marijuana on every floor. They didn’t even ask for proof of id or credit card at check in. Also, the guy at check in said “oh your the first one here” I have no ideas what he was referring to. This place was something else. Also my room key didn’t work. Three times I had to go to desk to get a working key.

Didn’t visit laundry room but I observed someone wshing clothes. It was clean. The room was very clean but I could notice a hint of “stale” air - not over powering. The fan in the bathroom was a little loud - score for the room 95. The breakfast bar was delicious - the overseer keep the area cleaned and stocked. She came to our table to see if we needed anything and explained in detail about the services. I think her name was Mary - the morning of October 9. She gets a score of 96. Overall, I give your hotel a score of 95.6. Thank you so much for your services. ❤️

    Everyone here is so nice and helpful and consistent. Rooms are so cozy, clean and quiet. You're minutes from the mall, restaurants, shopping and interstate 400. They have a great breakfast and huge lobby gatherings area. They are so accommodating and look forward to my next stay .. God Bless, Elizabeth

    I got to the hotel late after a long drive and when I got here was informed that the hotel had encountered a power outage that messed up the computer system. Chris at the front desk was great! He was super helpful and got me into my room. Had a great nights sleep.

I had to ask for a ’Do not disturb’ hanger for the door; overpriced snacks and no bottled water available. There were several people hanging around in the lobby and in the parking lot doing ‘business’ which felt uncomfortable and questionable safety. The staff would leave during their shift, so guests had to wait. The AC worked great.

    When I first checked in, they put me in a room that was not cleaned yet from the previous guest. That was quickly resolved. My new room was comfortable and clean, but literally every single piece of furniture was broken, stained, or had holes in it. The water smelled a bit sulfury too, but I doubt that had anything to do with the hotel itself. The bed was really comfortable and the location was super convenient to the amphitheater. It’s obviously an older hotel and it desperately needs a renovation, but it was fine for a quick 1 night stay.

    Staff at the front was unprofessional when we came in to check in. They were slouchy dressed sitting in the lobby area blaring their cell phone watching videos. Staff the next day was friendly and the worker handling the breakfast was on top of it though. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the room with a couch was very roomy. Convenient to the Ameris Amphitheater. We were there for a concert.

    Comfort suites is the best hotel. They are so accommodating and the check in is quick and consistent and they always have the most friendly staff. I'll always choose them and their rooms are so clean and comfortable and have a wonderful breakfast. Very quiet too .

The next morning, the desk clerk was sitting on the curb with her coffee and vape. Dried food rings on the desk in our room. We didn't shower, because room just felt gross.

    When we arrived, the guy working the front desk, Dee, was sitting on the couches and took his time to walk back to the counter to check us in, while on his phone. When checking in, he asked for the service fee of 6 dollars and when I pulled out my card he asked if I had cash because he had clicked cash. I said no. He asked if we could go run and get the cash and I said no since we had just driven 8 hours. He said he would pay for it. I brought the six dollars cash back later that evening after I went to the bank. When we walked into the room, the floors were dirty, as was the toilet and shower. There was old food crumbs and what appeared to be ground beef off of a pizza between the table and old, torn couch. The shower had brown and yellow stains in the bottom of it. The whole room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Meanwhile, the cleaning ladies were in the hallway chatting away. This was a common sight over the four days we stayed. They were supposed to refresh our towels and linens on the third day, as the pamphlet in the room said, however, that didn’t happen. The area reeked of marijuana and the smell would often come through the a/c. Overall, we will not be staying at this hotel again in the future.

I normally HATE hotel blankets and pillows (and the beds for that matter) but the blankets, pillows, & the bed itself in our room are divine. I was surprised we had a couch and coffee table in our room for the rate. The young lady at the front desk (little tattoo near wrist) was lovely and accomodating.     The staff was great, the little snack & essentials corner was convenient. The only thing that grossed me out was the mattress & box spring. They were stained and looked extremely old and unsanitary. Everything else was good which is why I still gave it 4 stars. Please invest in new mattresses.

    TV’s in room to small for the space . Fan in bathroom extremely loud when you turn the bathroom light on . Bed looked like it had been slept in front desk came to room with me upon checking in to the room to see if the room was clean . I asked her why was there a blanket throwers across the bed as if someone had slept in the bed already . She responded by saying sometimes they leave blankets throwers across the bed . The ceiling was leaking in the breakfast area .

    Tje6 gave us a dirty room with full of trash and wet towels on the floor. It took long time to convince them to move us into a new room. Finally they tried to charge us $2 per day fee on new room despite paid already at the beginning.

    Nice, clean hotel located close to the Roswell downtown area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was your typical free breakfast, not anything fancy. Area is safe and located very close to Ga 400.

    The elevator was not working, had to use the stairs to take my bags up and I have bad knees. The hallway had a bad odor, the carpet was dirty/stained and simply worn out.
