Pillow had blood stain, pool was dirty staff was not helpful, they said breakfast was included and then they said no. Not a good experience but oh well

The AC in the room had a grinding noise coming out of the vents, and the pillows were extremely flat/soft.

I had a great day. Everything was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing. The air-conditioning made a noise went on, which was annoying but other than that, I had no issues on the showerhead broke, but the property didn’t make a big deal so I didn’t either and I’m sure they fixed it other than that I’d stay again. I actually tried to stay again, but it was booked.

It was clean and staff was nice. However, we didn't like the fact that we had to pay for breakfast the next morning. They were out of any meats and breads except a bagel and we paid $30 for some eggs and one small waffle!! Most hotels have a breakfast self-serve buffet. We will consider this when returning to Atlanta.

This spot was a safe, cute and convenient for an overnight stay close by the arena for a show. Not high end, but would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. Very quiet except for the usual idiots that let their doors slam at 6AM, but that happens every where. Great location if going to a show at Ameris!

Great and nice hotel. We were very pleased with the rooms. The pillows were awesome and so comfortable! Only wish they had more choices in their little cafe. But otherwise, I would recommend it as a perfect place to stay!

The vibe of hotel itself was nice but just wasnt impressed overall. We come to apharetta yearly and I spend more money than usual to try this place and I cant say its any better than cheaper options in past.

This is always a great place to stay when we go to see concerts. The price is good and the hotel offers everything you need. It is also walking distance to restaurants and bars.

It’s easy to get to and close to a lot of things. the bed was very comfortable. it needs some refreshing. the bathroom door in our room was broken, and there were just dents and things on the walls. The lobby had a weird smell.

We got back to the room, moved a sliding glass door to get to the closets, the door must have come off the track and it exploded all over my girlfriend. We went to the front desk to tell them about the malfunctioning door, and to ask for another room, without a giant pile of glass, only to be told it was our fault. She told us she was calling the paramedics and the police, as we continued to calmly explain that it was a malfunction. She charged us a fee for the glass doors, treated us outstandingly poor, saying that it was impossible and referenced some horror movie. We paid a fee for the glass that broke and she said we would be reimbursed for the room, but we have not been, and we were left on our own to try to find a last minute hotel, in the middle of the night. I will be consulting a lawyer if all of our money isn’t reimbursed, soon! The person who treated us so poorly was the general manager, Shanna D. Rhodes Unacceptable!!!

Staff was great and accommodating. Location was great and felt like a safe area. The room smelled like string urine. The pillows smelled like mildew overall the cleanliness was terrible and was not worth the money.

Close to the amphitheater Room had broken door latch to bathroom. Broken towel rack behind toilet. Air conditioner front cover fell off and we had to swap rooms in the middle of the night. Appears housekeeping or maintenance should be doing more routine inspections.

My first room was not acceptable. The keypad did not have a cover on it. The rods in the bathroom were arrested. There was gum on the back of my remote control and hair in my bed. I went to another room on the fifth floor. The room on the fifth floor was better, but the iron was burnt so I wasn’t able to use it. I will not be staying at this location again.

The room was great. But you guys could add microwaves in each room. I was trying to watch Netflix but for whatever reason the connection was going in and out. Other then that it was amazing.

Aloft was a comfortable stay for my husband and I . The check in was easy and all the concierges were very nice . I was a little bummed that the pool was closed for the season but that was my bad. The hvac wasn’t hooked up to the thermostat, one of the power blinds was broken. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, as I was told I would get some type of discount for it, but I didn’t. Otherwise it was okay. And no parking as well.

There’s often only one person working the front desk, which means if that person is helping another guest, you may be waiting quite a while. On one evening, the bartender was actually covering both the bar and the front desk at the same time — he handled it with a great attitude, but understandably, it created long waits for everyone. Each time I’ve stayed here, there’s been at least one thing in the room not working properly (like shades or lights), which gives the impression of inconsistent maintenance. Since housekeeping only comes every third day, guests need to request restocks of items like coffee or towels — a good thing to keep in mind so you don’t find yourself without essentials early in the morning! Overall, the hotel is basic and met our needs for the trip, but it wouldn’t be our first choice when staying in the Alpharetta area.

They double billed my credit card and refused to give me a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. There's no excuse for this nonsense. Worst customer service at a hotel ever. Terrible manager.

The staff was friendly and pleasant. The shower was better than other hotels we have stayed at in the past. The hotel was generally quiet at night. The window shades kept the room dark and free of light. If you are looking for a room for a night or two, this hotel is fine. We felt the room was more like a college dorm room than a hotel room. Confined and somewhat awkward. Remodeling was ongoing during our stay, and the workers left paint brushes, rollers, and other equipment in the hallway seating areas near the elevators. The totally black hallways were a bit of a turn off. Small bath towels and no washcloths until requested.

Stay was terrible I was met with nothing but lies from the staff. I was interrogated and lied on like the typical “black people start issues” concept. I’ve never had an issue with this hotel although they are inconsistent, lack cleanliness and manners. I stay because its close to church and convenient for my family.

All the workers made our stay very comfortable. From the moment we walked in they were very helpful and very courteous. That made us feel like we have been there forever. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room was very nice and would definitely stay there again.

To whoever the architectural designer(s) is/are, phenomenal work of art on the room layout. The bed in the center of the room was genius. Definitely an upgrade from traditional design. It was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. There were also fun games to play in the lobby like pool. It's a great location being near so many shopping centers and the Avalon. My only downside is I wouldn't count on a good view given there's not much nature around.

Definitely one of the worst experiences ever, seriously Marriot you need to urgently evaluate the clerks you have at front desk, this young lady black hair, African ethnicity is by far the worst hospitality staff I have ever seen, has no knowledge of customer service at all; her rudeness was just unbelievable, I’m sorry but a person like her shouldn’t be at the front desk dealing with customer that’s completely unprofessional… I would never ever stay far Theo hotel, and if you’re considering this property don’t do it you better off at other ones like the courtyard at Deerfield, or Marriot brand …. Stay away !!!! And to even make it works there’s GM that shows a face … they all hide !!! Stay away very away

Our room was terrible. The blind was broken cord was broken to roll up and down the window shade. The lotion bottle on the counter was used and almost empty. Had no hand soap.was only happy with the fact the room stayed cool.

The stay was good but it was over booked. We booked a double Queen room but had to stay in a room with 1 king bed or find a new hotel. The check in staff was very friendly and apologized about the situation.

Our second stay at an Aloft. Really love the layout of rooms. They’ve thought of what makes a room comfortable and practical for your stay. Lots of surface places to open up suitcase's. Comfortable bed. Bathroom space very private. Rain shower has great pressure.

From the time we arrived to the time we left it was a perfect experience. Beautiful town. Next door to shopping. Desk attendant excellent. Room beautiful very modern and VERY CLEAN! The bed and pillows were soooooo comfortable. Only suggestion is to put more than 1 desk chair in room and make it a comfy chair! Noise level at night from cleaning team was noticeable. Otherwise perfect! Thank you!

Very comfortable beds, check in was super easy! We were able to check in in line. As soon as the room was ready, we got a text. Then a quick stop at the desk for the key pick up. Staff was very pleasant.

Room was very clean and spacious! Love the open middle of room lay out. Very modern and trendy but still cozy! Bathroom was clean and perfect for the two of us. The pool was not in season but the pool deck and outside area looked very inviting! Lady at the front was very sweet and welcoming. They even had samples of toothpaste ( thankfully because I can’t ever pack without forgetting something) !

Great check in experience. Tinesa (not sure if that’s her name) 2nd shift lady every night I was there from check in was amazing from my check in to check out! Even checked on us the 2nd night I was there without asking! So sweet and made a personal relationship with my kiddos! Only complaint was we couldn’t get air/heat just right! It was either cold or too hot! & the shower was weird, somehow was expecting a “tub” but no! Beds wasn’t as hard as expected, actually pretty soft but not to soft/firm! Close to dinning and shopping! Just a short trip for us- six flags trip and Atlanta Hawks game!

Elevators have a funky smell and hallways have a smell of B.O. which might be the carpet. Pillows were horrible. The staff was very nice and polite. Never staying at an ALoft again.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating.

The night service rep was absolutely nice we had to change our room once because the first room seemed as someone laid on the bed and food crumbs everywhere , but we went back down stairs to get this changed and taken care of and they did with no hesitation, thank you

Would highly recommend staying here. Snacks 24/7. Pool tables and rooms are huge.

Excellent hotel and room. Good comfortable beds. Wish we had more hot water. Water for showers where lukewarm .

The hotel was neat, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the bar was closed on the weekends. I came to celebrate my birthday so a drink or two would’ve been fun. Overall it was a nice stay and Ms. Crawford at the front desk was very helpful and nice. We will definitely stay here again
