I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room or in a common area outside the room. This is a basic amenity that is typically provided by most hotels, and its absence was disappointing. Overall, the response from the hotel management was unsatisfactory, and the lack of basic amenities made our stay far below expectations.

This is not the Marriott. But, for the relatively inexpensive price it offers a clean, large, quiet room that is comfortable. Easy parking

Rooms are sparse, but seemed very clean. No coffee maker or fixings in the room, so be aware of that if you need coffee in the morning. Room was relatively quiet. Overall experience was very good for the price.

1st room smelled really gross and they offered a 2nd room that was clean but room near a noisy kitchen staff area. You could hear people talking really loud like they were in a bar or something, we could see people eating. We were so tired we turned on TV to muffle the noise a little & passed out.

I honestly really loved the hotel, the staff were all so sweet. I had made a mistake with my reservation and they were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me with it. The hotel is also in a good location, Costco is right behind it! Overall great stay, I will certainly be visiting again.

I loved that this site was somewhat close to Dodger stadium (which was our reason for visiting) and in an area with various stores/food places nearby. I also loved that it offered free parking. We were warmly welcomed and informed to let the front desk know if we needed any amenities or someone to clean our room. The check-in and checkout process was also very easy. Overall, we liked our room, and it was a nice place to stay in.

Beautiful property with happy staff. Absolute cleanest hotel I have ever been in. Sometimes they are overbooked. I was not able to extend indefinitely. There are pilots and flight attendants at breakfast and I will now consider this a good sign. The buffet next door is awesome and it is possible to walk back from the buffet to the hotel with a short cut. Don't forget to ask about the gym, I think it is almost a secret.

Iived near Hotel 35 years. First time staying there. Lovely, clean, staff is so nice and accommodating. Room is very large and clean. very quiet. Unfortunately for me the buffet breakfast is Chinese. Many chain food places are within walking distance. I am pleasantly surprised about this Hotel and will stay again while my home is being repaired. Love the Hotel.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everyone was incredibly cordial, welcoming, and kind from the moment I arrived. The staff made me feel comfortable and truly cared about making my stay enjoyable. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and everything was handled with professionalism and a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and relaxing stay.

Awesome stay

The shower had nonslip mats which were extra dirty slippery with mold underneath and did not stay in place. I sprained my knee and hit my head since i stepped on the mat and mat slid under my feet. Complete hazard.

The hotel is a little old but the beds were comfortable. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The hotel was quiet and in a central location.

They have a security guard, so I felt very safe. The room was clean, the bed was good and the air conditioning was quiet and the temperature was just right.

Decent place to stay.

If you need a cheap room and nothing else this is your place. The staff are nice. If you bring kids please bring a firestick or something similar for the tv because their channel selection is trash. Also ni vending machines, but there is a Mcds, Carls Jr, Taco Bell, Ihop, 711, Panera, Poke, Albertsons and a Costco within walking distance.

If you stay here be prepared to bring snacks, drinks etc. No vending machines. Also the tv channels really suck(bring a firestick or something). Its clean. Spacious. The area seems nice. Everyone here is really nice!

The room was clean but spartan, amenities scarce. The breakfast buffet consisted of a few greasy Chinese food items, which they wanted $10 cash for, even to access the coffee urn in there. Seating was in a chilly patio.

Parking was easy, but the front desk staff struggled to understand English well enough to communicate properly… I couldn’t even get more towels because they didn’t understand what I was asking. My biggest issue is that I booked for 3 nights and had to leave a day early, and they wouldn’t refund me for the last night.

Everyone there is so nice and very respectful. Always greeting you whether you go in or out. We had to get their hotel within a month due to a family passing and they have always been really great!! We will definitely make this our designated hotel every time we visit California.

Just needed a spot for the family to sleep for the night. We arrived in the evening and left before breakfast, but it was perfect. Affordable, clean, staff was awesome and kind. The a/c was appreciated!! We'll definitely stay here again the next time we need a night or two.

This is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in! Staff was friendly. Conveniently located to the highway that gets you to Hollywood, Pasadena and other popular destinations. Major grocery store and Costco are within the block as well as fast food and sit down dining options. Very comfortable bed. A great stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. Property was clean and secure. The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to pay $15 for a breakfast buffet but I’d still give it 5 stars anyway. I would stay here again when I’m in the area

Stayed for 1 night, the beds were comfy, not noisy at night, & check in & check out was easy. Don’t expect luxury hotel though there were some dirty parts of the hotel in the bathroom like around the shower & the tub. I felt safe though & would recommend for someone to stay at this hotel especially because it’s at a good price. No fee for parking, breakfast for $15 each person, cameras all over on the exterior part of the hotel & interior. Albertsons across the hotel, McDonald’s & Costco next door.

Stay was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean. Loved that we were able to check in at 2pm and check out at 11am

With the rating that it had on the travel site we were using we didn't have much hope. But when we got there we were blown out of the water at how good the service conditions and rooms were. The ratings this hotel have been given do not reflect the truth. One of the best stays I've ever had for such a wonderfully cheap price.

The hotel was clean, good area room was nice, the only bad thing there was no cable, I would go back to stay there though.

The only bummer is that they don’t have a microwave in the room and you can’t connect streaming services on the TV, it comes with set channels that were not very interesting. Overall, amazing spot. I definitely recommend and would come back if I visit CA again.

Room wasn’t cleaned even though requested. Window looked out into a closed courtyard for Employees to work. Was awakened many times early in the morning when they worked.

The staff were very friendly! The room was nice and clean. However when the a/c went on its was alittle loud. Also, the tv didn't have internet entertainment. The bed felt very comfortable, and the pillows are wonderful. I like that they have a restaurant that opens in the mornings.

Easy to find with good parking. Security guard at entrance day and night. Great location across from food places and grocery store. Beds super comfortable! Tv service is lacking with mostly Chinese language Channels or infomercials. No ability to login to my streaming apps.

Service was great but the hotel was a bit odd. It seems like it’s a local hub for the Asian community. There was a strong cooling oils smell in the hallways and we were the only non-asians we saw at the hotel during our stay.

It was nice having a dispenser in the bathroom for lotion, soap, and conditioner. There was no coffee maker in the room, but most hotels are like that now. The walls in the room have a few stains but nothing that was alarming to me. Overall I enjoyed my room.

I’m actually shocked of how long I lived in LA and never noticed this amazing local hotel, now that I don’t live here. It’s nice to know that I have an affordable safe place to stay near my friends and the things that we wanna do.

The hotel has very nice staff who are very welcoming. Parking is very easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I really appreciate the security guard in the parking lot.

I reported the issue to the front desk, but the response was disappointing. They simply apologized and mentioned that next time I should request not to be placed in that room. I expressed my concern that such rooms, located next to utility areas, should not be assigned to guests who expect a restful stay. They then offered me a complimentary breakfast coupon; however, it was already 10:15 AM and breakfast ended at 10:30 AM. I declined, as I assumed only limited or leftover options would be available by then.I wish the hotel had taken my concerns more seriously and had considered offering a more thoughtful form of compensation in light of the inconvenience

This is my first time staying at this place and I think it’s great me and my kids and my husband we like to stay at hotels just to get away from home to make it feel like we’re on a little mini vacation sometimes it’s just me and my husband And we like to do reviews on hotels and so far I really like this place

Location is right next to the Costco and across from Panera and McDonald's and there's a plethora of other places right around the corner where you can conveniently get breakfast and other items. The neighborhood felt safe and there was always a security guard at the parking lot. My only complaint was that they never serviced my room my entire 5 nights stay but I was fine with that since I am a solo traveler and only came back to sleep for the night.

I was sick so I transferred the check in to my cousin. I woke up to pictures of bugs all over the room and her telling me she requested a refund. Her and her husband drove home. They said it was awful!

No power backup. There was no power and no proper breakfast was served that morning. There was hardly very little cereal and milk when we went for breakfast in the morning. The carpets I. The hotel was stinky and the parking area smelled bad too.

The hotel it's actually very good I didn't think it was expensive, if I have a complain it's that at least the room I stayed had bed bugs I have bout 6 bites from the bugs and my son also had some on his arms. This happen on room # 105.

I was pleasantly surprised how big the room was lots of space with a separate living area if this room also had a TV, I would of given the room a higher score but overall not bad would stay again and would recommend.

Pool has been closed since 4/1/2022. One main reason I choose the hotel was the nice pool with cabanas. No mention of pool closed. Very noisy late into night. Ice machine and doors slamming.
