Nothing, we did not stay here. The rooms were not just not clean, they were filthy and smelled horribly. I had an asthma attack upon entering the room and we had to leave so o could seek medical attention.

Room was spotless, staff was cheerful, and parking was free. Walking distance to several restaurants.

I stayed here before an early morning flight. The airport was less than 10 minutes away — great for transit travelers.

First of all, we arrived at 2 PM to check in. The app on Hotels.com said 11 AM check-in, and he confirmed that it should be 11 AM check-in, but it will not be until 3 PM before we can check in. I voiced my frustration because we just drove 12 hours to get there. He said give him five minutes and he will have a room ready for us. So we go into room 303, there is a dead cockroach on the floor, there is no trashcan, the shower was the dirtiest shower I have ever seen in my life. The whole room was just plain disgusting. Also, there was no toilet paper and the TV just showed static with a little bit of picture. I went back to the front desk and voiced my concerns about this and the lady there said she will switch rooms for us and give us room 302. Once again, the shower was disgusting and they had a cleaning lady come in and clean it and mop the floors. The bed was also disgusting and the TV had the same problem with static and a little bit of picture on most of the channels. He asked me if I would prefer a Roku for the TV and I said yes. Well, he never came back and brought me a Roku for the TV. Also, once again this room also did not have a trashcan. Oh, and I forgot to mention on the first room they gave us did not even have any toilet paper. Highly dissatisfied and will never stay here again.

The property was quiet and well-lit at night. Highly recommended for travelers.

When I arrived at the location, there were 11 police cars with police officers everywhere with their guns drawn. It was a traumatic experience and my daughter and I were terrified. We walked to the customer service area which was a despicable mess, the customer service was horrendous and we told him that we did not want to stay. They said " we don't have your money yet" talk to booking.Com. Anything

The room smelled fresh and inviting also the room was spacious well designed.

Never received room serviced no maid ever cleaned room. Ice machine was broke. Room smelled of weed. No towels were ever replaced no trash cans in room.

It was the worst hotel I have ever seen...never checked in .... Still waiting on refund... Nothing like the pictures found blood on the wall, room was not cleaned from last guest. Smelled like burnt plastic.

I booked this hotel because I was evacuationed from hurricane. Ater driving thru the night, I arrived and they said they had cancelled all online reservations. Said he had one room could might let me have. It was nasty and bedspreads unclean, smelled ever worse. I noticed cleaning lady going in and out of rooms with cigarette hanging out her mouth. He then referred me to place up the road and said would be same cost. (turns out it wasn't) His cancelling did me a favor. It did not look safe and the uncleanliness made me want to throw up. Felt I needed a shower after that. There was nothing luxurious about this place.

The outside smells of urine, there were multiple people walking around the property all night. The bathroom in our room had urine and cigarette ashes all over the floor and toilet. The front desk was nice but had to bring us towels, as our room had none in them. And a pillow because one of the ones we had in our room had blood on it. The neighborhood is sketchy and random vehicles passed through all hours of the night. Save your money and time and do not stay here.

The room was filthy. I had to ask for a top sheet and a shower curtain. Room does not have ANY of the things you expect in a hotel room: no light or plug in by the bed, no trash can, no soap or shampoo. You have to buy those separately.

I was certain that I would find the same here, but I was wrong. It is run down some, but very, very clean and the new owners are working hard doing a makeover.

They did not honor the rate I booked the hotel and it was booked way in advance. Tub and shower nasty could not take a shower had to go yo a friend house I was very disappointed with my stay never again will I book a room their I would rather sleep in my car.

Queen size bed was box spring only no mattress! So many people loitering. People continued to knock on doors, loud out side so I left right after dark.

Room had petrified food on floor, cigarette burns in bedspread,entire room and bed reeked of cigarettes, looked like blood on bathroom door, hair on towels and inappropriate noises coming from the room beside us ALL night long. Had to move my daughter to our friends room. Gave front desk a list the next morning after no one had slept and they refunded one room.

Staff is very friendly. Have a pool but could not use it yet. Use of the pool would make it a much better facility.
