The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was fresh with a nice variety of options each morning. Parking was easy, convenient, and felt safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again.

I opened the refrigerator to wipe it down and put my water bottles in, and there were plates inside. The sheets had food particles on them and there was hair in the sink. Very disappointing to say the least and staff did absolutely NOTHING to make amends except apologize. I will not be back.

Property looks great and well kept as well as new. In a good spot as far as shopping and dining. If you want spirits you have to go elsewhere, but they do have beer. House cleaning is only every 3 day which is a bummer though.

When taking a shower the tub wouldn’t drain. Someone put lotion in the conditioner and body soap in the shampoo. It made my hair feel like straw.

Notes: Bathroom Towels smelled like “smoke” when taken from the shelving. The bathtub was stained. One of the main walls near the thermostat was dirty and the thermostat was loose on the wall. Bathroom appeared to have been damaged by water.

There were loud banging on the walls, bumping extreme loud music played. No sleep/rest on our last night. The hotel staff were rude. They were not accommodating to service animals as they said they were. Staff were discussing problems they had with us to other guests.

I love that the property was clean, close to shopping area, the staff was friendly, easy check in, easy check out, the beds were comfortable, and love that the hotel was close to my event. I did not love that the hotel room does not have a safe, I hate the shower head, water flow was very, very weak, the bathroom door needed replacement, the bottom of the door was breaking apart, the front of the hotel lawn was mixed with dirt, looks as if the grass was not finish laying, kind of desert looking. Overall the hotel was very nice, décor was not bad, just needed a few repair that was visible to the eyes in the room.

I stayed in room 409. While staying at the hotel the bathroom smelled like strong urine(pee) which caused a bad odor smell, sink and tub had visible black hair indicating it had not been cleaned. Also, the mini refrigerator had a stinky odor. Plus, they only put one towel in the double queen room. I reported this issue to the front desk. However, I could not be moved because the hotel was booked. The young lady at the desk came up to the room and smelled how bad the smell of the room was during my visit. The employee was very nice and felt bad because the cleaning staff was off duty and no more rooms were available.

The staff was lovely. The room however had a dripping shower which kept me up at night. There were a number of family reunions staying that weekend which brougt noisy guests and children jumping around in the room above. Certainly was not a restful trip.

I was looking forward to a swim after work, but when I got there the pool had a closed sign. The next day I inquired about the closure and was told it was actually open. The breakfast was wonderful! The room was semi clean, meaning hair was in the shower and the soap/lotion bottles were empty, but the sheets were clean.

When I turned on the sink in room 424 Executive Suite) the entire knob came in off. The next morning I was pulling the hand towel off of the wall rack and the whole right side of of it came off the wall over the sink counter. There’s nothing executive about the executive suite either.

First of all, the showerhead was too high, there was no central lighting in the room space so it was very dark, and I struggled with plug ins on the bedside table. These are things I know come with the design of the hotel and can probably not be fixed. Other things we noted were slow draining tub and wet bar sink, tiles were loose, a drawer handle wasn't secure, provided trash cans were tiny and there were ant hills out in the parking lot that ensured my feet were attacked every time I stepped outside. (I realize the ant thing is a southern Georgia staple.) Overall, this hotel was a good choice for us due to the nature of our stay. Many of the things we mentioned are easily fixed or part of the wear and tear of a 10 year old hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

The bathtub was dirty and the night mgr came in znd tried to clean it ,but couldn't. He gave us extra towels to put in the tub and said that he couldn't clean it.

All was good. I felt like the young lady at the front desk could have been a little warmer. She was not there when I came in. After waiting for a few minutes, I said ‘hello’. She came out but was not very welcoming. It was almost as if I interrupted her. But when we later inquired about buying bottled water, she gave us complimentary bottles.

Front desk manager was borderline rude! Upon arrival she announced loudly to everyone in the lobby that my card that was in file was declined. I eas aware of that because the card had been cancelled recently and I already was handing her a card for the charges. She was curt and short. Showed no patience or empathy and carried herself haughtily as she went about her duties. (She was the manager on duty) She was accompanied by another lady who was pleasant, and answered our questions with kindness and patience. Manager had no customer service skills. She may be efficient however she’s robotic and unfeeling.

This was the most awful stay ever… I stay at the Holiday Inn Express every time my family and I travel. Prior to my arrival date I was placed on hold twice, the first time 40 minutes and the second time 15 minutes, I only wanted to upgrade my room if one was available. Arrived to the room and the toilet was stained with urine drops. Refrigerate freezer part did not work and melted all my granddaughter ice cream for her birthday celebration. The staff was very nonchalant when I asked for pool towels. Further the phone did not work in our room so I could not contact the front desk. Woke up Sunday morning asking for towels and wash clothes and was advised there was non available. My stay was awful although I love me an holiday inn express when I am away from home and need a hotel to stay in. My family and I was unable to shower due to no towels and wash clothes being unavailable prior to checkout. We were unable to finish my granddaughter’s birthday celebration because we could not shower so we drove back home.

Customer service was very welcoming. The tub looked a little rough but it was clean. Would I stay again, yes.

Some things need to be fixed in the room I was staying. The shower door knobs were coming off, the door seemed to not close all the way and the shower floor was peeling really bad. I didnt like the lighting for the room. You had to turn on all the lamps. I will stay again.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was excellent in the breakfast area. We were very pleased with the service and the quality of the hotel. We will return when the need arises to travel to Albany.

Stay was wonderful. I originally got the room because my heat was out at my house. However, I only stayed a few hours so I did not get to experience the whole experience of sleeping and getting their breakfast in the morning due to the fact that my boyfriend told me to stay with him but still appreciated everything

Unit 102 could use some bathroom maintenance. Caulking in the tub, resurface the tub, Re-stain the bath counter. Otherwise, the room was clean and in good repair as always at this specific hotel. The staff here is always pleasant. Missed the cookies (staff stated they are waiting for a new cookie oven.)

We only stayed one night. I picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. They do not heat the pool and keep it very dirty. For a holiday Inn express I was pretty disappointed.

This property is close to a large mall, but hidden away next to an apartment complex. It is being renovated, so things are not as good as they will be (hopefully). The hot breakfast is good; the staff obliging.

Quiet room, comfortable bed, convenient location

Always a good choice.

Old bathroom & entry door water damaged/swollen flaky bottom edges, dirt worn carpet where tile meets, shower stall grimy around bottom edges and entire glass, pork & beef sausages over cooked_dried out, bench seat way too low for breakfast tables,

When we arrived at the hotel, we were shocked at the area and the atmosphere of the hotel - people sitting outside of rooms, working on cars in parking lot, etc. We did not feel safe staying there with our 3 children so we drove away.

Was a mother/daughter stay... no selection for that below.

Breakfast was supposed to close at 9:30 am and they started closing it down at 9 am

The trash in the ice room area on the 3rd floor wasn't emptied the entire weekend so it was overflowing onto the floor.
