The breakfast staff was warm and welcoming at 9:50 a.m. when closing time was at 10 a.m. I was definitely a bit nervous about arriving to close to closing time. I could not get additional bath towels. The hotel was out of towels. How does the hotel run out of towels. My eyebrow did go up on this one.

I booked an accessible room. No accessible room was available upon arrival. My husband and I both have physical disabilities so having an accessible room is of utmost importance. Front desk clerk was very unhelpful, rude, and inconsiderate. Had to go seek hotel room elsewhere.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a serious issue with my recent hotel reservation. I booked my hotel through Hotels.com and received both a confirmation number and itinerary for my stay. Prior to arrival, I called the hotel to inform them that I would be checking in late. During that call, I was told they could not locate my reservation and was advised to contact Hotels.com. I immediately contacted Hotels.com and was assured that my reservation was active and that I would have no issues checking in upon arrival. Unfortunately, after driving seven hours to attend a graduation and arriving with my elderly grandmother, I was informed that I could not check in because my room had already been sold to another guest. Despite having a confirmed reservation and receiving reassurances from Hotels.com, I was left without accommodations after a long trip. This situation caused significant inconvenience, stress, and frustration, especially given that I was traveling with an elderly family member and attending an important event. I relied on the confirmation provided and expected my reservation to be honored. I would appreciate an explanation of how this occurred and request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused by this experience. I look forward to your prompt response.

It had a wonderful breakfast bar with very good food. The decor in the dining room as well as other areas of the hotel was excellent — modern and interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is nothing to dislike about this hotel. It is well maintained.

Hampton Inn. This property did not live up to our expectations for Hampton Inns. Facility is worn in need of update. Staff was not as attentive as usual for H I. Breakfast was sub par. Late getting out. Reflected poor management.

Upon leaving, I put all the trash up, you know put the dirty towels pillowcase etc in a pile and noticed one of the pillows had a small blood stains on it

Often had to wait. Also, asked for bath linens for second day and was told by receptionist that they would be brought the next morning. None arrived. So frustrating and unsafe.

Excellent staff with a warm welcome from Lennis and Kayla, and we had a clean and comfy room! We missed breakfast due to a car issue but the front desk clerk was helpful with directions and helpful beyond the call of duty.

I booked a double room but upon arrival I was given a king accessible. The hotel says that is what hotels.com booked but my reservation shows that I booked a double room which I showed the hotel staff. I was still given the king accessible. I like the design of the breakfast area. It was very inviting. The breakfast was delicious. The pillows were way too soft, they need to be upgraded to firm pillows. The hotel overall was very clean.

The guy at the front desk totally messed up my reservation. There was another party with my last name. He gave me their room. 2 hours later they walked in because they gave them keys to the same room. Then made it seem like my fault. Not happy with this place.

The staff were great! They were friendly and very welcoming! The location is close to a lot of places and shopping centers as well. The hotel is clean as well. Our tvs remote didn’t work very well but it wasn’t anything to not like at this location!

The beds are extremely uncomfortable. Pillows are the down like pillows. Very soft. Had to use 3 of them to equal to a decent pillow.

We stayed here when we evacuated our town due to a hurricane. We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

The bed in the room was very comfortable. The only down side was the towel holder on the bathroom door was very sharp. I brushed against it and received a pretty good cut. Recommend removing the lower towel holder from the door.

Our stay was one night so I didn't get to use or even see the swimming pool. With that said, The room and all we saw was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable, and we even got a noon checkout time. There was a slight problem where the bathroom sink was a little slow. We came across a manager in the hallway on our way to check out and told her. She immediately picked up her walkie talkie and put a hold on our room to have it looked at. Breakfast, while not homemade, was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, cereals, oatmeal, milk, juices, and coffee.

The stay was ok. It was a long overnight trip, so I took our fur baby, an emotional support dog. The paperwork is legit. As we checked out, we noticed we had a pet fee of $75. Now, it’s not about the money. My review that the night attendant said my husband and I snuck him in was a lie. We always use the side doors; just never one that liked to go through the front lobby but to check in, and clearly, she saw the dog. She couldn’t have told that lie, so if you stay here, ensure you get all the correct information. Also, she tried to bash the third party we used, Expedia. I think, as in customer service, you should not try to provide false information and compare prices unless that's your expertise

Please update facility more. The suites are not erogimacally convent. I.e. the tv should be on the wall opposite where it is- based on all bed positions- I got a crook in my neck trying to watch tv. Breakfast items were mislabeled each day, could have been better. The staff was really nice. Pool was green.

Grits pot was empty on day one…and the oatmeal on day two was not cooked all the way. They even ran out of forks on our first morning, and when I asked for some, I was told they had NONE. Hubby ate his waffles with a spoon. I mean, it’s a “free” breakfast, but they really could do better.

I refuse to stay at hotels where druggies stay so I tend to spend a little more and almost always happier and less annoyed. Hampton Inn was wonderful. From the check in via the lady that had braces (we had a funny conversation about them) to the lady monitoring the food this morning. Staff was great!! The room was very nice and I loved the pillows but the bed was a little slouchy. It was nice having the couch as well as the office chair and an additional fancy chair. Room and bathroom was very spacious, only complaint is that we had a view of the concrete slab on the second floor. No big deal but wow. The hotel seemed like it was full and I did make the reservation last minute. Breakfast was just what was needed to get our day going. We had our dog with us and there was a decoration on the table near the elevator that looked similar to a ball, in a dog’s eyes. I had to pull her back from it. Lol. All in all great stay and would definitely book again.

All good until I find a charge on my credit card for unknown reasons. Turns out they mistakenly charged my card. Sounds like anyone can walk up and charge items just by saying a room number. What?? They credited a portion and then I had to call back 3 times to finally speak to someone who could help me get the rest of the credit which takes 5 days to show up on the credit card. Just the hassle left me sour.

I absolutely love this hotel. Always clean and breakfast is good. Friendly staff. I left my daughters tablet by accident and they called to let me know. I’ve have many experiences where things in other hotels go missing but very impressed they called to tell me I left something behind and mailed it to me! High recommend this hotel!

I absolutely love this hotel. Always clean and breakfast is good. Friendly staff. I left my daughters tablet by accident and they called to let me know. The 1 night stay at the hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. The staff was very courteous with a fast check-in. The continental breakfast was very good and tasty.

The bed & pillows were so-so. My sleeping experience 7 out of 10 but other than that, the stay was amazing. The breakfast crew was nice and very attentive and the front desk service was awesome. The room was smaller than expected but I wil return.

The property was clean there was plenty of parking breakfast was wonderful they had real sausages. House cleaning didn’t knock on your door when there was a sign on it saying do not disturb.

My family always stay in Hampton inn and suites every time we visit Albany Georgia. Customer service is excellent. The room is what I expected clean.breakfast is good and service is excellent.

Clean and well decorated, nice bed

This hotel would not honor our Diamond status at Hilton because we booked through Hotels.com. Wouldn’t even change our reservation of two queen beds to a king without charging extra. Manager needs a lesson on customer service!

Did not like the Check-in process. The agent did not have the correct information upon arrival, which resulted in poor communication between the hotel staff and Expedia staff, creating an inconvenience for me and my family.

Hotel was close to Albany State University and convenient for our stay. Room and free buffet breakfast were great...no issues and we arrived late. Very satisfied.

My stay was perfect as always. The service is great and there staff was pleasant. The rooms are super clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. I stay there everything I have to drop my daughter off to college.

Nice hotel. My only complaint is the shower had not been cleaned. There was hair on the shower wall from the previous occupants.

Great just like home staff fantastic ,food delicious,didn't want to get out of bed will stay everytime I visit my home town.

We came to Albany for the Soul Sessions Concert featuring Te’a Milan and Angie Stone. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was great and breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's near numerous restaurants and shopping. In fact, the mall is right across the street with numerous other stores in the area.

This is a very well maintained property. Finally, a hotel of good value with a spacious bathroom. Will stay here again!

Went to Albany for a wedding. Great experience. Clean hotel, great parking.

Enjoyed my stay. Have two complaints. The hot water was not hot enough when taking a shower. To me it was luke cold not warm...this of course can be subjective. My second complaint is that I reported the bathroom light broken but it was never fixed. Nice hotel but unsure if I would stay again because of the water.

The Hampton was in a very convenient location. Close to food and shopping and other hotels. We were there for a funeral and family were in many locations. Hampton Inn personnel were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee in the lobby!! I highly recommend.

Stayed two nights...excellent in all respects....the best breakfast I've had at any hotel.!

The room was nice and clean. After a long drive and a day of moving my daughter into college, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

Only problem was our Tub did not work. We were in room 303. Shower worked fine, but tub would not fill. Other than that we had a great stay.

Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, clean showers cozy rooms.
