It says crib upon request online.. it even allows u to select that you would like a crib when you get there.. they do not have anything for lil one's to sleep in at all.. no extra bedding at all.. and their beds are a lil on the small side.. we had to improvise for a two year old to sleep bc they gave no extra bedding.. they told us to use the chair in the room which would not have worked at all.. way too small for the toddler to lay on.. very disappointed with my stay here

I'm not a big breakfast eater however the offerings were good for me. Coffee could have been a bit better. Location was great for access to I-20. Two large gas stations/convenience stores right there. Not much for restaurant food service except fast food. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and always cheerful and helpful Not very far (maybe 10-12 miles) to get to downtown Aiken for better dining options. A bit more to handle after a long day.

Door safety latch was missing. Toilet wasn't fastened to the floor. Rock and roll! Bottom of the main door was rusted through. Room 131.

This was the worse motel property I’ve ever stayed at. A complete dive!! Rust everywhere in exposed metal in the bathroom and vents and clothes rack/hangers. Broken toilet seat. Broken telephone in the room. Broken alarm clock. Hair dryer was 30 years old as well as the iron. Burned out light bulbs in fixtures. A smoking room when non smoking was requested. Paint, trim and everything in the room was awful. Stay away from this property at all costs.

I left to early to eat breakfast, but it was good the previous year when I stayed here. I was looking for two beds, but they were sold out. The staff was able to get me a room with two beds on check-in day! Yay. Thanks The toilet seat was loose or something. It made a noise and slid when sitting on it. The sink needed a stopper.

The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The bathtub was disgusting. The fact they charged $250 because it was the Masters when it’s typically $90 says it all. It’s not worth $90. I would never stay again. I asked to have our rooms next to each other & I was in the bottom floor & my sons upstairs.

Location The room decor was dated...carpet was not as clean..lock wasn't secure for me to feel safe bc it was broken ..there was no comfort feeling so I ended up leaving after 3 hrs..I didn't even ask for a refund..I'll never stay here again

Clean and pretty quiet Stayed here a few times. Beds are comfortable and shower has good pressure. Easy location to interstate Staff is very nice.

Staff very friendly and room was very clean. About the time we were going to bed to sleep, begin to smell, very strongly, someone smoking marijuana. Had to turn off the heater unit, but the order was overwhelming. Not sure if they were in room next to ours or outside their room smoking.

The microwave didn't work and the toilet rocked like it wasn't bolted to the floor. We also couldn't take breakfast food back to our room.

Great location for where I was travelling. Comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was right for what I needed. Not a complaint since I'm familiar with the area, this was a convenient stop right off hwy 20, not a resort stay, folks looking for "fancy" need to go in to downtown Aiken.

Check-in was smooth. Everybody was very nice and helpful. All requests were taken care of. Continental breakfast was adequate and readily available.

Stores were.close. The bed was like a couch pull out. I ran straight water thru the little coffee maker and it came out black. Everything that was metal was rusted. The curtains had a black stain on them. The room smelled musty. I woke up the next morning with my back in so much pain I could barely move from the bed. Everything seemed dirty or falling apart.

The property feels outdated and poorly maintained. While housekeeping did their best with what they have to work with, my room was far from clean or comfortable. I didn’t encounter any bedbugs, but the overall condition—particularly the microwave, the single thin, stained, and flimsy bedsheets and blanket, and the multiple layers of peeling paint—left much to be desired. The staff was friendly and genuinely helpful, which I appreciated, but their kindness couldn’t make up for the general lack of cleanliness. The atmosphere felt worn and grimy, and the presence of long-term residents was obvious. Strong, pungent food odors and the smell of marijuana lingered in the air while barefoot children ran up and down the steps late into the night. I didn’t feel entirely safe or at ease during my stay. If a full refund had been possible, I would have chosen to leave.

The staff here is great! The room was average, internet wouldn't stay on. Smoke alarm was missing, no hook on the bathroom door to hang anything on, the tissue cover was rusted. Mopboard looked untouched for quite a while, stains on the mattress cover. Breakfast is minimal, juice was watered down. Sheets smelled funny… only stayed here because it was cheap and close to the masters. Kind of sketchy area but if you’re looking for a quick cheap place to stay without the frills, this is the place.

The place was not good. it was noisy, bathroom door was all broken up on the inside, the beds were not Queen size stuff all over the room walls and blinds. The hotel said that they had no other rooms available at the time. Very very dissatisfied with this deal. I would like to our money back or a credit with Expedia

I really wish I had the foresight to take pictures and document how truly bad this experience was. At first, the room looked adequate for a one night stay before the Masters golf tournament. The front desk attendant was friendly, but the room was DISGUSTING. The rooms had obviously been smoked in, there were holes burned in the comforter and stains on the pillows and sheets. The restroom doors appeared to be kicked in and used tape to keep the door closed. Anything that was metal in the room was rusted and the shower was brown and covered in mildew. There were thick layers of dust on the toilet and it was obvious the counters were not wiped clean. Overall VERY POOR conditions. Would not recommend and I will be contacting Days Inn.

Room was clean and NO bugs. Bathroom had towels, soap,shampoo. Has a coffee maker, microwave [it worked] and a mini fridge . Tv was large had 60 channels. Hvac also worked. Will stay here again on my next trip. They do offer a continental breakfast. Wifi was ok.

The room smelled horrible like dirty laundry, feet, and dog food. I thought maybe making coffee would help cover the smell, but when I opened the top of the coffee maker it had fuzzy gree mold in it. The towels were dingy. One of them looked like it had been used to clean up animal urine! TV remote had grime in between the buttons. It was after midnight when I got to the room and I had had so much trouble checking in due to the guy not understanding or speaking English very well. Very disappointing.

I booked him a room there and when he arrived and WOKE UP the attendant, he was rudely and unempathetically told he couldnt check in due to a down system. he was then instructed to check bk at 6am! Mind you it was already 11 am when he arrived. Not only did he end up sleeping in his car, I called and was abruptly told there would be no refund or credit for a stay towards another night for the inconvenience. We basically gave Days Inn $75 hard earned dollars for nothing. Truly a HORRIBLE customer experience.

The location to I-20 is very convenient. Our room was basically clean and provided a place to sleep. We booked it for two adults and three kids. Although one kid ended up sleeping on the floor, I wasn’t sure if we were allowed a roll a way bed, as we booked last minute and arrived after 9pm. Beds were clean, but amenities looked to use a good wipe-down. The updates made were apparent, but the work did not appear to be quality. Paint was chipping and furniture was cheap. There was a noticeable chemical smell like it had been disinfected, which kept most of the bugs away. There were only two beetle like bugs in the room. For the price this was just okay, I hope they pay the staff well, they were very nice.

My stay was horrible. They moved me to smoking room. So that they can accommodate everybody that was here for the Masters. And since I wasn't booked a year ahead I understood that. Never complained. But once I got to this smoking room at the end of the hotel by myself may I add. I realize they had moved me away from all the people that was there for the Masters anyway. I had mowed in the roof of the bathroom. Housekeeping had just left the room she left the counter soaking wet, what are all over the floor and you can tell that she mocked but never swept. The room was a total mess so me and my daughter wipe down. Got a broom and cleaned the room our self. I did end up going to the front desk. Just to let them know that I was very unhappy. And the reply that I got was it is Masters week. I respect that but I don't think I should be single without because I wasn't there for the Masters. I was a paying customer just like anybody else. Room 122 is very very out of order. The room was very very disgusting. The bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere, all the dressers in the room were no good they had mildew inside of them everywhere, refrigerator was not cleaned out. This hotel should be closed down due to code problems. And don't let me forget about the false advertisement about free breakfast because they only got free cereal and waffles for breakfast.

The bathroom ceiling had mold everywhere, all the dressers in the room were no good they had mildew inside of them everywhere, refrigerator was not cleaned out. This hotel should be closed down due to code problems. And don't let me forget about the false advertisement about free breakfast because they only got free cereal and waffles for breakfast.

Front desk was very friendly, check-in was easy and quick. This is definitely a no frills hotel, could use some updating. Beds/pillows were not very comfortable. However, the area seemed safe.

Check in worked well, but the room had problems, the side of the bed closest to the door, light did not work, neither did the floor lamp in the corner of the room, soaps were very small, and in the morning I saw blood on the wall. Would not stay there again.

It was actually great. Larry seems like hotel quality has been going down as prices go up. This hotel had comfortable beds, nice staff, and safe parking. All I can ask for. Thanks.

If it wasn’t last minute and close to midnight I would’ve gone somewhere else. I had been driving all day and for safety reasons I stay here but NEVER again, people were up all night walking the parking lot. This place didn’t feel safe.

This hotel was described as a no frills hotel. That’s for sure! There was no entrance to the lobby, therefore, no coffee. There was coffee in the room but only made 4 oz. The white towels were not so white and the shower curtain was stained. The hotel itself is dated. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well.

The hotel was filthy as well as transients that stay at the hotel. Sheets were filthy and over all gross. Bathtub had dead bugs in it, smell of weed lingered in the air. It reminded me more of a pay by the hour type place.

It met our needs for a quick overnight stay to break up the long trip to Florida. The room was cool when we checked in. The coffee pot didn’t work, but McDs was just across the street.

Then hadn't check out and the maid tried to come in. Then when I checked in the first night the night clerk mentioned she didn't want to give me the back side of the hotel because it's bad. Kind of think I know what she was telling me that it wasn't safe.

Very unclean. Housekeeping came to the room daily but all they did was make the beds. Didn't empty the trash, didn't change sheets or pillowcases and they had stains when we arrived.

Shower wouldn’t drain, they brought draino but it didn’t help, we had a reservation for a king bed and I wish they would have just moved us to a new room. Staff got mad at this poor old lady trying to eat breakfast... there are just nicer ways to handle situations rather than acting disgusted at an old lady.. will never stay here again.

Nice hotel, refurbished bathroom, large room, no outside noise, close to I20, good hot breakfast

Did not disclose to us upon reservation that pets are extra fee although website says pet friendly. No sign at check in and did not even charge us extra at check in. Was charged 3 days after checking out extra fee of over $40 in pet fees on my credit card. Called to inquire was this extra fee was added, was told it was due to pets there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. Will never be staying there again

It was ok the rooms were clean as far as towels sheets an bed (NO bugs) but the placw is in need of new furniture the chair in my room had stains the lamp ahades in need of a change out stained badly an it looked like no deep clean had been done in some time for the price it was ok if uyou just need a good nigjt sleep an hot shower in morning but if you want super clean stay away the dirt was in corners like where vacum dont reach but having done thos kind of work I know it can be cleaner over all if you need a bug free sleep this is a good place

Close to the interstate was a definite factor when booking. The walls are paper thin. The guys in the next room woke me up just talking while getting ready to leave.

The hotel is just ok. The room is....well you are able to sleep there. It’s clean, if you don’t turn the light on, look on the floor, or in the corners. Like I said If your tired it’s a place to sleep and get back on the road. The area it’s located isn’t the greatest, and the frequent visitors that come to see the long term residents throughout the night are questionable. I felt like I needed to post a watch or something just to be safe..

The refrigerator didnt work, freezer was caked over with ice, my ice cream melted, hair dryer didnt work.

The staff treated us extra special. We arrived at 3 in the morning because of a late flight and they even let us get some breakfast after the time, when they were trying to put things away. Very kind. It was a much better facility than I expected.

Good breakfast choices and some hot food also, room was nice and clean, hotel was in excellent shape looked as if though recently remodeled, and staff were nice.
