The property was under construction no access to the pool the door would get stuck the water wouldn’t get hot the tv only had 4 channels the bed sheet was stained so didn’t look clean and it smells like wet dog staff wasn’t pleasant at all

N/A The Hotel called me at 130p to confirm my stay. Our party had booked 4 rooms which 1 was a disabled one to attend a graduation. Driving to the Dallas area from Louisiana when I arrived to check in, they had put someone in my reserved disability room the night before. It was reserved weeks in advance. The Only rooms available were on the second floor which the hotel didn't have an elevator. The representative didn't mention anything when he called to confirm my stay. Bad gets worse, he told me that I didn't reserve a disability room. When I showed them the printout, the hotel changed to I booked a disabled room with a tub. I showed them the details(disability with roll in shower) while asking them how can a wheel chaired person get into the tub. The hotel said that they had one that they could clean and make ready. After waiting 3hours, we checked into the room. You could tell that the room was not vacuumed.

The staff was very polite and helpful. However, I should’ve looked harder at the room before settling in for the night. There were tiny roaches scurrying around, the bathtub, soap/lotion dispensers were dirty, and the sheets on one bed had stains. However I at least brought up the roaches whenever I checked out to the staff and they made note of it instead of ignoring my complaint.

There was no parking available upon my arrival, and the surrounding area was very loud. When checking into my room, the room smelled like it had been smoked in every day for 10 years, even though it was a non-smoking room. The staff was courteous enough to let me change rooms, but it was an entire process that took half an hour. Upon turning on the water in my better smelling room, multiple bugs scattered from the sink. The entire place is in need of upgrades. Absolutely will not stay there again.

Room smelled; it was a mixture of stale cigarette smoke and musty/mildew coming from the AC. I dont think AC filters have every been cleaned or changed. Dead roaches everywhere. Stains all over the sheets. It was gross.

Also asked for extra towels they told me bring my dirty towels to the front desk if I wanted more and counted them and only then gave me clean ones. This went on everyday until I left.

Never used laundry room. No problems with the property. Sometimes the staff are not so nice. Key card is always deactivating so I have to stop by the office to make sure it is working. Other than that I haven't had any major issues. Overall, I would recommend.

If you are booking through the third-party red roof in Addison does not care to give you one of their cleaner upgraded newest rooms… if you do not book with them directly, they will most likely put you in the back of the Motel where rooms are full of roaches and carpets smell like pee. Unfortunately, when we request to move the magically seem to be fully booked for the night, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. I was able to find more affordable rooms in the area. I will not be booking with red roof no longer. They are not accommodating and management is not understanding nor care to accommodate your stay if you do not pay full amount for the night directly through them.

Everything was great other than my key card deactivating everyday. Somewhat of an inconvenience to walk up and down stairs after work everyday. Clean rooms. Nice area. Lots to do. Sometimes the next door neighbors are loud but other than that, I would recommend

Other than me having issues with my key card deactivating everyday and the noise from the room next door, I would recommend. I typically clean my own rooms when I book hotels so cleanliness was never an issue. I had no problems with bugs or pets. It is a little pricey for me but I love the location and the area.

Sleepable Behind a club, so there was a lot of people walking around from there. Smelled like weed and cigarettes everywhere. Roaches were around.

I do not enjoy that there is no ventilation system in the rest room and there’s constant mold accumulation in the toilet and on my ceiling

This is by far the worst hotel to stay at in Addison, TX. The staff in the office are EXTREMELY rude and racist. They do not like kids to be outside playing, even if supervised. They speak to you like you are not a human being. They will ban you and lie about it.

My stay was great! Having a pool right downstairs was convenient and I enjoyed it. The front desk folks were sometimes a bit dismissive or standoffish, but they were still helpful. My only big complaint isn’t with the hotel itself, but with the restaurant next door. The weekend patrons of the restaurant were often very loud and there was often yelling of obscenities coming from there. The sound carried to probably all of the rooms surrounding the courtyard/pool. Other than the restaurant patrons being noisy though, the hotel patrons/community were friendly, and the atmosphere felt happy and safe.

It was a great area. We personally like rooms with outside doors. If you're going to gripe its the pillows. We would have no problems staying again and probably will.

The rules for payment at this property change by the day. Front desk help is extremely rude.

Cons: Some people who stay there are low class and may be drug dealers. Stay away from the rooms in the back...im pretty sure drug deals go down there every night. I stayed there three weeks. On a few nights there was a tremendous amount of noise most of the night. Young woman who works the desk in the afternoons is totally unfriendly and not very helpful. I ran out of coffee in the room and asked for new ones. She said they only had decaf. Their laundry requires a tremendous number of quarters and theres no change machine. No free breakfast.

Stayed at this place for 25 out of my 27 scheduled days because I HAD to leave this dusty crusty place. The staff, all except for two of the room cleaners, were extremely unfriendly, and unhelpful. The first room I stayed in, was infested with roaches, and the area outside was also unclean. The second room was cleaner, and upstairs, but they locked me out of my room 2 nights in a row by deactivating my cards and they kept saying they didn’t know why it was happening. I was like a crab at this place, quiet, made no problems, had a long stay, stayed clean, and yet I was getting locked out at night in an unsafe area. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It was very unpleasant and honestly racist because of the car I drive the hotel thought I was selling drugs and call the police so we where pulled over for no reason and given a ticket because they didn't find anything so they gave us a red light ticket

Morning staff slow and tried to charge me 733 as a wekly rate for a room that was 84 total after tax a night. Which mathematically makes zero sense. I called the night before inquiring and the night staff answered and checked the room I was in and told me it was 433 for the week. My room smelled like mildew and there was mold. Never again

I found two roaches in my room. One in the iron and one by the toilet. Otherwise it was an ok stay

They came to clean out room and took a video of the sheets. And yes I am on my period and I did get blood on sheets. It just made it bad. No other hotel has ever done that.harrassement to clean room every 2 days.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the sheets and bedspread. The door stop was in pieces on the desk. It had a funny smell. I had to listen to street racing all night and a very loud party in a neighboring room. Some things the property could not control and I recognize that. Some things they definitely could. Thank goodness I only spent one night.

I never got in my room. They placed me all the wsy in the back, a single female. It looked unsafe, like human trafficking going on. Guys hanging around outside. I could hear a woman in a nearby room hollering like something was being done to her. My room key didn't work. I had to leave all my stuff outside the door and walk back to front office. My room key was recharged, plus I was given another one in case that one didn't work. Got back to the room and neither key worked. That was my sign to get out of that environment. Ladies walking looking like prostitutes. Just didn't feel safe. I asked for a refund and left the property.

I picked this motel because it has good ratings. I can say the room was clean, but not long after arriving we noticed roaches, and they just kept coming out.

Nice place to rest your body. Nice pool court yard. With tables and grille. Needs fresh breakfast.

My reservation confirmation was not honored. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for something that paid for so the room costed me, double and there was no courtesy and there was no help from front desk.
