    Was a very pleasant and comfortable stay for my family of 6. The suite was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay again if in the area.

    The Hyatt House at this location has served travelers and vacationers for over many decades. However, it's time for an upgrade as this property is outdated. The rooms, beds, and bathroom can stand a face lift. The mattresses on the bed are old and does have much support. The property is in a prime location but it's past due of a complete remodeling.

    Blood on the mattress ,pull out bed/couch stained with I don’t even want to know, carpet dirty! Some women in the parking lot approached us asking if we knew so and so and where he went then cussed us out!! Checked in seen the room checked right back out!

We have stayed here several times and sometimes there are plenty of forks/knives/spoons and other times there is 1 spoon, 3 forks and no knives. Cooking utensils are the same.     Sadly, there are long term or permanent residents there an some are under the influence and having someone banging multiple times your door @ 6 in the morning because they had the wrong room was not helpful or comforting.

    Location, two bedroom suites Lack of daily housekeeping. Out of seven days, the rooms were only cleaned twice, and the second time was when we requested it. The hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The bath plug was obviously blocked as I stood in water up to my ankles when I had a shower

    Location was in a nice convenient area Some black mold in the shower. The drench the rooms in the most offensive smelling room freshener you could find. Pictures are of a totally different location. Food like what was in the pics was not offered. Different pool, and rooms were much more run down than in the pictures. Pretty misleading

    I wasn't a fan of being charged an extra $200 for incidentals even after I called to confirm the day before and day of check in. The clerk proceeded to tell me that I didn't ask but nowhere in my initial booking, confirmed reservation or anywhere was this expressed or posted which I didn't appreciate after traveling over 300 miles from out of town. And once we went to our rooms they weren't the cleanest at all very underwhelming at the least. I stayed at this property years ago and was very disappointed because it wasn't the same. We won't be returning.

    Good neighborhood and good price Horrible hotel. Front desk manager wanted to give me 3rd floor room. I politely declined as I had alot of bags and he tells me oh its good exercise like he was in perfect shape himself. That should have been my sign to leave. Check in took incredibly long. They were speaking their native language not English to each other so I couldn't understand what was going on. I arrived to the room and it appears to be clean UNTIL you look closer. It's disgusting. They don't wash the comforter blanket. It had nasty stains on it and barely was white anymore. Disgusting avoid!!!

    The location is great! The price was amazing as well! We loved the space. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it would be great if you’re in town for a while. Our suite was setup like a small apartment. I did not like the shower. The water didn’t seem to stay at a steady temperature. Our dishes in the kitchen were dirty even though they were put away in the cabinets for use.

    The amenities in the room were good. It was a nice spot for my daughters and I to have a staycation. But the hotel advertised a bar and restaurant and that played into our decision to stay there. They said they do not have a liquor license, so take that off the site please. Also, the shower was awful. It was either scalding or freezing. No in between.

    My wife and I have stayed at the Hyatt House more than any other hotel in the Dallas area over the years. We like the comfortable rooms and the much morning coffee and breakfast. As seniors, they have always worked with us in meeting our needs. We recommend them to anyone.

    In the past I've stayed at Hyatt House in Addison, never had such an experience We traveled far, when reserving the room, over 2 months ago, I called and let them know that one of the people traveling with me is handicap, and they still put us on the 3rd floor, there's no elevators and now my aunt still can't walk and it's Thursday, not to mention they overcharged me in my opinion, totally unsatisfied and I will never be back

    Breakfast was the standard buffet. Morning coffee, tea, hot water were available. Fresh fruits were not so fresh, kinda soggy, and maybe days old. The main complaint I had, which I brought to the manager's attention happened when a member of our group couldn't get in because his key card didn't open the front entrance (not sure why, even though it worked with our room). Exhausted from work, he went back to his car and ended up sleeping out there in the cold for more than an hour after midnight. He didn't want to disturb us so he called the front desk, but no one was there to let him in. It wasn't until one of us in the group woke up past 2AM and realized that he didn't make it inside. She went downstairs to fetch him, didn't see any attendant, and opened the main door. If this didn't happen, I would have given this location 4 stars. If the response from management was more compassionate instead of asking "how many times did he try to call the front desk?" I'd probably give it 5 stars.

    I was thankful for the two separate bedrooms. Though upon arrival the rooms smelled of mold, shower drain was clogged and there was no real comforter on the beds. I should have brought an extra blanket. The grounds had litter that could have easily been picked up by the housekeeping staff but they ignored it. It was not a clean feeling at all. We did not even want to partake of the centennial breakfast because it just felt like an unkept place. I would only go back if I could not find a VRBO in the area to rent.

    First room had a leak of some sort, carpet was saturated and my bag got wet. Second room smelled very strongly of glade or air freshener, caused allergy attack.     First room had a leak of some sort, carpet was saturated and my bag got wet. Second room smelled very strongly of glade or air freshener, caused allergy attack.     The facilities were good but the kitchen was lacking Cookware and basic cooking essentials. Remotes for the TV's did not work, They removed soiled towels daily but did not replace them with clean ones. Ran out of toilet paper.     Called receptionist just to double check where breakfast was located because I was new to this hotel and since it was an apartment style hotel complex. I asked a simple question of “Where do I go to get breakfast?” And they kept saying “ma’am breakfast closes at 10am”. I called at 9:10am. So I was confused since I asked for location not time, but she kept only repeating “breakfast closes at 10am and angrier each time. And I asked one more time where breakfast was, and she finally answers “the lobbyyy?!?!?” In a very rude way. I did not speak to her rudely at all until after she said this. She then asked “anything else” and I said “clearly not from you”. Whoever this staff was completely set the tone of my day to a bad start and shifted my perspective on this property. This could have been an easy 30 second conversation, but only left a sour taste to the experience. Also did not have extra blankets for the pull out sofa, no hairdryer, and stains on some of the bedding. These things could have been overlooked if not for the rude service that was received unprovoked. I usually never make reviews but I have never received such rudeness before. Whoever was working the call at 9am on 10/19, I hope karma finds you.

Inside the room was spacious but they were not cleaned well, the sheets were dirty, towels were dingy, and the room was stinky. They were going to move us to a new room but wasn't much better. The property manager needs to do better because this could be so much better. I wont stay here again

    I mixed about the Hyatt House as there are. There are some significant pros but many cons. The location is great. The concept of a layout like an apartment complex is nice. The rooms are big and have all the necessities for a longer stay. And being a Hyatt associated facility you get some of the Hyatt perks like the breakfast and the bar and the cafe, The pool, stuff like that. On the downside is the cleanliness. You can tell that there is much neglect when it comes to cleanliness and cleaning. And the roaches everywhere outside of the room and some in the room are a clear indicator and red flag as to the cleanliness of this property. My whole family was creeped out by the roaches. Another negative is no elevators and I had the hardest time lugging my family's luggage up and down three flights of stairs in the Texas heat, I was too tired and irritated after that to enjoy any of the amenities of this hotel. Now the best part was the front desk staff were very helpful, especially when it came to helping me get back some of the stuff I left in the room. As I checked out they went out of their way and were very helpful and located when I left and got it back to me. So I am thankful for them and impressed by their service. And the breakfast food was pretty good.

    My recent stay was far below Hyatt standards. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, with worn furniture and decor. Despite requesting a lower-floor room for my wife’s post-surgery needs, we were initially placed on the third floor and only moved after repeated requests.     Worst experience with the manager Renee Scott. We are a family of 6 with a toddler and a newborn checking in on 4th of July. Apparently there was festivity that night that blocked the entire parking and we were not notified. As i was entering the parking lot she grabs my mirror and says i tried to run her over. There were people everywhere and she jumps out of the side and attaches to my car. Was not dressed in any attire that identified her as part of the staff of the hotel. Was literally a white shirt and shorts. Rolled down my window and she goes off that i hit her. Wife was with me and she had an earful. Most unprofessional way to act as a manager. She immediately told me she was going inside and cancel my reservation. I immediately tried to call Hyatt House and after 1 hour of on hold i got to someone that was going to have someone call me back. And they failed to do that as well. My wife emailed corporate as well and I have yet to receive an email as well. Ived stayed at this hotel a number of times. We will not be going back. I would still like to hear back from someone to voice my experiences.

    The first room had the disposal not working and had food in it and the TV changer was not working. The second room had the A/C broken and the compressor was not working. Then we moved to a third room where the dishwasher was liking badly on the floor of the kitchen and the carpet was filthy and broke like I show in the pictures . I don’t recommend it.

    The pool and the basketball court were the best things about this stay. The hotel is run down and in major need of a refresher. The breakfast was actually bad. Cold food, watery oatmeal, dirty tables, overflowing trash cans. The property was unkempt. Overgrown bushes and piles of leaves, trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Only 2 towels in room and lacking basic kitchen supplies, stove light out. Just not maintained. We always stay at Hyatts, but won’t stay at this one again.

    When we arrived and checked in, I discovered that the room we had actually booked with two queen beds was not available. Chris was extremely helpful and courteous, but was not able to resolve our dilemma, as it appears to have been an issue with the type of room displayed on the website not being available at this location. The TV in the living area had no signal and the maintenance staff had left for the evening, so that was not rectified until the next day. The room was fine otherwise, however there was a bad odor coming from the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. I had also called before booking to confirm whether there was a hot tub on site, however for the duration of our stay, the heater for the hot tub was out of order. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but not able to resolve all of the problems with the property. I appreciate the staff, but would probably not book here again. I do feel that the issue with the type of booking (i.e. single king vs. two queens) is a communication issue between the booking website,hotels.com, and the property, that needs to be rectified, or other guests will continue to have the same issue.

    The hotel is very much unprofessional , they don't know how to handle business the right way ! they wrongly charged my husband TWICE and took more money out because of "parking fee" don't make sense. all the hotels i been to dallas we paid our parking fee beforehand. this hotel is just money hungry and desperate.

    Staffs at frontdesk are pretty helpful; breakfast options are rich; utensils and cookwares in room are not well cleaned and the pot in my stay doesn't have a compatible lid and has condiment in it. Overall, with the price it charges, 8 out of 10.

    Staff was fantastic. The only issue I had was getting room service to change sheets. They did refresh every other day, that was nice, but getting full service (change sheets, leave dishes soap and refill shower toiletries) was a little issue. I will be staying her for a few months for work.

    I'll start by saying my wife and I worked for Hyatt for years and always try to stay at Hyatt when traveling. The pool area was nice and used by many but that's about the only good thing i can say here. No elevators to get to 2nd floor. If there was no one explained where they were. When getting to room we were told to go up the stairs and through this corridor that half the lights weren't working (very eerie). In the room the A/C did not work, Transition piece from carpet to hardwood kitchen was missing showing exposing the baseboard, Sliding glass door to shower off track and nearly impossible to open/close, stains all over carpet, outdated TV's which meant no streaming services. No iron board, no extra pillows or blankets, Alarm clock reflected wrong time and had a power supply issue. The building we were in looks like it recently went through some remodeling but they hired the cheapest crew to do the work. Bed was comfy, Clean sheets but we checked out after one night. We had talked to some helpful customer service oriented associates and some unhelpful associates who seemed more interested in getting back to their cell phone. When pregnant wife was expressing her concerns the next morning no one offered to help her move anything.

    This property is very run down and filthy. The basketball goals are in disrepair. The room only had one little small trash can to use. It was not enough to accommodate a fair size of trash. The sofa bed had a huge urine stain and there was no available linen for the bed, you have to walk back to the office to retrieve. The blanket we were given had stains on it. We asked for more towels and the attendant gave us towels that were still damp. 2 of the TVs did not work along with the air. It was quite warm in the room. There also was no hair dryer. There was caked dirt in the shower it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall this was more of a motel rather than hotel and I was very disappointed and embarrassed to pick a place in those conditions as I had family with me. This place is lacking in many areas and you will not get what you paid for.

    Tv was barely working. Would buffer and freeze called two days in a row and was told someone would be sent. No one came either time. Bathroom shower had some mold around caulk. Three night stay no room cleaning. Stayed many times here years ago. Would not go back.

    Overall the 1 bedroom suite was good in terms of space. However, house keeping was subpar…out of the 5 nights of stay, only 1 day our beds were made. The other days our beds weren’t made, only replaced the towels. It took them two days to bring a hair dryer. And the last day, only 1 towel was replaced. We were out of shower gel and housekeeping didn’t see I already threw away the bottle so no shower gel was replaced. This was the worst Hyatt experience so far…

    Maintenance was a joke . On my second day I asked to have the bathroom glass door to be fixed , it was stucked and could not close . The person at the front desk , who was not very receptive , tried calling the maintenance guy at 2:54 PM and in front of me I heard threat he said his shift ended at 3 PM and will not do it until the day after . My stay passed and I am still waiting for the maintenance person .

    Had high hopes due to location. Seems like it’s a converted apartment complex with long term tenants vs. hotel. Noisy at night, didn’t sleep due to random alert that went off 4 nights in a row about a sensor being activated with a random accent. Asked for no cleaning service twice and had it 3 days but, they didn’t remove trash.

    Housekeeping came in and took our old towels but didn’t leave us new towels. One of irons didn’t work well and the other did not work at all. The ironing board doesn’t even stay up. There wasn’t even hand soap in the bathrooms. We didn’t use any of the dishes because we didn’t really need to but there wasn’t any forks. There were two spoons and one small pan. The fridge was a good size and it was cold. The hotel is in a nice area and the beds were decent. The rooms were big and spacious for a girls weekend. But I still wished we would have spent more for a better hotel.

    I wasn’t made aware there would be $100 deposit when I checked in. Additionally I was charged $12.95 for parking, I was not made aware of this either until checkout! The person that checked me in was not friendly and had no compassion of the fact my mother who could not climb stairs was with me I asked for a lower level room but was told the only rooms available were on 2nd and 3rd floor!

    I’ve stayed at this property several times, it’s one of my favorites. Clean, safe, spacious rooms, easy parking. There’s a decent breakfast but it ends at 9:00, which can be hard for me to make it in time. The pool and hot tub are nice, and there is a lovely hangout area with picnic tables and grills, that I hope to utilize this summer on my next stay.

    This is an older property that Hyatt must have purchased and tried to redo in their Hyatt House style. The doors open to the parking lot. No elevator but not a big deal for me. Might be for some. I was on the 3rd floor so outdoor stairs walk up and down. The room was a bit run down but not terrible. It was clean. Star of the show was the bed (yay!). A good bed is more important to me than almost anything. The complimentary breakfast was terrible. Fruit was old and wrinkly. Eggs rubbery. Fairly typical these days for complimentary breakfasts. Staff was friendly.

    For the cost very reasonable and the amenities were perfect, nice breakfast, wouldn’t say the best as far is variety but the food was good, hot and plentiful!! I will say I had to walk across property to office at 11:30 pm to get linen for the pullout as I shared the room with my son and I took the pullout so he got a good nights rest… would have been nice if linen was in room, didn’t mind making it myself… would I’ll d absolutely stay again

    15 min in room. Above kids are running jumping off beds. Called to get switched but could access 3rd floor due to health conditions. Stil kids going while very unpleasant stay and charge for stay. Parking $14.00 day! Extra fee for no apperent reason

    Didn't like the fact that housekeeping started knocking on door at 8:30am when you have a 12pm check out time. Then when that wasn't bad enough....Used their key to just WALK IN the room while my teenage granddaughter was getting out of the shower wrapped in a towel. Front desk didn't want to hear about ANYTHING! Like it was our fault that THEY WALKED IN USING MASTER KEY!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
