Very nice place with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a family friendly atmosphere. Very quiet.

The property was exceptional! Very clean and very well kept. The only complaint was that my room door had a quarter inch gap that you could see through. I had to place a towel over it to keep it from showing. Nothing that couldn’t be done quickly to fix.

Its under construction so its noisy during the day and the pool isn't usable. The service is good and rooms were clean .

I love that Pace Hotel is right by many different restaurants! The parking is accessible the only thing I dislike is the complimentary breakfast I thought they would change up the menu for each day

It was a construction zone. Major renovations in and out.

The property was horrible it looked abandoned, the furniture was worn out no breakfast lunch or dinner was not aware of any of these things before hand Everything the pool was closed and overall bad experience

My room had roaches; because i only stayed one night for a baby shower the previous day i just gathered my things and left. No reason to change rooms if the building has them. I wish i could have gotten my money back or atleast part of it. Room didn’t look to clean either but that’s not a big deal since i clean my rooms upon arrival . But it is what it is.

This hotel is under construction and that information was not on the hotels.com site. Room furniture is old, but the mattress was good. The bathroom fixtures were old and almost not functional. The tub drained slowely, hot water was slow if it all, and the sink fixture had to be jiggled to get the water off. My flooring was renovated and the A/C was good. I will not stay there again.

Very old everything! They are renovating and the hotel was offering a breakfast on a brown bag. Overall price was expensive for the conditions of the bedroom old furniture! They need to make deep changes.

It was quiet & location was good. It is under major construction & remodel. Swimming pool totally destroyed. Free breakfast was a bowl of fruit only. Overpriced & double booked my reservation. Looks like a condemned building.

The location is the key advantage—conveniently close to the bus station and The Galleria Mall. There was ongoing construction, with a strong paint odor that was difficult to tolerate. The drilling noise made the experience even more unpleasant. The bathtub appeared as though it had never been properly cleaned with bleach. The desk chair was chipped and left residue on clothing. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and the room had a noticeable presence of fruit flies.

Overall this place is great, good comfy rooms although the walls are a bit thin. It's under construction right now and I'm interested to see what happens when the renovations are complete. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is being remodeled. It looked abandoned and molded. Not really a place to stay unless you have absolutely no other option.

A/C regulation was a struggle. Complex is under renovation so of course sections being closed off, breakfast being limited to pre selected bags, but I had a rowdy group and they never made us feel less than. Overall, great time.

When I got to the hotel, the email you sent me clearly said I booked two rooms. But the clerk kept telling me that there was only one reservation even though I was showing him my email. He refused to give me the other room. Incredibly frustrated I offered to pay outright for another room. Because I needed to go to bed. I figured I would deal with a manager in the morning when they return as soon as I got to my room, he came to the door and said he had found the other reservation, but it was under the other name of the person in my party. I was on the line with hotels.com Chad When they sent me over a screen grab that showed the two confirmation numbers and the names the reservations were under my question is… Why does the email you send not contain the same information? Why does it not contain the confirmation numbers and the names of the rooms are booked under? That would solve the problem immediately I have never had this experience with hotels.com.

This hotel is under heavy reconstruction. Not identified prior to booking. The parking lot is unkept. I caught a flat tire in my rental car, hours away from driving 500 miles home.

I think they should close while they are under construction. There is construction and music loudly from 7a - 7p it was uncomfortable.

The location is convenient The cleaning of the room could’ve been better I noticed a lot of small details that were overlooked. Wish they would’ve communicated that the pool was closed and the building was under construction which the construction wasn’t an issue until the check out date since they wish it would’ve been communicated what time the construction would start .

Hotel was under renovation at the time. There was a funny smell in our room. Free continental breakfast was advertised, however, only a bowl of fruit was provided.

You should let potential customers know that you are remodeling.

Respectful staff, great service. Construction on exterior left small pieces of styrofoam all over my rental car in the parking lot. No notification from property to move car. Picture attached shows how much debris was on the car after driving it for 15 mins.

Very horrible experience they shut down the water without informing any one and when inquiring front desk the only solution given was to get a refund and go find a different hotel.

They was doing construction work while I was staying there. It was very noisy. The bathroom was decent. but the bed was very comfortable.

they stay was fairly okay. The hotel was undergoing renovation. Kitchen was closed however the hotel provided to go bags for breakfast with some stuff to compensate.

Somehow there was a lot of ambient noise that made it into the room: one could hear neighbors talk, water flowing through pipes, the in-room AC.

It is being remodeled so there were ppl working on it outside my window.

I did not like that our room smelt like mold. I dont what they use to clean the bedding but my daughter got the hives. We where only there for 30 minutes and checked out. Would NOT be going back.

It was worth of what I paid (80.00/night) but no more.

While a great deal for the location, the reason is because it is under renovation. The water got room temperature at most, while certain things in the rooms where updated, other things were not and where falling apart like the desk chair. Shower curtain didn’t have a liner

The property is only minutes away from the doctors office I was having surgery at which made it very convenient to get back and forth if need be. Staff are nice and friendly along with a nice location and clean facility Breakfast in the morning was a bit lacking, but it may have just been due to something going on at the time.

The location and the bed were the only bright spots. Total bait and switch. The whole building is under renovation and no part of the building or it's exterior are clean. Windows are dirty, there is no ice machine on second floor. Ceiling tiles are water stained, elevator is wrapped in construction padding. So much construction equipment, trash and half full dumpsters that there is a lack of parking. Garbage is piled up in the parking lot, there is trash all around, exterior garbage cans are scarce and overflowing. There was garbage in the planters near the front door. Staff is either overworked or don't care, as the garbage stayed there for 2 days until I pointed it out. Food was terrible (my family tried it and was repulsed) and although breakfast was supposed to be 7-10, I went at 9 and there was no food left. Coffee in the lobby had a German cockroach climbing on the carafe. No lids for to-go coffee cups, no sugar. Three containers ers for different sweeteners, but all three full of imitation Equal. The pool was half full and deep algae green. I assume it was under construction, but the gate was open and there was no signage so children could wander into it if unsupervised. Other than the bed, the furniture in my room was in terrible shape (peeling faux leather). There was no hot water in my shower. The bathroom floor was dirty on check in, and there were stains on the door and walls. Closet door handle was broken. I tried to talk to the manager, but he wasn't there. Desk clerk told me when manager was supposed to be on site and called him, but he didn't show to talk to me. This is possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ...in any country.

Property was all torn apart due to remodeling. If it’s a full remodel just shut down for a week instead of actually being open.

Good for a short stay. Great price for location and breakfast included, just wish it lasted for a couple more hours. Furniture looks old, not in the best state.

The pool looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years...it was disgusting!! Room booked for 2 but only 1 towel supplied...called front desk to ask for more towels & was told to cime downstairs to get them.

The room was clean however there was no way to lower the temperature using the control panel. The room was very cold and the air conditioning system was extremely loud when running. It was impossible to sleep with the noise or the temperature.

I liked that it was convenient and easy. I didnt care for the breakfast....hardly nothing to offer, not even fruits. Also it was hard to get towels. And no access to printing

Zero hot water for showers two days in a row and multiple people experienced the same. Listing stated restaurant and bar, no there was neither. Huge crack in the ceiling above the bed.

I got a new room when I walked down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work in that room either. Bedsheet had a permanent stain on it.

The place was clean, the staff was decent, One of the things I really look for is breakfast, breakfast was late, the staff doesn’t even seem to care about coffee being made as it was cold. When I came downstairs to get some coffee, it was like yesterday‘s coffee. I stay in that very same area when I travel to Addison, I will not stay at this location again,

Great location. Plenty of eating options

First there is no restaurant or bar at this hotel. Second there was no hot water for most of our stay and the hotel GM only offered $60 off for out whole stay. I would not recommend.

We were there for 5 days and we only had our room cleaned once. The housekeepers all spoke Spanish only and understood nothing the hotel guest requested which made it harder to ask for towels or to please clean our room. Our shower was stopped up and left ring around tub from us showering and it got fixed next day, but they never still came and cleaned the tub until the day we were checking out. It’s only one ice machine which is on the 1st floor only making guest inconvenience themselves or take the elevator constantly to get some ice. Other than that the staff was nice and pleasant and if requested something they made sure it was done. The parking was limited and parking spaces were small.

Lady at check in was asleep when i arrived at 11 pm, she was still asleep when i checked out at 5:30. Dried blood on floor of bathroom both shower and sink wete stopped up. They did clean up the floor and fixed drains. Room was wore down. Needs updated. Would not stay here again.

Shower was not working

The second room had no microwave. the rooms were clean. The doors are old and scruffy. The breakfast area looked like someone set up breakfast at their house. Just not presentable. I am not going to another Radisson hotel in the future.

The area is great but the hotel is very average. It felt like a run down room. The bed had a bad smell to it & there was two mornings where the water did not work! The first morning it was only for about 10 minutes but the second morning it was from the moment we woke up and wanted to shower to when we finally gave up and just checked out about 45 mins later. The towels also had a very weird smell. Overall didn’t feel clean and again.. felt old or run down.

My stay was great. Perks yhey had is breakfast buffet, great aervice and clean room very quickly. Gym to work out and well lit area. Will definitely stay there again.

Couldn’t park in the back where we could see our vehicle because there was no lighting. It was extremely dark and the two light poles were not working. Shady people walking halls at night and playing loud music in rooms on weekend night. Bathroom door lock wouldn’t work and door looked like it was replaced from a flea market. No ironing board. Stains on carpet and chair. The desk chair cloth was coming apart on the top. Breakfast was okay but could’ve been better. Every morning had to ask for help with something.. forks, milk for cereal… Room was cleaned everyday which was great. However, had to ask for an extra set of towels everyday because they’d only stock us for 2 people. Our room was booked for 2 adults and a child. Overall, it wasn’t horrible and it was clean. We had stayed here in the past and it was wonderful. We had higher expectations for this visit.

The room was dirty with stains. We actually left the facility because we feared for our safety and chose to go to another hotel. I am appalled that Expedia would even recommend a facility of this condition. It honestly looked like a rent by the hour facility with very questionable people in the lobby and hallways.

Kind staff

Front desk agent was more concerned with coworkers, never even greeted me. Also never told me where the elevators were or the WiFi password. Also hotel seemed to be full but staff was not prepared to keep breakfast items stocked.

The rooms are large in this hotel. It is quiet and close to restaurants. Great place to stay.

Well, the hotel itself was nice, but the loudness of travelers was a bit much. The breakfast was ok but they did run out a lot.
