    Friendly staff but the property was so old and not clean at all. There was a lot of ants in the restroom, mosquitoes and dead spider in the from. The sheet didn’t feel clean and there was a stain on the pillow and terrible sound every time after using the toilet. My baby woke up with insect bites on his leg and stomach. Breakfast was bad

    Parking was convenient. Breakfast was bare minimum at best. Bedroom had a ceiling fan that couldn't be turned off. Room was clean. Location was near lots of restaurants. Stay wasn't terrible, wasn't great. For the price paid cant really complain.

    We had an absolutely terrible stay. The pictures listed of the property do not match the rooms. The room was dingy and had bugs and ticks on the sheets. We tried to push past the issue but the staff charged us extra after already paying for our entire stay. We had to place a $100 deposit down even though again, the room was already paid for after checking in. This deposit wasn’t explained and wasn’t refunded even after staff mentioned that it would be. Overall I would’ve given this “hotel” a negative rating if I could.

    Furniture was old and ragged, very bare kitchen essentials. No bath mat or rug which was a slipping hazard. Lots of construction. Even had plastic taped over our windows and couldn't see outside or get sunlight

    The set up of the property is very unique and cozy for a hotel, and the staff was very nice. My only complaints are that there were dead mushrooms that had grown out of the wood under the kitchen cabinets, and we found someone else’s flip flop hiding in the bedroom curtains. But aside from that, everything went well.

    The hotel is run by Indians. There is a woman that works at the front desk, who is absolutely a sweetheart and helped me get into the right room however there is a man that hung up on me when I called him to let him know that we needed towels in our room, which I find absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional coming from a representative of a. hotel chain in one of the best areas in Dallas, which is Addison. I called him back because I knew that he was rude, and I can just tell in the tone of his voice that he was annoyed by such a simple request as wanting two towels and two washcloths. I don't know if I will be staying here again. The rooms are great and you definitely get what you pay for, but this customer service has to change. If you're going to come to America, you need to adopt a more. respectful attitude.

    This property is a massive bait-and-switch. The marketing materials are a complete lie; the reality is a dilapidated, poorly maintained, and unsanitary environment. Specific issues in my unit included: Structural Neglect: There was a large, jagged hole in the drywall where someone had cut into the wall and simply left it open. Unsanitary Conditions: There were squished bugs on the walls from previous guests that had never been cleaned off. The housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Broken Furniture: Cabinet doors had fallen off the wall units and were left leaning against the wall rather than being repaired or reattached. If the photos had accurately reflected the holes in the walls and the lack of basic cleanliness, I never would have booked this property. It is clear that management has zero pride in this business and is content to take guests' money under false pretenses. Expedia needs to delist this property immediately. It is a scam. SAVE YOUR VACATION: DO NOT STAY HERE, LOOK AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

    The pictures advertised on this site must have been when they first opened. Our room was dirty, furniture was in poor condition and we did not feel comfortable sitting on the furniture other than the bed (even this was questionable). Maintenance came the first day while we were out and fixed a hole in the wall but left the trash on the floor. This trash was never cleaned up by anyone including housekeeping. I would avoid this place.

    When we came back to the room in the middle of the day, the door was propped wide open and there was plastic on some of the furniture. We had our belongings unpacked and no one was in the room. Apparently workers were fixing the WiFi and painting the wall. No one informed us of this work. We did not fell comfortable staying another night and found new accommodations.

    The pictures that are posted are deceiving. The lobby is being renovated so it looks like the pictures. The rooms are horrible. My first room had bugs in the kitchenette, air conditioning unit was loud as if about to explode. And…Neighboring unit’s marajuana could smelled thru the vents. I was moved to a different room. Fridge was dirty. We saw a roach in the sink, the dishes were in the cabinet but dirty, no dish detergent. Hair on the floors. No broom. To top it off, no hot water!!! The water only got warm. Front desk told me to let it run 30-45 minutes before using it?!? To top it off, there was a strange man wandering n the parking lot asking for cigarettes as I was leaving one day. He appeared to be coming from the back of the property and was on his way out after asking me. Too much. In hind site, it may be best to look at reviews in other sites to see customer photos.

    Food choices in the buffet kitchen were very limited. No butter, peanut butter etc for toast/bagels. Only strawberry jam. Apples only for fresh fruit and they were not fresh. No forks or spoons one day, only spoons another day. Pool was dirty, the whole week we were there not one staff attempted to clean. Kitchen floor in our room was not level, dips all over. Cupboards were falling off the cabinets. No spoons available in our room. Bathroom was very tiny. Couldn’t close the door. Bed was okay.

    Our stay was pleasant and the property was clean and had convenience of full kitchen with refrigerator and microwave as well as cooktop range. The buffet was decent but lacked having any available plastic forks. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

    I got a nice remodeled room, clean, nice conditions, comfy bed. Shower faucet needed some work, it was the oldest thing in the room. There was also a sealing fan right on top of the bed that was not able to shut down, front desk personnel came to check and they also were not able to do it. They were extremely polite and felt bad for not been able to help. Other than not been able to have a proper rest for the nights due to the fan noise and wind, I would recommend it and would go back.

    The staff that was present we’re all courteous and as helpful as they could be, but would tell you that they are in agreement with assessment that the management of this facility has no business working with the public. I was told when I checked in that our pet fee would be waived because of the length of stay we were having on the last day. The manager tried to reinstate that pet fee and demanded payment from me when I told him that we did not have the money. He became a rate and told me that I was taking money out of his pocket I believe that was very true because I honestly think that the manager takes those fees and put them directly in his pocket. I would recommend that Expedia Hotels.com and all other apps. Remove this hotel and no longer allow their customers to encounter this experience of ours.

First of all, the heater didn't work; it never got above 65 degrees in the room all night. There was no hot water and you could practically see through the bath towels. Not only were they thin, but they barely qualified as hand towels. It seems as if the management went cheap on everything. Freezing shower in the morning and a LATE substandard breakfast (not even close to the spread pictured), would not stay here again.

    It was a place to stay for the night. The room was not clean, they came and asked us if we used our room because they were going to move us. Went for breakfast and it was all put away at 8 am. Smelled like weed.

    My shower didn’t work. I got the room because I work at a hospital down the street and with the icy weather, I wanted to make sure I could make it to the hospital… I was so disappointed that I couldn’t take a shower after work nor did I get coffee. Plus the lobby didn’t have breakfast nor coffee. There was I sign in the lobby that said ‘closed’ And the desk had a sign that said the receptionist was gone for a moment and they were with another quest. If you don’t like showers, coffee, or breakfast this is the perfect place.

    I am a disabled veteran that lives on a tight budget so breakfast was not in the plans. Hotels today feel like they can do you any type of way and it would be okay.My room was located in the back of the hotel. The outside door was not locked and their was three guys standing outside smoking weed. I stepped around them and minded my buisness. My room had been renovated and it was nice and comfortable. I was impressed until the next day when i had a date and i looked for an iron. There was no ironin the room so i walked to the front desk but the doors were locked with no attendant. I went back to the roomand turned on the hot water to knock down the wrinkles. I go on my date with wrinkles in which my date noticed. I will not be returning to this hotel as i dont like being hustled out of my money. I see why people stay at marriott and hilton as they have what they say they have.

    I like that it was quite after the holiday There was a pool party that lasted well after 10pm and the sign at the front desk stated quite time started at 10pm -7am. There was weed smoke in the air I had to walk past with my 4 kids through the smoke. This property was a lot better when it was homewood suites. The WiFi barely worked and there was only 32 channels on the tv no shows for kids.

    Smoke free hotel but smelled nothing but marijuana also stayed one night got charged a 100 deposit and never received it back I know the room was left in perfect condition. Scratchy people here too. Don’t stay here try the red roof down the street looks way more full of people and nicer.

    I like that the King suite was spacious in the living area. I like the kitchen space. The bathroom in the king suites was nice minus a couple things. I reserved a 2 bedroom suite. I received an adjoining room. So I was charged $100 for incidental because technically it's 2 rooms. Not 1 bedroom suite. This was not explained by staff. Reserved for myself and 3 teen girls. We had 1 washcloth in the adjoining queen room. 1 in the king suite. 2 hand towel and a total of 4 dry towels. I asked for towels upon us leaving to go somewhere. Nobody came. Some of us showered at a friend's. We returned after midnight. Still no towels. The phone in the room didn't work to contact the front desk..The phone number on the website was not valid. The whole lobby was under construction. Nothing was stated about that on the website. They advertise free wifi Then stated it's only in the lobby. Which would have been an inconvenience..However it wasn't available due to lobby being under remodel construction. It said breakfast was $1per guest. Also crazy. But okay it's $1 cool. Nope no breakfast due to construction. They had a sign apologizing for the inconvenience. PUT THAT ON THE WEBSITE SO PEOPLE KNOW. The queen room had a smoke detector hanging with wires. I reported it. I was assured it would be fixed on our 1st night. I was the same when we checked out. The queen room had a few mini toiletries in the bathroom. The King suite had the shampoo, conditioner and HAND SOAP in the tub attached to the wall. Why the heck would you put a big bottle of HAND SOAP in the shower and not shower gel or body wash. The bathroom door was hard to close. Then I realized the hinge at the top was rusted and also detaching at the top. With the money I paid I was not satisfied. The queen room beds were OK. The king bed was super hard. With small uncomfortable pillows. Good it was 4 to make some comfort.

    First - we didn't know that this location was being renovated. As soon as we got there the front doors wouldn’t open. Second - the WiFi was only available in the lobby and not in the room; that was unexpected and an inconvenience. Third- the room was clean but the cabinets in the kitchen seemed old and some were about to fall off the hinges, the fridge rubbed up against the wall and the cabinet near the faucet. The toiletries in the bathroom were low- no shampoo, no body wash, the conditioner was extremely low. One remote for both TV sets that didn’t have all the channels. The breakfast and coffee were not good at all. If we would have know all this we would have cancelled the reservation. But we stuck it out because it was we had a place to stay for a reasonable price. We made this reservation a long time ago and with enough time to make this room ready or have a portable wifi extension to the room for the time we stayed. Very disappointed. Had to purchase items at a grocery store for the amenities that were not provided or not consumable. I’m sure once the renovations are complete this would be a great place to stay but not for our stay.

The outside looks really nice but the rooms are horrible. They must have people that stay there on a consistent because they were outside kinda hanging on the back smoking and just chilling like it was an apartment complex. Girls trip was good overall. We made the best out of the situation. But if you are looking for a nice place to stay, stay away from there. There are other hotels close by.

    The location is absolutely perfect. You have shops and restaurants everywhere around you. You are absolutely spoiled for choice! The staff were absolutely amazing! So welcoming! From the moment that I checked in they made me feel like I was important. They made sure that everything was done to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I couldn't recommend them more. There's a little gift shop in the main office and you have a large selection of different foods that you can cook in tbe kitchen in the room. They even have beer and wine! Great touch on a Friday and you forgot to grab a beer. The elevator can be a bit touchy. The kitchens could use a toaster oven and the breakfast needs a redo

    I don’t like to give bad reviews if I don’t absolutely have to. This hotel was just overall not a good experience. The first 2 rooms we were put in were dirty! They clearly had not been cleaned nor the sheets changed. There was something VERY questionable on the toilet seat that definitely was not safe to sit on! Sheets were dirty on both beds and the pull out couch was full of dirt! They were nice enough to give us different cleaner rooms! Saturday the fire alarm went off for a solid 20 minutes With no fire. Then the elevators didn’t work all day after that. All kinds of different people in and out all of the time. And the smell in the hallways is a story of its own. So very disappointed!

When we checked in we found that the bathroom door was almost completely falling off and was only held on by 1 hinge. We immediately called and asled to switch rooms. They moved us to a new room, when we arrived into the new room it smelt musty and we found that window had been left opened during the thunder storm and the carpet was soaked. When I told the front desk they stated that it has never happened before and pretty much made me feel like I was lying. We stayed 2 nights and the floor is still soaked. We wjll not be coming back to this hotel.

    We stayed at Addison Suites July of 2024 as well. We were in Dallas for business. Last summer, beautiful breakfast, laundry facilities, and reliable internet. This summer was horrible. The internet was spotty, tv was out for a week, and the laundry facility was in disrepair and broke down in the first week of the stay. Breakfast was lacking. Scrambled eggs most days, waffles, oatmeal. The drinks were limited to water, milk, tea, of coffee. There was juice maybe one to two days a week with usually one choice and none of it was on ice or cold. If someone was at the desk and that was not all of the time, I was always told it would be fixed the next day or I did not even know that the laundry was not working. This was no longer a Hilton property and the people that purchased it were remodeling three of the buildings. There was really no point to having key cards to enter the building as most doors never fully closed. Rooms were cleaned maybe every four to five days. We certainly were not heard when we asked about an issue. This was for business and I would not recommend this to anyone or to the program that I was doing. They talk about their amenities but in truth most were in disrepair or nonexistent. Also, the blinds in the food area were nothing short of disgusting. They had not been cleaned ever. I would have given negative stars if I could. I do not recommend this for anyone.

    The property itself was quite satisfactory. However, I encountered some issues with the receptionist, PK. Upon my arrival, I observed him yelling at a staff member, which I found unprofessional. Additionally, when I extended my stay by two extra days, PK repeatedly pointed at me and emphasized the no-smoking policy in the rooms. I clarified that I do not smoke and was informed of this policy during check-in. When I inquired about why he seemed to assume otherwise, he smiled as if it were a joke, which I found inappropriate. Due to his rudeness during our interactions, I requested to speak with the manager. It's important to address such behavior to maintain the reputation of an otherwise good establishment.

    These suites are just fine for a stay. Inside the building is clean and comfortable with some noticeable wear and tear. Looks like the building is being eorked in though so hopefully improvements are coming! I had to leave very early so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast but that is a nice perk. Would like to have had a water bottle in room though. Rooms are pretty soubd proof. Overall, good stay.

    Few warnings -- the shower door bars aren't actually attached, so don't try to use them to steady yourself, the sofa with the bed looked so old, I cannot see how it could possibly be comfortable, the furniture is ripped/stained, and our bathroom ceiling did have what looked like mold in the corner. Overall, if you need a cheaper place to stay, and can tolerate a bit of sketchiness, you'll be fine. On the positive--the pool looked clean (we didn't use it), the staff was wonderful, parking was easy, and there are a ton of things to do in the area.

    We travel freuqently as a family and even the "good" hotels are all the same and basic. Not this one. It checked all the boxes plus some. The room and lobby smelled great and were immaculate. The young man working the front desk was so so kind and accommodating. The area was so quiet even with construction going on. The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Just overall the best place we have stayed

    Since checking in the person there kept going on about how cheap we got our room rate and proceeded to give me the cost of the room. I found this unnecessary, because they chose to advertise with a 3rd party. Nothing was explained regarding what amenities were available, no wifi, no pool towels. I expected so much more and it was not it. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as well as not stay here again.

    Don’t stay here ! The service provided from this property from checking in to check out was terrible. At check in they told me my reservation was canceled when it was definitely not canceled it took them one hour to check us in and figure it out. Requested pack & play advertised in amenities and they did not provide. WiFi was not working, the numbers on the door were broken and on the floor or taped on. Requested the room to be serviced one day out of five and they provided 2 towels when the room was reserved for a family of 6. The pull out sofa bed smelled like piss. They did not have pool towels available. The rooms smelled musty and the AC made a weird noise all night. No one at check out for 15 min so we just left. Terrible stay would’ve preferred a refund and booked somewhere else but they said non-refundable.

    Property says they have WiFi on the property and they infact did not have any WiFi. A/C was not working inside room temp was 80F which to their credit they did eventually fix. The room smells musty almost like if there was mold at some point. Dead bolt does not work on the door. No pool towels. Had family staying here as well their mattress smelled like pee. Shower faucet would not stop running constant noise when trying to sleep. Fridge door would not stay closed and would barely keep anything cold . Reached out to Expedia during my stay and they reached out to the hotel who’s only comment was “they should have said something “ which is fair but that doesn’t fix the fact the property was in this condition to begin with. Breakfast ends at 9am which is advertised to be fair but who wakes up that early on vacation seems like a way to cheap out on not feeding people. Also when checking in front desk kept saying “Oh you got this very cheap very cheap we charge way more per night this is very cheap” seems very unprofessional all around would not recommend staying here. Better off staying at a motel 6 to be honest.

    First off my room was clean however the furniture and bathroom were well worn. Outside my room the corridors were in rough shape and the ground. The exterior doors were either non working or they were propped open which is a safety concern for myself. As I waited in the lobby several guest came to complain they were not given the room they booked or they didn’t have the reservation at all. It appeared that most of the occupants booked through 3rd party. Only resolution the front desk gave was a total refund and they could go to another hotel.

    The room has everything you’d need for a weekend stay, except good lighting. I didn’t want to open the windows for everyone to see inside either, so the room remained dark. The couch bed was really uncomfortable but the AC was amazing. The shower temperatures were great, but the style shower we had did make a wet mess.

    Addison Suites did my family and I right .I have no complaints other than 1 of the 2 rooms we booked the ceiling fan didn’t work but the ac was perfectly fine. The rooms were very clean , we enjoyed the pool and the front office staff were very hospitable. Many restaurants to choose from in the area and highways were very close. Perfect for the price.

    This property used to be a Hilton Homewood Suites. It is not anymore. It is seriously in decline. Just about everything is broken and very shabby with age and abuse. This place needs a serious infusion of TLC and lots of capital to get it back up to par. I will not be staying here again.

    Of my room and I was needing assistance, no one was at the front desk and I couldn’t use my key card to get in the building. This was at night coming back In from dinner. Luckily my other room key was in my car and someone came out the building to get back into My room. I wouldn’t stay here again. If u stay in the back it’s very dark back there!! Not enough lighting to feel safe from burglary ect. The property was clean though. The rooms were alright! I did love how comfortable the bed was and the coverage from lighting on the windows. Very dark so u can sleep. Kitchen fully staffed with dishes, microwave ect. It was decent but not up to my taste.!! If ur on a budget in a nice area then its ok to stay

    When I gotten to the suite I thought it was an apartment complex. I went inside to check in it was easy. But finding the room was hard took me maybe 20 minutes to find even when asked for help. Once I found the room, the key DID NOT WORK. I went to the office and they followed me back to room to open door. I assumed the key was fixed. Little did I know I left and ran some errands come back to room door would not open. Had to go back to the office. Mind you I been going back and forth since I checked in because I couldn't find the room. Now I'm locked out and have to constantly asked to be let in to the room. Why, I have no clue. I just wanted another room were the key actually work. Nope I was stuck with the room I had. Plus I had a plus one and it was not easy trying to leave room. One of us left while the other stayed to make sure the other can get back in the room without disturbing the front desk. I was annoyed with the door not being able to come and go as I should.

    For the price that I have been paying for a hotel room I am able to stay here with is similar to an apartment. The room was very comfortable, roomy, and the breakfast was the same as what I got at a regular hotel, even with the rooms having a kitchenette.

    I was in a 1st floor room. The noise coming from the room above me was almost unbearable. Stomping across the floor til 9-10 o'clock at night, banging, things being dropped on the floor. Sounded as if they were renovating the room. The roof drain downspouts just outside my room were overly loud, and with constant rain for the two days I was there, just added to the noise from above. Dogs yapping down the hall the first night was another source of lost sleep. Have stayed at the same hotel previously, without any problems at all. It appears the management and or ownership has changed, as there is plastic covering the signage of the hotel as you enter. I may stay again, but will think long and hard before making a decision.

    It’s clear it was still transferring management/ownership, so the hallways were run down and smelled of old cigarette smoke, but the bedrooms were nice and clean and mostly updated (we had a remote in our room that didn’t go with the new fan). The lobby area was nice and the staff were excellent. They even gave us a little welcome bag (just some water and cookies, but nice cos it was unexpected). Full breakfast was good. Our only issue was finding it- Maps hasn’t updated with the new name so you really need to enter the exact address. It will likely get better once they’re fully renovated and staffed.

    We checked into the hotel and was sent to a room that was under construction. We got a different room on the other side. We went inside and there were bugs crawling on the kitchen walls, the pull out sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, the tv remote was filthy and sticky. The room itself looked like it was rushed through some fixing here and there, but the money was more important than the time & quality. I also kept getting told I would receive a crib, but never got one. I will says, Johnny at the front desk was phenomenal- very nice. That was the best part of the stay.

    Breakfast was cold every morning. Staff has zero personality aside from housekeeping. They always said hi. Front desk always seemed bothered while sitting down in the lobby watching tv. Tried calling front desk multiple times from my cell since my room phone didn’t work never got an answer. The only friendly front desk person was the gentleman who checked me in. He was great.

    It is clear to see why this hotel is no longer going to be a Hilton Hotel. The property was very dated, we had a cockroach in our room and a carpet beetle in our daughter’s room. The stairs were rusted out and my husband and I both tripped walking down them. The toilet ran, the bathtub dripped, the fan didn’t work in the bedroom, the water in the sink smelled fishy and worst of all the windows didn’t lock!

    Our room was completely disgusting, the beds were stained and so was the sofa. The room was just awful and gross. I did go to the front desk and the staff member was GREAT! He was super helpful by all means, I know it is not his fault on the conditions of the rooms and he did try to accommodate us to a different room. The other room we got smelled like urine. My first time booking through Expedia & LAST time too! Expedias customer service was awful they wanted to charge me for something that was not my fault, even the hotel staff tried talking to them and they told them the same thing. Between my room and Expedia I will rate it a 0. The only thing I can rate a 10 was the staff member that tried so hard to help me and my sister. He was so helpful.

    We had six people and four bath towels and when we asked for extra towels we were told to check back later as they ran out. Never had a hotel not have extra towels. It did not make sense why the pool was closed but someone would be cleaning the pool every day. When we were informed the pool was closed, we dealt with attitude from the staff. No one ever told us the pool was closed when we checked in. There was only ever one staff member available at the front desk and they didn’t seem interested in doing their job as they were constantly on their phone. The rooms had issues. It didn’t look like things were ever cleaned, only towels and sheets were changed every other day. When you offer a king size bed, you should use king size sheets. The sheets and blanket on the bed were for a queen and the sheets never stayed in their place.

    Not off to a great start! Arrived at 1030pm. I booked a king suite (which has two bedrooms) this room almost 1.5 months in advance. Also added specific note NOT a sofa bed due to back problems. I called 3 days before we arrived to ensure our room was guaranteed and we had the king suite. Agent said yes!!!! we got here only to find out our room was oversold! Then proceeded to tell us we do have 2 double beds -NOPE got into the room and it was one double and a sofa bed the very bed we asked NOT to have! The door is also next to an entrance exterior door that has a broken lock into the building- not very secure. Moldy broken bathroom tiles, see pictures. Cant even use the WiFi because we aren’t technically checked into this temp room so name and room doesn’t even match! We chose this place because we like Hilton. not recommended.

    We stayed here for 8 days for a work trip. Our first 3 days we had no hot water then the next 3 days we had our drain not work and waited for it to get fixed. We then had an off day on Sunday and the pool was closed “until further notice”. It was an all bad experience but the front desk guy Herbert was very helpful through it all.

    For the price and name the hotel carried, it was well below my expectations. This property was more of an apartment building converted to a hotel. The front desk gave little to no instructions and handed me a paper with multiple grammatical and incorrect thought statements.
