This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there

Breakfast area was closed. Most outlets and/or lamps were not functioning. Had to move ROOMS due to broken ac in the middle of the night to a room that was not a king size bed as originally paid for. wasn’t comped well for inconvenience.

The bathroom was disgusting-toilet wobbled and not secure, used bandaid behind the door, desk chair was filthy and old. Breakfast was limited to sugar cereal and waffles. This property was barely habitable. Walked in the room only to be greeted by an unsightly brown stain on the bed cover. There's no way the cleaning person didn't see it. Was turned off immediately. Ended up foregoing the 2nd night. Would never recommend this filthy establishment.

the convenience to my son’s house. The door to the room did not close properly. I had to slam the door in order for it to close. Could barely get the lock to lock. The comforters were dirty. The tub was extremely dirty. There was black dirt crust all over the tub as if it was. It cleaned before our stay. I did not feel comfortable in the shower. The shower curtain was dirty. The room had an odor. The tv was extremely small. The were spider webs on the stairs. The stairwell wall was wobbly.

The hotel wasn't bad. The bed was clean, so were the linens and towels. There was no breakfast provided. My only issue was the smell every time we walked through the door. The interior of the rooms need a makeover. But for the price, it served its purpose.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. Very warm personality. The room fits the name of the hotel: Quality and lots of it. Its location was also perfection with several restaurants, shops, and gas stations less than a mile away from the hotel.

Our room has a door in front of my bed and the guess in the next room. They were talking, laughing and singing the whole Night The Mirror One It’s hanging in the wall and then another one is in the bathroom smell like incense it wasn’t Clean it

The motel is in an unacceptable state—plagued by a broken shower faucet, missing towels, and a filthy, foul-smelling carpet. To make matters worse, the pool is covered and completely out of service. Definitely not the experience one would expect.

Nothing. The entrance is tight and hard to navigate. The rate was $35 more than my reservation rate. I got charged a random $25 after checkout. I was kept awake by noisy guests in other rooms and outside on the breezeway knocking on my door until dawn. The towels felt like sandpaper and stains everywhere in the room.

A/C unit was very noisy and needed repaired, Swimming pool was closed Appeared to have been closed for a while and was one of the reasons we booked .

The bed spread had blood stains on it.. the middle blanket had stains.. it had a strong deodorizer smell.. the floor was wet when I got up in the middle of the night.. I had to put towels down because it was gross.. the people were not very friendly there..

Internet wouldn’t work until I had to call a phone number and still only got 256kbps. Room was very small, did not match pictures. Booker a stay for 5 days and checked out after the first. Hotel would not refund my payment.

They didn't put extra towels or pillows in the room as requested, and when I asked at the front desk, the gentleman acted like he was unable to do so. The advertised continental breakfast wasn't very continental. There were only packaged muffins and cereal, no meat or eggs of any kind. When I went down to get coffee from the breakfast area, I couldn't get back in my room. They had turned my key card off, so I had to go back down to the front office to get them to turn it back on.

Front desk was friendly and accommodating checking us in. Area around is a bit sketchy, but thats no fault of this hotel. Over good stay.

The young lady working there was super nice and tried to accommodate us. The first room, the heater sounded like a truck sitting in the room. The phone didn’t work. The second room was decent but the heater never blew warm air. It was cold air all night.

First the guy at the desk had an attitude then to make matters worst he checked me into a room near the garbage that was all over the ground when I got into the room the blanket on the bed was dirty with stains and bleached out marks then he had an attitude about switching the next room was all the way to the back of the building giving alley don’t recommend and room recked of smoke the whole stay was trash

Nothing Dirty put me in a smoking room. Said they didn’t have my reservation then said well I see it but can’t give you the room you paid for.

The room was greasy, the air conditioner made a very loud noise we couldn't even sleep with it on. There was splats of stuff all over the walls. The sheets were great and gross. I was afraid for my small son to even be in the room. When we first got there we strongly considered leaving and going somewhere else. We had other family that were not in a position to do that and felt obligated to stay. We didn't even take our belongings into the room in fear of what would come of it. I strongly suggest if you have family with small children you should stay somewhere else. I don't often write these kinds of reviews, but I feel the need to warn others if you are traveling and looking for somewhere to stop, go elsewhere. The neighborhood and other guests were very disturbing as one guy was up all night working on his motorcycle. There were other guests sitting in their cars drinking watching other guests. Very concerning.

Big room very spacious, clean and good location They said they are “pet friendly” but we found a sign that says “ no dogs allowed in this area” in EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF GRASS AROUND THE PROPERTY!!! So where is the pet friendly? Where in supposed to take my puppy to the bathroom?!

I was second guessing my decision at first i arrived i went to lobby and was greeted by a gentleman who was working. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the hotel and surrounding area . I will stay here again he made my night by answering all my questions thank for a wonderful experience.

Was clean but bedspread was stained. Tub was very slippery. And the maid wanted me to get out at 10:30 so she could clean although it was my last day and check out is at 11 am. Luckily I was already in the process of packing up but still upset me since I still had 30 minutes to checkout. Won’t stay again.

Amazing place to stay, affordable & clean as well. Me & my girlfriend stayed for about 6 days, the customer service was extremely excellent! Made sure we were comfortable & made sure we had new towels, rag & hand towels.

The door to room did not seal and there was a lot of noise from the street. We could hear people walking by the room and talking. I did not feel safe as the doorlocks appeared faulty.

The AC in 107 was very poor. It didn’t work hardly at all. Also very loud guests all night specifically outside in this area. Besides that, room was fine.

Wow! Seriously do not stay at this hotel. There are places nearby that are a fraction more expensive and I’m sure a million times better. This hotel is filthy. There were stains on the bedding and towels, the smell was something horrific and we had a nonsmoking room, the floors were dirty and not swept, the furniture was full of dust, our tv didn’t work, the mini fridge made a super annoying noise… I could go in. I cannot believe I paid 100 dollars for this room. We arrived at midnight and just needed a place to sleep while on our trip. Couldn’t even sleep it was so gross. The breakfast was a joke. Idk- just don’t stay here. Insanely gross and this management should be disgusted.

Driving through, stopped around midnight. Wanted to wind down by watching tv, tv did not work. Turned the heater on in room, sometime in middle of night started blowing cold air….. horrible experience even for a short stay to get some sleep for long drive.

There was holes in the floor due to fault installation, hole(s) in the comforter, painter's tape correcting problems, no closet or area to hang clothes, no place to put suitcases, no table or desk to sit at, and color scheme was not soothing. I do not know if they were trying to renovate and rent at the same time or what. but they should make room complete before doing so. also clientele was loud after 11pm.

Cleanliness. I requested a non smoking room and the rooms smelled really bad. We didn’t have enough towels and when requested they never brought them to us. Place was filthy, I would never recommend this place.

It was alright stay went with my boyfriend for his birthday. We got to swim , but got a knock on our door about the music and it wasn’t even up loud . We closed the door and stood outside with the front desk guy to prove it. He still gave problem and it’s not a hotel where’s its in a building neither .. will not be back here again

The overall condition of the room was filthy, the air conditioning unit had black mold in between the grids and the filter was filled eith dust. The bathroom did not have a plastic shower curtain so when you showered the floor was soaken wet. The drain was clogged in the shower as well as the sink. The room smelled like mold even after we cleaned it up with lysol.

Our rooms carpet was dingy and felt dirty to our feet. The beds fitted sheet had a rust colored stain on it. Too much light coming into room from outside

The staff is very friendly and respectful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pool was open, though not the cleanest, due to nationwide chlorine shortage, we still gad no issues. We had to stay multiple nights, so cleaning crew always made sure we had fresh towels.

There was moldy food on the air conditioner. The floor was not vacuumed properly. The towels and sheets were stained. The front manual lock was broken.

Place is in major need of renovations and repairs. Room was nasty and flooded. Accidents happen but not uncleanliness and stink.

Charlie at the front desk around 7:00 pm on July 3rd was helpful and nice. I found the room last minute as my room for a different hotel was cancelled by the property. Check-in was smooth and easy, even though I booked online just minutes before checking in. Free parking and the breakfast was good. The pool needs a little work and I wished staff would supply more washcloths and towels. I would stay here again..

Didn’t like dead bugs all over the ac unit and on the floor in the bathroom. Didn’t like mold on the shower curtain and the shower head squirting out all over the floor. Didn’t like that when we opened the fridge the previous people’s stuff was still in there plus a waterfall came out all over the floor. We used the towels to mop up the water and called the desk. The night girl said she would send us some more towels. Didn’t like that that never happened. Didn’t like that our room wasn’t serviced the next day. Didn’t like that my wife had to get down on her hands and knees and clean the carpet. Didn’t like that I asked to talk with the manager every day we were here and they always had an excuse of why I couldn’t talk with him. Found out he was here every day and was always parked in the handicapped parking spot. Really didn’t like that. Didn’t like that I had to get my own toilet paper and towels on some of the days. Didn’t like that our tv broke and wasn’t fixed or replaced for over 9 hours. Then some guy shows up and takes a tv out of another room and changes ours out. The owner lets him live here for free and he’s not even an employee. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t like the desk chair in the room it was too tall and jammed up under the desk. We had to physically lift the desk up to get the chair out to use. Liked the space for our clothes. Liked that the microwave and the fridge worked well. Liked the comfort of the bed. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.

Pool closed in June! TV did not work. Electrical Outlets in bathroom did NOT WORK. Door had a rather large opening at the bottom, causing the dead bolt to NOT WORK.

There were burn holes in the comforter, sheets and furniture. The bed wasn't made on the second day of the stay and the door was left ajar. Just bc you get a smoking room does not mean that it should be this nasty. Walls are paper thin, too. Bad hotel. Not clean or well-kept.

The staff, esp housekeepers were very helpful and the room was clean. The lady at the front desk did a phenomenal job to manage breakfast as there was a large group. The staff really made our trip comfortable.

We ended up not staying after seeing how filthy it was. The outside is filthy and so is the inside. The headboard had hand prints all over it and the toilet was so fikthy that I had to pit a towel over it so I wouldn't have to see it. We left that same night and looked for somewhere else to stay. ABSOLUTELY gross. The manager acknowledge that the room may not have been satisfactorily cleaned bc he was distracted by teenagers who were staying there. But let me tell you, teens or no teens this place is FILTHY and I wouldn't recommend for anyone. Our money was refunded. We booked 2 nights but bc I showered before we left it they charged us $70 for the 1st night and didn't charge for the othwr night that we didn't stay. I got out of the dirty tub feeling dirtier than when I entered. THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY GROSS!!! It was a Memorial Day weekend and school graduations in the area so we booked there bc all decent hotels were already booked and we booked here out of desperation. Lady working the front desk ( 3rd shift ) was really nice. Everything else about the hotel was terrible. Carpet was dirty, bedding was dirty- comforter had stains and burn holes, looked like there was holes in areas on the walls and they just put putty on them, and one of the wash cloths was covered in hair. There was no housekeeping unless you requested it....which would make sense for everything to be so dirty. Would not stay here again.

Arrived to the property around 130 in the after noon and there were already a group of men sitting on the back of their truck drinking. 10 hours later still there, need i say more

The location of the motel was good, close to where we needed to be. The room smelled of weed as we walked in. Definitely needs updated! DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! The wall next to the bed was so gross that I didn't even want to sleep on that bed. The bathtub was dirty. One good thing is they allow dogs, HOWEVER, There is very little areas where you are allowed to take your dogs. And the ONLY good thing about this place, I thankfully didn't see cockroachs. Or I would of been sleeping in my SUV with my dogs!! It worked for the one night but I'll look elsewhere next time we are in GA

Didnt like being woke up at 8 am to be asked if i was checking out

The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The sheets did not seem crisp and clean and there was a stain on one of the pillowcases. Toilet was not working and we discovered that the water had been turned off. Once we turn the water on it appear to work but how would someone have clean the toilet with the water off? I think the last tenant turned off the water because it would not stop running. we found a water bottle cap beside the bed and wondered how that could have been missed when sweeping?

First room had a leaky toilet, they moved us to a room that had not been cleaned, pee on the toilet seat and toilet didn’t flush. Key didn’t work when moved, so 4 trips back to the office after check in. We were finally moved to room that was fine. Second day, key didnt work. Male worker was friendly, female worker was not at all.
