The room had a funky smell when you first walked it, maybe use some carpet fresh or baking soda on carpet. Due to storms in the area and having Directv as the provider, lost signal multiple times which was not great.

Unorganized. I booked the trip for my husband's work travel. He had his receipt for his stay, but still was questioned about his name, and someone came into his room at midnight the first night, but said it was an accident. When he went to checkout the staff were unable to print him a receipt of his stay This was his second time staying here but the first time he had so much trouble during his stay. Please do better!

This was my go to hotel north of Atlanta. Not any more. My room had no towels, The bathroom in my room was not very clean. The bathroom in the lobby was unkept and smelled like a urinal, and the breakfast was sub par. I don’t usually comment but wow guys, what happened??

They didn’t have anything in order. First they gave us the room that was assigned to someone. Second room they gave us was not done bedsheets were on floor bath towels were on beds. And finally third room was okay. But really bad management and not a single sorry from management.

The drilling stood out, but It only went on during the day time hours, so it wasn't that bad. Other than that it was a good stay. The Staff was very nice and friendly. I will return again.

We got nothing from either company Expedia or Marriott. A two day stay at least they could have offered a one day refund. Not sure if I'll be using Marriott anymore, so disappointed!!

I stayed at the Fairfield Marriott in Acworth, Georgia, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was one of the best I’ve slept in while traveling. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the staff made the stay even better with their friendliness. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

The only criticism is about the pillows. They are not comfortable in room 220 and need to be replaced. The room and the hotel are 5 star.

Everything was Marvelous! I ? the location.So many options for food and shopping. Front desk Staff was helpful and just wonderful!!! I ? the easy on and off exit to I-75 ?That luggage cart! Also, the drinks to purchase were mostly diet but Family Dollar was in walking distance.

Location was fine. Breakfast left a little to be desired. Up grade on the breakfast.

Access to fitness room. Fitness room could use a multi-station weight machine.

I found trash that was not ours under the bed skirts and the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. There was only one end table in the middle of the queen beds with a lamp that had outlets on it. The plugs were not sturdy and wouldn't charge our devices.

I was there to train someone for work. It's the perfect spot. Close to everything we needed to be close to. The lobby is comfortable and perfect for training. Best breakfast I've ever had at any hotel. And I cannot say enough about the staff! Chloe n Sean were absolutely amazing! I'm going to be there next week as well!!

We chose the hotel for the indoor pool, and after checking in and being told it was open, we found it was ice cold and unusable. Very disappointing.

Pool heater not working - On Saturday we attempted to go to the indoor pool. The water was cold. We asked someone to check it and she did, but stated the heater was not working. They had to call a mechanic. The gentleman at the front desk stated he would call someone and let us know when it was fixed. We never received a call. 3. False advertisement. Although the sign in the lobby states it does, this location DOES NOT have a spa. 4. THE BILL - I have NEVER stayed at a hotel (especially a Marriott) where I was charged a different rate EVERY NIGHT! The hotel stated this is what Hotels.com does not them. If this is Hotels.com practice, then this just lost a client. 5. BIG BUGS - This hotel has HUG water bugs - scary.

Staff was excellent. We had very noisy children next door jumping off the beds. One call to the front desk immediately remedied the problem. Kudos to the staff!!!!! Very nice, new, clean carpet and rooms. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel flooded, due to sprinklers, when we had extreme cold. Lost 2nd, and 3rd floor rooms. They are currently redoing the hotel and rooms. But yet they’re charging the same rates. The hallways have no carpet, paint, and nasty water bugs right when you walk into the room. After you figure out your room with no numbers. The condition have the hotel should have been stated before booking. To many hotels in this area to waste money staying there.

AC in room did not work. The site had recent water leak which resulted in numerous fans and carpet pulled up. The halls were an active construction site due to this. The toilet also ran and ran and ran.

I would like to send a special thank you to Saundra in the housekeeping dept. for going way beyond her job description by providing us a wonderful stay here. I will definitely be coming back I would highly recommend this hotel. I give it 10 stars

Easy acess to property. Disappointing room for price. Room was musty smelling with a strong fragrance that left our lungs feeling terrible and gave us headaches after our stay. Thought being a marriott it would have been nicer.

Fairfield Inn was convenient given we were ready to stop on our 20 hour road trip. It's located in a senior living area with minimum food options but it was right off the highway.

We stayed two nights. Our room was never cleaned after the first night. I called the front desk they said they didn’t know why and if I want clean towels I can get them myself. Our room was sticky and didn’t look like it had been cleaned from the previous guest. It was not worth the price we paid to stay.
