The breakfast was good There was hair on the soap on the counter the electrical sockets did not have covers on them so the electricity inside was exposed.the ceiling was dirty and mold on the wall in the shower. And the shower head was moldy towels were dingy the face towels was dirty the cover on the bed were dirty with spots. So it was really not a clean place and we will not be visiting this hotel again

For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again.

Bed was comfy. Room was cleaned well but damaged and needs remodeled. Hotel lied and said they have breakfast when they only have coffee. Room was pretty beat up, 3 of the lights were broken including the main light so it was hard to have good lighting anywhere in the room.

Leaving Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. The room was infested with roaches, the shower was covered in mold, and the walls were visibly stained—making it impossible to feel clean, even after a shower. The entire space felt dirty and neglected. We specifically chose this hotel for its advertised pool, only to find it closed without warning. When we brought our concerns to the front desk, the staff was incredibly rude—one woman even caught an attitude with my fiancé, which made us feel uncomfortable for the rest of our stay. Despite repeated attempts to escalate the issue, we were never able to speak with a manager. We spent over three hours on the phone with Booking.com customer service, only to be told that the hotel “couldn’t find a manager.” Not once did anyone step up to take responsibility. In the end, we had to buy our own can of Raid just to make the room somewhat livable. For the price we paid, this stay was not only unacceptable—it was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First room was a king room that we had to transfer from due to the heavy smell of smoking and once in the second room we found the mini fridge didn’t work, both live and dead roaches in the room, the bath towels look like they had not been washed in months and the bed covers had a smell.

Both rooms weren't ready when we arrived (4:45pm). The one room was barely ready with the housekeeping man still sweeping the floor and a quick spray of something. We waited in the one room for an hour for the other to be available and it never was before we left approximately at 6:00pm. The one we were waiting in 3 of the 4 lamps, the tv and a/c didn't work. Went to the front desk to let them know and all they told me was that they were full and that they could refund our money which we had paid in cash. I had also called at 9:00 that morning and told a lady that we were paying cash and not to run the card and they assured me that that would not happen but it did at 2:13pm.We waited until 6:00 for the other room to be ready and it wasn't. So we got a refund and went across the street and got two rooms. We have never had any issues with this hotel because we stayed there frequently twice a year, never again. The hotel across the street said they already had eight or nine people coming from this particular location in the last 2 days to get rooms over there.

The microwave didnt work and when we finally got another one, it actual caught on fire and my friend burnt his hand putting it out. There were roaches and they got in the meal that we order and had brought to us. So that $40 meal was thrown out and we had to go out to get something else to eat which was another $25. I was not even wanting to stay there but i was too exhausted to pack things up and go to another hotel

The room smelled nice and clean, plenty of pillows, The celling in the bathroom was falling apart, you could only get 2 washcloths 2 towels, 1 bath matte at a time, and you could only get theme when housekeeping was there. When you sat on the toilet it wobbles, shower faucet was coming out of the wall

Was a nice hotel for the price. It was beside the road which was convenient but kind of loud but the hotel was comfortable and clean and budget friendly. I enjoyed the property and will be back. Its also not so busy so you domt have to deal with a whole lot of people which is a huge perk!

The beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Breakfast is stated it is included- it is NOT. Location is falling apart. I believe there was black mold in tubs, bathroom doors need replace as they striping is coming off. As for the smoke detector, Missing batteries.

This room cost $79 a night, i couldn't even stay there it was so disgusting andcwhen i checked out a few hours after checking in the lady said so not nicely you won't get a refund. Most of the building is under construction. The furnace and electronics were old and barely worked. The shower had mold. I killed a insect in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful despite living conditions. Access to property is awkward.

It needed some minor repairs in the room & updates, but it was clean & okay for an overnight stay. Our king size bed & pillows were very comfortable, and we slept great. I did feel that the price of $90 in all was too steep for that place though, but the taxes are high in that area.

There were burn holes in the sheets, it stunk, the TV remote was sticky and gross, there were holes in the walls, half of the lights/lamps did not work and had holes in the covers, the bathroom was the worst; the door was falling apart, the toilet had old pee on it paint was peeling off, we tried to take a shower but the water was either freezing or boiling hot with no happy medium. Immediately upon arrival I was very angry with the fact that I paid $84 or so dollars to stay here. The bill they gave me also did not match the amount I paid online. If I could get a refund I would. The pricing thru this app verses paying at the office isnt consistent. Some times its cheaper to pay on site. Other times the price is exactly that same as what is reflected thru the hotels app. I was told to pay n office and it would be cheaper, found that to be an Untrue statement. The hotel being subpar. Not enough towels, and having to repeatedly request toilet paper. Our hotel has a damaged door and broken stuff when we first arrived. We had to buy our own toilet paper! Its good for what it is.. a cheap stay for a short time..

Dont try to check in after midnight, because i was informed they dont do paperwork til 5am so id have to wait or come back if i wanted an extra room for the night. Their extra deposits for the room or pet fees arent fully explained. Oh Yeah, and they havent had a continental breakfast for years. So that being listed on amenities is false. Overall though it was oKayyy. Id stay here again just for the low prices and the day time check in lady is a sweetheart. The location is good and there are plenty of things to do around the area. Toilet ran all night. The heater I turned off because I was afraid it would start a fire. It smelled funny when on. I was so tired I didn't care and slept anyway.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the room!! Wow, I slept like a newborn baby, lol. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was nice and clean!! I will definitely stay again!!

this place is discusting! roaches, dead bugs in the fridge. stains on the bed covers, pee on the toilet seat. dead and live roaches. the tub was filthy. front desk was horrible when asked for another room, she said " you already pulled the bed cover back we cant re-rent the room." yeah!! pulled back to see if AT THE VERY LEAST THE SHEETS WERE CLEAN! this place should be reported, absolutely gross, dirty, infested. broken furniture and lamp. mold and cracks in the ceilings. they couldnt even wipe the smasked dead roach off the wall before we checked in. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE LACK OF CARING AND IF WE GET AWAY WITH OUT BED BUGS I'LL BE AMAZED.

I arrived at this hotel after dark and signage directing me to the office was poor. With Covid, the lobby was not Accessible. The room was clean and easy to get in and out of, as I was on the first floor. It Would not be my first choice if I was staying longer, but it was a clean decent place to sleep.

Had everything I needed. Mini fridge wasn't up to standards. When we arrived the fridge was in a parking spot in front of the room "thawing out". Other than that everything else was in proper working order and the room was clean

I paid for a place with a pool, but there wasn’t one. The bugs and dirty towels were disgusting.

There was no morning breakfast or coffee in lobby or in room. The chair at table in room was broken sat very low at desk

The person who checked me in was very nice liked that. The person who checked me out took over a hour and the room itself was unsafe it had wire not capped or taped off open the refrigerator every time you opened it and wasn't secure and tipped toward you and the dresser every time you opened it it also did it if a little child or older person could of seriously been injured or worse also guy next to us brought a propane tank into his room it wasn't safe at all plus my teenager went to take a shower and called me in we killed roaches and a spider. We checked out that friday after checking early on thursday stayed at a Marriot with my parents until our flight out on monday we where in town for a wedding very unsafe was the main issue. Should of at least capped off the open wire when we reported it in the morning when i came back it still was not done covid or no covid they also have a sign up that there not responsable for any injuries or deaths due to covid im glad nothing happened but thats not safe and they dont care about there guess mine opinion dont stay there very unsafe.

Door knob was broken. The room smelled like smoke. The room felt musty. We didn’t NOT stay in the room. Luckily, we had friends, in the area, that allowed us to stay.

Checked in at 8:16 pm, 7-25-20. Roaches on the bed & bathroom fixtures. No light in bathroom. Stayed in room only a few minutes, reported condition to desk clerk, stated I was leaving & wanted refund of $72.26 as charged on MasterCard. Clerk said I had to contact Expedia. Room was never occupied. Free cancellation advertised. To hold money for a room never occupied is dishonest & illegal. Refund of $72.26 expected NOW.

They had no substitutes for breakfast so they offer free breakfast but since covid-19 they not offering neither no kind of incentive or discount on the room , the WiFi hardly works , and holes in the blankets , the bed had a big dip in the center I kept rolling in the dip ! snack machines took my money twice && you can’t get a refund , staf were pleasant the owners weren’t they checked me into a dirty room with blood stains that could be vividly seen ... I will never come back here I don’t recommend just pay a few more dollars and go somewhere else n my 1st night some white man with no shirt was banging on my door all I night I was so scared being a femaleand by myself the front desk older lady came and he ran and after that the man kept calling my hotel room , it was just a very unfortunate and uncomfortable stay

It has basic accomodations. You get what you pay for. Not perfect but good enough for our purpose. They tried to bust in the door at 9am and i didnt have to check out until 11. Luckily i had the latch over the door because i was naked. Otherwise i got what i paid for.
